Pengadilan Agama Padang sebagai salah satu lembaga peradilan yang berada di bawah Mahkamah Agung harus menjalankan kebijakan Mahkamah Agung disusul dengan Surat Keputusan Ketua Mahkamah Agung Nomor 363/KMA/SK/XII/2022 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Administrasi Dan Persidangan Perkara Perdata, Perdata Agama, dan Tata Usaha Negara di Pengadilan Secara Elektronik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum dengan spesifikasi penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif sebagai pendekatan utama, didukung pendekatan yuridis empiris. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer sebagai data utama dan data sekunder sebagai data pendukung yang dikumpulkan melalui studi lapangan dengan teknik wawancara dan studi kepustakan. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif kualitatif.

5. The Effect of Na Atom on TlInSe2 and TlInTe2 Compounds

Thermoelectric materials have widely used applications in technological areas such as electronic devices and data storage. TlInSe2 and TlInTe2 compounds are among these thermoelectric materials. In this study, while the structural, electronic, and optical properties of TlInSe2, TlInTe2, Tl0.75Na0.25InSe2 and Tl0.75Na0.25InTe2 compounds have been examined with the WIEN2k program based on DFT, their thermoelectric properties have been calculated with another program BoltzTrap. The electronic calculations show that, all compounds exhibit indirect band gap properties. In addition, the band gap energy of Tl0.75Na0.25InSe2 is shifted in the electromagnetic spectrum. The optical properties are found to change depending on the direction for all compounds. Finally, the thermoelectric parameters have been calculated depending on temperature. It is thought that especially the results for Na-doped compounds will be a leading reference for experimental studies.

Teknologi informasi berkembang sangat pesat, tidak terkecuali di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Rekam Medis Elektronik merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keamanan layanan kesehatan, mengurangi kejadian buruk bagi pasien, mengurangi biaya, mengoptimalkan pelayanan, meningkatkan penelitian klinis, dan memperoleh luaran klinis yang lebih baik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis website untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan Kesehatan di klinik. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat di klinik ini yaitu penyediaan perangkat keras (hardware), implementasi perangkat lunak (software) berupa aplikasi pelayanan pendaftaran dan pengelolaan rekam medis berbasis website, serta pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi aplikasi pelayanan pendaftaran dan pengelolaan rekam medis berbasis website kepada petugas. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu rekam medis elektronok mampu mengurangi waktu tunggu pelayanan kepada pasien sehingga kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan di klinik meningkat. Pengetahuan dan penerimaan petugas kesehatan di klinik juga meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, sehingga dapat menjamin keberlanjutan program ini.

