Chinese independent clothing designer brands are clothing brands founded and operated by local Chinese designers. In recent years, China's independent fashion designer brands have been in a state of continuous growth. Such types of brand are good at promoting and selling through the e-commerce model of brand integrated stores, buyer stores, fashion weeks, showrooms and online small batch pre-sales. They have formed an emerging brand force in China, being mainly small and medium-sized startups. However, the competitiveness of Chinese independent fashion designer brands is still in the market exploration stage, and the development of its evaluation system research and cultivation strategies is slow. As market competition intensifies, it has become increasingly important to discover and tap a brand's core competitiveness to obtain excess profits. In order to facilitate the strategic decision making of enterprises and ensure that the core capabilities of brands or designers match market opportunities, it is necessary for us to summarize the factors affecting brand competitiveness and explore the core influencing factors and mechanisms. To enhance the core competitiveness of China's independent fashion designer brands, the key indicators for the development of China's independent fashion designer brands competitiveness are identified. This study systematically identifies relevant indicators based on the understanding of the brand ecology and the review of previous research results. The brand competitiveness of Chinese independent fashion designers is investigated from the two dimensions of internal force and external force, and the internal force is divided into brand innovation power, brand resource financing and supply power, brand marketing power and brand quality support power. The external forces are divided into seven categories, including brand financial strength, brand market strength, and brand image strength, which are considered as first-level evaluation indicators. Sixteen second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators are selected to construct an evaluation index system for the brand competitiveness of Chinese independent fashion designers. The ANP method is used to analyze the correlation between indicators to form an evaluation model and determine the weight and priority of each indicator. Compared with other evaluation index systems, the evaluation system of the brand competitiveness of independent fashion designers in China can focus on the development characteristics and operating rules of the market. It can help many small and micro independent fashion designer brand companies to clarify their own strategic flaws and scientifically and objectively identify important factors affecting the future development of the brand. The research results show that the newly constructed evaluation model can guide the development strategy of the core competitiveness of Chinese independent fashion. designers brands, and can accurately reflect the important factors that affect the brand competitiveness of Chinese independent fashion designers. The results show that the primary task to improve its brand competitiveness is to enhance brand resource financing, brand image, and brand innovation. Among them, the factors that have a great impact on the brand competitiveness of independent fashion designers in China include policy support, brand cluster incentive index, sales growth rate, designers professional quality index, and market share. For decision makers of new brands and small and medium-sized enterprises, a complete and scientific evaluation system can quantify the brands operating status and is a beneficial tool for brand management. The construction of the evaluation system can promote the continuous updating and iteration of the brand, and has positive guiding significance for the maintenance of industry in order and long-term high-quality development of competitiveness in China's independent fashion designer brand market. With the continuous development and application of big data technology, its potential and value in the field of education are gradually emerging, especially in oral English teaching, big data is placed on high hopes. However, the research on how to effectively use big data to improve the efficiency of oral English teaching is still in its infancy. This study aims to fill this research gap and explore and analyze how oral English teaching strategies based on big data can improve teaching efficiency through in-depth literature review and empirical research. The results show that big data can help teachers assess students' oral ability more accurately, and significantly improve students' oral expression ability and learning efficiency by optimizing teaching strategies. However, oral English teaching strategies based on big data also have certain limitations, which need further research and improvement. To realize the machine intelligence evaluation system, a method based on Internet automation technology is proposed. Firstly, then extracted and optimized, and finally combined with each other. A BP neural machine evaluation system is designed to compare the results of machine evaluation with the average value of teachers' independent evaluation by selecting 20 students' test paper translation samples from a class randomly. The test results show that by selecting a random class of 20 students, the comparison of machine evaluation results and teacher independent evaluation shows that the error range of the evaluation results of 20 samples is-5.6% -6.7%, which is within the allowable range of translation evaluation and meets the requirements of teaching evaluation. It is proved that the Chinese-English machine translation evaluation system based on Internet automation technology has excellent performance, which can improve the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation and reduce the degree of human intervention and misjudgment rate of the Chinese translation evaluation. The theory of resilience has undergone three stages: engineering, ecological, and evolutionary. It has been developed in various professional fields, focusing on research scales such as urban resilience and community resilience. As the smallest unit of urban composition, the community serves as the principal carrier of numerous emergencies at the grassroots level. Its resilience construction level is somewhat connected to the city's safe development. However, there is still a lack of a systematic evaluation framework for assessing community resilience, and studies from the perspective of public health safety also lack scientific quantitative results and dynamic analysis. In order to fully understand the connotation of resilient community in the combination of epidemic prevention and control, this study employs literature crawling and high-frequency vocabulary screening to construct a three-level