Tais objetivos se justificam uma vez que buscamos compreender quais aspectos estiveram presentes em seus processos educativos, visto que estamos diante de uma “crise sistêmica” na qual os processos produtivos de exploração, extração e degradação dos elementos da natureza têm culminado na desestabilização das relações ecológicas e na ameaça à existência das diferentes formas de vida da Terra. Assim, a sociedade, diante da urgência da aquisição de outros valores e comportamentos socioambientais em substituição ao utilitarismo, tem visto os campos da Educação e da Educação Ambiental – EA - como potenciais articuladores do enfrentamento dos processos de degradação do ambiente. Nesse sentido, pesquisar e compreender processos educacionais em um curso específico de formação ambiental técnica integrada traria contribuições para o campo da educação e, por conseguinte, da EA. Assim sendo, implementar a formação técnica é fundamental; no entanto, parece não ser o suficiente sem que se problematize as complexas inter-relações socioambientais com vistas à “formação integral” e “omnilateral”. A investigação foi realizada a partir da perspectiva qualitativa, adotando como procedimentos de coleta de dados a “análise documental” e entrevistas semiestruturadas. Como “ferramenta analítica” utilizamos a “Análise Textual Discursiva” – ATD. A partir dos resultados, compreendemos que a constituição do currículo do Etim em Meio Ambiente ocorreu sob a influência das políticas neoliberais em contextos sociopolítico e econômico de contradições entre a “formação para as competências” e a autonomia. A temática ambiental não está inserida em oito dos trinta componentes da formação. Em cinquenta e dois componentes não houve o detalhamento dos procedimentos didáticos nos Planos de Trabalho Docente. Os temas ambientais propostos no “Plano de Curso 167” tenderam a ser abordados na perspectiva técnico-instrumental, enquanto os propostos pelos professores, à perspectiva problematizadora. Em relação aos procedimentos didáticos e práticas pedagógicas, tanto a perspectiva tecnicista quanto a socioambiental foram contempladas nos componentes. A infraestrutura didático-pedagógica mostrou-se insuficiente e a única infraestrutura física diferenciada são os laboratórios de “Microbiologia e Análises Ambientais”. Os professores foram identificados como agentes de transformação, resistentes a um processo formativo que priorizasse apenas aspectos técnico-conceituais. Observamos um curso constituído por contradições curriculares em um mosaico de aspectos sociopolíticos e estruturais condicionantes do processo formativo com foco na questão ambiental. This research aims at analyzing how the environmental theme is included in the Technical Course in Environment Integrated to High School at the Paula Souza Center, in the State of São Paulo, as well as the social, economic and political contexts in which course implementation occurred. Such analysis is justified for the purpose of understanding which aspects were present in the educational processes of the course, considering the present "systemic crisis" in which the productive processes of exploitation, extraction and degradation of natural elements has culminated in the destabilization of ecological relations and the threat of endangerment of different life forms on Earth. Thus, society, faced with the urgency of acquiring other socio-environmental values and behaviors other than utilitarianism, has seen the fields of Education and Environmental Education (“EA”) as potential articulators for coping with the processes of environmental degradation. In this sense, researching and understanding educational processes in a specific course of integrated technical environmental training would bring contributions to the field of education and therefore to Environmental Education. Implementing technical training is fundamental; however, it does not seem to be enough without considering the complex socio-environmental interrelations, with a view to "integral", "omnilateral" formation. The research was developed from a qualitative perspective, adopting "documental analysis" and semi-structured interviews as data collection procedures and, as an "analytical tool", "Discursive Textual Analysis" – (ATD) was used. Results suggest that the constitution of the “Etim” curriculum in Environment occurred under the influences of neoliberal policies in sociopolitical and economic contexts of contradictions between "training for competencies" and autonomy. The environmental theme is not present in eight of the thirty components of the training. Fifty-two components did not detail the teaching procedures in the Teaching-Training Plans. The environmental themes proposed in "Course Plan 167" tended to be addressed from a technical-instrumental perspective, whereas those proposed by teachers tended to the problematization perspective. Regarding didactic procedures and pedagogical practices, both the technical and socio-environmental perspectives were contemplated in the components. The didactic-pedagogical infrastructure proved insufficient and the only differentiated physical infrastructure is the laboratories of "Microbiology and Environmental Analyses". Teachers were identified as transformation agents, resistant to a formative process, which prioritizes only technical-conceptual aspects. Hence, it has shown the depiction of a course consisting of curricular contradictions in a mosaic of sociopolitical and structural aspects conditioning the formative process with a focus on the environmental issue.