Bireyler ve kurumlar arasında bilgi ve belgenin iletilmesi, günlük hayatın olağan süreçlerinden biridir. Ancak bilgi ve belgenin güvenli olarak iletilmesi günümüzde önemli problemlerden biridir. Bilgi ve belgenin aktarımı noktasında, uzunca bir süre elden teslim, posta ve ilan gibi fiziksel yöntemler tercih edilmiştir. Günümüz dünyasında teknolojinin gelişimi ve internetin hayatın önemli bir kısmına sirayet etmesiyle birlikte, iletişimde önemli gelişmelerin oluşmasına neden olmakla birlikte bu etkileşim ve iletişim süreçlerinde elektronik yöntemlerin çeşitliliğini de beraberinde getirmiştir. Etkileşim ve iletişimde yoğun bir şekilde kullanılan elektronik sistemler sayesinde internet teknolojisindeki hız, verimlilik artışı ve maliyetlerin düşmesi de sağlanmıştır. İnternet teknolojilerinin sağladığı imkânlar vasıtasıyla elektronik posta ortaya çıkmıştır. Elektronik posta kullanıcılarının kayıt altına alınması ile kayıtlı elektronik posta sistemi oluşmuştur. Kayıtlı elektronik posta sistemi, genel olarak elektronik postayı gönderen ve gönderiyi alan arasında var olan iletişimin belli standartlarda gerçekleştirilmesi sonucunda yasal kanıtların oluşturulması esasına dayanmaktadır. Böylelikle yasal altyapısı olan ve güvenliği arttırılmış olan bilgi ve belge aktarım yöntemi elde edilmiştir. Kayıtlı elektronik posta sistemi yasal standartlar ile belli bir seviyede güvenlik sağlamaktadır ancak merkezi mimariye sahip olarak tasarlanmıştır. Merkezi mimariye sahip çözümler, doğası gereği merkezi yapının güvenliği üzerine kuruludur. Bu güven kendi içinde de problemler içermektedir. Ancak merkezi yapıya alternatif olarak merkezi olmayan ve üçüncü tarafa güven gerektirmeden verinin yönetilebildiği yöntemler bulunmaktadır. Bu yöntemler içerisinde en yaygın olarak kullanılan yöntem blok zincir teknolojisidir. Blok zincir teknolojisi verinin yönetilmesi alanında yenilikçi bir yöntem sunmaktadır. Blok zincir teknolojisinin veri yönetimi açısından sunduğu yenilikçi bakış açısı ve sağladığı faydalar nedeniyle günlük hayatta veri yönetimi ile ilgili birçok uygulama tercih edilmeye başlanmıştır. Çalışmada, kayıtlı elektronik posta sisteminin merkezi mimarisine alternatif olarak blok zincir teknoloji kullanımı önerilmiş olup blok zincir teknolojisine entegrasyonu açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışmada amaç; blok zincir teknolojisinin kullanımının kayıtlı elektronik posta sisteminde uygulanması ve merkezi yapıda olan benzeri süreçlerin ve yazılımların güvene dayalı olan güvenlik zayıflıklarının ortadan kaldırılmasına yönelik çözüm önerisi ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma, elektronik posta sisteminin blok zincir teknolojisi ile yeniden tasarlanması ve entegrasyonunun detaylandırması açısından özgün bir çalışmadır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle kayıtlı elektronik posta sisteminin kavramsal çerçevesi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ardından kayıtlı elektronik posta sisteminin temelini oluşturan yasal altyapı açıklanmıştır. Kayıtlı elektronik posta sisteminin kullanımının bireyler ve kurumlar açısından faydalarına değinilmiştir. Kayıtlı elektronik posta sisteminin merkezi mimarisine alternatif olarak blok zincir teknolojisinin dağıtık yapısının kullanımı açıklanmıştır. Önerilen yöntemin anlaşılabilmesi amacıyla, blok zincir teknolojisi açıklanmış ardından hali hazırda kullanılan mimariye alternatif olan blok zincir teknolojisinin sağlayacağı faydalar açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümünde önerilen model detaylı olarak açıklanmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the evidentiary strength of electronic signatures on the deed of the general meeting of shareholders conducted by teleconference, review and analyze the legal consequences of electronic signatures at the general meeting of shareholders held by teleconference, and review and analyze future guidelines related to electronic signatures at the general meeting of shareholders by teleconference in terms of facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is juridical normative (legal research). The problem approach used in this research is the statutory approach (statute approach), comparative approach (comparative approach), and historical approach (historical approach). The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study concluded First, the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) Teleconferencing has been legalized in article 77 paragraph (1) jo. explanation of article 77 paragraph (4) of the Limited Liability Company Law (UUPT) and electronic signatures have also been regulated in article 11 of the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions. This article contrasts with the rules of UUJNP article 16 paragraph (1) letter m which requires parties to meet directly with a Notary. Some of these articles can be concluded judging from the statutory principle of lex specialis derogate legi generali where the lex generali is UUJN-P and the position of lex specialis is UUPT. From this principle, it can be concluded that the results of the Teleconference GMS are valid and can be used as evidence because there is already a governing legal umbrella. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas hambatan teknis dalam penyidikan tindak pidana manipulasi informasi elektronik dan/atau dokumen elektronik oleh penyidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan data hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hambatan teknis yang terjadi pada pemeriksaan saksi dan korban pada proses penyidikan, sebab saksi hanya mengetahui setelah kejadian berlangsung karena menerima dampak dari serangan yang dilancarkan. Data serangan di log server sudah dihapus terjadi pada kasus deface, sehingga penyidik kesulitan mencari log statistik di server sebab secara otomatis server menghapus log yang ada untuk mengurangi beban server. Maka penyidik harus melakukan kerjasama dengan penyidik negara lain. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan keterangan atau pendapat para ahli telematika yang mempunyai keahlian di bidangnya, agar dapat jadi pertimbangan bagi hakim ketika memutus suatu perkara.

This research was conducted because of the difference between the Mortgage Law which regulates the registration of Mortgage rights to be done manually and Perkaban Number 9 of 2019. Of course, the Credit Agreement requires guarantees in relation to Mortgage rights, so the registration of Mortgage rights is considered very important, even those that regulate the registration of mortgage rights. Mortgage is carried out electronically so that it raises the problem of how is the process of registering mortgage rights electronically?, and how is the electronic registration of mortgages enforced in terms of the Mortgage Law? The purpose of this study is to find out in the implementation of electronically integrated mortgage registration against a credit agreement and the implementation of electronic mortgage registration in terms of the Mortgage Law. The research method uses normative legal research methods. The results of the study show that registration of electronic mortgage rights is carried out through the HT-el system by PPAT by entering the required documents in the form of electronic documents until they receive a Mortgage Certificate and a Mortgage record on the land book and Certificate of Land Rights or Ownership Rights of a House Unit. Arrange in the form of electronic documents; and Electronic registration of mortgage rights cannot be enforced because the Mortgage Law is still valid and does not authorize delegates to Perkaban Number 9 of 2019 to enforce electronic mortgage registration. Sumber belajar untuk mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa PGSD yang berbentuk modul elektronik berbasis software iSpring Suite 9 pada mata Kuliah Konsep Dasar IPA 1 belum ada. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan modul elektronik yang menggunakan software iSpring Suite 9 pada mata kuliah Konsep Dasar IPA 1 untuk mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan Model ADDIE. Tahapan Model ADDIE yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 56 mahasiswa Semester II Prodi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. validasi produk dilakukan pada ahli media, dan materi. Sedangkan kemenarikan produk melalui penyebaran angket kepada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi ahli media modul elektronik berbasis software iSpring Suite 9 menunjukkan presentase 82,5 % dengan kategori baik. Pada validasi ahli materi menunjukkan presentase 95,83 % dan termasuk kategori sangat baik. Dan selanjutnya pada aspek kemenarikan melalui angket respon siswa menunjukkan presentase 88 % dengan kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul elektronik berbasis software iSpring Suite 9 mempunyai kategori layak dan menarik digunakan sebagai sumber belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar

