Résumé: L'étude CAPRI (Cancérologie parcours région Ile-de-France) vise à mesurer l'impact d'une solution de télésuivi pour les patients sous anticancéreux oraux suivis à l'Institut Gustave Roussy par un essai randomisé et d'une étude longitudinale. Le dispositif se compose de deux infirmières de coordination et de deux portails internet à destination du patient et des professionnels. Il a démontré sa plus-value par l'amélioration de la dose intensité relative, la diminution des toxicités, la réduction de la fréquence et du temps d'hospitalisation et enfin l'amélioration de l'expérience patient.