Além desse objetivo geral, procuramos explorar possíveis significados e sentidos, relacionados com a temática ambiental, mobilizados a partir da análise dos documentos que orientam os princípios, ações e as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas pelos diferentes cursos investigados. Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental, tendo como orientação a perspectiva qualitativa e orientada a partir da abordagem histórico-cultural, que busca compreender os sentidos construídos a partir da relação dialógica entre os sujeitos. A escola em estudo está localizada em uma região geográfica do Estado de São Paulo na qual as atividades agrícolas são parte significativa da economia, fato que torna importante a compreensão dos caminhos formativos que se voltam para essa área, principalmente aqueles vividos em contexto escolar, que contribuirão para a formação da identidade rural da região. Na tentativa de compreendermos o processo de inserção da temática ambiental nos cursos estudados, o corpus documental constituiu-se pelos documentos norteadores da proposta pedagógica da escola. Os resultados dessas análises nos indicam que, de maneira geral, a temática ambiental tem sido prevista como questão a ser trabalhada pela escola no decorrer do ETEC/PPG 2018-2022, apresentando-se com maior evidência nas proposições do curso de Agropecuária em relação ao curso de Agroindústria. Na Formação Geral, voltada para o EM do curso de Agropecuária, há indícios que nos permitem apontar para a problematização de alguns aspectos da questão ambiental de forma crítica, conteúdos que citam os principais problemas ambientais da atualidade, bem como aspectos que envolvem a relação sociedade-natureza. No que diz respeito aos significados e sentidos mobilizados acerca da temática ambiental a partir dos documentos da escola, utilizamos a metodologia dos núcleos de significação, que nos possibilitou a construção de dois núcleos sendo, o primeiro, referente às relações estabelecidas entre a questão ambiental e aspectos relacionados com a Sustentabilidade/ Desenvolvimento Sustentável, e o segundo sobre a relação da temática ambiental e a dimensão da Técnica. Quanto ao primeiro núcleo, observamos o predomínio das questões econômicas e que os termos são mencionados, geralmente, de forma genérica, o que permite as mais diversas abordagens sobre o tema. Apesar da associação do termo Sustentabilidade às ideias de preservação ambiental e impactos ambientais, este foi utilizado de maneira acrítica, distanciando-se da inclusão de pautas socioambientais e políticas que tenham como base os princípios da democracia participativa. No que diz respeito ao núcleo relativo à Técnica, notou-se um incentivo à sua utilização, nos processos de mecanização e modernização da agricultura, bem como em relação à utilização de recursos para aumentar a produção agrícola. Há, também, indícios de um deslocamento da responsabilidade em relação às questões ambientais, uma vez que se coloca grande ênfase na técnica como um caminho para a solução dos problemas ambientais. The present work aims to identify whether the environmental theme is considered in the 2018-2022 Multi-Year Management Plan and in the Plans of Technical courses in Agriculture integrated with High School and Agroindustry of a school in the interior of São Paulo, linked to the Paula Souza Center. In addition to this general objective, are explored possible meanings related to the environmental theme, mobilized from the analysis of documents that guide the principles, actions and pedagogical practices developed by the different courses investigated. This is a documental research, guided by a qualitative perspective and elaborated from the historical-cultural approach, which seeks to understand the meanings constructed from the dialogical relationship between the subjects. The studied school is located in a geographic region of the São Paulo State in which agricultural activities are a significant part of the economy, a fact that makes it important to understand the training paths that turn to this area, especially those experienced in a school context, which will contribute to the formation of the region's rural identity. In an attempt to understand the process of insertion of the environmental theme in the studied courses, the documental corpus was constitute by the documents that guide the pedagogical proposal of the school. The results of these analyzes indicate that, in general, the environmental theme has been foreseen as an issue to be worked on by the school during the ETEC/PPG 2018-2022, presenting itself with greater evidence in the proposals of the Agriculture course in relation to the Agroindustry course. Specifically, in the General Education focused on High School in the Agriculture course, there are indications that allow us to point out the problematization of some aspects of the environmental issue in a critical way, contents that mention the main environmental problems of the present time, as well as aspects that involve the relationship society-nature. Concerning the meanings mobilized about the environmental theme from the school documents, we used the meaning nucleus methodology, which allowed us to build two nucleus; the first referring to the relationships established between the environmental issue and aspects related to sustainability/sustainable development, and the second on the relationship between environmental issues and the dimension of Technique. As for the first nucleus, we observe the predominance of economic issues and that the terms are mentioned in a generic way, which allows for the most diverse approaches to the subject. Despite the association of the term Sustainability to the ideas of environmental preservation and environmental impacts, it was used uncritically, distancing itself from the inclusion of socio-environmental and political guidelines that are based on the participatory democracy principles. Regarding the nucleus that investigated the Technical dimension, an incentive was noted for its use, in the processes of mechanization and modernization of agriculture, as well as in relation to the use of resources to increase agricultural production. There are also signs of a shift in responsibility in relation to environmental issues, since there is great emphasis on technique as a way to solve environmental problems. CAPES: 001.

