In Ayurveda, all skin diseases have been described under the umbrella of Kushtha. Ekakusta is considered as the most commonest skin disease that can affect an individual. Acharya Charak has described the involvement of Vata-Kapha in Eka Kushtha. In the present study Eka kushtha is compared with psoriasis due to resemblance of signs symptoms and causative factors with it. Psoriasis is a papulosquamous disorder of the skin, characterized by sharply defined erythematosquamous lesions this illness exhibits a prompt response if treated carefully, left it may run a very chronic course extending into larger area of the body. Ayurveda focuses more on curative management than palliative management. The drug used in the treatment of Ayurveda does not have complications like modern treatment. Repeated Sodhana prevent the recurrence of the disease. Similarly various preparations have been advocated for the management of Psoriasis. The drugs used in this study are Guduchyadi Kashaya & Rajrukshadi Pachana Kashaya. Both the Kashayas are said to be effective in skin diseases. As per Yogaratnakara, Guduchyadhi Kwath has been mentioned as one of the drug having curative effect on all types of Kustha. Hence for present study the orally Guduchyadi Kwath is taken for EkaKustha treatment. The drugs in Guduchyadi Kwatha are Kusthaghana, Twachya, Swedal, Tridosh shamaka, as well as with Rasayan properties, which is beneficial to break down the pathogenesis of disease. As per Gadanigraha, as mentioned in Kayachikitsakhanda, Rajvrukshadipachana Kashaya is mentioned for the treatment of Ekakushtha. Ingredients in Rajvrukshadi Pachana Kashaya reduce Kapha dosha and most of them act on the skin. Kwatha dravyas are Rasadushtihara, Kaphapittahara, Deepana, Twachya, and also having antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiparasitic and anti-inflammatory properties, Hence, it is helpful for clearing the skin infections.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of security, and consumer trust on online shopee shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study were all STIE Eka Prasetya students who registered for T.A 2020/2021 who had shopped online shopee, totaling 120 people. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires via google form with a total sample of 92 respondents. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the security variables, and consumer trust have an effect on the online shopee, shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t-test), which also show significant values of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the security variables, and consumer confidence on the online shopee shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students, and the effect is 71.7%, this is evidenced by the determination test. So it is suggested to the online shopee shopee management to maintain consumer data and information, so that consumer confidence in buying shopee online shopee increases.

Introduction: Based on Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, companies with more than 100 workers and have a high potential for hazards are required to implement an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The purpose of this study is to review the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 at PT Totalindo Eka Persada, the Kingland Avenue Serpong Project in 2020. Methods: This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The informants of this study used 2 key informants, namely the HSE Manager and construction K3 experts.Research data information is obtained from interviews, documents, and observations. Results: Based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 obtained a suitability of 86.5%. The level of achievement in detail is, monitoring and evaluation of K3 performance at 75%, implementation of the K3 plan 78%, determining K3 policy 100%, and planning K3 100%. Discussion: Total value of the five elements of Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 in the kingland avenue project of PT. Totalindo Eka Persada in 2020 is 86.5% so that the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) is classified as satisfactory based on the provisions required by Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.

Skin is the largest organ which reflects the both healthy and diseased condition of the body. According to ancient Ayurved samhitas, all the skin diseases are categorized under Kushtha roga. In modern world, skin has greater cosmetic importance leading to boost the confidence and personality of an individual as well as to attain the healthy mindset. The morbid condition of the skin should be treated earlier as it may attain Krichrasadhya or even Asadhya avastha also. Ancient Acharyas have been explained in detail the Panchakarma accompanying with variety of Shamana aushadhis and Sthanika chikitsa to treat the Kushtha rogas. In the present case study, a 37 years old female patient having symptoms resembling to Eka kushtha was treated with combine use of ancient Ayurvedic treatment protocols viz., Nidana parivarjana, Shodhana chikitsa, Shamana aushadhis and Sthanika chikitsa together with Pathyapathya. The assessment of Lakshanas was done by using WHO guidelines for Kushtha. This comprehensive approach of Ayurveda to treat the Eka kushtha helps to achieve the significant relief in symptoms of the patient.

