1. The interplay between aqueous replacement reaction and the phase state of internally mixed organic/ammonium aerosols

Abstract

Atmospheric secondary aerosols are often internally mixed with organic and inorganic components, particularly dicarboxylic acids, ammonium, sulfate, nitrate, and chloride. These complex compositions enable aqueous reaction between organic and inorganic species, significantly complicating aerosol phase behavior during aging and making phase predictions challenging. We investigated carboxylate–ammonium salt mixtures using attenuated total reflection Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR). The mono-, di-, and tricarboxylates included sodium pyruvate (SP), sodium tartrate (ST), and sodium citrate (SC), while the ammonium salts included NH4NO3, NH4Cl, and (NH4)2SO4. Our results demonstrated that aqueous replacement reactions between carboxylates and ammonium salts were promoted by the formation and depletion of NH3 as relative humidity (RH) changed. For SP/ammonium aerosols, NaNO3 and Na2SO4 crystallized from 35.7 % to 12.7 % and from 65.7 % to 60.1 % RH, respectively, which is lower than the values for pure inorganics (62.5 ± 9 %–32 % RH for NaNO3 and 82 ± 7 %–68 ± 5 % RH for Na2SO4). Upon hydration, the crystalline Na2SO4 and NaNO3 deliquesced at 88.8 %–95.2 % and 76.5 ± 2 %–81.9 %, which is higher than the values of pure Na2SO4 (74 ± 4 %–98 % RH) and NaNO3 (65 %–77.1 ± 3 % RH). In contrast, reaction between ST or SC and (NH4)2SO4 was incomplete due to the gel structure at low RH. Unexpectedly, aqueous Na2SO4 crystallized upon humidification in ST/(NH4)2SO4 particles at 43.6 % RH and then deliquesced with increasing RH. This is attributed to increased ion mobility in viscous particles, leading to nucleation and growth of Na2SO4 crystals. Our findings highlight the intricate interplay between chemical components within organic/inorganic aerosol and the impact of replacement reactions on aerosol aging, phase state, and subsequently atmospheric processes.

Abstract

The risk of liquid agitation in pump-driven tanks within integrated tanks has significantly escalated due to the growing demands for tank integration in new-energy vehicles. In order to solve the problem of liquid sloshing in integrated tanks, this paper presents the design of a baffle structure aimed at reducing waves in integrated water tanks. The numerical simulation method of combining the level-set function with the volume of fluid (CLSVOF) has been employed, significantly enhancing the accuracy of numerical calculations related to a two-phase flow field inside an integrated tank. A comparison was made by analyzing different factors, notably baffle length (L), baffle depth (H), and baffle angle (θ), to investigate their influences in suppressing liquid agitation within the integrated water tank. Numerical computations were conducted utilizing design points acquired by the Latin hypercube sampling technique. The Kriging approximation modelling method was employed to hold down computing time. The Pareto solution was obtained by means of the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II, while the optimal solution set was evaluated and ranked using the multi-criteria decision-making algorithm (MCDM). The results show that increasing the baffle depth within a certain range can effectively suppress the wave height in the tank. When the baffle depth is increased to a certain value, the effect on wave-height suppression in the water tank is limited. When the baffle length and angle of the baffle exceed a certain value, it will also have the effect of suppressing the wave height in the tank. After comparing various factors of the baffle, it was ultimately found that the wave suppression effect is maximal when the length of the baffle is 13 millimeters, the depth of the baffle is 49 millimeters, and the angle of the baffle is -20 degrees. The main contribution of this study is the proposed wave-suppressing baffle structure, which provides new insights for the future structural design of integrated water tanks.

Abstract

In order to analyze the comprehensive risks of natural disasters quantitatively and improve the accuracy of natural disaster management and control, this paper expands the F indicator, Forecast, which is about real-time monitoring and early warning data of natural disasters, and forms the flood control risk trend analysis model framework based on PSR. The framework is named FPSR, i.e. Forecast-Pressure-State-Response, composed of static data and dynamic data. By establishing the four-level index system of flood control risk trend analysis in Fangshan District of Beijing, screening factors, and using analytic hierarchy process, AHP, and experts scoring to determine the weights of each factor, it constructs the flood control risk trend analysis model, FCRTAM. At last, using the real-time monitoring and early warning data of natural disasters in Beijing and the information such as disaster-causing factors, historical natural disasters, major hidden dangers, disaster-bearing bodies, disaster reduction resources (capacities), etc., from National Natural Disaster Comprehensive Risk Census in Fangshan, it analyzes the flood control situation of each town in Fangshan. The results show that the results flood control risk index calculated according to FCRTAM is basically consistent with the actual flood control situation of the towns in Fangshan, and can provide theoretical basis for flood control comprehensive risk trend analysis and the decision-making of disaster prevention and reduction in Fangshan District, which has high use value.

