Each child born is named by gender. The names given are used by people throughout their lives. Therefore, the meaning of the name given to the child is an issue that needs to be emphasized. In this context, it is very important for the Turks to give meaningful names to the child. Throughout the history, many traditions have emerged in the Turks regarding the name of the child and children have been named due to these traditions. The traditions of naming the child in the Turks have become a mirror of the cultural values of the Turkish nation. The Turkish nation, living in different geographies for different reasons in different periods of history, applied naming traditions in their geographies. One of the Turkish tribes in which the naming traditions are kept is the Kazakh Turks living in Turkestan Geography. In Kazakh Turks, the child is not given a random name. When giving the name; the natural events of the day the child was born, the gender of the previous siblings, if any, and whether they livedor not, the wish for the child to be a happy, successful and a good person in life, interest in historical figures, and these kinds of situations are considered when naming the child. In determining the names of women to be given in the study, the work “Kazakh Names”, which was written by TelhojaJanuzakovic and KlaraEsbayeva and published in Almaty in 1988, was used. The female personnames were investigatedin the work, which was transferred to Turkey Turkish from Kazakh Turkish by NurettinAksu and published by Turkish Language Institutionin 2003

Köken olarak İngilizce bir terim olan ve Almanca, Fransızca gibi diller başta olmak üzere çoğu Avrupa dilinde yer alan “mental” sözcüğü Türkçede "akıl, zekâ, zihinsel, ruhsal" anlamında kullanılmaktadır. Buradan da anlaşılacağı üzere “mental” zihinle ilgili olan fiillerdir. Duygu, düşünce ve algılarla ilgili fiiller mental fiiller içerisinde yer almaktadır. Dolayısıyla mental fiiller zihinsel hareket sonucu ortaya çıkan fiillerden oluşmaktadır. Genel olarak tıp alanından psikoloji, psikanaliz, nöroloji, nöropsikoloji, çocuk gelişimi, gibi bilim dallarının ilgilendiği mental fiiller özellikle son zamanlarda dilbilimsel olarak incelense de bu alanda yapılan çalışmaların diğer disiplinlere göre az olduğu görülmektedir. Dilbilimsel açıdan çalışmaların az olduğu mental fiiller ile ilgili Türkiye Türkologları tarafından bazı Türk lehçelerindeki (Kazak, Kırgız, Türkmen vs.) mental fiiller konusu ele alınmış ve çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Güneydoğu (Karluk) Türk lehçelerinden Özbek Türkçesindeki mental fiiller incelenmiştir. Mental fiillerinin belirlenmesinde Özbek Tiliniŋ İzåhli Luġäti (1981), Özbek Tiliniŋ İzåhli Frazeologik Luġäti (1978) ve Türkçe- Özbekçe Sözlük (2018) adlı eserlerden faydalanılmıştır. Adı geçen üç sözlükten tarama yoluyla tespit edilen Özbek Türkçesindeki mental fiiller; biliş fiilleri, psikolojik durum fiilleri ve algılama fiilleri adlı başlıklar altında incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmayla Özbek Türkçesindeki mental fiillerin durumu hakkında bilgi verilmesi hedeflenmektedir., The word "mental", originally an English term and found in most European languages, especially in languages such as German and French, is used in Turkish to mean "mind, intelligence, mental, spiritual". As can be understood from here, "mental" are verbs related to the mind. Verbs related to emotions, thoughts, and perceptions are included in mental verbs. Therefore, mental verbs are composed of verbs that occur as a result of mental movement. Although mental verbs, in which sciences such as psychology, psychoanalysis, neurology, neuropsychology, and child development are concerned, have been studied linguistically, it is seen that the studies in this field are less than other disciplines. The subject of mental verbs in some Turkish dialects (Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Turkmen, etc.), which has few linguistic studies, has been handled by Turcologists in Turkey and various studies have been carried out by researchers in terms of content. In this study, mental verbs in Uzbek Turkish from the Southeastern (Karluk) Turkish dialects were examined. In determining the mental verbs, works named Özbek Tiliniŋ İzåhli Luġäti (1981), Özbek Tiliniŋ İzåhli Frazeologik Lu Özäti (1978) and Turkish-Uzbek Dictionary (2018) were used. Mental verbs in Uzbek Turkish, determined by scanning from the mentioned three dictionaries, are examined under the headings of cognition verbs, psychological state verbs, and perception verbs . With this study, it is aimed to give information about the state of mental verbs in Uzbek Turkish.