Online transactions are increasingly in demand, even have become a trend among the wider community. Besides, it can be done anytime and anywhere without any time or distance restrictions. E-payment offers various kinds of convenience and practicality in making payments. Various kinds of payment methods can be integrated into the system making it easier for customers to make payments according to orders made. The tourism village of Tri Eka Buana Sidemen Karangasem Bali, can take advantage of this online payment system to help tourism village operations in the future. The development of this online payment system can be developed by building a tourism village website, adding ecommerce facilities to the website that has been built, registering and activating one of the payment gateway services, and integrating the Tri Eka Buana tourism village website with a payment gateway service.

UMKM is a business that can be developed, one of which is carved glass crafts. Eka Jaya Glass Art is one of the UMKM in the city of Sidoarjo which has unique products. This research was conducted to develop carved glass UMKM so that they could be recognized by the public, by conducting a 4P marketing mix analysis which includes (product, price, place and promotion). The method used in this research is by using a SWOT analysis. The population in this study were the management and consumers of carving glass UMKM. The sample chosen by the researcher amounted to 47 people including the owner, secretary, employees, and consumers. By using a quota sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the IFAS and EFAS analysis of engraved glass UMKM has a strength score of 2.08 and a weakness score of 1.01. Meanwhile, the opportunity score is 1.83 and the threat score is 0.87, which indicates the position of engraved glass MSMEs is in quadrant I which supports an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy) to increase sales of eka jaya glass art engraved glass. To elaborate recommendations for sports participation following TKA among the members of the European Knee Associates (EKA). A prospective online survey was conducted among the members of the European Knee Associates (EKA). The European Knee Associates (EKA) are a section of the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA). The survey investigated recommendations for 47 sports disciplines. Possible answers were: allowed, allowed if experienced, not allowed, no opinion. The survey was conducted separately for 4 specific time frames: within 6 weeks after TKA; 6–12 weeks after TKA; 3–6 months after TKA; and more than 6 months after TKA. Consensus among the respondents was then analyzed. EKA members (N = 120) participated in the survey. A high level of consensus was reached for a recommendation to allow 5 different sports in the first 6 weeks after TKA, 7 sports 6–12 weeks after surgery, 14 sports 3–6 months after TKA, and 21 out of 47 activities 6 months after surgery. In the first 6 weeks after TKA walking, stair climbing, swimming, aqua fitness, and static cycling were recommended. Six to twelve weeks after TKA, cycling on level ground and yoga were recommended in addition to the aforementioned activities. Further sports activities recommended beyond 12 weeks after TKA were: tennis doubles, golf, fitness/weight lifting, aerobics, hiking, Nordic walking and sailing. The sport for which the recommendation was “not allowed” following TKA was squash. The number of sports recommended by EKA surgeons increases stepwise over the postoperative time frames. The findings are regarded as clinically relevant as they may serve as a basis for answering patient questions on timing and giving recommendations for the resumption of sports activities following standard primary TKA and should be individualized by surgeons for their patients’ expectations and goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

Translation plays roles in providing access from various sciences and the latest technology, literature, religion, and culture. Novel is one of literary works that is translated into several languages. In a novel, there are some new culture-specific items, arts, and the figurative language that come from the source language. This research aimed to identify the translation of figurative languages in novel Lelaki Harimau by Eka Kurniawan which had been translated into English as Man Tiger by Labodalih Sembiring. From the translation of the title, it had revealed that the novel contains figurative languages. Therefore, the researcher aimed to examine the strategies and the ideology used in translating the figurative languages contained in the novel. This research implemented decriptive qualitative method, by using reading and note taking technique. A parameter to determine which words or phrases belong to figurative language was used as the instrument. Then, the result showed that the strategy that mostly used was literal translation, and domestication as the translation ideology.Keywords: figurative language, Lelaki Harimau, Man Tiger, translation.

The community service aimed to provide the skills for Eka Kaharap kindergarten’s teachers in the village of Sigi in creating an exciting, creative and innovative learning media. Through appropriate media, the students have a better understanding of the subject matter. By mastering the skill, it was expected that teachers of Eka Kaharap Kindergarten would be able to create and develop Powtoon-based video media as a classroom learning tool in the future. This community service activity consisted of 2 stages, namely socialization and training. The socialization and research activities were attended by teachers of Eka Kaharap kindergarten. Moreover, a module of Poutoon application as a kindergarten learning media was used as the training material. The evaluation indicator of the activity was the ability of the trainees to design and develop Powtoon-based video learning media in accordance with the kindergarten learning subject.

