La actividad física constituye un excelente modo para la promoción y el desarrollo de valores sociales y personales de los jóvenes en un contexto actual caracterizado por promover la actividad física dado sus múltiples beneficios. El objetivo del estudio es identificar los valores asociados a la satisfacción con la actividad física en la adolescencia. La muestra está integrada por 401 jóvenes de todo el territorio nacional español. A las y los participantes se les han aplicado la escala de valores PVQ de Schwartz mediante cuestionario autoadministrado en línea. Los datos obtenidos se han analizado mediante análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio, y modelo de regresión múltiple. Los resultados indican que los valores de hedonismo, logro y benevolencia son los que más satisfacción les proporcionan. Valores como la tradición y la autodirección y estimulación tienen una relevancia media en cuanto a la relación y satisfacción con la actividad física pues se asocia con un estilo de vida vitalista. Con ello, es la dimensión de apertura al cambio la que cobra mayor importancia. Esto representa una importante información dentro de la psicología deportiva donde apenas se han analizado los valores asociados al ámbito de la actividad física.

The purpose of this paper is to improve understanding of Tourism Innovation by using a Uses and Gratification Theory model to investigate tourist intention to visit a city after reading other users' valuations of the destination on Mobile Applications.The Uses and Gratification Theory (U&G) model was adapted to investigate the factors which influence tourist intention to visit a city. Satisfaction and Tourism Experience were added as external variables to the U&G model. The original Convenience construct for mobile tourism applications was changed to Mobile Convenience for this study.A survey was carried out to investigate the factors which influence tourist intention to visit a City. 261 users with different nationalities were asked about their experiences and feelings when using Runnin'City, which was the mobile tourism application used in this study. The results were analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). All the relationships of U&G were supported, except for Information for Tourism Experience.Self-Expression was found to be especially relevant and was moderated by Entertainment, Information and Mobile Convenience which in turn influence Satisfaction, Tourism Experience and Intention to visit a City.The Gender and Running frequency variables were also investigated using multi-group analysis. The influence of Mobile Convenience on Satisfaction was seen to be moderated by Gender, and the relationships of Information and Entertainment on satisfaction are moderated by Running Frequency.The results obtained with the proposed changes in the U&G model will be very useful for academics and also for designers and developers of mobile tourism apps as they show the special role played by Self-Expression and Entertainment as relevant factors for the success of a mobile tourism app.

Technology has become the driving force for both economic and social change. However, the recruitment of volunteers into the projects of non-profit-making organizations (NGO) does not usually make much use of information and communication technology (ICT). Organizations in this sector should incorporate and use digital platforms in order to attract the most well-prepared and motivated young volunteers. The main aim of this paper is to use an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to analyze the acceptance of a technological platform that provides a point of contact for non-profit-making organizations and potential volunteers. The TAM is used to find the impact that this new recruitment tool for volunteers can have on an ever-evolving industry. The TAM has been extended with the image and reputation and visual identity variables in order to measure the influence of these non-profit-making organizations on the establishment and implementation of a social network recruitment platform. The data analyzed are from a sample of potential volunteers from non-profit-making organizations in Spain. A structural equation approach using partial least squares was used to evaluate the acceptance model. The results provide an important contribution to the literature about communication in digital environments by non-profit-making organizations as well as strategies to improve their digital reputation.
