Poly(2-(2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl) (SNS) acetic acid) was electrochemically deposited on graphite electrodes and functionalized with lysine (Lys) amino acid and poly(amidoamine) derivatives (PAMAM G2 and PAMAM G4) to investigate their matrix properties for biosensor applications. Glucose oxidase (GOx) was immobilized onto the modified surface as the model enzyme. X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to report the surface properties of the matrices in each step of the biosensor construction. The biosensors were characterized in terms of their operational and storage stabilities and the kinetic parameters (K-m(app) and I-max). Three new glucose biosensors revealed good stability, featuring low detection limits (19.0 mu M, 3.47 mu M and 2.93 mu M for lysine-, PAMAM G2- and PAMAM G4-functionalized electrodes, respectively) and prolonged the shelf lives (4, 5, and 6 weeks for Lys-, PAMAM G2- and PAMAM G4-modified electrodes, respectively). The proposed biosensors were tested for glucose detection on real human blood serum samples.

Amperometri esaslıenzimatik metotta, kolesterol ile kolesterol oksidaz arasındaki enzimatik tepkimenin birsonucu olarak oluşan hidrojen peroksit ölçülür.Bu çalışmada, kolesterol oksidaz elektrokimyasal ya da kimyasal metotlarlahazırlanan, poliindolin, poli(o- toluidin), poli(m- toluidin), poli(o- fenilendiamin), poli(pfenilendiamin),poli(4-asetamidofenol), poli(4-metoksifenol), poli(1,3,5-tri(aminofenil)hegzahidro-1,3,5-triazinpiromellitimit), poli(2,4,6-triaminopirimidinbifeniltetrakarboksiimid) ve poli(2,4,6-triaminopirimidinbenzofenondiimid) gibi farklıpolimerik materyallerde immobilize edilmiştir. Blood cholestrol concentration is an important parameter to diagnosis and cure someclinical diseases such as cardio-vasciler ailment, hypertension and arteriosclerosis. For thedetermination of cholesterol, chemical and enzymatic methods have been used. Inamperometry based enzymatic method, hydrogen peroxide formed as a result of theenzymatic reaction between cholesterol and cholesterol oxidase is measured.In this work, cholesterol oxidase has been immobilized in different polymericmaterials such as polyindoline, poly(o-toluidine), poly(m- toluidine), poly(4-acedamindophenol, poly(4-methoxyphenol), poly(o-phenylenediamine), poly( pphenylenediamine),poly(1,3,5-(triaminophenyl)hexzahydro-1,3,5-triazinepyromellitimide),poly(2,4,6-triaminopyrimidine biphenyltetracarboxyimide) and poly(2,4,6-triaminopyrimidinebenzophenondiimide) prepared electrochemical or chemical methods.Moreover, the some parameters affecting enzyme immobilization have been examined.As a result, it has been demostrated that the major of the mentioned polymers could beused as an immobilization media for cholesterol oxidase. 129

Bu çalışmada, poli(o-/oludin)- poli(/»-fenilendiamin) ve poli(o-foludin)- poli (o-fenilendiamin) polimer elektrotları; sabit potansiyelde çalışma elektrodu olarak platin kullanılmak suretiyle elektrokimyasal polimerizasyon yöntemiyle hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan çift katmanlı her iki polimer elektrotların askorbik asit, okzalik asit ve H2O2 gibi elektroaktif türlere karşı seçimli geçirgenlik karakteristiklerini etkileyen faktörler sistematik bir yaklaşımla optimize edilmiştir. Deneysel sonuçlardan her iki polimer elektrodun askorbik asit ve okzalik asit 'i geçirmediği, ancak H2O2 için ise düzenli yanıtlar verdikleri görülmüştür. Özellikle, poli(o-toludin) çalışma elektrodu kullanılarak yapılan enzim immobilizasyonu sonucunda hazırlanan poli (o-toludin)-poli (o-fenilendiamin)-GOx enzim elektrodunun beklendiği gibi askorbik asit ve okzalik asite yanıt vermediği, glukoza ise düzenli yanıtlar verdiği bulunmuştur. The factors affecting permselectivity characteristics to electroactive species such as ascorbic acid, oxalic acid and H2O2 of the prepared double layered-polymeric electrods, were optimized systematically. From the experimental results, it was found that ascorbic acid and oxalic acid could not pass through polymeric films. Also, it was seen that regular responses for H2O2 