She is beautiful, cold, practical, logical, at the same time full of sympathy and she is also a good mother. She never tears herself. She has high adrenalin in her self. She never feels tired to do something. This story inspires all people to have more strength and tough to go on in life. Furthermore, the finding of this study shows that Dewi Ayu has strength to be tough and to solve her complicated problems.

This research is to find out and analyze whether the promotional mix in the form of advertising, sales promotion, events and experiences, public relations and publicity, direct marketing, interactive marketing, word of mouth marketing, personal sales have an influence on the decision making of prospective students choosing to study at STIE Eka Prasetya , and to find out and analyze which promotional mix is ​​the most influential to be used in the context of promotional activities. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The number of samples in this study were 166 students. Data collection techniques used in this study through questionnaires and documentation studies. Advertising has a significant effect but has a negative behavior towards decision making in choosing courses at STIE Eka Prasetya. Sales promotion has a significant influence and has a positive attitude towards decision making in students choosing to study at STIE Eka Prasetya. Events and experiences have a significant influence and have a positive behavioral contribution to the decision making of students choosing to study at STIE Eka Prasetya. Public relations and publicity have a significant influence but have a negative behavioral contribution to the decision making of college students at STIE Eka Prasetya. Direct marketing has a significant influence and has a positive behavioral contribution to the decision making choosing to study at STIE Eka Prasetya. Interactive marketing has a significant influence but has a negative behavioral contribution towards the decision of students choosing to study at STIE Eka Prasetya. Word of mouth marketing has a significant influence and has a positive behavioral contribution to the decision making of students choosing to study at STIE Eka Prasetya. Personal sales have a significant influence and have a positive attitude towards the decision making of students choosing to study at STIE Eka Prasetya. The promotional mix that most influences the decision making of prospective students is Word of mouth marketing.

The results of the design of this study, first contribute to obtain information that can help the management in determining management policy decisions. Second, fast and accurate determination of working time standards can provide customers with answers about price and fast uptime. Third, calculating the standard time of completion of work helps to choose the best alternative working method with the principles and techniques of work measurement at PT Eka Sandang Duta Prima.

Abstract This essay is an inquiry into the perceptions, knowledge, attitudes and beliefs of Young Black Adults towards Covid-19 and the lockdown. The motive for the inquiry is to make a contribution—from the perspective of the humanities and the social sciences—towards the success of the broad-based fight against Covid-19. Our approach is to present the narratives on Covid-19 by those who told their stories and then to present a commentary either per narrative or cumulatively. The commentary will be multidisciplinary; covering, for example, psychology, sociology and philosophy. This essay does not, therefore, present an argument. Instead, it is an interpretative commentary on the narratives. Research, especially in the humanities and the social sciences, was bound to be unusual as well as abnormal because of the lockdown restrictions. The restrictions account for the fact that only Young Black Adults in a specific historical Black township in South Africa were the point of focus. For this reason, the focus is severely limited. Accordingly, the essay bears no intention to extend the perceptions, knowledge beliefs and attitudes found in the area to all Young Black Adults. It is a contribution to the conservation of empirical material for use in propitious scientific conditions.

This study aims to determine the effect of Personal Selling and Word Of Mouth on Student’s Decisions to Study In STIE Eka Prasetya. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, which is obtained in the form numbers. Source of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires, secondary data obtained from companies, journals and books relating to Personal Selling and Word Of Mouth and Study Decisions. The population and sample in this study amounted to 268 customers Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis give an equation of the Purchase Decision = 11,034+ 0,544 Personal Selling +0,377 Word Of Mouth + e. The results of the analysis show that the Personal Selling has a positive and significant effect on the decision to study in STIE Eka Prasetya based on the partial test results, namely the tcount 7,303 > ttable 1,650 and the significance value of 0.000 ttable 1,650 and significant values ​​of 0,000 Ftable 3.17 with a significant value of 0.000