Havacılık, uzay ve askeri elektronik uygulamaları ticari elektronik uygulamalarından belirgin yönlerle ayrılırlar. Uzay araçları, fırlatma araçları ve uydular; fırlatmadan yörüngeye yerleştirmeye, hayat döngüsüne kadar yüksek sıcaklık değişimleri, irtifa, vakum, şok ve titreşim gibi çok ağır çevresel koşullar ve yüklere maruz kalır. Uzay araçları ve uydularda ürün ömrü genellikle 5 ile 15 yıl arası uzun süreler ile ifade edilir. Güvenilirlik, uzay çalışmalarının ayrılmaz ve en kritik basamaklarındandır. Güvenilirlik, en basit şekilde bir ürünün yada bileşenin istenen performansı beklenen sürede yerine getirebilme yeteneği olarak tanımlanabilir.Uzay araçlarında kullanılan öğeler yada bileşenlerin (sistem, alt sistem, ekipman ve modüller) doğrulaması için çeşitli uluslararası standartlar mevcuttur. Bu standartlar yeterlilik, kabul ve ön uçuş aşamaları için farklı testleri yada aynı testi farklı aşama için farklı seviyelerde gerekli kılabilmektedir. Doğrulama işlemleri tahribatlı ve tahribatsız testlerin yanısıra muhtelif muayeneleri de içerir. Uzay elektroniğinde uygulanan güvenilirlik muayene ve testleri; görsel, stereo mikroskop, X-ışını muayeneleri ve ısıl döngü, titreşim testleri gibi bazı ana test ve muayenelerin yanısıra müşteri tarafından talep edilen ve tanımlanan muayene ve testleri de içerebilir. Bu muyene ve testler sayesinde öğe yada bileşenin hata ve ömür tahminleri yapılmaktadır.

Hukukumuzda ölüme bağlı tasarruflar sınırlı sayıda düzenlenmiştir. Sınırlı sayıdaki bu türlerde yapılmayan ölüme bağlı tasarruflar ise iptal edilebilecektir. Bu türler, el yazılı vasiyetname, resmi vasiyetname, sözlü vasiyetname ve miras sözleşmesidir. Video vasiyetnameler ise bu türler arasında bulunmamaktadır. Ancak teknolojik gelişmeler ve güncel ihtiyaçlar, ölüme bağlı tasarruflar içerisinde de güncellemeler yapılması gerekliliğini düşündürmektedir. Örneğin, elektronik vasiyetname kavramı doktrinde kendine yer bulmakta ve detaylı şekilde irdelenmektedir. Bu doğrultuda, video vasiyetnamelerin, yani görüntülü/sesli kayıtların da vasiyetname türleri içerisinde incelenmesi gerekir. Video vasiyetnameler, vasiyetçinin son arzularının ayakta tutulması bakımından son derece önemli bir rol oynayabilir. Vasiyetname türleri içerisindeki en güvenilir tür resmi vasiyetnamelerdir. Diğer taraftan, video vasiyetname kavramı, sanıldığının aksine, el yazılı ve sözlü vasiyetnamelerden daha müphem bir tür değildir. Detaylı olarak incelendiğinde görülmektedir ki, video vasiyetnameler, özellikle sözlü vasiyetnamelere oranla çok daha güvenilir bir kavramdır. Dolayısıyla, video kayıtlarını ölüme bağlı tasarruflar alanından dışlamak uygun olmayacaktır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmamızda, video vasiyetnameler lehine değerlendirmeler yapılmaktadır.

25. Mätutrustning för Solcellers Responstid : En Undersökning i Analog Elektronik
- Abstract
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have shown great potential for the future of solar powered energy production. They are however not completely flawless, and one of their more disadvantageous properties are their relatively slow response time. The Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Uppsala University have an interest in the ability to quickly measure the response time of PSCs for further development of optoelectronics. The purpose of this project was to provide an instrument with the ability to easily perform these measurements. The instrument was to be controlled by code from a computer which via usb connected to a microcontroller connected to the rest of the circuit. The electrical circuit was first constructed on breadboards for testing and optimisations, to later construct a circuit board which would neatly fit the entire circuit in a small space. The microcontroller was an Arduino NANO which sampled the current through the PSC at a rate of 33 kHz, which was slower than initially intended. It was however decided that the sample rate was sufficient for the application.