injuctions. As a result, it was found that poIy(o-toluidine)-poly(o-phenylenediamine)-GOx enzyme electrode prepared by enzyme immobilization using poly (o-toluidine) working electrode gave regular responses for the glucose injections, as expected. Bu çalışmanın amacı Argümantasyon Yöntemine Dayalı Laboratuvar EtkinliklerininFen Bilgisi Öğretmen Adaylarının Eleştirel Düşünme Eğilimi, Mantıksal DüşünmeBecerileri ve Akademik Başarılarına Etkisini incelemektir. Bu çalışma nicel biraraştırmadır. Çalışmada deneysel araştırma türü olan yarı deneysel araştırma deseni olaneşleştirilmiş desen kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubu 2017-2018 akademikyılı bahar dönemi Fen Bilgisi Öğretmenliği Programında 1.sınıfında öğrenim gören 35'ikontrol grubunda ve 35'i de deney grubunda olmak üzere 70 öğretmen adayındanoluşmaktadır.Çalışma 5 hafta sürmüştür. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre argümantasyonyöntemine dayalı laboratuvar etkinliklerinin fen bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının eleştireldüşünme eğilimi ve akademik başarıları üzerinde anlamlı etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür.Fakat mantıksal düşünme becerileri üzerinde anlamlı farklılık görülmemiştir. Öğretmenadaylarının görüş alma formuna verdikleri cevaplar incelendiğinde argümantasyonyönteminin öğretmen adaylarının sorgulama, öğrenmeyi öğrenme, düşünmeyi geliştirme,analiz etme, mantık kurma, kendini ifade etme ve yorumlama gibi beceriler üzerinde etkiliolduğu görülmüştür. The aim of this study is to examine Effect of the Argumentation Method Basedon Laboratory Activities upon Science Teacher Candidates' Critical Thinking Tendency,Logical Thinking Skills and Academic Achievements. This study is a quantitative study.In this study, the paired design, which is a quasi-experimental research design, was used.The study group of the study consisted of 70 teacher candidates in the first semester ofthe 2017-2018 academic year Science Education Teaching Program, 35 in the controlgroup and 35 in the experimental group.The study lasted 5 weeks. Critical Thinking Tendency Scale, Science EducationLogic Thinking Skills Scale, Academic Achievement Test, Argumentation Method BasedActivity Sheets and Interview Form were used as data collection tools in the study. Withinthe scope of General Chemistry Laboratory Practices II course, experiments were carriedout on Gases, Chemical Equilibrium, Chemical Kinetics and Thermochemistry.Experiments were carried out on the same subjects in the control and experimental groupsand the process steps in the experiment sheet were followed. In addition, in theexperimental group, activity sheets based on the method of Argumentation were used.At the beginning and end of the study, Critical Thinking Tendency Scale LogicThinking Skills Scale, and Academic Achievement Test were applied to the control andexperimental groups as pre-test and post-test. MANOVA test was used for the differencebetween the posttest mean scores of the control and experimental groups. SPSS program(v. 21) is used for this purpose. The interview form was applied to 10 pre-serviceteachers. The answers were evaluated together and classified according to theirsimilarities and differences. When evaluating the activity sheets based on argumentation, the situation of achieving the gain was considered. According to the findings obtainedfrom the study, it was observed that laboratory activities based on argumentation methodhad a significant effect on the students' critical thinking disposition and academicachievement. However, no significant difference was found on logical thinking skills.When the answers of the teacher candidates on the form of opinion were examined, it wasseen that the argumentation method was effective on the skills of teacher candidates suchas questioning, learning to learn, developing thinking, analysing, establishing logic, selfexpressionand interpretation. Activity papers based on argumentation were examinedand it was seen that teacher candidates' ability to create arguments during the study periodincreased. 260