Entendemos a educação enquanto ato político e, assumindo que os professores, quando têm clareza de sua prática pedagógica com relação à temática ambiental, atuam de maneira intencional para a transformação da sociedade. A perspectiva qualitativa foi vista como mais apropriada ao estudo, e o instrumento para a produção dos dados foi a entrevista em profundidade. Para a análise tomamos como referencial teórico a Análise dialógica do discurso (BAKHTIN, 2006). Procuramos identificar as experiências que aproximaram os professores tanto de aspectos relacionados à temática ambiental quanto da dimensão política da temática ambiental. Com relação à temática ambiental no contexto escolar as vivências como as saídas de campo, a lembrança de professores que envolviam, de maneira mais ampla, as questões ambientais em suas aulas e as vivências na universidade foram destacadas. No contexto não escolar experiências lúdicas durante a infância, as práticas familiares, e a participação em comunidades religiosas foram citadas. Sobre a dimensão política no contexto não escolar a referência à participação políticas dos pais em sindicatos e mobilizações, a participação em comunidades eclesiais de base e os grupos de amigos foram citados como importantes experiências. Já no contexto escolar, o contato com professores que propunham o debate de ideias, no ensino superior a participação nos Movimentos Estudantis, o contexto conflituoso da universidade pública e o contato com a pesquisa científica foram experiências que os sensibilizaram para a dimensão política da educação e da temática ambiental. Assim identificamos as motivações para o trabalho, bem como os conteúdos, recursos e procedimentos didáticos que os professores recorrem ao tentar incluir a temática ambiental em suas aulas. Além de elencar as possibilidades e limitações para o trabalho com essa temática na escola. The present work seeks to mobilize meanings about the relationship between the life experiences of eight teachers of basic education and the political dimension of Environmental Education, in order to understand the possibilities that the different life experiences offer for the sensitization of teachers, for the work with the environmental theme. We understand education as a political act, and assuming that teachers, when they have clarity of their pedagogical practice regarding the environmental theme, act in an intentional way for the transformation of society. The qualitative perspective was seen as more appropriate to the study, and the instrument for producing the data was the in-depth interview. For the analysis we take as theoretical reference the Dialogical analysis of the discourse (BAKHTIN, 2006). We tried to identify the experiences that approached the teachers both aspects related to the environmental theme and the political dimension of the environmental theme. With regard to the environmental theme in the school context, experiences such as field trips, the remembrance of teachers that involved more broadly the environmental issues in their classes and the experiences at the university were highlighted. In the non-school context, playful experiences during childhood, family practices, and participation in religious communities were cited. Regarding the political dimension in the non-school context, the reference to parental political participation in unions and mobilizations, participation in grassroots ecclesial communities and groups of friends were cited as important experiences. In the school context, contact with teachers who proposed the debate of ideas, higher education participation in Student Movements, conflict context of the public university and contact with scientific research were experiences that sensitized them to the political dimension of education and of environmental issues. Thus we identify the motivations for the work, as well as the contents, resources and didactic procedures that teachers use when trying to include the environmental theme in their classes. Para isso, essa investigação utilizou como corpus documental os quatro fascículos do Currículo do Estado de São Paulo e seus materiais de apoio, denominados “caderno do aluno” e “caderno do professor”, de todas as disciplinas e áreas do conhecimento, totalizando cento e quarenta cadernos. Caracterizou-se, portanto, enquanto uma investigação de natureza qualitativa do tipo “pesquisa documental”. O corpus documental foi submetido à uma técnica de análise de textos denominada “Análise de Conteúdo”, proposta por Laurence Bardin. Inicialmente, foi realizada a “leitura flutuante” de todos os materiais que compuseram o corpus desta pesquisa, resultando em uma primeira constatação: a ausência de elementos da temática ambiental nos materiais da disciplina de Educação Física. Posteriormente, os elementos da temática ambiental identificados nos demais materiais permitiram a construção de “unidades de registro”, que foram agrupadas em duas categorias de análise: “Uso e apropriação de recursos naturais e seus impactos” e “Medidas para o enfrentamento da crise ambiental”. Em seguida, as “Situações de Aprendizagem” que contemplavam elementos da temática ambiental foram analisadas, no caderno do professor, para mapeamento dos procedimentos didáticos sugeridos. Os resultados revelaram a predominância de elementos da temática ambiental nos materiais da área de “Ciências da Natureza e suas tecnologias”, embora tenham sido identificados também em número significativo na área de “Ciências Humanas e suas tecnologias”. Na categoria “Uso e apropriação de recursos naturais e seus impactos”, que concentrou a maior parte das “unidades de registro” construídas, percebeu-se a predominância do caráter dicotômico da relação sociedade-natureza, reforçando