The title of this research is Moral Values ​​in the Short Film Don't Read Pancasila by Rafdi Akbar. Film itself is a tool to convey various messages to the public or community with story media. The film Don't Read Pancasila tells the story of a family with a child named Sandy. As a child, Sandy grew up like children in general. But on the other hand, Sandy suffers from a syndrome called Asperger's or in other words called Autism, causing him trouble or difficulty from an early age, so that he is always seen as strange and stupid by many people including his friends because of his temperament and autistic nature. . The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, the results obtained in this study are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences obtained in the short film Don't Read Pancasila by Rafdi Akbar. The data collection technique that the author did in this study used the listening and note-taking technique. This study aims to find the moral values ​​contained in the short film Don't Read Pancasila by Rafdi Akbar. While the results obtained in this research are displayed in the real reality, namely the existence of moral values ​​such as courage, humility, lying and compassion.

Perkembangan tekhnologi saat ini semua perusahaan/instansi baik pemerintah atau swasta dituntut dapat menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman tekhnologi supaya informasi dapat diperoleh secara tepat, cepat, dan akurat. Sekolah adalah tempat siswa- siswi mengenyam pendidikan. Siswa – siswi diharapkan dapat memiliki suatu keahlian yang dapat menunjang keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi yang berkembang saaat ini. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan Microsoft Office, secara khusus Microsoft Excel. Microsoft excel dapat digunakan sebagai data untuk mengolah nilai, kehadiran, penggajian, dan lain lain. Disamping itu, Micrososft Excel juga juga bisa digunakan untuk Akutansi. Sistem akuntansi dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan informasi yang diperoleh dari pemprosesan data dan dikelola oleh perusahaan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi. Sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan sebuah sistem yang memproses data guna menghasilkan suatu informasi keuangan yang tepat. Dengan keterampilan siswa – siswi dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk akutansi dapat membuat mereka siap bersaing dan bekerja ketika setelah tamat sekolah dengan keahlian tersebut.

Leptospirosis is an endemic disease that can be transmitted from animals to humans. This disease can spread rapidly in tropical climates. Humans can be infected by this disease through contact with rodent urine that has been infected by leptospira bacteria, or through contact with water, soil or food that has been contaminated with leptospira bacteria. Unclean environmental conditions can accelerate the spread of this disease. The symptoms caused by leptospirosis also have similarities with the symptoms of other diseases such as diarrhea, coughing and fever. This can make this disease difficult to diagnose. Researchers tried to make a comparison between tsukamoto fuzzy methods with dempster shafers method to find out the diagnostic accuracy of both methods. The basis of researchers to compare these two methods is because they have good stages in diagnosing a disease. the results of this study are to find out which method is best between the tsukamoto fuzzy method and the dempster shafer method in diagnosing leptospirosis.

In face of the current spread of Covid-19, the government has made a decision to carry out activities from home. One of the lecture activities which are usually carried out face-to-face are required to conduct lectures online. Online lectures cause several problems faced by students, one of which is the ineffectiveness of online learning so that many students can't get and do not understand about the material presented by the lecturer, which is motivated by several things, namely in the delivery of material, the language used, material that is not updated and There are many things that make students' understanding less understand the way the lecturer teaches. This condition makes students give unsatisfactory assessments to lecturers. To overcome this problem, the campus evaluates the performance of lecturers to correct deficiencies in the teaching process that are less effective. The first step is to evaluate the factors that influence the improvement of the ability of students and lecturers in the teaching and learning process. The next step is for each student to give an assessment of all lecturers according to the courses they are taking through a questionnaire given by the campus. Furthermore, processing the data using the MOORA method aims to determine the accuracy with the value obtained by the system. The trial used was given to the highest criterion weight value and the modification trial aimed to find out how many criteria could affect the improvement of lecturer performance. By using this method the results obtained are faster and more accurate as well as knowing what lecturers' statements need to be improved. By using the MOORA method, each lecturer knows the lowest and highest order against the specified criteria so that each teaching lecturer understands what students expect according to predetermined criteria and the campus management can evaluate teaching staff to improve the quality of lecturers in the teaching and learning process which can affect student quality.