Motivation that exists in someone is a driving force that will realize a behavior in order to achieve the goals of his satisfaction. Communication has been very important in all aspects of life. Communication is an individual supporting factor to achieve the desired needs. In this study the independent variables are Motivation (X1), Communication (X2), and Lecture Environment (X3) variables. While the dependent variable is the Decision of Choosing (Y).The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya Medan, and the unit of observation is the 2017/2018 Academic Year Student. In this study population 284 students will be taken to the 2017/2018 Academic Year. The sample technique used in the study is Non- probability sampling, namely Purposive Sampling and using the Slovin formula obtained as many as 166 students.The partial results of the study indicate that the Motivation variable partially has a significant effect on the decision of students in the 2017/2018 Academic Year in choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from tcount 2.950 > ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.004 < 0.05. Communication variables partially have no significant effect on student's decision in 2017/2018 Academic Year choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from tcount 0.883 < ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.379 > 0.05. Lecture Environment Variables partially have a significant effect on the decision of students / i 2017/2018 Academic Year choose to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan which is proven from tcount 2.769< ttable 1.974 and sig value. 0.006 < 0.05. Motivation, Communication, and Environment Lecture variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision of students / i 2017/2018 Academic Year choosing to continue their education at STIE Eka Prasetya Medan as evidenced from the Fcount value > Ftable ie 5.867 > 2.266 and sig value 0.001< 0.05. The decision decision variable is influenced by the Motivation, Communication, and Lecture Environment variables by 8.1%, while the remaining 91.9% is explained by the influence of other factors or variables outside the model such as promotion, price, location, and others that were not discussed in this study.

In 2018, the German Commission for the Investigation of Health Hazards of Chemical Compounds in the Work Area has re‐evaluated the correlation (EKA) between inhalational exposure to pentachlorophenol and urinary pentachlorophenol excretion. The re‐evaluation of the available literature led to the conclusion that the present data are limited and all available studies show limitations regarding to air exposure assessment and characterisation of possible dermal exposure of the workers. Thus, the EKA correlation was withdrawn.

I use this case to examine two key issues: firstly, the ways in which certain genres such as horror and crime are ‘othered’ in the Indonesian literary landscape; and secondly, how processes of translation, distribution, and reception outside Indonesia can significantly impact local interpretations of an author and their work. In doing so, this article demonstrates that the politics of genre and the power relations of international publishing both contribute to complex patterns of inclusion and exclusion from ‘local’ and ‘global’ literary canons.

As a young writer, Eka Kurniawan successfully spawned three novels that brought her name increasingly known in international literature. His works are also considered capable of inheriting a 'moving' literary tradition, in which the literary notions of socialist realism are echoed. Background Euglycaemic ketoacidosis (EKA) is an infrequent but serious condition which usually follows a period of starvation, severe vomiting or illness in individuals with or without diabetes. Ketoacidosis is associated with materno-fetal morbidity and mortality necessitating prompt diagnosis and management. Physiological increases in insulin resistance render pregnancy a diabetogenic state with increased susceptibility to ketosis. COVID-19 is associated with worse clinical outcomes in patients with diabetes and is an independent risk factor for ketoacidosis in normoglycaemic individuals. Case presentations We describe two cases of SARS-CoV-2 positive pregnant women presenting with normoglycaemic metabolic ketoacidosis. Both cases were associated with maternal and fetal compromise, requiring aggressive fluid and insulin resuscitation and early delivery. Conclusion We discuss possible physiology and propose a management strategy for euglycaemic ketoacidosis in pregnancy.