resilience index. Taking into consideration both physical and social factors, a community resilience evaluation system with 4 core indicators, 14 secondary indicators, and 39 tertiary indicators is established by employing the resilience matrix (RM) framework and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). It set up a collection quantification path based on the properties of multivariate data and weighted the indicators using the Delphi method. Taking the typical community in Xuanwu District, Nanjing, as the research sample, the differentiated performance during the COVID-19 pandemic is analyzed, and a systematic evaluation and scoring are conducted. The resilience composition and improvement directions of each sample are interpreted and analyzed to support the formulation of future sustainability strategies as much as possible. The study developed an evaluation approach combining three time periods and four response dimensions to demonstrate a relationship between complex factors and community resilience. The expandable resilience evaluation system offers a wide range of applications and serves as a scientific reference for strengthening community resilience, which is critical for urban sustainability. The replacement of common urea with controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer can improve rice yield and quality, but the effect of controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer on rice yield and quality at different release stages is still unclear. In this experiment, two nitrogen application rates (240 kg/ha and 300 kg/ha) and five different nutrient release characteristics (urea and coated urea with controlled release periods of 30, 50, 70 and 90 days, respectively) were set up to explore the effects of nitrogen application rate, release characteristics and their interactions on rice yield, quality, starch structure, and physicochemical properties. The results showed that, compared with other controlled-release nitrogenous fertilizers, application of controlled-release nitrogenous fertilizers for 30 days and 90 days could increase rice yield (14.17% to 20.83%), and application of controlled-release nitrogenous fertilizers for 70 days and 90 days had the highest comprehensive evaluation of rice quality. The decrease of amylose content and the increase of protein content significantly improved the eating and nutritional quality of rice by changing the structure and physicochemical properties of starch particles. The results showed that in the comprehensive evaluation system based on rice yield and quality, under the condition of 300 kg/ha, controlled-release nitrogen treatment with a controlled release period of 90 days had the highest comprehensive score, which could increase rice yield and improve grain quality. Evaluation of the suitability of university ladder classroom environment on humans is an effective approach to improve the quality of the indoor environment and protect human health. However, there are unresolved issues regarding the suitability of university ladder classroom environment for humans. For example, the design of enclosure structure and heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system is unreasonable, and the indoor air quality does not meet the required standard. In this study, the suitability of university ladder classroom environment on humans was considered the research object. The evaluation indices of indoor environment were selected from indoor air quality, indoor thermal and humid environments, light environment, and sound environment. And the health and comfort of users were taken as the evaluation indices of users. According to the results of expert investigations and case measurements, the index weight was determined by the expert-entropy weight method, and a complete evaluation system of indices was built. There were two first-level, six second-level, and fourteen third-level indices in the evaluation system. The evaluation indices of each level with the largest weight were indoor environment (0.5940), user health (0.2530), and indoor temperature (0.1175) respectively. By comparing the actual learning effect to the evaluation results, the applicability of the evaluation system was determined. The evaluation system of the suitability of university ladder classroom environment on humans is convenient for operators to identify the weak points between humans and the environment. Due to the fluctuation and intermittency of distributed PV generation, battery energy storage is required with higher renewable installation towards carbon neutrality. Thus, the photovoltaic battery (PVB) system receives increasing attention. This study provides a critical review on PVB system design optimization, including system component sizing and strategy improvement studies, from mathematical modeling, evaluation system establishment to feasibility and optimization studies. Several PVB simulation software packages are compared and evaluated, and acknowledged system models are presented. The evaluation indicators are summarized from various aspects with cases of various evaluation systems combining different indicators or using the Pareto front for multi-criteria system designing. The PVB system feasibility study is analyzed from system configuration variation, critical technical and economic parameter analyses, rule-based operation strategies to future expectations like large-scale energy storage profitability, grid parity, and energy community trading platform. The targets, methods, tariff and time resolution influences, and PVB system capacity optimization design recommendations are critically discussed. The research directions for system operation development and future expectations are analyzed from system feasibility, flexibility to resilience. The co-planning of PVB system capacity and operation design optimization makes the problem complicated, leading to relatively short time resolution but more flexibility to system operation strategy. Taking the cherry blossom germplasm resources in the National Sakura Germplasm Resource Database of Wuhan Academy of Landscape Sciences as the research object, based on 13 horticultural traits, the analytic hierarchy process was used to establish an ornamental evaluation system for cherry blossom germplasm resources, and 124 cherry blossom germplasm resources were evaluated for their ornamental value. The Yangtze River (hereafter referred to as the YZR), the largest river in China, is of paramount importance for ensuring water resource security. The Yangtze River Basin (hereafter referred to as the YRB) is one of the most densely populated areas in China, and complex human activities have a significant impact on the ecological security of water resources. Therefore, this paper employs theories related to ecological population evolution and the Driving Force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response (DPSIR) model to construct an indicator system for the ecological security of water resources in the YRB. The report evaluates the ecological security status of water resources in each province of the YRB from 2010 to 2019, clarifies the development trend of its water resource ecological security, and proposes corresponding strategies for regional ecological security and coordinated economic development. According to the results of the ecological population evolution competition model, the overall indicator of the ecological security of water resources in the YRB continues to improve, with the safety level increasing annually. Maintaining sound management of water resources in the YRB is crucial for sustainable socioeconomic development. To further promote the ecological security of water resources in the YRB and the coordinated development of the regional economy, this paper proposes policy suggestions such as promoting the continuous advancement of sustainable development projects, actively adjusting industrial structure, continuously enhancing public environmental awareness, and actively participating in international ecological construction and seeking cooperation among multiple departments. The article is aimed at developing a methodological approach to improving the efficiency of assessing the financial results of implementing Ukrainian and European business projects. In this context, the object of study is a specific individual partnership and cooperation project. The research has established that one of the key informational aspects of such a partnership is the assessment and forecasting of the financial result. The goal of the research is to present the methodological approach to assessing financial performance for an individual project in the most detailed form possible. The article presents an approach based on modern simulation modelling methods, systems analysis methodology, and the method of composite seasonal indices. All modelling processes were conducted using MATLAB software. MATLAB is a high-level programming language and interactive environment for numerical computation, visualization, and programming. This program is widely used for modelling and data processing in fields such as engineering, scientific research, and mathematics. The research result is presented as an approach to the mathematical modelling of assessing the financial performance of partnership projects of Ukraine with representatives of EU business. It is necessary to emphasize that the presented research has limitations related to changes in Ukraine's hyperdynamic external environment provoked by war. Forecasts may vary depending on the development of military actions. Therefore, the prospects for further research should be directed towards improving the informational provision in the system of partnership and cooperation with EU countries to increase their own investment security. Forest Ecological Product Value Realization (FEPVR) is an important way for China to promote the transition and development of forestry and realize common prosperity. It is critical to assess the effectiveness of FEPVR rationally to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the progress of ecological civilization. Based on the Driver–Pressure–State–Impact–Response (DPSIR) model, in this study, we developed an evaluation index system for FEPVR effectiveness containing five subsystems and 37 indicators and assessed the effectiveness of FEPVR in China from 2011 to 2022 by using the linear weighted sum method, the coupling degree of coordination model, and Spearman's correlation analysis. The results showed that the composite index increased from 0.1980 in 2011 to 0.6501 in 2022, with a general upward trend, but there is still great potential for improvement. The main contribution was from the Response subsystem. The year 2017 was an important turning point for FEPVR in China because its development started to speed up; the status of coupling coordination between different subsystems was gradually improving but was still at a low level. The relationship between all indicators was dominated by a non-significant correlation (52.4%), and the overall synergistic effect (27.8%) was greater than the trade-off effect (19.8%). This study provides a new perspective for evaluating the effectiveness of FEPVR and a decision-making reference for clarifying the direction of FEPVR optimization. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To comprehensively explore the nutritional quality and construct evaluation system, this paper studied the effects of different planting ways and growing years on the 23 nutritional qualities of Tonggu Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua, and constructs of its evaluation system by correlation, factors, and clustering analysis. The results showed that the content of ethanol-soluble extractives, protein, essential amino acids (EAA), medicinal amino acids (MAA), ash and 5 constant mineral elements in Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua from greenhouse planting (GP) was the highest, and the nutritional score of EAA was also the optimal. Also, the content of polysaccharide and saponins in Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua from open planting (OP) was the most, and the four trace elements (Fe, Mn, Zn and Se) were the highest in underwood planting (UP). The Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua from wild (W) had the highest content of flavonoids and total phenols. In addition, as the extension of growing years, the content of ethanol-soluble extractives, lipid, and polysaccharides in Tonggu Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua increased gradually, while there was no significant difference in the saponins, flavonoids and total phenols (P>0.05). However, the content of starch, crude fiber, protein, ash, nutritional score of EAA and mineral elements in Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua was negatively correlated with the growing years. In particular, the decline of nutritional quality in GP was the most significant. Through the analysis of correlation, factor, and cluster, the 22 indicators of nutritional quality were simplified into 13 indicators, and then a comprehensive evaluation model was established by principal component analysis (PCA). It was found that the comprehensive score (−1.331~1.161) of nutritional quality of 8 types was GP-3>UP-3>W-4>GP-5>GP-4>OP-3>UP-4>OP-4, that is, the nutritional quality of GP-3 was optimal. And on this basis, a 6-level standard for the nutritional quality comprehensive evaluation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua was established. These results will provide a theoretical basis for the screening of raw materials for development of high-value products and variety improvement of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.