Different people from different sectors and different organizations need financing for various purposes. Financial services provide financing from various financial institutions which are divided into the capital market and money market. Timeliness of customer credit payments is very important for finance companies. Bad credit payments can make finance companies unhealthy and can even lead to bankruptcy. To be able to avoid this, a good selection of prospective customers is needed so that prospective customers who will receive credit can pay their credit on time. Assessment of the acceptance of prospective customers in receiving credit uses the 4 C principles, namely Character, Capacity, Capital, and Condition. Data mining is often used to predict an event such as a potential customer who can pay his credit on time or not. One of the algorithms that can be used in data mining to predict the timeliness of customer credit payments is a decision tree algorithm. A decision tree is a tree structure like a flowchart, in which each node has an association with other nodes. The result of this research is the creation of a model that can be used to predict prospective customers in receiving credit or not.

The introduction of patterns is an analytical work, which is to process raw data (not loading explicit structures) to find the various elements of the attributes/information associated with it. This analytical work is commonplace for human beings. By using the five senses, human beings can see, hear, and feel the condition of its environment to then identify the things that are in it, digest and understand it, so that he can do the activities or interactions that suit his wishes. Facial recognition, voice, signposts and writings, the computer performs pattern recognition by following several stages: sensing, segmentation, feature extraction, and classification/inference. One of the methods used to recognize the pattern is with the help of neural networks. In recognizing the Batak alphabet pattern, it uses one of the methods that exist in the neural network, using the Habb method. So, it is hoped that the Habb method can recognize pattern patterns or features of the Batak script.

Nafii Store is one of the stores engaged in selling herbal products. With the large number of public requests for herbal products during the COVID-19 pandemic, stock availability is needed to increase sales transactions for these products. To avoid the limited supply of herbs, an information system is needed that can help store leaders to find out what kind of products should be increased in stock according to customer demand. The appropriate application to overcome these problems is the development of the concept of data mining. Based on the Nafii Store herbal sales data sample, which amounted to 24 transactions, this study will use a minimum support = 16% and a minimum confidence = 70%. The results of the determination of the Association Rules and testing with the Tanagra application that the pattern of herbal purchases are: If you buy Baarik Forest Honey 800 grams then buy Baarik Forest Honey 470 grams 80%, If you buy Black Seed with Ajwa Kurma stamps then buy Darusyifa Black Bitter Honey 83.3%, If buy Darusyifa Bitter Black Honey then buy Black Seed with Ajwa Dates stamped 83.3%. The results of this study can be used by the store management to make decisions on the availability of herbal products at the Nafii Store.

Computers are often used as a tool that can give conclusions to a disease so that they can help the community or health practitioners. The expert system is a field of science that can process the knowledge of an expert into a computer-based system that can be used by many people. Expert systems use multiple search models to diagnose a disease. Forward Chaining is a search model that can be used to perform a symptom search of a disease. One of the diseases that can be diagnosed by using computer media is Herpes Zoster. Herpes Zoster is a disease that attacks the skin and mucosa. To provide a degree of certainty to the diagnosis can be used several methods, one of which Bayes Theorem. Bayes' Theorem is a method of calculating certainty that can be used to provide a degree of certainty of diagnosis of a disease by calculating each probability of each of its symptoms. The result of this study is a system that has the knowledge, such as a doctor to be able to diagnose herpes zoster disease. The diagnostic results obtained from the system will be reinforced by the level of certainty calculated using the Bayes theorem.

Tilapia is much producing from Indonesia. That Fish has many advantages because it is acceptable to all religions and does not require any specific method of slaughter. From the aspect of nutrition, fish is also superior because it is the highest natural source of omega-3 fatty acids. However, the fish is easily damaged so it needs careful handling, good, and correct and fast so that the quality of the fish can be maintained for as long as possible so as not to decay/damaged in the process of exporting fish exports, and can provide optimal benefits. For that, we need to make a system that can determine which fish are qualified for the selection process of fish quality can be done quickly and also can be exported with time-efficient. The methods used for determining fish quality are AHP and TOPSIS. AHP aims to search the value of weight against each criterion while Topsis for determination of its decision. The combination of both methods will provide accurate and reliable fish determination results.

