Ultra-low frequency (ULF) geomagnetic analysis is a robust method for earthquake (EQ) forecasting. We conducted a simultaneous study of EQ precursors around the western part of Java Island in 2020 using wavelet transform (WT) and detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) methods. ULF geomagnetic data (March to December 2020, 16:00–21:00 UTC or 23.00–04.00 LT) from Lampung Selatan (LPS) geomagnetic station were used to assess the precursors. We analyzed four EQs with an epicenter distance (R) of around 100 km from LPS station and a magnitude (M) greater than 5 Mw. We analyzed changes in the SZ/SG values and α values from the WT and DFA analyses against the threshold (µ±2σ) to identify anomalies related to the EQs. The result showed that SZ/SG anomalies occurred simultaneously with a decrease in α values several weeks prior to probable source EQ when there was a very low geomagnetic activity (Dst ≤ -30 nT). The Mw5.4 (07/07/2020) EQ might be the main source that led to the appearance of the precursor since it had the highest magnitude and KLS values compared to others. The combined WT and DFA results showed anomalies 1.5–13 weeks before the Mw5.4 (07/07/2020) EQ. The results suggest that WT and DFA are suitable methods for detecting EQ precursors but more work is needed to link the precursors to specific EQs.

Sukapura Village, located in Bandung Regency, has a Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) program that includes various activities, such as the production of cassava chips. Currently, there is a high demand for cassava chips that cannot be met. Through analysis conducted by the community service team, it has been determined that the demand for cassava chips exceeds the production capacity. One of the contributing factors is the manual process involved in making cassava chips, which takes a relatively long time. One specific manual process is the mixing of cassava chips with dry seasoning. The cassava chips are placed in a container, and then dry spices are added. The mixing process is carried out by hand, ensuring that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the cassava chips. This manual process typically takes around 10-14 minutes for every 1.5 kg of cassava chips. To address this issue and improve efficiency, the community service team has designed and constructed a machine specifically for mixing dry seasoning. With this machine, the mixing process is significantly more efficient, taking less than 5 minutes to achieve optimal results. As a result, the time efficiency and productivity of the mixing process have greatly increased.

Otogenic brain abscess is a severe infection that must be treated as early as possible. Rare cases with a high mortality rate can be reduced by recognizing the red flags of a brain abscess, such as headaches, mental status changes, fever, and focal neurological deficits. Those could be supported by modern diagnostic management and adequate antibiotic therapy that was able to penetrate the central nervous system and abscesses. We report a case of a cerebellar abscess of the 49-year-old man with the chief complaint of vertigo. It was accompanied by chronic progressive headache, fever, bidirectional nystagmus, abnormal Romberg test, and abnormal cerebellar signs. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the head with contrast showed a right cerebellar abscess with an infectious source of otitis media and mastoiditis. The MRI evaluation showed improvement after admistered metronidazole 500 mg every 6 hours (week 22) and cefixime 200 mg every 12 hours (week 13). Long-term antibiotic treatment can be an alternative if surgery cannot be performed. However, surgery is still considered if there is no good clinical response during medical therapy.

Patients with pineal tumors are often asymptomatic and the symptoms depend on the location of the mass. In fact, around 3%-8% of pediatric brain tumor cases are pineal tumors. Children with pineal tumors may present with dizziness and vertigo as early signs. These symptoms are common conditions among 5-15 years old children and could probably lead to misdiagnoses. We present a case of 14-year-old who came to the emergency room of DR. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya with neurotologic symptoms. After a series of radiographic and laboratory examinations, he was diagnosed with germinoma. A ventriculoperitoneal shunt was performed in the emergency room and intravenous dexamethasone was administered.

