In der vorliegenden Studie wurden Verfahren der maschinellen Textverarbeitung auf einen konkreten Beispieldatensatz von Einwendungen angewendet. Dabei erfolgte inhaltlich eine Fokussierung auf vier konkrete Aufgaben, die im Umgang mit den anfallenden Textdaten im Rahmen der Bearbeitung anfallen. Insgesamt zeigen die Ergebnisse, dass KI-basierte Lernverfahren geeignet sind, um wesentliche Aufgaben im Prozess des Einwendungsmanagements in Teilen zu automatisieren. This article reports selected findings of a six-year qualitative in-depth study of both high-priced commercial and not-for-profit childcare centres in Germany. Against the backdrop of a vastly differentiated childcare system that is basically state-funded, tightly regulated and made up of state and private not-for-profit organisations, commercial providers started proliferating and gaining a high public profile in the mid-2000s. In this article, the authors argue that high-priced providers that rely on parents' fees as their only source of revenue add to the German system in several ways: (1) the individualisation of care arrangements in the context of collective care settings; (2) the commodification of childcare as an alternative mode of distribution; (3) shifting patterns of recognition, which are linked to mother's subjectivities and (moral) selves. Correspondingly, the authors propose to understand the high-priced providers as part of an infrastructure that, for a price, aids parents in better conforming to the demands put upon contemporary subjects. In diesem Beitrag stellen die Autoren Ergebnisse ihrer qualitativen Studie sowohl gewerblicher als auch gemeinn��tziger Einrichtungen vor, in der sie der Bedeutung des Aufkommens (preislich) exklusiver Kitas nachgegangen sind. Die Autoren konzentrieren sich auf drei Ph��nomene, die ihre gewerblichen von den gemeinn��tzigen Anbietern verschieden stark unterscheiden: (1) die Individualisierung von Betreuungsarrangements im kollektiven Setting der Einrichtung, (2) die Kommodifizierung des Betreuungsangebots, (3) sich ��ndernde Muster der Anerkennung, die auf Subjektivit��t und Selbstentw��rfe der M��tter bezogen sind. Auf diese Weise werden von den hochpreisigen Anbietern Bedarfe sowohl bedient als auch hervorgebracht, die im Kontext neoliberaler Transformationsprozesse der Arbeitsmarkt-, Sozial- und Bildungspolitik aktuell werden. In den Entscheidungsdiskursen der Eltern, die auf der Grundlage von narrativen Interviews erhoben wurden, scheint die Auswahl der BewerberInnen durch die Institution vielfältig auf, wird immer bereits mitgedacht und antizipiert. Die Autoren rekonstruieren die elterlichen Positionierungen zum Auswahlgeschehen und argumentieren, dass diese als Arbeit an Entwürfen von Elternschaft verstanden werden können. Deutlich wird auch, dass eine eindeutige analytische Unterscheidbarkeit von An- und Auswahl in den Perspektivierungen durch die Eltern nachhaltig irritiert wird. (DIPF/Orig.) Gegenstand dieser qualitativen Studie sind die elterlichen Entscheidungsprozesse zum Übergang ihres Kindes von der Grundschule in eine weiterführende Schule. Diese werden anhand von problemzentrierten (Leitfaden-)Interviews mit Eltern in einer Großstadt des Ruhrgebiets rekonstruiert. Die Untersuchung verdeutlicht neben der Komplexität und Widersprüchlichkeit der Entscheidungsprozesse vor allem deren Einbettung in spezifische soziale und räumliche Kontexte. Exemplarisch wird die enge Verstrickung von individuellen Erfahrungen und Wünschen, Bedürfnissen des Kindes, Reflexion gesellschaftlicher Transformation, sozialer Lage und äußeren Bedingungen wie lokaler (Schul-)Angebotsstruktur, Bewertung des Kindes durch die Grundschule und schulrechtlicher Bestimmungen aufgezeigt. Bemerkenswert ist, wie auch gegenseitige soziale Abgrenzungen und Bewertungen in der Entscheidungsfindung vermittelt werden - diese Relationalität sozialer Beziehungen durchzieht die gesamte Analyse.

PURPOSE: CT angiography (CTA) has been established for detection and therapy planning of intracranial aneurysms. The analysis of aneurysms at the level of the skull base, however, remains difficult because bone prevents a free view. We report initial clinical results of an approach for automatic bone elimination from CTA data. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Before the bone-removal process 2 datasets are acquired: nonenhanced spiral CT with reduced dose and contrast-enhanced CTA. The software automatically registers the nonenhanced data onto the CTA data and selectively removes bone. Vascular structures, as well as brain tissue, remain visible. In this study, we investigated 27 patients with 29 aneurysms, 13 of which were located at the skull base. 3D volume-rendered images with and without bone removal were reviewed and compared with digital subtraction angiography by 2 radiologists in consensus. RESULTS: All supraclinoidal aneurysms were detected on 3D volume-rendered images of both CTA and bone-subtraction CT angiography (BSCTA). Four intracavernous and 3 paraclinoid aneurysms of the internal carotid artery were not visible or were only partially visible on conventional 3D CTA, whereas they could be optimally visualized with BSCTA. Bone removal was successful in all patients; the average additional time for postprocessing was 6.2 minutes. In 7 patients (26%), perfect bone removal without any artifacts was achieved. In most patients, some bone remnants were still present, though it did not disturb the 3D visualization of vascular structures. CONCLUSION: BSCTA allows robust and fast selective elimination of bony structures, thus ascertaining a better analysis of arteries at the level of the skull base. This is useful for both detection and therapy planning of intracranial aneurysms.

The Industrial Data Space certification scheme encompasses all processes, rules and standards governing the certification of participants and core components within the Industrial Data Space. The purpose of this document is therefore to present the framework for the scheme’s structure, processes, evaluation levels and criteria catalogues as defined by the Working Group Certification of the International Data Spaces Association. As such, this paper illustrates the core of our ambition for crafting a flexible and cost-effective certification scheme. As this is a work in progress, adjustments to the certification scheme may be made in the future and published in updated versions of this document.