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in many frontline health-care workers vulnerable to developing various mental health conditions. This study aimed to determine prevalence and associated factors of such conditions among frontline workers at Eka Kotebe National COVID-19 Treatment Center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.This institution-based cross-sectional study was conducted between May and June 2020 on 280 frontline workers. Mental health outcomes (depression, anxiety, insomnia, and posttraumatic stress disorder) were assessed using the Patient Health Questionnaire9, Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 questionnaire, PTSD Checklist - civilian version, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Responses were coded, entered into EpiData 3.1 and analyzed using SPSS 20. Associations between outcomes and independent variables were identified using bivariate and multivariate logistic regressions, statistical significance set atA total of 238 subjects participated in the study, with a response rate of 85%. Estimated prevalence was 31.1% (95% CI 24.8%-37%) for anxiety, 27.3% (95% CI 21.8%-32.4%) for depression, 16% (95% CI 11.3%-21%) for PTSD, and 40.8% (95% CI 33.6%-47.5%) for insomnia. Female sex (AOR 2.99, 95% CI 1.49-5.97), being married, (AOR 13.2, 95% CI 3.42-50.7), being single (AOR 11.5, 95% CI 3.38-39.8), duration of exposure 1-2 hours (AOR 0.29, 95% CI 0.14-0.64), and assigned place of work (critical ward -AOR 2.26, 95% CI 1.03-4.97; ICU - AOR 4.44, 95% CI 1.51-13.05) were found to be significant predictors of depression.We found a high estimated prevalence of mental health outcomes. Sex, marital status, duration of exposure, and assigned place of work were found to be associated with depression.

The review of the available literature identified several studies that provided regression equations on this relation. However, the values for urinary nickel excretion predicted from these studies varied considerably. Since EKA cannot be determined with sufficient reliability, they are withdrawn.

Research objectives: This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between compensation, work motives and work environment on employee performance at PT. Torabika Eka Semesta Tangerang. The research method used is quantitative, when viewed from the level of explanation, this is an associative study with a casual relationship model. The population in this study were employees of PT. Torabika Eka Semesta, amounting to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Probability Sampling method with simple random sampling technique, namely taking members and the population is done randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. The data analysis technique used SPSS 22.0 (2013) software using multiple regression model parameter estimates and hypothesis testing was carried out by using the t test. The results show that the variable that has a major influence on employee performance is the work environment. Meanwhile, the variable that has a low influence on employee performance is compensation.

Hindus in Bali use the phases of the Moon to determine some holy days. The relevant phases are the Full Moon and New Moon. There is a system, called pengalantaka, to determine these two phases. The currently used system is Pengalantaka Eka Sungsang Ka Paing (CE 1979–2079). To make it convenient, a circular diagram named the Pengalantaka Eka Sungsang Ka Paing diagram is made. This diagram can be found on Balinese Calendars that commonly are used by Hindus in Bali. The purpose of this chapter is to explain the pengalantaka system and its diagram as an example of heritage used by Hindus for their religious needs. Based on calculations of the synodic period of the Moon and discussion with the creator of diagram, I Gede Marayana, there will be a correction of one day after 24 rotations, with 1 rotation equal to 1,890 days. We found that from August 2015 to December 2080, there were 133 New Moons and 131 Full Moons in this system that occur on different day from those derived from the astronomical calculations. Hindus in Bali tend to use this calendar system to determine lunar phases that are used for ceremonies.

Augmented reality is the technology that superimposes a computer-generated digital content on a user's view of the real world in a real time so users can experience the real virtual objects. The use of augmented reality has spread into various industries, for an example in the fashion industry. One of fashion industry type is hairstyle industry. Eka Salon is a beauty salon that provides beauty treatments for women's hair care. This salon has a problem that customer are not satisfacted with the results of their new haircut because that doesnt match with their expectations. This can be seen from the results of observations at Eka Salon is resulted that 8 out of 15 interviewed customers were not satisfied with their new haircuts because it did not match the appearance in the catalog. In this research, an augmented reality hairstyles will be made that can visualize how the shape of the selected hairstyle by the customer without having to cut their hair first. The Viola-Jones method was chosen as the method used in this study because it has a high accuracy of 90% in face detection. The result of this research is that the Viola-Jones method can detect facial surfaces and generate a 3D hairstyle model distance to 100cm properly. The test of the acceptance level of this application is carried out by Eka Salon customers with an average percentage of 84.3%.

