Lately, there has been a special interest in scientific research in viticulture and winemaking regarding the content of different chemical compounds. These have been shown to have a positive impact on consumer health. Preliminary research highlights the benefits of red grapes on health through its antioxidant, antiseptic, antiinflammatory properties. The study was carried out on the Muscat of Hamburg variety during 2017 in two wine-growing areas: the Research and Development Institute for Viticulture and Wine Production Valea Călugărească where the conventional culture system was applied and the Franco-Romanian Areas where the varieties were cultivated in an ecological system, being ECOCERT RO-007 certified. Research has been carried out on the Muscat of Hamburg variety which has highlighted the content of some polyphenolic compounds comparatively in the two culture systems: conventional and ecological. The analysis of the agrobiological and technological indicators according to the ecological and agrofitotechnical supply was performed. The qualitative, productivity and yield potential of the variety has been established under the impact of the two culture systems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