- Abstract
This bachelor project in mechatronics aimed to design and build a versatile robot that can both roll and walk using four legs. Control of the robot’s movement was to be achieved by a joystick, with the ability to alter direction in both rolling and walking mode. However, due to time constraints, the rolling algoritm was not implemented. Nevertheless, the final prototype achieved the ability to transform between a ball and a quadruped robot and move in four directions. The accuracy and precision of the walking sequences were evaluated and demonstrated moderate precision and a suboptimal level of accuracy., Detta kandidatprojekt i mekatronik syftade till att designa och bygga en mångsidig robot som både kan rulla och gå med fyra ben. Kontroll av robotens rörelse ska uppnås med joystick, med möjligheten att ändra riktning i både rillande och gångläge. Men på grund av tidsbrist implementerades inte rullalgorithmen. Ändå uppnådde den slutliga prototypen förmågan att tranformera mellan en boll och en fyrbent robot och röra sig i fyra riktningar. In our law, testamentary disposition are regulated as numerus clausus. The testamentary disposition which are not made by these numerus clausus types can be annulled. Video wills are not included in these types. These types are holographic will, official will, nuncupatory will and testamentary contract. However, technological developments and current needs suggest the necessity of making updates in testamentary dispositions. For example, the concept of electronic will is finding itself a place in doctrine and examined detailed. In this direction, video wills, in other words recordings with image/sound, should also be examined within the will types. Video wills can play an extremely important role in keeping the last wills of the testator alive. The most reliable type in these will types is the official wills. On the other hand, the concept of video will, contrary to popular belief, is not more vague type than holographic and nuncupatory wills. It is seen with detailed examination that video wills, in particular, are a much more reliable concept compared to the nuncupatory wills. Therefore, it will not be appropriate to exclude video recordings from the area of testamentary dispositions. - Abstract
Ein neuartiges photoempfindliches und vollständig konjugiertes N‐heterocyclisches Carben (NHC) wurde synthetisiert, um die hervorragenden photophysikalischen Eigenschaften von Arylazopyrazolen (AAPs) mit einem NHC als robustem Oberflächenanker (AAP‐BIMe) zu kombinieren. Die Bildung von selbstorganisierten Monoschichten (SAMs) auf Gold wurde durch ToF‐SIMS und XPS nachgewiesen, und der organische Film zeigte eine sehr hohe Stabilität bei erhöhten Temperaturen. Diese Stabilität zeigte sich auch in einer hohen Desorptionsenergie, die durch temperaturprogrammierte SIMS‐Messungen bestimmt wurde. Die E‐/Z‐AAP‐BIMe@Au‐Photoisomerisierung führte zu reversiblen Änderungen der Oberflächenenergie (d. h. der Benetzbarkeit), des Oberflächenpotentials (d. h. der Austrittsarbeit) und des Leitwertes (d. h. des Widerstandes). Die Effekte konnten durch den Unterschied im Dipolmoment der Isomere erklärt werden. Darüber hinaus ermöglichte die sequentielle Applikation eines Platzhalter‐Liganden durch Mikrokontaktdruck und anschließende Verfüllung mit AAP‐BIMe seine Strukturierung auf Gold. Nach unserem besten Wissen ist dies das erste Beispiel für ein photoschaltbares NHC auf einer Gold‐Oberfläche. Diese Eigenschaften von AAP‐BIMe@Au veranschaulichen seine Eignung als molekularer Schalter für neuartige elektronische Geräte. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Electronic circuit and system (ECS) course introduces students to understand the circuit and system operation as well as using tool and technique to solve engineering problem related to circuitry. This course is compulsory offered for both electrical and non - electrical engineering students. The non - electrical engineering student will find this course challenging and difficult to understand especially when it involves circuit design and analysis. Therefore, transforming the learning environment from traditional to innovative approach could help in the enhancement of student learning. Therefore, this paper is presented to assess student reflection after the implementation of hands - on learning towards improvement of content of knowledge and motivation in learning about active filter in ECS course. Students are required to design an active filter using the specification given, verified using simulation tool and doing the actual testing in laboratory. A qualitative study is conducted via survey questionnaire and the student reflections were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results shows an improvement in student content of knowledge and motivation to learnt after the implementation of the hands - on learning. The outcome shows in this study suggest the necessity of including the hands - on learning to maximize student engagement for students as well as achieving the course learning outcome. This research is a conceptual framework designed to examine conductive inks within the scope of electronic textiles and their importance. In the study, it is seen that by printing of silver doped conductive ink on flexible materials, radio frequency identification (RFID, electromyography (EMG) and variety of sensors are designed. Abstrak : Dalam praktik pengelolaan arsip berbasis kertas, banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi, sehingga memberikan ruang pada media elektronik sebagai alternatif dalam pengelolaan arsip. Dalam terminologi kearsipan, media elektronik dikelompokan sebagai arsip media baru. Salah satu bentuk penyimpanan arsip media baru adalah media digital. Media digital biasanya memerlukan alat bantu berupa komputer, karena tidak dapat dibaca secara langsung. Arsip yang disimpan dalam bentuk digital dapat berupa gambar, suara, video, tulisan atau lainnya yang dapat dijadikan sebuah data dalam bentuk biner (binary), dapat diolah dalam program komputer dan disimpan dalam media penyimpanan data digital.