The development of the Internet has provided firms with the ideal opportunity to make up for the knowledge gap for achieving internal knowledge generation (IKG) and external knowledge acquisition (EKA). It is worth exploring how Internet resources can be used to satisfy organizational knowledge needs efficiently to adapt to dynamic environments. Thus, according to the resource-based view, knowledge-based view, and contingency theory, we study the impact of different types of Internet resources on the two modes of knowledge creation (IKG and EKA), as well as the moderating effect of environmental dynamism (ED) on this relationship. The hypothesized relationships were tested using the hierarchical regression analysis method with survey data collected from 399 Chinese firms. We found that Internet relationship resource and Internet human resource can simultaneously facilitate IKG and EKA, while Internet infrastructure resource positively affects IKG but has no significant impact on EKA. Furthermore, ED positively moderates the relationship between Internet relationship resource and IKG and EKA, but negatively moderates the relationship between Internet human resource and EKA.

In this study, we investigated the fate of antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB) and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) during the electrokinetic treatment of antibiotic-polluted soils (EKA). Tetracycline (TC), oxytetracycline (OTC), and chlortetracycline (CTC), were used as template chemicals. Electrokinetic treatment of blank soil (EKS) and antibiotic-polluted soil without an electric field (NOE) served as controls. Polarity reversal every 12 h ensured a suitable pH in the electrolytes and soil. The average removal rates of TC, OTC, and CTC after 7 days reached 39.5%, 34.5%, and 36.7% with EKA, respectively; this was mainly attributed to direct or indirect electrochemical reactions as well as indigenous biological processes. The abundance of total bacteria and ARB with NOE was statistically greater than that with EKA and EKS. For the soil at 0–2 cm, the abundance of anti-MIX bacteria (MIX means the three antibiotics combined) was 8.60 × 105 CFU g−1 soil with EKA and 1.72 × 106 CFU g−1 with NOE. And as to the specific types, the abundance of ARB was uniformly in the order OTC > TC > CTC > MIX. Compared with NOE, tetC, tetG, tetW, and tetM was reduced with EKA by an average ratio of 55.5%, 12.4%, 47.1%, and 61.2%, respectively. Finally, positive correlations were found between ARGs and TC concentrations. TetM and tetW showed higher correlations with TC concentration than tetC and tetG. These findings suggest that electrokinetic treatment is a promising technology for the removal of emerging contaminants such as antibiotics and more persistent ARGs in soil.

This research uses product image, company image, trust, and saving decision variables. Data used in this research is primary data collected using explanatory survey method with the total population of 14,175 customers. The sample is 150 customer respondents. The instrument used in this research is a Likert scale at the Office of People's Credit Bank Eka Bumi Artha Metro. Testing of requirements instrument includes validity and reliability testing. Meanwhile, normality, homogeneity, linearity, and significance of regression testing are used in order to test the requirements analysis. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research result found that the product image has a positive effect on trust, the company image does not have direct postifive effect on the trust, product image has direct postifive effect on saving decision, the company image does not have direct postifive effect on the saving decision and the trust has direct postifive effect on the saving decision.

Documentation of important historical figures and events in manuscript for publication involves editing, both for the content and language. This article reports a study of editing of Eka Sabara’s manuscript of Daeng Nachoda, an important figure in the founding and development of the Buginese-Makassar moslem community in Loloan, Jembrana Regency, Bali, Indonesia. Following Blanchard and Root’s (1997) points on editing written text, this study aims at analyzing the manuscript’s editing process. The problems are: the characteristics of the manuscripts and necessary editing stages for its preparation for publication. Adopting a qualitative descriptive research design, the study focuses on the content analysis of the manuscript. The result of the study shows that the manuscript shows two major characteristics: information and language structure. The study also shows that the manuscript editing processes includes addition, reduction and re-arrangement of information and structure. This study contributes to more insights of pre-printing manuscript processing.