İnsanoğlu son zamanlarda teknoloji çağını yaşamaktadır. Bu süreçte yetiştirilen bireylerin teknolojiyi takip eden, doğa bilimlerini anlayan, çevresini gözlemleyip yorumlayan, karşılaştığı sorunların çözümünde fen bilimlerinden faydalanan ve elde ettiği bilgileri kullanma becerisine erişmiş, fen okuryazarı olmaları oldukça önemlidir. Bu duruma bağlı olarak araştırmanın amacı `Fen eğitiminde 3D yazıcıların kullanımının öğrencilerin tutumlarına ve 3D yazıcı ile ilgili görüşlerine etkisi var mıdır?` şeklindedir. Bu probleme bağlı olarak belirlenen alt problemler ise; •Fen eğitiminde 3D yazıcıların kullanımına karşı geliştirilen tutum ölçeği öğrenci cinsiyete göre farklılaşmakta mıdır?•Fen eğitiminde 3D yazıcıların kullanımına karşı geliştirilen tutum ölçeği sınıf düzeyi üzerinde farklılaşmakta mıdır?Araştırmanın örneklemini 2017-2018 yılında Malatya'da bulunan iki ortaokulunun 7 ve 8. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. 7. Sınıf öğrencilerini 20 kız, 33 erkek öğrenci oluşturmaktadr. 8. Sınıf öğrencilerini ise 28 kız, 27 erkek öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Fen Eğitiminde 3D Yazıcıların Kullanımına Karşı Tutum Ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Ayrıca kullanılan bir diğer veri toplama aracı ise `Öğrencilerin 3D yazıcı hakkındaki görüşleri` dir. Öğrencilerin 3D yazıcının fen eğitimindeki önemi ile ilgili açık uçlu sorular ile öğrencilerin görüşleri sorulmuştur. Öğrenciler yapılan etkinlik sonrasında duygu ve düşüncelerini ifade etmişlerdir. Her iki sınıf düzeyine de önce uygulayıcı düz anlatım yöntemini kullanmıştır. 10 haftalık bir süreç boyunca dersler 3D yazıcı ile uygulamalı olarak işlenmiştir. 10 haftalık süreç sonunda öğrenciler arasındaki farkındalık düzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla anket uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler Statistical Package fort the Social Sciences (17.00) paket programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada problem durumu test etmek için puanlarının standart sapmalarını ve bu puanların ortalamaları arasındaki fark hesaplanmıştır, puanların normal dağılım göstermesi durumunda parametrik testlerden t-testi, puanların normal dağılım göstermemesi durumda parametrik olmayan Mann-Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen nicel veriler SPSS paket programı aracılığı ile 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda kızlar ve erkekler arasında kızlar lehine anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu görülmüştür Nitel veriler ise betimsel analize tabii tutulmuştur. It is very important that individuals who are educated in this process have the ability to follow the technology, understand the natural sciences, observe and interpret their environment, make use of the information obtained from the sciences in the solution of the problems they face, and most importantly be a science literate. Depending on this situation, the aim of the research is mı Does the use of 3D printers in science education have an effect on students' attitudes and opinions about 3D printers? `. Sub-problems determined due to this problem are;• Do the attitude scales developed against the use of 3D printers in science education differ according to gender?• Does the attitude scale developed against the use of 3D printers in science education differ on the grade level?The sample of the study consists of 7th and 8th grade students of two secondary schools in Malatya in 2017-2018. The seventh grade students consisted of 20 girls and 33 boys. 8th grade students consist of 28 female and 27 male students. As a data collection tool, Attitude Scale against the Use of 3D Printers in Science Education was developed. Another data collection tool used is kullanıl Students' opinions about 3D printer. Open-ended questions and students' opinions about the importance of 3D printer in science education were asked. The students expressed their feelings and thoughts after the activity. In both class levels, the practitioner first used the method of flat expression. During the course of 10 weeks, the lessons were practiced with 3D printer. At the end of