uma visão utilitarista do ambiente. Sobre as “Medidas para o enfrentamento da crise ambiental”, os materiais analisados revelaram um foco na adoção de atitudes mais conscientes em relação às atividades que geram algum impacto para o ambiente, sem aprofundar reflexões acerca do consumo, modo de vida e sobre o modo de produção. Além disso, os procedimentos didáticos mapeados revelaram a predominância de leitura de texto seguida de questionário, com predomínio de questões “reprodutivas” sobre questões “produtivas”. Nesse sentido, a inserção da temática ambiental no currículo do ensino médio do estado de São Paulo e em seus materiais de apoio evidencia incoerências e contradições com o estabelecido nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação Ambiental e com o referencial teórico adotado nesta pesquisa, revelando limitado potencial transformador da relação estabelecida entre sociedade-natureza, uma vez que não problematiza o consumo, o modo de vida e de produção na sociedade capitalista. Além disso, elementos como a ênfase no caráter danoso para o ambiente proveniente das ações antrópicas, a adoção de atitudes individuais de redução de impactos ambientais sem problematizar o consumo e o modo de produção, a predominância de procedimentos didáticos que pouco colaboram para o debate, a discussão e reflexão acerca da problemática ambiental, atrelados à dicotomia entre ensino e aprendizagem e a ênfase no desenvolvimento de habilidades e competências expressos no currículo revelam uma possível influência da visão neoliberal de educação na elaboração destes documentos, reforçando uma perspectiva acrítica deste currículo, que pode acabar por silenciar algumas vozes, experiências, histórias e trajetórias pelas quais os alunos são constituídos e dão sentido ao mundo que os cerca. This research sought to analyze the incorporation of aspects related to the environmental theme (environmental themes, didactic procedures) in the official high school curriculum of the state public school of São Paulo, as well as in the respective supporting materials. To do so, this research used as documentary corpus the four issues of the Curriculum of the State of São Paulo and its supporting materials, called "student notebook" and "teacher's notebook", of all subjects and areas of knowledge, totaling one hundred and forty notebooks. It was characterized, therefore, as an investigation of a qualitative nature of the type "documentary research". The documentary corpus was submitted to a text analysis technique called "Content Analysis", proposed by Laurence Bardin. Initially, the "floating reading" of all the materials that compose the corpus of this research was carried out, resulting in a first finding: the absence of elements of the environmental theme in the materials of the Physical Education subject. Subsequently, the elements of the environmental theme identified in the other materials allowed the construction of "registration units", which were grouped into two categories of analysis: "Use and appropriation of natural resources and their impacts" and "Measures to deal with the environmental crisis". Next, the "Situations of Learning" that contemplated elements of the environmental theme were analyzed, in the teacher's notebook, to map the suggested didactic procedures. The results revealed the predominance of elements of the environmental theme in the materials of the area of "Natural Sciences and their technologies", although they have also been identified in significant numbers in the area of "Human Sciences and their technologies". In the category "Use and appropriation of natural resources and their impacts", which concentrated most of the "record units" constructed, the predominance of the dichotomous character of the society-nature relationship was perceived, reinforcing a utilitarian view of the environment. On the "Measures to deal with the environmental crisis", the analyzed materials revealed a focus on the adoption of more conscious attitudes towards the activities that generate some impact for the environment, without deepening reflections on the consumption, way of life and on the way of production. Moreover, the didactic procedures mapped revealed the predominance of text reading followed by questionnaire, with predominance of "reproductive" questions on "productive" questions. In this sense, the inclusion of the environmental theme in the high school curriculum of the state of São Paulo and its support materials evidences inconsistencies and contradictions with what is established in the National Curricular Guidelines for Environmental Education and with the theoretical reference adopted in this research, revealing a limited transforming potential of the relationship established between society and nature, since it does not problematize consumption, the way of life and production in capitalist society. Furthermore, elements such as the emphasis on the harmful character to the environment caused by anthropic actions, the adoption of individual attitudes to reduce environmental impacts without problematizing consumption and the way of production, the predominance of didactic procedures that do little to contribute to the debate, the discussion and reflection on the environmental problem, coupled with the dichotomy between teaching and learning and the emphasis on the development of skills and competences expressed in the curriculum reveal a possible influence of the neoliberal view of education in the elaboration of these documents, reinforcing an uncritical perspective of this curriculum, which may end up by silencing some voices, experiences, histories and trajectories by which the students are constituted and give meaning to the world around them.