Abstract

Unsteady numerical simulation of single passage was carried out on NASA Rotor 35 to study the influence of the radial inclined angle of self-circulation casing treatment (SCT) on the performance and stability of a transonic compressor at 100% design speed. The radial inclined angles were set to 0°(D0), °(D30) and 60°(D60), respectively. The calculated result indicates an increase in the stall margin improvement (SMI) and the design efficiency improvement (DEI) as the radial inclined angle increases gradually. The SMI of the SCT with a 60° radial inclined angle is 12.5%, the biggest among the three SCTs, and the peak efficiency improvements (PEI) of the SCTs are almost the same. The radial inclined angle is provided with the effect of strengthening the self-circulation casing treatment effect, which further improves the stable working range of the compressor, and the efficiency loss is also lower than that of the 0° angle structure. The flow conditions inside the bleeding part can be improved by radially skewing the self-circulating structure toward the rotor rotating direction.

5. Advance prediction of coastal groundwater levels with temporal convolutional and long short-term memory networks

Abstract

Prediction of groundwater level is of immense importance and challenges coastal aquifer management with rapidly increasing climatic change. With the development of artificial intelligence, data-driven models have been widely adopted in hydrological process management. However, due to the limitation of network framework and construction, they are mostly adopted to produce only 1 time step in advance. Here, the temporal convolutional network (TCN) and models based on long short-term memory (LSTM) were developed to predict groundwater levels with different leading periods in a coastal aquifer. The initial data of 10 months, monitored hourly in two monitoring wells, were used for model training and testing, and the data of the following 3 months were used as prediction with 24, 72, 180, and 360 time steps (1, 3, 7, and 15 d) in advance. The historical precipitation and tidal-level data were incorporated as input data. For the one-step prediction of the two wells, the calculated R2 of the TCN-based models' values were higher and the root mean square error (RMSE) values were lower than that of the LSTM-based model in the prediction stage with shorter running times. For the advanced prediction, the model accuracy decreased with the increase in the advancing period from 1 to 3, 7, and 15 d. By comparing the simulation accuracy and efficiency, the TCN-based model slightly outperformed the LSTM-based model but was less efficient in training time. Both models showed great ability to learn complex patterns in advance using historical data with different leading periods and had been proven to be valid localized groundwater-level prediction tools in the subsurface environment.

6. Measurement report: Variations in surface SO2 and NOx mixing ratios from 2004 to 2016 at a background site in the North China Plain

Abstract

Strict air pollution control strategies have been implemented in recent decades in the North China Plain (NCP), previously one of the most polluted regions in the world, and have resulted in considerable changes in emissions of air pollutants. However, little is so far known about the long-term trends of the regional background level of NOx and SO2, along with the increase and decrease processes of regional emissions. In this study, the seasonal and diurnal variations of NOx and SO2 as well as their long-term trends at a regional background station in the NCP were characterized from 2004 to 2016. On average, SO2 and NOx mixing ratios were 5.7 ± 8.4 and 14.2 ± 12.4 ppb, respectively. The seasonal variations in SO2 and NOx mixing ratios showed a similar pattern, with a peak in winter and a valley in summer. However, the diurnal variations in SO2 and NOx mixing ratios greatly differed for all seasons, indicating different sources for SO2 and NOx and meteorological effects on their concentrations. Overall, the annual mean SO2 exhibited a significant decreasing trend of −6.1 % yr−1 (R = −0.84, P < 0.01) from 2004 to 2016, which is very close to −6.3 % yr−1 of the annual SO2 emission in Beijing, and a greater decreasing trend of −7.4 % yr−1 (R = −0.95, P < 0.01) from 2008 to 2016. The annual mean of NOx showed a fluctuating rise of +3.4 % yr−1 (R = 0.38, P = 0.40) from 2005 to 2010, reaching the peak value (16.9 ppb) in 2010, and then exhibited an extremely significant fluctuating downward trend of −4.5 % yr−1 (R = 0.95, P < 0.01) from 2010 to 2016. After 2010, the annual mean NOx mixing ratios correlated significantly (R = 0.94, P < 0.01) with the annual NOx emission in North China. The decreasing rate (−4.8 % yr−1, R = −0.92, P < 0.01) of the annual mean NOx mixing ratios from 2011 to 2016 at the Shangdianzi (SDZ) regional atmospheric background station is lower than the one (−8.8 % yr−1, R = −0.94, P < 0.01) for the annual NOx emission in the NCP and in Beijing (−9.0 % yr−1, R = −0.96, P < 0.01). This indicated that surface NOx mixing ratios at SDZ had a weaker influence than SO2 on the emission reduction in Beijing and its surrounding areas in the NCP. The increase in the number of motor vehicles led to an increase in traffic emissions for NOx. This study supported conclusions from previous studies that the measures taken for controlling NOx and SO2 in the NCP in the past decades were generally successful. However, NOx emission control should be strengthened in the future.