- Abstract
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies have started to work from home. As the pandemic recovers, companies slowly start to adapt to the situation by making the workers work from the office. This is an effort to reduce the risks of spreading diseases in the workplace during the endemic of COVID-19. An effective solution is urgently needed to reduce and control the transmission rate of COVID-19. This has motivated us to design an Internet of Things (IoT) Health and Social Distancing Monitoring System (IHDS). This system aims to support that initiative and introduce a system that can control the risks of infection among workers due to a worrying spike in the number of cases in the workplace. The proposed system monitors the health condition of the users and controls social distancing at the workplace by using IoT technology and machine learning. Extensive experiments were conducted to assess the performance of the proposed system. Four critical health metrics were closely monitored: body temperature, pulse rate, blood oxygen saturation, and cough detection, achieving impressive accuracy rates of 99.91%, 94.32%, 99%, and 80.5%, respectively. The proposed system initiates the assignment of red boxes to couples who are separated by less than 1 meter, while it designates green boxes for couples who maintain more than a 1-meter distance from each other.

Currently, the use of manual labour in the transportation and inspection systems of leading roof tile manufacturing companies in Indonesia is still prevalent. Manual labour is usually labour-intensive, has higher risks of musculoskeletal disorders, and produces frequent occurrences of errors and losses. Furthermore, the current studies of suitable concepts and test protocols for roof tile transportation at the manufacturing stage as well as their inspection systems are not practicable in Indonesia. There is also no study that has used the theory of inventive problem-solving (TRIZ) in the development of concepts and protocols for roof tile transportation and inspection systems. Using TRIZ as a supporting tool, this study investigated the development of a transportation system to be employed during the manufacturing of the roof tile and a test protocol for their usability in Indonesian companies to overcome this concern. The study included screening and scoring concepts and usability test protocols identified from the existing literature, with the support of TRIZ tools such as the engineering contradiction, contradiction matrix, and inventive principles. Thus, the finalised concept comprised a belt conveyor system (Inventive Principle 20: Continuity of Useful Action) with a flipping mechanism for transportation and a vision-based camera for inspection. Results of the study showed that the concept excelled in cost, durability, reliability, versatility, low risk to the product, efficiency, and safety. The t-test protocol (Inventive Principle 23: Feedback) was selected based on the results due to its versatility in testing efficiency, reliability, and productivity. It was concluded that this concept has the potential to alleviate roof tile workers of physical work and reduce the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders.

The Indonesian roof tile manufacturing industry relies heavily on manual operations, specifically in transportation and inspection processes, which creates multiple issues, such as fatigue, injuries, human error, and reduced productivity. Various industries in the Indonesian industrial landscape have begun embracing a problem-solving approach known as the theory of inventive problem-solving (TRIZ) to mine solutions for industrial issues. Nevertheless, its application in the Indonesian roof tile manufacturing industry remains unaddressed. The study aims to solve manual handling issues in the roof tile manufacturing industry using TRIZ. Three observations were outlined from manual roof tile transportation and inspection, followed by the formulation of engineering contradictions (ECs). The ECs were linked with system parameters, which were used as indicators within the contradiction matrix to extract inventive principles as solution models for conceptual development. The concept included an automated system with a conveyor belt (#15: dynamics) for effective transportation, automated image capture (#28: mechanics substitution) for effective inspection, and a flipping conveyor (#25: self-service) to eliminate manual contact. Although the study addressed several issues stemming from manual operations, mechanical analysis, prototyping, and usability testing still require improvements.

Geostatistical seismic inversion has been successfully carried out to characterize a thin reservoir of the Air Benakat Formation in Indonesia’s Jambi sub-basin. The objective of this paper is to characterize detailed P-impedance of the thin reservoir in the Jambi sub-basin using geostatistical seismic inversion rather than deterministic seismic inversion. Geostatistical seismic inversion is believed to be able to enhance vertical resolution and accurately map sub-seismic features. This algorithm uses a geostatistical model, which is constrained by probability density function and a variogram as the input models. The method was applied to eight wells and three-dimensional seismic data that consist of 198 inline and 261 crossline. Prior to performing geostatistical seismic inversion, sensitivity analysis was carried out by cross-plotting petrophysical data to identify the petrophysical properties of the reservoir target. The geostatistical seismic inversion considered 50 realization models that were used as inputs in estimating the probability of the existing subsurface layer and the calculated P-impedance models to obtain the most probable P-impedance model that is useful for characterizing the detailed thin reservoir of the Air Benakat Formation in the Jambi sub-basin. The geostatistical seismic inversion results show a higher resolution of P-impedance compared to the deterministic seismic inversion and are able to resolve thin reservoirs below tuning thickness. In addition, this method is able to optimize better correlation between seismic and petrophysical properties of the thin reservoir with an average thickness below five metres, which is well modelled with reference to both seismic and well data.