The aim of this research is to understand the science teachers conceptions about tteaching of environmental themes in the municipalities of Magé, Itaboraí, São Gonçalo and Guapimirim in the state of Rio de Janeiro. These municipalities are located on the shores of Guanabara Bay, with part of their territory in the APA of Guapimirim and face various socio-environmental problems arising. The research had a qualitative methodological approach. The construction of the data took as sources: official curricular documents, questionnaires and interviews to science teachers of the selected municipalities. Content analysis was used as data analysis technique. The analysis pointed out that in the PCN, in the Minimum Curriculum of Rio de Janeiro and in the municipal curricular proposals predominate utilitarian and pedagogical purposes for the teaching of environmental themes in the discipline Sciences and a vision of environment as nature and resource. In the answers to the questionnaires the utilitarian purpose was the most cited. The textbooks were the materials cited by teachers as the most used during planning and multimedia resources as the most frequently used for the development of classes on environmental issues. Most teachers have a perception of environment as nature and of pragmatic Environmental Education. In the analysis of the interviews, it was pointed out a valuation of the experiential knowledge and gaps in the initial and continuous training of the teachers on environmental themes. It was pointed out that the discourses contain critical aspects about environmental issues, but the teachers perform pragmatic activities of environmental education. This research contributes to point out the importance of approaching local socio-environmental issues in elementary education, aiming at sensitizing students to transform their socio-environmental reality. No atual contexto ambiental promove-se a articulação entre a educação e ambiente, considerando a educação fundamental como etapa privilegiada de humanização, socialização e direcionamento social. Esse estudo teve por objetivo a compreensão de concepções de professores de Ciências sobre o ensino de temáticas ambientais nos municípios de Magé, Itaboraí, São Gonçalo e Guapimirim no estado do Rio de Janeiro. Esses municípios estão localizados às margens da Baía de Guanabara, com parte do território na APA de Guapimirim, e enfrentam diversos problemas socioambientais. A pesquisa teve uma abordagem metodológica qualitativa. A construção dos dados tomou como fontes documentos curriculares oficiais, questionários e entrevistas com professores de Ciências dos municípios selecionados. Foi utilizada a análise de conteúdo como técnica de análise dos dados. A análise apontou que nos PCN, no Currículo Mínimo do Rio de Janeiro e nas propostas curriculares municipais predominam finalidades utilitárias e pedagógicas para o ensino de temáticas ambientais na disciplina Ciências e a visão de ambiente como natureza e recurso. Nas respostas aos questionários a finalidade utilitária foi a mais citada. Os livros didáticos foram os materiais citados pelos professores como os mais utilizados durante o planejamento e os recursos multimídia como os mais frequentemente empregados para o desenvolvimento das aulas sobre temáticas ambientais. A maioria dos docentes possui uma percepção de ambiente como natureza e de Educação Ambiental pragmática. Na análise dos depoimentos de professores apontou-se a valorização de saberes experienciais sobre a temática ambiental na formação docente inicial e continuada e aspectos críticos nas narrativas docentes sobre questões socioambientais, embora os professores valorizem a tendência pragmática de EA. A pesquisa contribui ao apontar a importância da abordagem de questões socioambientais locais na educação básica, visando à sensibilização dos estudantes para ações de transformação de sua realidade socioambiental.