7. Validation of a cost-effective alternative for a radiochromatography method to be used in a developing country

Abstract Introduction The radiochemical purity (RCP) of technetium-99m labelled radiopharmaceuticals (RP) is important to ensure optimal scintigraphic image quality. In low-income settings, it may not be possible to use compendial analytical methods or expensive equipment for radiochemical purity analysis. All radiochemical analysis methods should however be validated against compendial or otherwise proven methods. To ensure the efficacy of RP prepared at Yaoundé General Hospital (YGH) Cameroon, this study cross-validated a cost-effective routine chromatographic method using a simple survey meter technique. A GMP-compliant method used at the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), the Netherlands was used as the comparator. Methods Sestamibi, HMDP and DMSA kits currently used at YGH were reconstituted at UMCG with about 2000 MBq of freshly eluted sodium pertechnetate as described by the manufacturer, and spiked with eluate of the same generator to obtain a range of impurity concentrations. Samples of technetium-99m RP were spotted on 1 × 10 cm iTLC-SG strips and developed in appropriate mobile phases. Each strip was first scanned on the chromatogram-scanner used at the UMCG (standard method), and immediately thereafter the strip was cut in two pieces and radioactivity from each portion was counted with a small survey meter from YGH. The percentage RCP for each TLC strip was calculated using both counting methods. Internationally recommended validation parameters and acceptance criteria were used. Student’s paired t-test or ANOVA were used with ‘no significant difference’ designated at a 95% confidence-interval (P ≥ 0.05). Linearity of the survey meter was determined for Tc-99m. Readings obtained with the survey meter were also plotted against the scanner results. Results and discussion The proposed method proved to be accurate (CV of mean RCP 0.05). LOD and LOQ were determined for the survey meter. Specificity depends on chemical separation. As we were validating the suitability of a method to quantify radioactivity, specificity was not included in the validation parameters. Conclusion The proposed method compared well with the standard method and is suitable as a reliable low cost method for limited resource settings.

Abstract

We search for gravitational-wave (GW) transients associated with fast radio bursts (FRBs) detected by the Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment Fast Radio Burst Project, during the first part of the third observing run of Advanced LIGO and Advanced Virgo (2019 April 1 15:00 UTC–2019 October 1 15:00 UTC). Triggers from 22 FRBs were analyzed with a search that targets both binary neutron star (BNS) and neutron star–black hole (NSBH) mergers. A targeted search for generic GW transients was conducted on 40 FRBs. We find no significant evidence for a GW association in either search. Given the large uncertainties in the distances of our FRB sample, we are unable to exclude the possibility of a GW association. Assessing the volumetric event rates of both FRB and binary mergers, an association is limited to 15% of the FRB population for BNS mergers or 1% for NSBH mergers. We report 90% confidence lower bounds on the distance to each FRB for a range of GW progenitor models and set upper limits on the energy emitted through GWs for a range of emission scenarios. We find values of order 10 ^51 –10 ^57 erg for models with central GW frequencies in the range 70–3560 Hz. At the sensitivity of this search, we find these limits to be above the predicted GW emissions for the models considered. We also find no significant coincident detection of GWs with the repeater, FRB 20200120E, which is the closest known extragalactic FRB.

Abstract

Although channelized urban streams provide aesthetic and economic value, they reduce biodiversity and alter the habitats of aquatic organisms. Spur dikes not only prevent the erosion of riverbanks, but also generally improve aquatic habitats. River 2D is widely used to analyze the aquatic habitats. However, the model often faces a challenge of lacking sediment and riverbed evolution module, which is difficult to predict the change of aquatic habitats. In this study, a depth-averaged habitat model, which couples a two-dimensional water-sediment shallow water model with an Instream Flow Incremental Methodology (IFIM), was provided to evaluate the impact of spur dikes on the improvement of aquatic habitats in the Jinjiang Stream in Chengdu, China.The potential value of aquatic habitats was quantitatively evaluated by a weighted useable area (WUA). Under different spur dike scenarios, the WUA is greater than under natural conditions, that is, the construction of spur dikes is beneficial for improving the habitat of aquatic organisms in urban rivers. In addition, further analysis from the simulation results shows that the three-spur dike scenario with a flow of 40 m³/s represents the best layout of spur dikes. Our study indicates that adjusting the spur dike layout is an effective instrument to enhance aquatic habitats, and can provide a certain reference for water ecological restoration and river management.

