Rasagiline (RAS) is a medication for Parkinson's disease that increases dopamine levels in the brain by inhibiting monoamine oxidase, helping to alleviate symptoms. The proposed study aims to develop an efficient, feasible, and sensitive method for RAS assay, utilizing Pyrosin B dye, a convenient fluorescent ligand. Combining the RAS analyte with Pyrosin B ligand in a mildly acidic buffered solution rapidly quenches the native fluorescence of the ligand. This quenching results from the formation of a specific ion‐dipole association complex between the lone pair‐bearing atoms of the ligand and the protonated amine moiety of RAS, highlighting their interactive chemistry under these conditions. The degree of this interaction demonstrated superior sensitivity compared with reported alternatives, exhibiting a linear range of 50.0 to 1000.0 ng/mL. The method is characterized by a limit of detection (LOD) of 16.0 ng/mL and a limit of quantification (LOQ) of 48.0 ng/mL. By optimizing the RAS‐Pyrosin B system, the variable parameters were finely tuned, ensuring the assay method's reliability. The method's accuracy, precision, selectivity, and robustness were validated according to International Council for Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, enabling precise and efficient analysis of RAS in the nanogram range. This method streamlines the analysis procedure and reduces environmental impact, making it a promising approach for the quality control of ParkintreatR tablets (1 mg) and other analytical applications. This study aimed to compare the influence of chelated organic (OTM) and inorganic trace minerals (ITM) on the digestibility coefficient, nutritive values, reproductive performance, and milk yield of Friesian cows. Cows (n=50) were divided into 5 groups; cows in the first group (control, G1) were given an untreated diet, whereas diets in G2 were supplemented with 100% ITM, G3 were received 50% ITM and 50% OTM, G4 were received 25% ITM and 75% OTM, and G5 were supplied with 100% OTM. G5 and G4 digested DM more efficiently than other groups. OM and NFE digestion were significantly larger in G5 and G4 compared to other groups. Cows supplemented with OTM and/or ITM showed significantly higher average daily milk, 4% fat corrected milk yield, and fat % than the control group. Protein % and total solid % significantly increased in G5 than in G1. The interval from calving to estrus was shorter in G5 than in other groups. G4 and G5 had a significantly lower number of days open and services per conception and a significantly greater conception rate than other groups. With these results, we conclude that supplementation of Friesian cows with a diet containing permissible limits of organic trace minerals could significantly improve the digestibility coefficient, nutritive values, reproductive performance, and milk yield compared to cows fed on inorganic trace elements. Dabigatran (DBG), marketed as Pradaxa, is an anticoagulant medication prescribed for the treatment and mitigation of blood clots and to lower the risk of stroke in individuals with the heart condition known as atrial fibrillation. This medication is specifically indicated for preventing blood clots post hip or knee replacement surgeries and in patients with a prior history of clots. Compared to warfarin, dabigatran serves as a viable alternative that does not necessitate routine blood monitoring tests. The complimentary benefits associated with SALL (salting‐out assisted liquid–liquid extraction) and the fluorogenic capabilities of benzofurazan. These methods were combined to provide an affordable and sensitive DBG assaying method. The spectral strength of the yellow luminous product was examined at 533.8 nm and by adjustment of a wavelength of 474.7 nm for excitation. To assess its linearity, the calibration chart was tested across a DBG concentration range of 30–500 ng/ml. Via accurate computation based on ICH, the detection limit (LD) was determined to be 9.5 ng/ml, and the strategy can quantify the DBG to a limit of 28 ng/ml. To ensure success, various crucial parameters for method implementation have been extensively studied and adapted. The validation of the strategy adhered to the policies outlined by ICH, affirming its precision in quantifying DBG in capsules. Furthermore, the inclusion of SALLE steps facilitated accurate monitoring of DBG in plasma samples, introducing a unique and advanced methodology for analyzing this compound in biological samples. In this study, the focus was on synthesizing metal chelates of Fe(III), Ni(II), and Pd(II) using thiazole‐guanidine derivatives. Various spectral and analytical methods were employed to elucidate the structural characteristics and determine the molecular formulae of these metal chelates, including infrared (IR(, 1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR, ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis), CHN, XRD data, mass spectrometry, thermal conduction, and measures of magnetism, were used to clarify the structures of these compounds. The optimized molecular structures have been scrutinized by the DFT method. Correlation between all spectroscopic methods and DFT calculation revealed an octahedral‐coordinating environment surrounding the Fe3+ ion, [Fe (BTG)2(NO3)2].NO3.2H2O and Ni2+, [Ni (BTG)2(NO3)2].H2O cation and distorted square planner surrounding Pd2+, [Pd (BTG) (COOCH3)2].2H2O cation. The examination of the stability and stoichiometry of complexes in solution using conventional techniques has been incorporated into the investigation's scope. Under mild reaction conditions, the green technique was employed to carry out a condensation reaction for aromatic aldehyde, rhodanine, pipredine, and 5‐aminotetrazol to generate derivatives of 6‐piperidin‐dihydro‐thia‐hexaaza‐s‐indacene derivatives. In comparison to our new complexes, all reaction conditions were optimized for those variable Lewis acid catalysts. In general, tests conducted under high yield, speedy, and environmentally friendly solvent (H2O/EtOH) conditions, the BTGPd catalyst showed superiority over others. Additionally, the hetero‐catalyst recovery proved successful and could be employed with the same efficiency up to six times before the efficiency started to decrease. The effectiveness of this catalytic procedure was validated through a thorough examination using density functional theory (DFT). The DFT analysis showcased the distinctive characteristics of this complex and proposed logical mechanisms that elucidated the crucial physical parameters responsible for the superior catalytic performance of the Pd(II) complex. Prucalopride (PCD), is a modern medication approved by the United States in 2018 to alleviate constipation caused by motility issues. PCD demonstrates a strong affinity and selectivity toward the 5‐HT4 receptor. The study here introduces a feasible, direct, non‐extractive, and affordable pathway for PCD analytical tracking. The fluorimetric study is based on the on–off effect on the emission amplitude of fluorone‐based dye (pyrosin B). In a one‐pot experiment, the complex between PCD and pyrosin B is formed instantly in an acidic medium. Correlation between decreased pyrosin B emission and PCD concentrations provides a linear calibration plot from 50 to 900 ng/mL. PCD–dye complex system affecting variables were meticulously tuned. The values of the estimated limit of quantitation and limit of detection for the current methodology were 47.5 and 15.7 ng/mL, respectively. Conformity of the strategy validity was achieved by a comprehensive study of the International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use criteria. The method was convincingly applied for PCD assay in tablets and content uniformity investigation. Furthermore, PCD tracking in the spiked biological fluid was applied.