Foi realizada uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo e os dados foram coletados por meio de observações das atividades de regência, questionários e entrevistas semiestruturadas. A análise baseou-se na análise de conteúdo e consistiu nas seguintes etapas 1) pré-análise, 2) exploração do material, 3) categorização, 4) tratamento dos resultados e por fim 5) análise. Dentre os 20 licenciandos, uma minoria relatou dificuldades no exercício da regência nas escolas de ensino médio, sendo a falta de experiência um fator relatado para justificar as dificuldades. A maioria também acredita que os problemas ambientais são relevantes para a sociedade atual e apontam a poluição como principal problema. As análises também apontam para o crescimento urbano como a principal causa dos problemas ambientais e as mudanças climáticas como a principal consequência e apresentam a educação como a melhor forma de mitigação para a problemática ambiental segundo os licenciandos. Em relação as compreeensões sobre a temática ambiental apresentada pelos futuros professores, a concepção ecológica foi a que mais apresentou unidades de registro, seguida pela concepção crítica, utilitarista e por fim a naturalista. É percebido ainda pelos licenciandos uma concepção baseada em princípios biológicos acera da temática ambiental. Esperamos que com os conhecimentos construídos por meio dessa pesquisa possa contribuir na discussão sobre a formação inicial de professores de biologia e trazer reflexões sobre a educação ambiental concebida nas escolas por meio dos professores de biologia. This paper aims to investigate the conceptions about the environmental theme and its articulations with the educational process in undergraduate students of the last semester of a licentiate course in biological sciences of a federal public university. A qualitative research was conducted and the data were collected through observations of the regency activities, questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The analysis was based on content analysis and consisted of the following steps: 1) pre-analysis, 2) exploration of the material, 3) categorization, 4) treatment of results and finally 5) analysis. Among the 20 graduates, a minority reported difficulties in the exercise of regency in high schools, with lack of experience being a factor reported to justify the difficulties. Most also believe that environmental problems are relevant to today's society and point to pollution as the main problem. The analyzes also point to urban growth as the main cause of environmental problems and climate change as the main consequence and present education as the best way to mitigate environmental problems according to the graduates. In relation to the conceptions about the environmental theme presented by the future teachers, the ecological conception was the one that presented more units of registration, followed by the critical, utilitarian and finally the naturalistic conception. It is also perceived by the licenciandos a concept based on biological principles on the environmental theme. We hope that with the knowledge built through this research can contribute to the discussion about the initial training of biology teachers and bring reflections on environmental education conceived in schools through biology teachers.

This paper views and discusses discourses on social responsibility in organizations and their use of the environmental theme. We suppose that strategies are used to disseminate some discourses concerning these matters. The ambiguities of themes within organizations point to a fragmented discourse (Fineman, 1996), revealing practices of openness and dissimulation. The theoretical discussion starts with the theme of social responsibility, confronting it with an environmental theme and discusses discourses with ambiguities of organizational practice stemming from two themes. At the end, a case study of Antena completes the discussion. Data was collected with documental research and semi-structured interviews. We made use of Discourse Analysis methodology (Fiorin, 1989). In conclusion, the concern with social responsibility and its environmental thematic lie within the organization. It is found in the discourse and actions at a high administration level including managers and a high number of technical workers. The silence about the limits of this responsibility is fulfilled by a technical workers group that reveals dissimulation when openness menaces some objectives.

Environmental Education (EE) is proposed Federal Constitution (BRASIL, 1988) at all educational levels, and should be present in formal learning environments and non-formal. The Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN's), containing the guidelines to be adopted by primary schools from 1997 to treat environmental education as a cross-cutting issue to be worked in all disciplines. This document suggests ways of introduction of environmental education in school curricula, and also highlights the environmental concerns and contemplate local realities. In this sense, the hypothesis that guides this study is that the Colégio de Aplicação (CODAP) of Universidade Federal de Sergipe adopts EE in all fields of knowledge in an interdisciplinary way. Thus, the general objective of this research is to evaluate the efficiency of contextualized environmental education teaching, according to the recommendations of the Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais theme Environment, the Colégio de Aplicação of UFS, with the following objectives: to identify the difficulties of contextual teaching and learning model on the theme Environment and consequently the EE; develop a profile of the students on the level of knowledge related to environmental issues. This research was conducted in the Colégio de Aplicação (CODAP) of the Universidade Federal de Sergipe, located in São Cristóvão. The methodology of this study followed a prospective descriptive, qualitative and quantitative, which favored the collection of information about the object of study. site visits were conducted for analysis of its Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) and application of a questionnaire to teachers and students in order to collect data about the EE. From the results was carried out a comparison between the performance of students and teachers' responses and the goals of the PCN's about the cross-environment theme as a strategy for the development of school activities. It was observed the absence of an EE project in the curriculum of elementary college education, because it has a direct relationship with the school's peculiarities and the immediate living conditions of students. However, there are