E-cigarettes have rapidly gained worldwide popularity. Since its use still poses a health risk to the users, it is important to assess their intention to quit this habit. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of e-cigarette use, its effect on cigarette smoking and users' intention to quit vaping and smoking. A total of 377 e-cigarette users were recruited from three vape retail stores in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. E-cigarette usage pattern, tobacco cigarette consumption and their intention to quit were assessed using a self-administered questionnaire. Most (70%) participants were e-cigarettes only users while 30% were dual users. The median duration of e-cigarette use was 2 (IQR 2) years. Almost all (98.4%) participants used third-generation devices and majority (63.7%) preferred liquid containing 6mg nicotine. About 92% participants, especially heavy smokers, smoked fewer tobacco cigarettes after initiating e-cigarette. Majority (79.6%) of dual users also had reduction in tobacco cigarette consumption with a median current consumption of 5 (IQR 5.0) cigarettes per day. Most (87%) e-cigarette users intend to quit the habit someday. However, many (63.1%) were in the pre-contemplation stage. E-cigarette users of less than 2 years duration tend to have the intention to quit compared to users of more than 2 years (p=0.005). In conclusion, there was more e-cigarette only users than the dual users. E-cigarette use could significantly reduce tobacco smoking, especially among heavy smokers. Most e-cigarette users had the intention to quit vaping but not in the near future and longer e-cigarette use may deter their intention to quit. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The key technology for many applications was the development of electronic identification systems. In pig and poultry production digital information technology is more standardized for building technology and for guiding the whole animal group. In the nearer future many new applications can be expected. To determine the animal welfare-status as quality indicator will get more importance. Process attendant information have to be offered to all stakeholders by suitable systems. 'Digital barn diaries' (as implemented for air purification plants) can have a pattern function. The length of L. falcipinnis ranged from 9.1 to 37.1 cm while weight was between 13 to 370 g. The result of length weight relationship revealed negative allometric growth pattern with the b value of 2.38 and condition factor (k) of 0.88. The asymptotic length (L8), growth coefficient (K) and index of growth performance (f - phi prime) were estimated at 33.1 cm, 0.18 per year and 2.295 per year respectively. The total, natural and fishing mortality rates recorded in the study were 1.17 per year, 0.56 per year and 0.61 per year respectively while the exploitation ratio (E) value was 0.52. The Logistic regression of the probability of capture routine gave an estimate of LC 50% at 13.8 cm. The exploitation rate which maximises yield per recruit produced values of Emax was 0.88, which indicated that the species was overfished. All these results reveal the need to regulate fishing activities in the New Calabar River for sustainable exploitation of the studied fish species. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Gaining control over supramolecular polymerization mechanisms is of high fundamental interest to understand self‐assembly and self‐organization processes at the nanoscale. It is also expected to significantly impact the design and improve the efficiency of advanced materials and devices. Up to now, supramolecular polymerization has been shown to take place from unimers in solution, mainly by variations of temperature or of concentration. Reported here is that supramolecular nucleation‐growth of triarylamine monomers can be triggered by electrochemistry in various solvents. The involved mechanism offers new opportunities to precisely address in space and time the nucleation of supramolecular polymers at an electrode. To illustrate the potential of this methodology, supramolecular nanowires are grown an oriented over several tens of micrometers between different types of commercially available electrodes submitted to a single DC electric field, reaching a precision unprecedented in the literature. In this theoretical and experimental study, the geometric parameters (bond lengths and ligand angles), vibrational frequencies, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectral values and nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of the molecule of 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzylideneamino)-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole have been carried out. Firstly, the 2- (3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzylideneamino) -5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole molecule was optimized using the B3LYP/HF 6-311G+(d,p) basic sets. The 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR chemical shift values of the GIAO method were calculated using the Gaussian G09W program package in DMSO phase starting from the optimized structure. Molecular vibration wave numbers were examined by using the basic set of 6-311G+(d,p) according to density function theories using HF and B3LYP standard. FT-IR (100-4000 cm-1) vibration frequencies of the relevant compound were recorded. Vibration frequencies obtained in B3LYP and HF methods were compared with experimental values and it has been observed that the closest results to experimental values were B3LYP data. Additionally, electronic properties such as HOMO and LUMO energies, molecular electrostatic potential, electron affinity, ionization potential, molecular softness, molecular stiffness, electronegativity, dipole moments and total energies of the synthesized new compound were calculated using the same set and methods. Berdasarkan aturan dari pemerintah yang terdapat dalam Permenkes Nomor 31 Tahun 2019 bahwa sistem informasi puskesmas dapat diselenggarakan secara elektronik agar data yang diperoleh dapat disimpan dengan aman. Sistem informasi puskesmas secara elektronik harus memiliki aplikasi, jaringan internet dan jaringan lokal (LAN), hal ini juga dapat mendukung adanya kegiatan promkes (Promosi Kesehatan) melalui media elektronik serta pelaporan online kepada Menteri Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan belum terealisasikannya RTL (Rencana Tindak Lanjut) secara nyata sehingga target tidak terpenuhi dan tidak ada tindakan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan UKM Puskesmas Parongpong dengan analisa diagram fishbone (diagram tulang ikan), menentukan prioritas penyelesaian masalah yang menyebabkan belum terealisasikannya RTL secara nyata sehingga target tidak terpenuhi dan tidak ada tindakan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan UKM di Puskesmas Parongpong dengan analisa USG (urgency, seriousness, growth) dan mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Terpadu Puskesmas (SP2TP) berbasis elektronik di Puskesmas Parongpong dengan analisa SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threats). Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu melakukan analisa masalah dengan fishbone, USG, dan Analisa SWOT kemudian dilakukan penyuluhan kepada seluruh bidang yang terlibat dalam kegiatan UKM di Puskesmas Parongpong. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan skor menggunakan Analisa SWOT adalah membuat regulasi tatacara dan standar prosedur operasional (SOP) alur penggunaan SIMPUS untuk SP2TP dalam upaya mengoptimalkan manajemen informasi kesehatan di Puskesmas Parongpong dan evaluasi dari strategi yang telah dibuat adalah dengan melakukan koordinasi antara manajemen dengan pelaksana dalam upaya mengoptimalkan penggunaan SPK untuk SP2TP berbasis elektronik.

