To observe the difference in clinical efficacy between acupuncture with point selection based on syndrome differentiation along the meridians and acupuncture at non-meridian and non-acupoint points for functional dyspepsia (FD). A total of 74 FD patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups received acupuncture treatment. Zusanli (ST 36) and Neiguan (PC 6) were selected in the observation group, with Taichong (LR 3) and Neiting (ST 44) added for excess syndrome, and Gongsun (SP 4) and Yinlingquan (SP 9) added for deficiency syndrome. Four non-meridian and non-acupoint points were selected in the control group. The treatments in both groups were performed once a day with a 2-day break after 5 consecutive treatments, which constituted one treatment course. A total of 4 courses were performed. The scores of Nepean dyspepsia index (NDI) and Leeds dyspepsia questionnaire (LDQ) were recorded before and after treatment, and during follow-up (8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 weeks after recruitment) to assess the clinical efficacy. Objective. A meta-analysis was conducted on the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenxin granules and propafenone for the therapy of atrial premature beats (APBs). Methods. A randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Wenxin granules and propafenone in the therapy of APB was systematically searched until June 1, 2019. Meta-analysis was conducted with review manager (RevMan) 5.3. For the evaluation of methodological quality for randomized controlled trials, the Cochrane tool was used to assess the risk of bias. For the evaluation of the evidence quality, the online GRADEpro GDT was used. Results. Eleven RCTs with 1149 participants were included in this study. It has been identified that Wenxin granules combined with propafenone have better clinical efficacy than the use of propafenone alone in the treatment of APB (OR = 3.89, 95% CI (2.03, 7.44), P<0.0001, low-dose propafenone; OR = 4.24, 95% CI (1.32, 13.60), P=0.02, high-dose propafenone). There is no difference in clinical efficacy between the Wenxin granules alone and high-dose propafenone in the treatment of APB (OR = 1.17, 95% CI (0.65, 2.11), P=0.60), and Wenxin granules alone are superior to the low-dose propafenone in the treatment of APB (OR = 2.56, 95% CI (1.34, 4.89), P=0.004). Wenxin granules combined with propafenone can reduce the incidence of sinus bradycardia caused by propafenone (OR = 0.15, 95% CI (0.03, 0.70), P=0.02). There was no significant difference between Wenxin granules combined with propafenone and propafenone alone in causing the atrioventricular block, dizziness, xerostomia, gastrointestinal symptoms, and tongue paresthesia. There was no significant difference between Wenxin granules alone and propafenone alone in causing dizziness, xerostomia, gastrointestinal symptoms, tongue paresthesia, frequent premature ventricular contractions, and prolongation of R-R interval. Conclusion. Very low-quality evidence showed that Wenxin granules may be superior to low-dose propafenone in the treatment of APB. Wenxin granules may reduce the incidence of sinus bradycardia caused by propafenone. Limited by the quality of included RCTs, the conclusions of this study still need further verification.

Based on the hypocycloid theory, a highspeed orthogonal cutting simulation model was established. The cutting parameters (cutting speed, feed rate) and plane forming angle of the workpiece of aeronautical aluminium alloy 7050-T7451 pre-stretched rolled sheet were simulated and validated. The mapping relationship between cutting parameters, anisotropy and cutting performance was analyzed. The results show that the degree of anisotropy and the difficulty of material cutting are proportional to the forming angle, and the anisotropy decreases with the increase of cutting speed and the decrease of feed speed. Finally, the optimal cutting process range of aluminum alloy 7050-T7451 was obtained, which provides data support for highspeed cutting of anisotropic materials.

The effect of conical intersection on the excited dynamics of benzene is studied by ab initio theory of electronic structure, which provides an important insight into photophysical and photochemical reactions. Based on the CASSCF(6,6)/6-31+G(d, p) method, the topological structures of conical intersections S1/S and S2/S1 of benzene, as well as the optimal structures of the ground state (S) and excited states (S1, S2), are determined. The energy minima of the S1 state and S2 state are estimated at 4.608 eV and 6.889 eV, respectively. In addition, the energy values of the conical intersections of S1/S and S2/S1 are predicted to be 5.600 eV and 6.774 eV. According to the topological structures and energy values of the S2/S1 and S1/S conical intersections, the photophysical behavior of benzene excited to the S2 state and the effects of the S2/S1 and S1/S conical intersections are discussed in detail.

To compare the efficacy difference in the treatment of functional dyspepsia between acupuncture at the acupoints selected by pattern/syndrome differentiation and domperidone.Seventy cases were randomized into an acupuncture group (35 cases) and a western medication group (35 cases). In the acupuncture group, Zusanli (ST 36) and Neiguan (PC 6) were selected. Taichong (LR 3) and Neiting (ST 44) were added for excess syndrome while Gongsun (SP 4) and Yinlingquan (SP 9) were added for deficiency syndrome. A pair of electrodes was attached to one acupoint and an assistant point (2 mm next to the acupoint centripetally) and stimulated with disperse-dense wave at 2 Hz/100 Hz, once a day. In the western medication group, domperidone was prescribed for oral administration, 10 mg each time, three times a day. In the two groups, the treatment of 5 days made one session and 4 sessions were required totally. Nepean dyspepsia index (NDI) was compared after treatment, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 months after treatment between the two groups respectively.The score of symptom and score of life quality in NDI after treatment and at each follow-up time point were improved obviously in the acupuncture group as compared with those before treatment (all P0.01). In the western mediation group, the score of symptom and the score of life quality in NDI after treatment and in follow-up of 1, 2 and 3 months were improved obviously as compared with those before treatment (all P0.01), but the differences were not significant in follow-up of 4 and 5 months (both P0.05). Compared with the western medication group, the symptom score of NDI was reduced obviously after treatment and in each time point of follow-up in the acupuncture group (P0.05, P0.01), and the score of life quality was increased obviously (P0.05, P0.01).Acupuncture at the acupoints selected by pattern/syndrome differentiation and domperidone are effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Domperidone is unsatisfactory in the long-term effect, but acupuncture achieves the positive short-term and long-term effects on functional dyspepsia.

To explore the distribution of cytomegalovirus (CMV) in vascular tissues and the relationship between virus and atherosclerogenesis after CMV infecting mice.(1) C57 BL/6J Murine model of CMV infection was established by intraperitoneal injection of CMV lethiferous amount. (2) After 12 weeks of CMV infection, the sera, carotids, aorta, hearts and postcaval veins from the mice were collected under euthanasia. The tissues would be used to DNA extraction, PCR and pathological examination. (3) Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) in serum were measured with ILELISA.(1) The typical pathologic feature in 2 aorta samples of 6 mice infected by CMV was found and the mice uninfected by CMV did not show any pathologic change. (2) CMV DNA appeared in 6 aorta, 6 postcaval veins, 4 carotids and 4 heart tissues including endocardium, cardiac muscle and coronary artery from the CMV infected mice. CMV DNA was not found in the vascular and heart tissues from 6 mice uninfected by CMV. (3) The ELISA test showed the significant difference (Mann-Witney test of Nonparametric Test, P0.05) in serum IL-6 (Median among 25% and 75% percentile: 113.7 pg/ml vs. 49.77 pg/ml) and MCP-1 (Median among 25% and 75% percentile: 128.7 pg/ml vs. 45.36 pg/ml) between CMV infected mice and uninfected mice.Cardiovascular cells are CMV latent reservoir in host body and CMV infection and the cytokines induced by CMV infection probably relate to atherosclerogenesis.