General Nursing ,Education - Abstract
ITB syndrome is mostly caused by repetitive physical injury to the lateral knee and as much as 15-24% of severe injuries on cycling. The overall incidence of the syndrome is an iliotibial band of 5%-10%, and is often bilateral. Adolescents and young adults are commonly involved, especially those who perform extreme hip movements such as runners and soccer players. The ITB syndrome can be diagnosed by the appearance of a high-intensity signal on image-weighted T2 that appears over the deep lateral epicondyle for ITB, and thickening distal to ITB. On sonographic examination, the iliotibial pathway is relatively a hyperechoic linear structure that has a fibrillar pattern. Proximally, the iliotibial pathway can be easily visualized in the axial plane as a line above the greater trochanter. In this article, we report a case of ITB syndrome with conservative management that can reduce pain scale. Injections at Bursa ITB may be performed for patients who continue to experience pain that is unresponsive to rest, analgesics, and physical therapy. In our patient, after being given steroid injections under ultrasound guidance we recommended physiotherapy and limiting physical activity to exercise for 2 weeks, and there was improvement in pain scale.

- Abstract
XYZ company produce the various shape of motor spare parts product. The company has three identical parallel spot welding machines that use a random method of production scheduling, based on machine capacity without any sequence of jobs, and only use daily production targets given to operators. Based on the data, the actual scheduling of the machines has a very large completion time difference between each machine, or the machine loading is uneven. As a result, the makespan becomes longer with a value of 440000 seconds (26 days). This research aims to minimize the existing makespan by giving proposed scheduling, using the suggested algorithm method, which has a small number of iterations and has an optimal result. The method begins with the longest processing time sequence rule which is used as the upper bound for the first iteration, then continued to calculate the lower bound and machine workload. The calculation stops at the 15th iteration because the completion time value exceeds the lower and upper bound so that the optimal scheduling taken is scheduled in the 14th iteration with a makespan value of 914412 seconds (16 days). The proposed scheduling can minimize the makespan from the actual schedule by 38%.

COMPUTERS ,SARS-CoV-2 ,MEDICAL personnel ,COUGH ,INTERNET of things - Abstract
Coronavirus 2019, more commonly known as COVID-19, was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. The ß coronavirus culpable for the disease, SARS CoV-2, is known to be highly contagious with a relatively long incubation period of up to 14 days and is transmittable through small droplets, especially among people who are in close face-toface contact. The Ministry of Health of Malaysia has recommended five days of quarantine for people who are positive for COVID-19 to avoid further disease transmission. Many resources are used to monitor patients throughout the quarantine period. Therefore, this project would like to present an IoT-enabled wearable device capable of monitoring COVID-19 quarantine patients by utilizing sensors to monitor the necessary health parameters and facilitate home quarantine. The low-cost ESP32 and Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense microcontrollers are used in this device. They are connected to various IoT sensors to collect temperature, humidity, and sound data. The data obtained will then be uploaded to an IoT platform for doctors to analyze and monitor remotely via the health log throughout the 5-day quarantine period. An alert system is also devised to inform the medical staff if the patient is experiencing abnormal symptoms. The medical staff can then bring their attention to the patient and take the necessary actions to combat COVID-19. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Pesticide sprayer tools that are widely used by farmers are still using hands or fossil fuel machines, so they are still classified as traditional and ineffective methods. Some of the weaknesses of the traditional method include less practical, fossil fuels that will run out and the impact on the environment. Solar energy from the sun can be a solution to these problems. Solar panels are devices used to convert sunlight into electrical energy. In this study, a monocrystalline 30W solar panel was used as a tool used to capture sunlight. By utilizing solar power as an energy source sprayer and pump so that it can take advantage of the hand pressing the lever and refilling it manually. In addition, preferring solar power over fossil fuel engines can reduce the use of fossil fuels and further strengthen renewable energy that will not run out and is environmentally friendly. In this study, solar panels were installed above the head to maximize the capture of sunlight and also protect the head from the heat of the sun. The results showed that the battery energy required to spray the difference in battery percentage from 10 liters to 6 liters of liquid volume was 4% and from 6 liters to 2 liters of liquid volume was 6%.