Beekeeping is one of the important branches of livestock. Although Turkey has an important place in the world in the number of colonies, it cannot show the same success in honey production. This is because of the inefficient production. In order to overcome this inefficiency, it is necessary to develop and implement the scientific and modern activities in beekeeping as well as in other animal husbandry branches. Precision livestock has become an important issue in animal production. The basic goal in precision livestock production is to produce the most efficiently by meeting the needs of the animals adequately and economically. The vital activities of animals must be controlled to determine their needs. This is accomplished by ensuring continuous traceability by using electronic systems and information systems. It is considered that the application of precision livestock for beekeeping will reduce workload and increase honey yield. The purpose of Precision beekeeping is to be able to reach all the information needed about the bee colonies grown quickly and to plan the most economical and effective maintenance work by using this information. In order to achieve this, the beekeepers must constantly collect and record data. The reasonable thing about beekeeping is that it does not disturb the colony by opening the beehives as little as possible while performing the examinations and care of the colonies. Frequent opening of the hives and data collection do not give good results in terms of beekeeping. For this reason, there is a need for electronic systems to collect the necessary data for bee colonies. In this study, an electronic hive system was designed to collect data for precision beekeeping., Arıcılık hayvancılığın önemli dallarından biridir. Türkiye koloni sayısı değerlendirildiğinde dünyada önemli bir yerde olmasına rağmen, bal üretiminde aynı başarıyı gösterememektedir. Bunun nedeni verimsiz üretimdir. Bu verimsizliğin giderilmesi için diğer hayvancılık dallarında olduğu gibi arıcılıkta da bilimsel ve modern faaliyetlerinin geliştirilmesi ve en doğru şekilde uygulanması gerekmektedir. Hassas hayvancılık hayvansal üretimde önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Hassas hayvancılıkta temel hedef, hayvanların ihtiyaçlarının yeter ve ekonomik şekilde karşılanmasıyla üretimin en verimli şekilde sağlamasıdır. İhtiyaçların belirlenmesi için hayvanların yaşamsal faaliyetlerini kontrol altında tutulması gerekir. Bu da elektroniğin ve bilişim sistemlerinin kullanılarak sürekli izlenebilirliğin sağlanmasıyla gerçekleştirilmektedir. Hassas hayvancılığın arıcılık için uygulanmasının iş yükünü azaltacağı ve bal verimini arttıracağı düşünülmektedir. Hassas arıcılıkta amaç yetiştirilen arı kolonileriyle ilgili ihtiyaç duyulan tüm bilgiye hızlı bir şekilde ulaşılması ve bu bilgi kullanılarak en ekonomik ve etkili bakım çalışmasının planlanabilmesidir. Bunun sağlanabilmesi için arıcıların muayenelerle sürekli veri toplaması ve kaydetmesi gerekmektedir. Arıcılıkta makul olan, kolonilerin muayene ve bakımlarını yaparken arı kovanlarını olabildiğince az açarak koloniyi rahatsız etmemektir. Kovanların sık sık açılarak veri toplanması arıcılık açısından iyi sonuçlar vermez. Bu nedenle arı kolonilerine ait gerekli verileri toplayacak elektronik sistemlere ihtiyaç vardır. Bu çalışmada hassas arıcılığın veri toplama ihtiyacını gidermeye yönelik elektronik bir kovan sistemi tasarlanmıştır.