Hill Cipher is one of the symmetric key cryptographic algorithms that have several advantages in data encryption. To avoid key invertible matrices, key matrices are generated using Newton's binomial coefficients. Hill Cipher is one of the symmetric key cryptographic algorithms. The Hill Cipher algorithm uses a matrix measuring m x m as a key for encryption and decryption. The basic matrix theory used in Hill Cipher includes multiplication between matrices and inverses the matrix. Hill Cipher uses mathematical calculations called Linear Algebra and specifically requires users to understand the basis of the matrix. During this time the matrix multiplication used to encrypt and decrypt this method is only done by Divide and Conquer. This is less effective in minimizing the processing time. A good algorithm must not only be correct but also efficient in its use. In addition, an algorithm must also have low complexity. Algorithms like this must be able to optimize its performance, especially in data processing which is getting more and more in number. An algorithm with low complexity is an algorithm that is able to minimize the use of time and memory space even though more and more data is used. Therefore the author applies the Strassen method in optimizing the matrix multiplication process to encrypt and decrypt it. However, this algorithm will only apply to use of keys and plaintexts of the same order size, which is nxn where n = 2a(a> 0). Then the encryption and decryption process will be done by matrix multiplication using the Strassen method. The final results show that by using the Strassen algorithm the encryption and decryption process in the Hill Cipher method can be optimized. Where every time the data to be processed increases the complexity of the time required will not be too high an increase. And this shown that Strassen more effective than the Divide and Conquer method.

To improve the learning quality of SMK students in the accounting field, various breakthroughs are needed, both in curriculum development, learning innovation, learning media and fulfillment of educational facilities and infrastructure. The use of computers in the learning process is inevitable in today's digital era. The need for computers is increasing rapidly in any field of science, including the field of accounting. Computers can be very helpful in all accounting work which is usually done manually. This can be realized with the help of accounting software, one of which is MYOB Accounting. Today, many students are not very familiar with MYOB as a software that is able to complete work in the accounting field. Students also do not know exactly how to use it. Accounting always contains a count of numbers that are often very large, so they can provide a high error rate when done manually. To find alternative solutions to the problems above, a training on the introduction of MYOB and its benefits in accounting was held. With the aim of training students of SMK 2 BM Swasta Medan Putri to be able to use MYOB and apply it in the accounting field.

In general, techniques used to threaten data security are more advanced than the techniques used to secure data. Therefore, a security system that can protect data that is considered important by encrypting the data, and create a secret key to be able to open the data that is difficult to be detected by unauthorized parties. This study aims to establish a security system by using a cryptographic algorithm called Bit Inserted Carrier (BIC) where the basic concept of the BIC algorithm is to load bits of plain data into a file mixed with fake or noise data, protected by password or keys. The generation of false data (noise) and position placement settings of these bits are determined by a Pseudorandom Number Generator (PRNG) mechanism. Stages that the authors do to perform the process of forming the application include the stages of problem analysis, application design involving data flow diagrams, algorithms and flowcharts along with modeling the program structure and interface design applications, so that the application formed to be easy to use and has the optimal function. To ensure that all functions contained in the application system BIC algorithm work optimally, then the application system is tested and formed final conclusions. The built application only works to perform the encryption and decryption process and can not prevent outsiders from deleting the data. You should try not to use the same key to encrypt different files.

Medan is one of the largest cities in Indonesia. The number of restaurants makes many consumers confused to choose the best restaurant. this study explains how to determine the best restaurant. Many aspects must be in value to determine the best restaurant based on consumer ratings. in this study the criteria assessed were food, place, price and service. The criteria assessment process is based on interviews to consumers who have visited the restaurant. The value given by the consumer is then calculated using the manual process and then compared with the AHP method. AHP (Analityc Hierarchy Process) is one of the methods of decision making. AHP is a practical method for solving complex problems. In this study, the author has managed to get the best restaurant results. However, research criteria and methods can be developed for further study.

One of the many diseases experienced by Indonesians is stroke. Stroke is a condition that occurs when blood supply to the brain is cut off due to blockage or rupture of blood vessels, resulting in cell death in some brain regions. Stroke is a serious health condition that requires rapid treatment. When the blood supply carrying oxygen and nutrients to the brain is severed, the brain cells begin to die. Based on the case above, it takes an expert system so that a patient can see the symptoms of stroke that he experienced for faster handling. Because the faster the patient knows the symptoms of the disease, the damage even smaller and even death can be avoided. This study uses dempster shafer method that can help provide an optimal diagnosis of stroke disease optimally.