Objective In the development context of ecological construction and new urbanization for park cities in the current new-era, the main theme is to explore the planning direction and influencing factors of urban new scene creation combined with urban rail transit environment. Method Based on the practice of scene creation and construction in Chengdu park city, ′environmental features′, ′cultural features′ and ′sociality′ are taken as the evaluation criteria for ′scene creation′. A tram station environment evaluation standard and index system composed of 3 primary evaluation indicators and 10 secondary evaluation indicators are constructed. The environment quality in good and harsh conditions of Chengdu Tram Line 2 Southwest Jiaotong University Station are comprehensively analyzed. Result & Conclusion Under the guidance of park city scene creation principle and tram station environment evaluation system, a survey analysis of the current environment at the Southwest Jiaotong University Station on Chengdu Tram Line 2 is conducted. In view of the environmental issues such as monotonous architectural forms and vague scene imagery, optimization suggestions are proposed for tram station accessibility, functionality and comfort to realize a new ′park city+rail transit′ scenario of people-oriented, green transportation and integration of industry and urban development.

The evaluation of the impact of labor education has emerged as a key area for educational reform, which has improved the evaluation standards and frameworks for labor education and curriculum implementation. However, there are still issues with the current labor education implementation quality evaluation system in experimental and practical training courses, including the use of straightforward evaluation methods and single means as well as the inability to provide feedback on the evaluation results to the design and implementation of the curriculum. This paper analyzes and summarizes the implementation objectives, implementation processes, and evaluation results of the implementation of the experimental and practical training courses based on their implementation in local colleges and universities. On this foundation, the LCPI course evaluation model is investigated and developed with the goal of offering an operational course evaluation model for the implementation of quality evaluation of labor education in nearby colleges and universities. This model integrates course positioning analysis, content setting, process evaluation, and implementation feedback.

Nosocomial infection control personnel are crucial in ensuring the nosocomial infection management and the implementation of prevention and control measures. The level of their job competency directly determines the quality and standard of nosocomial infection management. This article reviews the research progress of competency requirements and evaluation indicators of nosocomial infection personnel domestically and internationally. It also summarizes the current gaps and primary reasons behind these gaps in China’s research， so as to offer insights for the future development and improvement of the comprehensive capabilities of these professionals.

With the development of the coalbed methane industry and the requirements for the integration of unconventional resource exploration and development, the current exploration of coalbed methane is gradually advancing from the favorable area stage to the sweet spot stage. However, limited by the stage of exploration and development or the degree of data possession, most of the current area selection evaluation systems do not take into account the fracability of coal reservoir and the recoverability of coalbed methane. Evaluation results are not effective in guiding development well location selection or infill wells. Based on the data of more than 100 coalbed methane parameter wells and development wells, this paper analyzes the resource conditions, reservoir fracturing improvement and coalbed methane recoverability of the No.3 coalbed methane development in Shizhuangbei Block, Qinshui Basin. An evaluation model was built with the gray fixed weight clustering method, and the sweet spot of ​​the coalbed methane project was evaluated, in an effort to provide a basis for the deployment of new wells and infill wells in the block. It was used coal seam gas content and coal thickness to reflect coal bed methane resource conditions; it was comprehensively considered the in-situ stress environment and rock mechanical properties to construct the reservoir fracability parameter, and then evaluates reservoir fracturing improvement; it was used the proportion of original structure coal and fragmented coal , temporary-reservoir ratio and original reservoir permeability to reflect the recoverability of coalbed methane. Each parameter is graded by the word clustering method, and the comprehensive goodness of each point (each well) is calculated and sorted, and finally the sweet spot for coalbed methane development is divided. The evaluation results show that the central part with the comprehensive goodness value >65 is the sweet spot for further development in the study area.

