Physical, cultural, philosophical and social approaches are developing in the field of interior architecture to search for the ideal framework for placing the aesthetic, civilizational and cultural context in the folds of the elements and vocabulary of the interior architecture space, by taking into account the contemporary goals of design patterns that ensure the resurrection of the principles of identity and value on the product of the interior architecture space. In ethnology, it contains the knowledge treasures that abound in it from a cultural, social and human point of view to complement each other and give its content the creation of a design situation that achieves the desired goals to add value and meaning and achieve the concept of social sustainability on the sensory and material content of the interior architecture space and its reflection on the occupants of the space functionally and spiritually. Ethnology is considered the most important branch of anthropology as a basic methodology for human societies that helped discover valuable concepts and theories, and its potentials are developing to consolidate the concept of social sustainability in interior architecture on a permanent cultural scale through expanding the interpretation of societies and their interests, which supports the shortcomings in the general development of the contemporary design structure of architecture. The interior can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of conditions surrounding the design situation as a whole and combined with a variety of disciplines and related interests. Through the distinct forms of ethnology in adapting to social, cultural and human phenomena in societies and environments, this paper reviews the multiple approach of ethnology in discovering people’s cultures and lifestyles within a socio-cultural framework to create meaning and value and transfer them functionally and aesthetically to the creative folds of interior architecture, and shed light on achieving the pillars of social sustainability to ensure Contemporary continuity with the requirements of the times, not separating from its origins, improving the quality of life for the occupants of interior architecture, unifying them with their cultural and heritage roots, and transferring their cultural historical content from the past to the present and the future to achieve local and global benefit from learning about the culture of societies and integrating them to create a unique socially sustainable design situation.

In light of the rapid technological developments and with the spread of propaganda of globalization, many features and elements of heritage that distinguishes societies from each other has begun to disappear, and many art students of the new generations have begun to lose the connection with their national heritage. Therefore, it was necessary to support the students and continue to provide them with visual and intellectual insights into their national heritage.By using the experimental and analytical method, the resercher clarified the relationship between design principles and plastic art and she helps the art education students to be aware about the aesthetic values of their Egyptian rural heritage as one of the features of the Egyptian artistic identity. She showed them documentary films and some pictures of the Egyptian rural heritage, and she analyzed a few paintings of pioneering contemporary Egyptian artists which were inspired by the Egyptian rural heritage and based on the principles of decorative design.By employing skills and prinsiples of decorative design, using traditional artistic tools and using a few of digital effects, the researsher trained the students on how to extract motifs from some of heritage elements of the Egyptian countryside and how to employ them in designing decorative paintings that contain many aesthetic values and combine originality and innovation

In this paper, we introduce a comprehensive theoretical study to obtain an optimal highly sensitive fluidic sensor based on the one-dimensional phononic crystal (PnC). The mainstay of this study strongly depends on the high impedance mismatching due to the irregularity of the considered quasi-periodic structure, which in turn can provide better performance compared to the periodic PnC designs. In this regard, we performed the detection and monitoring of the different concentrations of lead nitrate (Pb(NO3)2) and identified it as being a dangerous aqueous solution. Here, a defect layer was introduced through the designed structure to be filled with the Pb(NO3)2 solution. Therefore, a resonant mode was formed within the transmittance spectrum of the considered structure, which in turn shifted due to the changes in the concentration of the detected analyte. The numerical findings demonstrate the role of the different sequences such as Fibonacci, Octonacci, Thue–Morse, and double period on the performance of the designed PhC detector. Meanwhile, the findings of this study show that the double-period quasi-periodic sequence provides the best performance with a sensitivity of 502.6 Hz/ppm, a damping rate of 5.9 × 10 − 5 , a maximum quality factor of 8463.5, and a detection limit of 2.45. In this study, we demonstrate the reflectance spectrum of one-dimensional photonic crystals comprising two different types of metamaterials. In this regard, the designed structure can act as a simple and efficient detector for fat concentrations in milk samples. Here, the hyperbolic and gyroidal metamaterials represent the two types of metamaterials that are stacked together to construct the candidate structure; meanwhile, the designed 1D PCs can be simply configured as [G(ED)m]S. Here, G refers to the gyroidal metamaterial layers in which Ag is designed in a gyroidal configuration form inside a hosting medium of TiO2. In contrast, (ED) defines a single unit cell of the hyperbolic metamaterials in which two layers of porous SiC (E) and Ag (D) are combined together. It is worth noting that our theoretical and simulation methodology is essentially based on the effective medium theory, characteristic matrix method, Drude model, Bruggeman's approximation, and Sellmeier formula. Accordingly, the numerical findings demonstrate the emergence of three resonant peaks at a specified wavelength between 0.8 μm and 3.5 μm. In this context, the first peak located at 1.025 μm represents the optimal one regarding the detection of fat concentrations in milk samples due to its low reflectivity and narrow full bandwidth. Accordingly, the candidate detector could provide a relatively high sensitivity of 3864 nm/RIU based on the optimal values of the different parameters. Finally, we believe that the proposed sensor may be more efficient compared to other counterparts in monitoring different concentrations of liquid, similar to fats in milk. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