This study aims to analyze Dewi Ayu’s Electra Complex as Seen in Eka Kurniawan’s Beauty Is A Wound. The objectives of the study are: (1) to find out the proofs of Dewi Ayu’s Electra Complex as Seen in Eka Kurniawan’s Beauty Is A Wound; (2) to find out the causal factors of Dewi Ayu’s Electra Complex as Seen in Eka Kurniawan’s Beauty Is A Wound; and (3) to find out the effects of Dewi Ayu’s Electra Complex on herself and on Ma Gedik as Seen in Eka Kurniawan’s Beauty Is A Wound. The theory used by the thesis writer is the theory of Electra Complex by Freudian theories in psychoanalysis approach and she also applies a qualitative research. The black aspergilli (Aspergillus section Nigri ) occupy a broad spectrum of habitat, and they are an essential group of species in food mycology, medical mycology, and biotechnology. This study aimed to isolate and identify the black aspergilli inhabiting five samples of Piper rhizosphere collected from Eka Karya Botanical Garden, Bedugul Bali. In this study, 71 strains of black aspergilli were isolated, and 20 strains of them have selected and characterized using morphological, molecular, and phylogenetic analysis. Morphological data results are useful for preliminary identification, but they did not have been totally effective in describing and elucidating 20 selected strains into species level. Further molecular identification and phylogenetic analysis based on ITS rDNA showed that from 20 selected strains, four strains were identified as Aspergillus aculeatus sensu stricto, three strains were identified as Aspergillus japonicus sensu stricto, four strains were identified as Aspergillus niger sensu lato, and nine strains were identified as Aspergillus tubingensis sensu stricto. Preliminary exploration of fungi through isolation and identification was the first step to discover the potential strains that able to produce the promising metabolites and bioactive materials. The study results are expected to be the initial microbial resources and information for screening and utilizing the black aspergilli through bioprospecting.

The psychological problem felt by the mother during labor is anxiety. Anxiety is a feeling disorder characterized by feelings of fear and deep concern. Pregnant women who experience labor anxiety have a high risk of labor complications, namely preeclampsia and prolonged labor. This study aims to determine the factors influencing the anxiety level of 1st time maternity at Eka Sriwahyuni Clinic Medan Denai 2019. This study is a descriptive correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The populations are all 1st time maternity mothers who come to Eka Sriwahyuni Clinic in March-May 2019. The sample size is 21 respondents who are determined using the accidental sampling method. This study uses primary data and then processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 20 for Windows computer programs and presented in the form of an open table. Of the 21 respondents, the majority of respondents have moderate anxiety levels. Based on the results of the study, it is found that out of the 4 variables studied, only the knowledge variable could prove a significant relationship with the level of anxiety of the first childbearing mother labor.

In this study, the researcher applied the psychological approach and theory of human needs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The writer uses a library research method to collect the data. It means that the writer visit the library and reads the novel then read several related books. The main data is novel beauty is a wound by Eka Kurniawan, while supporting data is obtained from books, articles, and the internet. The result of this study can be explained that the main character can not totally fulfill well, such as: (1) the physiological needs of the main character can be fulfilled well because she is from a wealthy family (2) the safety can not be fulfilled due to factors in that era (3) the love and belonging need can be fulfilled well because the main character has a beautiful appearance (4) the esteem needs can be fulfilled because she is a famous figure at that time (5) self-actualization needs also can be fulfilled well because the main character is a brave and is able to position herself very well. From the five hierarchy needs the most dominant need is safety needs.

The interactions of the chimeric peptide MCRT (YPFPFRTic-NH2), based on morphiceptin and neuropeptide FF derivative PFRTic-NH2, on the effects of endokinin A/B (EKA/B) on mean arterial blood pressure of the urethane-anaesthetized rat have been investigated in the absence and presence of tachykinin receptor antagonists, naloxone and NO synthase inhibitors. While MCRT produced dose dependent decreases in mean arterial pressure, in its presence only a small but statistically insignificant decreases in the magnitude and the time course of the depressor effect of EKA/B (10nmol/kg) were observed. MCRT had little influence on the depressor effect of EKA/B (1 nmol/kg), but strongly potentiated that of EKA/B (100nmol/kg). The tachykinin NK1 receptor antagonist SR140333B (1mg/kg) and the NK3 antagonist SR142891 (2.79mg/kg) both reduced the hypotensive effects of EKA/B and MCRT alone and blocked those of the two peptides in combination. The NK2 antagonist GR159897 (4mg/kg) partially blocked the depressor effects of EKA/B and MCRT alone. Naloxone (2mg/kg) completely blocked the depressor effect of MCTR, but partially blocked that of EKA/B. The NO synthase inhibitor l-NAME (50mg/kg) partially blocked the depressor effects of EKA/B, MCRT, and EKA/B + MCRT. These results could help to better understand the role of tachykinin receptors, opioid receptors and neuropeptide FF receptors in cardiovascular system.