the 10-week period, a questionnaire was administered to measure awareness among students and the data were analyzed with SPSS (17.00) package program. In order to test the problem situation, the standard deviations of the scores and the difference between the mean scores of these scores were calculated. The quantitative data obtained were evaluated with SPSS packet program at 0.05 significance level. As a result of the research, a significant difference was found between girls and boys in favor of girls. Qualitative data were subjected to descriptive analysis. As a result of the research, it was determined that the students had very positive opinions about the use of 3D printer in science education and it was found that it contributed positively to the awareness levels of the students against the use of 3D printer in science education.Key words: 3D printer, science education, attitude scale 76

Bu araştırmanın amacı argümantasyon yönteminin atomun yapısı konusundaöğrenci başarısı üzerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu araştırmada deneysel araştırma modelikullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın temelini teşkil eden problem aşağıda belirtilmiştir:`İlköğretim 7. sınıf atomun yapısı konusunda, öğrenci başarısı üzerine argümantasyonyönteminin etkisi var mıdır?`Bu probleme bağlı olarak belirlenen alt problemler ise;• Kontrol ve deney grubu arasında bir fark var mıdır?• Kız ve erkek öğrenciler arasında bir fark var mıdır?Araştırmanın örneklemini 2013-2014 Eğitim-Öğretim yılının 2. dönemindeMalatya İli Doğanyol İlçesinde eğitim gören bir ilköğretim okulunun 7. sınıfındaki 12erkek, 13 kız olmak üzere toplam 25 öğrenciden oluşturmaktadır. Kontrol grubu 6 erkek,6 kız toplam 12 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Deney grubu ise 6 erkek, 7 kız toplam 13öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak 30 sorudan oluşan çoktan seçmelibaşarı testi kullanılmıştır. Bu başarı testi çalışmanın başında ön test, sonunda ise son testolarak kullanılmıştır. Ön test sonucunda başarı ve cinsiyet açısından homojenliksağlanarak iki grup oluşturulmuş ve bu gruplar rastgele seçilerek biri kontrol grubu diğeride deney grubu olarak kullanılmıştır.Çalışma toplam 10 ders saati sürmüştür. Kontrol grubunda ders kitabında yer alanetkinlikler yapılırken, deney grubunda araştırmacı tarafından argümantasyon yönteminegöre geliştirilen güvenirlik ve geçerliğe sahip çalışma yaprakları kullanılmıştır.Çalışmanın verileri SPSS 21 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Ön test sonucundakontrol ve deney grubu arasında anlamlı bir farklılık oluşmadığı gözlenmiştir. Son testsonucuna göre ise kontrol ve deney grubu arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı birfarklılığın olduğu gözlenmiştir. Is there any difference between male and female students?The research sample consists of 12 boys, 13 girls and total 25 students who areeducated in 7th grade of an elementary school that is in Doğanyol, the district of Malatyaprovince in the second term of 2013-2014 academic year. Control group consists of 6boys, 6 girls and total 12 students. Experimental group consists of 6 boys, 7 girls and total13 students. Multiple-choice achievement test was used as data collection tool that isconsisting of 30 questions. This achievement test was used as a pre-test before starting toresearch and as a post-test at the end of the research. According to the pre-test results,two groups were constituted, that was provided homogeneity in the terms of success andgender. The control and the experimental groups of the study were selected randomlyThe research was lasted 10 lessons period. While the activities in the textbookwere performing in the control group, the worksheet that were improved by researcheraccording to the argumentation method were performed in the experimental group.The data of the research were analysed with SPSS 21. According to pre-testresults there are not significant differences between control and experimental groups butaccording to the post-test results there are significant differences control and experimentalgroups. 80