45. Geststyrning av True Wireless-högtalare
- Abstract
Rapporten tar upp hur dagens true wireless-teknik fungerar och hur den kan implementeras i separata högtalare. Den förklarar de fundamentala komponenterna som behövs för att konstruera en fungerande trådlös högtalare, sammanfattar överföringstekniken Bluetooth och går in på radarsystem samt tekniken som används i Acconeers radarkomponenter XC112/XR112. Rapporten förklarar specifika komponenter som hörlurarna Urbanista Stockholm och hur dess funktioner kan påverkas från externa källor. Dokumentering i hur installationen samt implementeringen av Raspberry Pi och radarsensorerna går till tas även upp i rapporten. I arbetet har geststyrning implementerats i ena högtalaren med hjälp av radarsensorer för att kontrollera funktionerna som hörlurarna har inbyggt. Hörlurarna kommunicerar med en uppspelningsenhet via Bluetooth, vanligtvis en mobiltelefon. De funktioner som används är att byta låt, ändra volym och pausa/spela musiken. Eftersom de olika hörlurarna kontrollerar olika funktioner har en 433Hz radiosändare används för att kunna skicka över specifika kommandon till andra högtalaren. Resultatet av arbetet visar att true wireless-tekniken kan implementeras väl i separata högtalare, med hjälp av Acconeers radarsensorer kunde olika gester registreras och kommandon skickas till hörlurarna. För att gester ska registreras krävs specifika avstånd och rätt hastighet på svepet med handen. Kommunikationen med radiosändaren blev instabil och behövdes både placeras rätt och justeras för att fungera. När väl kommunikationen med radiomodulerna fungerade så utfördes kommandona på den andra hörluren korrekt., This report explains how today's true wireless technology works and how it could be implemented in separate speakers. It explains the fundamental components needed to design a working wireless speaker, summarizes the Bluetooth transmission technology and goes into radar systems as well as the technology used in Acconer's radar components XC112/XR112. Furthermore, the report goes into specific components such as the Urbanista Stockholm headphones and how its functions can be controlled from external sources. Documentation on how the installation as well as implementation of the Raspberry Pi and the radar sensors works is also included in the report. With the work, gesture control has been implemented in one of the speakers with the help of radar sensors to control the functions that the headphones have built-in. The headphones communicate with a playback device via Bluetooth, usually a mobile phone. The functions are changing songs, adjusting volume and pausing/playing the music. Because the different headphones control different functions, a 433Hz radio transmitter has been used to be able to transmit specific commands to the other speaker. The results of the work show that true wireless technology can be well implemented in separate speakers, with help of Acconeer’s radar sensors, different gestures could be registered and commands sent to the headphones. In order for the gestures to be registered, specific distances and the correct speed of the sweep are required. The communication between the radio transmitter and receiver became unstable and needed to be placed correctly and adjusted to work. Once the communication worked the commands were executed correctly by the other headphone.

46. Demontering och återtillverkning av en elektronikprodukt : Konstruktionsändring för ökad hållbarhet
- Abstract
This report presents a product development project as a part of the course Examensarbete för högskoleingenjörsprogrammet i innovationsteknik och design (MSGC36) during spring of 2022 at Karlstad university. The project has been done by the student Linnéa Karlhager Liss, supervisor was Kent Evermark and examinator was Leo de Vin. The project was carried out of mission by the consulting firm Semcon and the product development has been performed regarding one of their client’s products. The client wants to investigate in which ways their consumer electronics product could be more climate neutral. Nowadays the consumer electronics product consists of electronics enclosed in two covers of plastic polycarbonate as well as an input and an output cable. On the surface of the plastic, there is a glued-on sticker that enables communication between product and user. The aim with this project was to clarify what can be done to make the product more environmentally friendly, to then undergo a product development process and give a suggestion of final concept. The project has consisted of the phases project planning, pre-studying, problematization, idea generation and delivery. For the electronics product to become more environmentally friendly, the product should climb the waste hierarchy from energy recovery to material recycling, reusing and remanufacturing. The project resulted in a final concept where the electronics product is divided into smaller modules to make it easier to replace the parts when they break. The previously welded plastic covers have been given snap fasteners, which enables non-destructive disassembly and remanufacturing. The decal has been eliminated and thus no glue is needed. Instead, the user communicates with the product through an app in the mobile. As no other materials are judged to be able to achieve the product requirements without additives, the material remains polycarbonate., Rapporten presenterar ett produktutvecklingsprojekt som gjorts i kursen Examensarbete för högskoleingenjörsprogrammet i innovationsteknik och design (MSGC36) under vårterminen år 2022 vid Karlstads universitet. Kunden önskar undersöka hur deras konsumentelektronikprodukt kan bli mer klimatneutral. Elektronikprodukten består i dagsläget av elektronik innesluten i två kåpor av plasten polykarbonat samt en ingående och en utgående kabel. På plasten finns en fastlimmad dekal som möjliggör kommunikation mellan produkt och användare. Målet med projektet var att klargöra vad som kan göras för att produkten ska bli mer miljövänlig, för att därefter genomgå en produktutvecklingsprocess och ge ett förslag på slutkoncept.Projektet har bestått av faserna projektplanering, förstudie, problemformulering, idégenerering och leverans. För att elektronikprodukten ska bli mer miljövänlig bör produkten klättra i avfallstrappan från energiåtervinning till materialåtervinning och återtillverkning. Projektet resulterade i ett slutkoncept där elektronikprodukten är uppdelad i mindre moduler för att lättare byta ut delarna när de går sönder. De tidigare sammansvetsade plastkåporna har fått snäppfästen vilket möjliggör oförstörande demontering och därmed återtillverkning. Limmet som tidigare funnits på plastkåporna har eliminerats i och med att kommunikationen sker genom en applikation i mobilen istället för en dekal. Då inga andra material bedöms kunna uppnå produktkraven utan tillsatser, kvarstår materialet polykarbonat.