specific events in the disciplines Sciences and Geography, with predominant orientation of informative and unrelated nature of the goals of the PCN‟s. Finally, it was found that EE is not practiced in an interdisciplinary way and, much less, the cross-environment theme is working in all disciplines, as proposed by the PCN's, as the faculty demonstrated not incorporate the changes suggested by the document. Teachers, mostly claim they do not feel safe in dealing with these practices by the lack of training offered by the college. In addition, the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) of CODAP does not include EE practices for the subjects. A Educação Ambiental (EA) é proposta na Constituição Federal (BRASIL, 1988), em todos os níveis de ensino, devendo se fazer presente nos ambientes de aprendizagem formais e não-formais. Os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN‟s), que contêm as diretrizes a serem adotadas pelas escolas de Ensino Fundamental a partir de 1997, tratam a Educação Ambiental como tema transversal, a ser trabalhado em todas as disciplinas. Este documento sugere as formas de introdução da Educação Ambiental nos currículos escolares, além de evidenciar a temática do meio ambiente e contemplar as realidades locais. Neste sentido, o pressuposto que norteia este estudo é que o Colégio de Aplicação (CODAP) da Universidade Federal de Sergipe adota a EA em todas as áreas do saber de forma interdisciplinar. Assim, o objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi avaliar a eficiência do ensino contextualizado de educação ambiental, segundo as recomendações dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais tema Meio Ambiente, no Colégio de Aplicação da UFS, e como objetivos específicos: identificar as dificuldades do modelo ensino-aprendizagem contextualizado sobre o tema Meio Ambiente e consequentemente a EA; E conhecer o perfil dos alunos sobre o nível do conhecimento referente à temática ambiental. Esta pesquisa foi realizada no Colégio de Aplicação (CODAP) da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, situado na cidade de São Cristóvão. A metodologia desta pesquisa seguiu uma perspectiva do tipo descritiva, quali-quantitativa, que favoreceu no levantamento de informações sobre o objeto de estudo. Foram realizadas visitas in loco para análise do seu Projeto Político Pedagógico e aplicação de um questionário junto aos docentes e discentes, a fim de levantar dados a respeito da EA. A partir dos resultados foi realizado um comparativo entre o desempenho dos alunos e respostas dos professores e as metas dos PCN‟s sobre o tema transversal meio ambiente, como estratégia para o desenvolvimento das atividades escolares. Ficou constatada a ausência de um projeto de EA nos programas curriculares do Ensino Fundamental do colégio, por não apresentar relação direta com as peculiaridades da escola e com as condições de conhecimento dos alunos. Contudo, o que existe são eventos pontuais nas disciplinas Ciências e Geografia, com orientação predominante de cunho informativo e desvinculado das metas dos PCN‟s. Por fim, constatou-se que a EA não é praticada de forma interdisciplinar e, muito menos, o tema transversal meio ambiente é trabalhado em todas as disciplinas, como proposto pelos PCN‟s, já que o corpo docente demonstrou não incorporar as mudanças sugeridas pelo documento. Os professores, em sua maioria, alegam que não se sentem seguros em lidar com essas práticas pela falta de capacitação oferecida pelo colégio. Além disso, o Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) do CODAP não contempla as práticas de EA para as disciplinas.

Para tanto, examinaram-se três características que compõem a vertente instrumental da temática ambiental: o domínio do homem sobre a natureza; o discurso do competente ou do especialista que se presentifica como aletheia; e, por fim, a não superação do capitalismo. Verificou-se que a relação entre o homem e a natureza não se enquadra na vertente instrumental da temática ambiental, pois, em suas entrelinhas, afirma que homem e natureza estão imbricados. Porém, ao não fazer a crítica em direção à superação do capitalismo e enfatizar que a leitura da realidade ambiental deve ser realizada, tendo como base o paradigma sistêmico, ela pode ser enquadrada na vertente pós-moderna da temática ambiental. Com relação ao discurso do sujeito competente, pode-se dizer que ele encontra respaldo na temática ambiental dos PCNs. Em várias passagens deste documento, aparece a ênfase na técnica para a solução dos problemas ambientais. Para ele, sabendo as definições e as legislações que englobam a questão ambiental, grande parte desta problemática estará resolvida. Já a não superação do capitalismo também é verificada nestes documentos. Apesar de, emalgumas passagens, realizarem a crítica ao capitalismo, não apontam e não propõem como deve ser realizada a sua superação. A crítica se perde no vazio, principalmente, quando a formação ambiental destes documentos sinaliza para uma crise de percepção (atitudes e comportamentos) e não uma crise estrutural do sistema. The aim of this study was analyzed if there are influences of the instrumental reason in the environmental issues of the National Curriculum Standards. Therefore, it was examined three characteristics that constitute the instrumental aspects of the environmental issues: the man's dominion over nature; the discourse of the competent or of the specialist who becomes present as “aletheia”; and, finally, the overcoming of the capitalism.It was observed that the relationship between the man and the nature does not fit in the instrumental aspect of the environmental issues, because, implicitly, it affirms that the man and the nature are interwoven. However, when there is no criticism towards the overcoming of the capitalism and no emphasis that the reading of the environmental reality, based on the systemic paradigm, it fits in the postmodern aspect of the environmental issues. The discourse of the competentis supported by the environmental issues of the National Curriculum Standards. The emphasis on the techniquefor solutions tothe environmental problems appears in many parts of this document.The document reports if someone knows about the definitions and the laws that contain the environmental issues, many of this problems will be solved. The overcoming of the capitalism is also observed in this document. Although some parts of the document are criticalto capitalism, they do not propose how this overcoming should be performed. The criticism is useless, especially, when the environmental background of this document showsa crisis of perception (attitudes and behaviors) and not a structural crisis of the system.