The Turkish nation, who has existed under different names in various geographies throughout, has been closely interested in the animals in the regions where they were located. By choosing the method of domestication, the Turks discovered the animals that helped mankind. Among the domesticated animals, the horse especially came to the fore as a favorite animal for the Turkish nation. Idioms are among the most important wealth of a language. Based on the idioms, an idea can be obtained about the history, culture, customs and traditions of a nation that speaks that language. As well as its history, The Turkish nation, which left its mark on history, has a deep-rooted language with a rich structure. Idioms have an important place among the assets of the Turkish language. Among the idioms in Kyrgyz Turkish, in the north-west Turkish dialect group, there are also idioms established with animal names. In this study, among the idioms formed with animal names in Kyrgyz Turkish, the most common idioms including the words “at” (horses) and “it” (dogs), idioms formed with the words “at” and “it” with another animal name and idioms including the words such as “cilki” and “bee” were discussed.

Öz: Sovyetler Birliğinin yıkılmasının ardından bağımsız Türk Cumhuriyetlerinin ortaya çıkmasıyla beraber doğal olarak Türk soylulara Türkiye Türkçesi öğretimi daha da yaygın hale getirilmiştir. Türk soylulara Türkiye Türkçesi öğretiminin başlamasıyla, yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi ile Türk soylulara Türkiye Türkçesi öğretiminin farklı metotlara dayandırılarak yapılması gerekliliği saptanmıştır.Türk soyluların konuşmuş oldukları Türk lehçeleri ile Türkiye Türkçesinin aynı dil ailesine mensup olmaları, ortak sözvarlığı vs. konular Türk soylulara Türkiye Türkçesi öğretiminde farklı bir yol izlenilmesi gerektiğinin bir göstergesidir. Sovyetler Birliği döneminde Rusçanın ön plana çıkartılıp Türk lehçelerinin ikinci planda yer almasına yönelik birtakım çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Dil politikaları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunların sonucu olarak da Rusçanın Türk lehçelerine etki ettiği görülmektedir. Özellikle de Rusçadaki bazı kalıp ifadelerin Türk lehçelerine olan tesiri görülmektedir.Rusçanın etki ettiği Türk lehçelerinden bir tanesi Kazak Türkçesidir. Sovyetler Birliği döneminde uygulanan dil politikalarından dolayı Kazak Türkleri tarafından Türkiye Türkçesi öğrenilirken Rusçanın izleri görülmekte ve hedef kitle tarafından Türkiye Türkçesi öğreniminde yanlışlar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Rusçanın Kazak Türkçesine etkisinden dolayı Kazak Türklerinin Türkiye Türkçesi öğrenimleri sırasında yaptıkları yanlışlar tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan yanlışlar başlıklar halinde verilmiş ve doğru kullanım şekilleri gösterilmiştir.

Deyimler her dildebulunur ve dil içinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Az sözle çok şey anlatabilmek,anlatımı güçlendirmek açısından deyimler son derece önemlidir. Milletlerinbelli bir hayat tecrübeleri sonucunda ortaya çıkmış, halk arasında yaşatılan kıymetlihazineleridir. Deyimlerkalıplaşmış söz öbekleridir. Bu söz öbeklerinin arasında dilin temeltaşlarından olan organ adlarından oluşturulan deyimler de mevcuttur. Organadlarından oluşturulan deyimler oldukça fazladır.Organ adlarıylaoluşturulan deyimler arasında “kalp/ yürek” kelimesi de bulunmaktadır. TürkiyeTürkçesinde “kalp” ya da “yürek” olarak söylenen kelime Kırgız Türkçesinde“cürök” olarak adlandırılmaktadır. İnsan organlarının her birinin ayrı birerönemi vardır. Fakat kalp/ yürek insan hayatı için daha da önemli bir organdır.Türk lehçeleriarasında organ adlarından oluşturulmuş deyimlerle ilgili birçok çalışmayapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar arasında, baş, göz, kulak, burun gibi organ adlarıtemel alınmıştır. Bu çalışmadaKırgız ve Türkiye Türkçesindeki “kalp/ yürek” kelimesiyle oluşturulan deyimlerincelenmiştir. Her iki lehçede de ortak ya da benzer olan deyimlerin olduğugörülmüştür. Bunların dışında farklı olan deyimler de belirlenmiştir.Deyimlerin anlamları verilerek gerekli açıklamalar yapılmıştır., Idioms have an important place in every language. Expressions are extremely important in terms of explaining a lot with few words and strengthening the narrative. It is the precious treasures of the people, which have been revealed as a result of certain life experiences of the nations. Idioms are stereotypes. There are also idioms created from organ names, which are the foundation of language. Expressions from organ names are quite large. There is also the word heart among the idioms formed by the organ names. The words spoken in Turkey Turkish as “kalp” (heart) or “yürek” (heart) in Kyrgyz Turkish they are spoken as "Jurok". Each human body has a different significance. But heart is a more important organ for human life. Among the dialects of the Turkish dialects, many works have been done about the idioms that have been formed. The studies were based on organ names such as the head, eye, ear and nose. In this study the word "heart" was reviewed by phrases in Kyrgyz Turkish and Turkey Turkish. Both dialects were found to have common or similar idioms. The idioms which are different from these are also determined. The meanings of the idioms were given and explanations were made.