47. Utveckling av en kompakt BLE-modul i en portabel EKG : Med möjlighet till kontinuerlig dataöverföring
- Abstract
Elektrodiagram eller EKG används inom sjukvården för att mäta hjärtats elektriska aktivitet med hjälp av flera elektroder som placeras ut på kroppen. Från mätningarna kan indikationer på hjärtsjukdomar och störningar i hjärtrytm upptäckas och sedan behandlas. Hjärt- och kärl-sjukdomar är den vanligaste dödsorsaken i Sverige och behovet av EKG undersökningar är stort. Vanligtvis är EKG-apparaterna stora, otympliga och begränsade till sjukhus då de är komplicerade och dyra. Linköpings universitets forskningsgrupp tillsammans med flera examensarbeten har då tagit fram en prototyp på en kompakt och portabel EKG. Den portabla EKG-apparaten kopplas med en sele som är integrerad med elektroder och ska brukas av främst kvinnor, då utbudet av användarvänliga EKG:s till kvinnor är litet. Den tidigare portabla EKG:en är uppbyggd av två moduler, EKG-modulen och Nordic Thingy52. EKG-modulen konstruerad på ett specialanpassat kretskort som utför den faktiska mätningen av elektroderna och uträkningar. Den är sedan ihopkopplad med Thingy52 som ansvarar för den trådlösa kommunikationen till andra enheter via Bluetooth Low Energy eller BLE som det också kallas. BLE-modulen som innefattade Thingy52 och den modifierade källkoden från tidigare arbeten, klarade av viss trådlös kommunikation men ansågs vara förlångsam och klarade inte av kontinuerlig dataöverföring. Från de tidigare arbetena uppkom då frågeställningar om det var möjligt att vidareutveckla den tidigare BLE-modulen genom att förbättra dataöverföring och införa fler funktioner. De mest väsentliga önskemål var att optimera modulens dataöverföring till att bli kontinuerlig, införa funktionalitet för att spara mätvärden som en typ av backup och introducera ett enklare digitalt filter för att filtrera bort brus och störningar på mätvärdena. Utöver detta skulle även ett kompaktare och mindre kretskort till BLE-modulen tas fram som skulle ersätta Thingy52. Projektet började med att införskaffa kunskap och förståelse om hur befintl, Electrocardiography or ECG is used in healthcare to measure the electrical activity of the heart using several electrodes that are placed on the body. From the measurements, indications of heart diseases and heart rhythm disorders can be detected and then treated. Cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of death in Sweden and the need for ECG examinations is great. Usually the ECG devices are large, awkward, and limited to hospitals as they are complicated and expensive. Linköping University's research group together with several bachelor thesis projects has developed a prototype of a compact and portable ECG. The portable ECG device is connected to a bra that is integrated with electrodes and should be used mainly by women, as the range of user-friendly ECGs for women is small. The previously portable ECG is made up of two modules, the ECG module, and the Nordic Thingy52. The ECG module is designed on a specially adapted circuit board that performs the actual measurement of the electrodes and calculations. It is then paired with Thingy52 which is responsible for the wireless communication to other devices via Bluetooth Low Energy or BLE as it is also called. The BLE module, which included Thingy52 and the modified source code from previous work, managed some wireless communication but was considered too slow and could not handle continuous data transfer. From the previous work questions arose as to whether it was possible to further develop the previous BLE module by improving data transfer and introducing more features. The most desired features were to optimize the module's data transfer to become continuous, implement functionality to save measured values as a type of backup and implement a simple digital filter to filter out noise and disturbances of the measured values. Tersedianya layanan beracara secara elektronik di Pengadilan Agama Tamiang Layang bertujuan untuk memberikan layanan yang mudah, cepat dan biaya ringan serta sebagai solusi dalam pelayanan saat pandemi Covid 19. Berkenaan itu, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana beracara secara e-Litigasi e-litigasi saat pandemi Covid 19 di Pengadilan Agama Tamiang Layang? (2) Bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pengadilan Agama Tamiang Layang untuk beracara secara e-Litigasi saat Pandemi Covid 19 agar berjalan efektif? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif. Sedangkan pedekatan dilakukan secara yuridis empiris dengan metode pengolahan data secara kualitatif dengan cara melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada informan para aparatur Pengadilan Agama Tamiang Layang sebanyak 3 orang, yang terdiri dari Hakim dan pejabat kepaniteraan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diverifikasi dan dianalisis dengan teori efektivitas hukum yang dikemukakan oleh Soerjono Soekanto untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas beracara secara elektronik di Pengadilan Agama Tamiang Layang. Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Layanan beracara secara elektronik di Pengadilan Agama Tamiang Layang saat Pandemi Covid 19 belum berjalan efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan hanya faktor hukum, faktor aparatur, dan faktor sarana saja yang bisa dikatakan efektif, sedangkan faktor masyarakat dan faktor budaya belum berjalan secara efektif. 49. Policyåtgärder för ökad cirkularitet av produkter och material

Materialanvändningen ökar på ett globalt plan och förväntas dubbleras till år 2050. Nationelltsett leder den inhemska konsumtionen till 35 miljoner ton koldioxidutsläpp per år och Sverigebidrar genom konsumtionen dessutom med 47 miljoner ton koldioxidutsläpp utomlands varje år. Syftet med denna rapport är att beskriva behov och utmaningar för medlemmarna inom Circular Sweden i arbetet med att gå mot ökad cirkularitet av produkter och material. Avslutningsvis presenteras även förslag till åtgärder för att möta dessa utmaningar.