In this scenario, this study aims to put environmental issues as the theme generator in order to work out the mathematical concepts through the content of related and quadratic functions from situations experienced and observed by the students on the issue of the impacts of rainfall in the mountain region. In addition, there was a debate around the subject from the perception that students have of where they live and the community as a whole. The research scenario was a public school in technical high school of the State of Rio de Janeiro, with the class of third year of Information Technology (IT). For a better understanding and interpretation of the problem-situations, a brief history on Functions Education was made in addition to the discussion on the effects of rain, with a critical view of environmental issues. The methodological procedure used includes research conducted by students as the subject of debate, as well as suggestions and solutions to the problems posed thus creating the research as Participant Observation. After application of the activities involving the problem-situations and the debate, it was very clear that through the methodology adopted, there was a significant improvement from the students, with regard to the understanding of the content addressed and environmental critical view, based on observation of cultural, economic and social aspects of their environment Há algum tempo, os efeitos das chuvas têm um papel transformador na vida dos moradores da Região Serrana, em particular, na cidade de Petrópolis. É neste cenário que o presente trabalho tem por objetivo, inserir as questões ambientais como tema gerador, de modo a trabalhar os conceitos matemáticos, através do conteúdo de funções afim e quadrática, a partir de situações observadas e vivenciadas pelos alunos, na questão dos impactos das chuvas na região serrana.Também foi realizado um debate em torno do assunto, a partir da percepção que os alunos têm do local que residem e a comunidade como um todo. O cenário da pesquisa foi uma escola pública de ensino médio técnico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, junto à turma do 3o ano de Tecnologia da Informação (T.I). Para que houvesse uma maior compreensão e melhor interpretação das situações-problema, foi feita uma breve trajetória sobre Ensino de Funções, além da discussão sobre os efeitos das chuvas, com uma concepção crítica da temática ambiental. O procedimento metodológico adotado envolveu pesquisas realizadas pelos alunos, como tema para o debate, bem como sugestões e soluções para os problemas propostos, configurando assim a pesquisa como Observação Participante. Após a aplicação das atividades, envolvendo as situações-problema e o debate, ficou bem nítido que através da metodologia adotada, houve uma melhora significativa por parte dos alunos, no que diz respeito à compreensão do conteúdo abordado e da visão crítica ambiental, baseada na observação dos aspectos culturais, econômicos e sociais do seu entorno

O objetivo do estudo é evidenciar e discutir a configuração dos discursos sobre a responsabilidade social nas organizações, assim como a sua incorporação da temática ambiental. Assume-se que várias estratégias são adotadas para disseminar determinado discurso sobre essas questões. Porém as ambigüidades inerentes à inserção desses temas nas organizações remetem a um discurso fragmentado (Fineman, 1996), revelando práticas de abertura e de dissimulação. A discussão teórica parte do tema responsabilidade social, o confronta com a temática ambiental e relaciona os discursos com as ambigüidades das práticas organizacionais oriundas dos dois temas. Por fim, um estudo de caso na Antena embasa a discussão. Os dados foram coletados por meio de pesquisa documental e de 40 entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Foi utilizado o método da Análise do Discurso (Fiorin, 1989). Como conclusão, comprovou-se que a preocupação com a responsabilidade social, já incorporando a temática ambiental, permeia a organização. Ela está na fala e em ações da alta direção, dos gerentes e de boa parte dos técnicos. Entretanto o silêncio sobre os limites dessa responsabilidade é preenchido por um grupo de técnicos que revela a dissimulação, quando a abertura ameaça seus objetivos específicos. This paper views and discusses discourses on social responsibility in organizations and their use of the environmental theme. We suppose that strategies are used to disseminate some discourses concerning these matters. The ambiguities of themes within organizations point to a fragmented discourse (Fineman, 1996), revealing practices of openness and dissimulation. The theoretical discussion starts with the theme of social responsibility, confronting it with an environmental theme and discusses discourses with ambiguities of organizational practice stemming from two themes. At the end, a case study of Antena completes the discussion. Data was collected with documental research and semi-structured interviews. We made use of Discourse Analysis methodology (Fiorin, 1989). In conclusion, the concern with social responsibility and its environmental thematic lie within the organization. It is found in the discourse and actions at a high administration level including managers and a high number of technical workers. The silence about the limits of this responsibility is fulfilled by a technical workers group that reveals dissimulation when openness menaces some objectives.