Based on the whole process management of curriculum ideological and political teaching of specialized courses, this paper proposed the implementation process and effect evaluation system of "1+3+M" curriculum ideological and political teaching. Taking the course of Safety Law as an example, a comprehensive evaluation index system of ideological and political thinking for the course of Safety Law was constructed. By means of Delphi method, expert consultation and literature research, an evaluation table for the implementation of ideological and political thinking for the course of Safety Law was designed to refine the content and weight score of the evaluation index and divide four evaluation grade standards based on the evaluation results. Put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions. This method is straightforward, intuitive and easy to implement, which is conducive to identifying the weak links in the implementation process of the Civics of the Security Law course in colleges and universities. With the development of vocational education in China, the comprehensive ability of students in higher vocational colleges and universities is widely concerned by society. Aiming at the problems existing in the current comprehensive vocational ability assessment of students in higher vocational colleges and universities, the vocational ability evaluation system based on COMET technology is proposed, the core elements of vocational ability cultivation are analyzed, and it is implemented and applied in the specialty of intelligent manufacturing equipment in a higher vocational college or university. The results show that the evaluation mode effectively improves students' vocational ability and vocational literacy so that students can better cope with the challenges brought by new industries and new technology. (1) Background: Public space is an important carrier for maintaining the cultural values of a village and the production and living customs of the villagers, but the use rights and boundaries are in an unstable and ambiguous state, and it is not a completely open and inclusive public space. The study aims to deepen the understanding of the publicness of public space in traditional villages from the perspective of subjective and objective combination, which reveals the relationship between the space and villagers' behavior. (2) Methods: The research established an evaluation framework for assessing the "publicness" of public spaces in traditional villages by integrating space syntax and cognitive surveys. This framework facilitates the analysis of the extent and dimensions of publicness, along with corresponding behavioral patterns, and explores the underlying mechanisms influencing publicness. (3) Results: The study reveals significant variations in the publicness of traditional village spaces. High-publicness areas tend to cluster, whereas low-publicness areas are more scattered, and riverfront regions exhibit greater publicness compared to mountain-adjacent ones. Villagers exhibit notable differences in their evaluations of public spaces, and individuals aged 14–18 and those over 66 rate the highest. The utilization rate of high-publicness spaces is significantly high, catering to a diverse array of activities. In spaces with lower publicness, the duration and variety of activities tend to be more constrained, often limited to rapid exchanges or brief respites, exhibiting a narrower scope of activities. (4) Conclusions: The study underscores the variability and complexity of publicness in traditional village spaces, which manifest not only in spatial layouts and types but also in villagers' usage patterns and behavioral preferences. The renewal of traditional villages should not only focus on the protection of cultural heritage but also comprehensively consider the development of social, economic, and environmental aspects. The concept of place-making offers an effective strategy to address the issues faced by traditional villages today, such as the destruction of cultural heritage, socioeconomic decline, and population loss. At the core of place-making is the establishment of harmonious human–land relationships. This study aims to explore the influence of different entities on place-making during the process of traditional village renewal. This research focused on traditional villages in southeastern China. Based on literature reviews and field surveys, this study employed the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to develop evaluation criteria for traditional village renewal based on place-making. By selecting case studies of traditional village renewal driven by three entities, government, artists, and villagers, relevant data were collected through field surveys and expert assessments, followed by a comparative analysis of these villages using the place-making evaluation criteria. The results indicate significant differences in traditional village renewal due to varying entity-driven approaches, leading to diverse impacts on different facets of place-making. In conclusion, establishing a renewal model for traditional villages that involves diverse entities is crucial for achieving comprehensive place-making and ensuring the high-quality, integrated, and sustainable development of traditional villages.
