Agriculture is an important sector which contributes to 17% of the total GDP of the Indian economy. Soil, crop type, location and season play a major role in agriculture. Quality seed, water, soil, chemical composition, disease prevention are important parameters in Quality crops. Growth in agriculture and modern techniques has given out a new dimension to modern agriculture processes which differ from traditional agriculture. This in turn reduces the workload of farmers and increases productivity. Experienced farmers have great knowledge about farming techniques, crop selection, disease prevention, soil composition and crop management techniques and their composition. Due to less productivity, water, labor and pest management knowledge transfer is not done to the next generation. This system attempts to provide a visualization of knowledge management systems. Data visualization is one of the modern techniques for data representation. Agriculture yield, crop selection, soil composition can be represented in a visualization technique which will help the farmers for better understanding than representing the data in table or text. In this paper, a visualization of an agro knowledge mining approach which extracts knowledge from multiple ontology is proposed.

This article performed various analysis on Red chilli by hybrid collector with solar dryer (HCSD). This study was carried out forced convection solar dryer which performed better in all aspects such as drying time, moisture removal rate, electrical efficiency, electrical thermal efficiency, thermal efficiency and overall thermal efficiency. In general, solar radiation was provided a sources of generating energy to drive a solar dryer. Hybrid collector has been provided the electrical and thermal energy to run a solar dryer. The solar dryer was tested by drying 12 kg of red chilli in the drying air temperature in the range of 32 0C – 56 0C. The initial moisture content of the red chilli was 71.5 % (weight basis) and was reduced to the final moisture content of 16.2 % (weight basis) in 6 consistent days with clear sunny days. The HCSD was operated between 9 hrs to 16 hrs. Finally, comparative study was also handled for better understanding in HCSD, in which solar dryer drying made better outcome than open sun drying.

This paper depicts a computerized framework that can distinguish brain tumor and investigate the diverse highlights of the tumor. Brain tumor segmentation means to isolated the unique tumor tissues, for example, active cells, edema and necrotic center from ordinary mind tissues of WM, GM, and CSF. However, manual segmentation in magnetic resonance data is a timeconsuming task. We present a method of automatic tumor segmentation in magnetic resonance images which consists of several steps. The recommended framework is helped by image processing based technique that gives improved precision rate of the cerebrum tumor location along with the computation of tumor measure. In this paper, the location of brain tumor from MRI isrecognized utilizing adaptive thresholding with a level set and a morphological procedure with histogram. Automatic brain tumor stage is performed by using ensemble classification. Such phase classifies brain images into tumor and non-tumors using Feed Forwarded Artificial neural network based classifier. For test investigation, continuous MRI images gathered from 200 people are utilized. The rate of fruitful discovery through the proposed procedure is 97.32 percentage accurate.

In recent trends, Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and Internet of Things interpret an evolution of computerized integration connectivity. The specific research challenges in CPS as security, privacy, data analytics, participate sensing, smart decision making. In addition, The challenges in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) includes secure architecture, energy efficient protocols and quality of services. In this paper, we present an architectures of CPS and its protocols and applications. We propose software related mobile sensing paradigm namely Mobile Sensor Information Agent (MSIA). It works as plug-in based for CPS middleware and scalable applications in mobile devices. The working principle MSIA is acts intermediary device and gathers data from a various external sensors and its upload to cloud on demand. CPS needs tight integration between cyber world and man-made physical world to achieve stability, security, reliability, robustness, and efficiency in the system. Emerging software-defined networking (SDN) can be integrated as the communication infrastructure with CPS infrastructure to accomplish such system. Thus we propose a possible SDN-based CPS framework to improve the performance of the system.