Machining of railway components is necessary to be controlled because this process requires precise accuracy and high surface finish of the final product. However, chatter vibration can be an obstacle that leads to negative effects. One of the ways for chatter monitoring in machining is by vibration signal analysis. In this paper, transient vibration signals are analyzed using Hilbert-Huang (HHT) transform and compare to STFT. The results show the excellence of HHT for analysis transient signals for chatter vibration identification correctly in turning process. Frequency transition between frequency of rotational spindle and chatter frequency is well captured using HHT, but STFT is trouble for capturing that one. Besides, the EMD (empirical mode decomposition) process of HHT separated out non-chatter from chatter signals.

Recently, the algorithm of machine learning are used to able to train, enhance, characterize and anticipate the data results accurately. In a way to training, the process on the algorithm can be able to produce an appropriate model based on that data; it’s like supervised and unsupervised data. In this paper, we tried to trace the gender (male and female) from acoustic data i.e., pitch, median, frequency etc. The gender that would like to implement is classified on the basis of the intensity of their utterances. To analyze the utterances, the voice intensity measuring by the hamming window to make a normalize curve to obtain the peaks of the utterances where peaks are found from each frame of speech utterance when it is divided into frames of the length of 20 milliseconds. At certain amplitude levels it can be considered to find a peak. As well as making decisions about gender use a thresholds that are adapted are adjusted. If the area of an utterance is above the threshold the gender type is a female otherwise male. After that, we handle the feature learning from the utterance into deep belief network as a machine learning tool to predict single speech by gender classification voices with optimization (taboo search) to train several neurons in the initial weight vector for the accuracy of female and male voices 75.67% and 80.83% precisely.

In face milling process of train wheel, cutter is one of the most important part and this part should be monitored from failure phenomena for improving final products of train wheel during machining process. One of the best ways for face milling tool condition monitoring is by analyzing signal. However, noise usually contaminates the measured signals during measurement using any sensors. This study presents the effect of noise on the Hilbert-Huang transform features for face milling condition monitoring by mean analyzing the synthetic vibration signals. First, noisy synthetic signals were created, then separates them by Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) to be intrinsic mode decompositions (IMFs). Second, the Hilbert-Huang spectra were generated and then compared to HHT baseline spectrum. The result showed that the noise disturbed the HHT spectrum. Without filtering signal, the face milling cutter condition phenomenon was difficult to be revealed by HHT.

- Abstract

The paradigm theory of neural network (NN) is expressing from biological of human brain function system. In this study, we deal with the deep belief network (DBN) model using the speech as natural language processing for training the system. The characteristic of a deep belief network is similar to a neural network. Whereas the performance of a neural network depends on the structure itself and it is suitable to select the model and size of the network for the data to handle. In the occasion, deep belief network has the advantage in speech recognition it generates the feature learning with a subsequent stage of supervised learning, once the network initialized, the first way using unsupervised and then fine-tuned with the labeled data to train some neuron in initial weight vectors. Deep belief network (DBN) have many nonlinear hidden layers to produce posterior of probabilities that take several frames of coefficient as input. This paper shows the good performance improvement of modularity in DBN as combination technique of computation.