The consumer durable goods industry is operating in a highly competitive, complex and rapidly changing business environment. The consumer buying preferences are rapidly changing and moving towards high end technology products. Products which were once considered luxury items have become a necessity because of the changing lifestyle and rising income levels. The consumer is brand conscious, but not necessarily brand loyal. Buyers tend to exhibit different types of buying behavior when they are in the process of purchasing goods and services and the behaviors witnessed are influenced by the type of product he she wants to buy. It is a very long process where the consumer makes the final decision whether or not to buy the product. This is called buying decision making. There are various factors which influence consumer decision making which include demographic socio economic and cultural status etc. The major factors that affect consumer buying behavior are age, gender, income, social influence. In addition, from the product side price, durability, brand name, product features, after sales service etc., may also have a great impact on decision making. This project deals with the study on the factors that affect the consumer purchase behavior on Durable goods. Electronic commerce, commonly known as e commerce, refers to the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as internet and other computer networks. Internet is the growing media during the past decade. Especially, online shopping is a rapidly growing ecommerce area. Online stores are usually available 24 hours a day, and many consumers have internet access both at work and at home. An online shopping system is that permits a customer to submit online orders for items or services from a store that serves both walk in customers and online customers. This study aims to establish a preliminary assessment, evaluation and understanding of the characteristics of online shopping. Upgrading information exchange of extensive information sets is still a major test in distributed computing. Viable use of accessible system transfer speed has turned out to be progressively critical for wide region information development. We have studied few concepts like pipelining, parallelism, concurrency and application level throughput optimization for optimal data transfer movement. We propose to implement improved data transfer scheduling and optimization in cloud. It includes the modules, namely module chaining, Data parking and Adaptive scheduling. Module chaining will permit exchange for application level created information by utilizing one exchange module to recover information and at the same time utilizing another module to send information, Data parking will permit exchanges that may fall flat just at accepting end to be continued without having so as to require further contact with sending end cloud store documents until the less than desirable end gets to be dynamic again and an Adaptive scheduling calculation which predicts the best parameters for record exchange and set the level of parallelism and pipelining for information exchange operations as per the application level throughput of past and current operations inside the scheduler.

In this randomized clinical trial, we compared the vertical strip (VS) and the concentric circle (CC) patterns of breast palpation in order to determine which pattern provided the most thorough self-examination and the best lump detection in breast models. The sample consisted of 34 adult women from a Veterans Outpatient Clinic in the Northwest who were assigned according to breast size (large or small) to one of two groups. Subjects were pretested and randomly taught one method of palpation. Proficiency in the palpation technique, area covered, and number of lumps detected were evaluated. Interrater reliability for proficiency evaluation was 86%. During breast self-examination, the VS group covered significantly more area than the CC group (t = 2.72, p = 0.01). Breast size did not affect breast area covered. Lump detection using breast models did not differ between the two groups. Though this study did not support the conclusion that increased thoroughness leads to increased lump detection, there is support in the literature. Lack of difference in lump detection in this study may have been due to the constraints of the breast models used. However, further research is needed.

The use of combination pesticide (profenofos 40% + cypermethrin 4% EC) is on the rise in India and elsewhere. Cypermethrin is reported to be a tumor promoter, but its tumor-promoting potential along with profenofos is yet to be studied. A short-term, in vivo test for detection of a tumor promoter is cost-effective, saves time, and requires fewer animals than conventional methods. We report on a short-term test based on mechanisms of significant importance in tumor promotion. In this study, we have tested the tumor-promoting potential of a combination pesticide containing profenofos 40% and cypermethrin 4% EC in Wistar rats. Although cypermethrin has been reported as a tumor promoter, our study shows that the combination pesticide containing profenofos 40% and cypermethrin 4% EC is not a tumor promoter.

Transplanted human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hPSC-CMs) improve ventricular performance when delivered acutely post-myocardial infarction but are ineffective in chronic myocardial infarction/heart failure. 2'-deoxy-ATP (dATP) activates cardiac myosin and potently increases contractility. Here we engineered hPSC-CMs to overexpress ribonucleotide reductase, the enzyme controlling dATP production. In vivo, dATP-producing CMs formed new myocardium that transferred dATP to host cardiomyocytes via gap junctions, increasing their dATP levels. Strikingly, when transplanted into chronically infarcted hearts, dATP-producing grafts increased left ventricular function, whereas heart failure worsened with wild-type grafts or vehicle injections. dATP-donor cells recipients had greater voluntary exercise, improved cardiac metabolism, reduced pulmonary congestion and pathological cardiac hypertrophy, and improved survival.