Abstract

Abstract The water environmental capacity (WEC) is an effective tool to solve the water pollution problem and achieve optimal water quality management. However, in a seasonal river, some important input data such as discharge and pollution concentration from river tributaries and lateral inflows are rarely available. This makes WEC calculating more challenging. In this study, the water environment system model that integrates hydrological process in the watershed and hydrodynamic water quality process in the river is proposed to compensate for the lack of data. Taking the Guishui River basin as an example, the SWAT and HEC‐RAS models were selected. The discharge and pollution concentration of ungauged tributary output from SWAT are used as the inputs of the water quality model HEC‐RAS. In addition, static and dynamic design hydrological conditions were used to calculate WEC. The model results basically agree with the observed data, and it was verified that the integrated water environment system model can be used to calculate WEC. The pollutant reduction targets of the tributaries under the monthly line‐fitting method are less than that under static hydrological condition. The obtained results could be used to support water pollution control and water quality management in the Guishui River basin.

Abstract

Gelatin nanoparticles (Gb-NP) and layer-by-layer (LBL) coated NPs were developed to modify a Ti substrate surface to prevent implant-associated infections. Vancomycin (Van) was loaded into these materials to obtain GbV-NP and LBL-GbV-NP. The size of the GbV-NP (277.4±1.4 nm) was smaller than that of LBL-GbV-NP (710.2±4.6 nm) but both had a spherical shape. These coated materials showed no cytotoxicity and facilitated better cell proliferation by osteoblast-like cells compared to the bare Ti. This was probably due to the roughness of the coated NP that enhanced cell attachement to the surface. Both coated materials showed antibacterial activity against S. aureus. The release of Van from GbV-NP was higher from LBL-GbV-NP and this corresponded to their antibacterial activity. Furthermore the release profile of Van showed a sustained release. Thus both materials should be able to prolong the protection of implant-associated infections to the bone.

Abstract

Recent evidence shows that moxifloxacin could exert an antimicrobial effect against Helicobacter pylori in both in vitro and in vivo models. To systematically evaluate whether moxifloxacin-containing triple therapy could improve eradication rates and reduce side effects in first-line or second-line anti-H. pylori treatment, eligible articles were identified by searches of electronic databases. We included all randomized trials comparing moxifloxacin-based triple therapy with standard triple or quadruple therapy during H. pylori eradication treatment. Statistical analysis was performed with Review Manager 5.0.10. Subanalysis/sensitivity analysis was also performed. We identified seven randomized trials (n=1263). Pooled H. pylori eradication rates were 79.03% (95%CI: 75.73-82.07) and 68.33% (95%CI: 64.44-72.04) for patients with moxifloxacin-based triple therapy or with standard triple or quadruple therapy, respectively (intention-to-treat analysis). The odds ratio (OR) was 1.82 (95%CI: 1.17-2.81), the occurrence of total side effects was 15.23% (95%CI: 12.58-18.20) and 27.17% (95%CI: 23.64-30.92) for groups with or without moxifloxacin, and the summary OR was 0.45 (95%CI: 0.26-0.77). Abstract

A regional haze episode occurred in the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province (BTH) area in the North China Plain (NCP) from 16 to 19 January 2010. Data were collected and analyzed during the time frame of 14 through 23 January 2010 to include the haze event. The increase of secondary inorganic pollutants (SO42−, NO3−, NH4+) in PM2.5 was observed simultaneously at four sites, especially in the plain area of the BTH, which could be identified as a common characteristic of pollution haze in east China. The sulfate and nitrate in PM2.5 were mainly formed through the heterogeneous reaction process in the urban area. The organic matter (OM) increased more significantly at the Chengde (CD) site than the other three sites in the plain area. The secondary organic aerosols only existed during haze days at CD but in both haze and non-haze days at the other three sites, which suggested the greater regional impact of secondary formation process during the haze episode. The secondary formation of aerosol was one important formation mechanism of haze. The strong temperature inversion and descending air motions in the planetary boundary layer (PBL) allowed pollutants to accumulate in a shallow layer. The weak surface wind speed produced high pollutants concentration within source regions. The accumulation of pollutants was one main factor in the haze formation. The enhanced southwest wind in the last period of this episode transported pollutants to the downwind area and expanded the regional scope of the haze.

16. Characteristics of concentrations and chemical compositions for PM2.5 in the region of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, China

Abstract

In order to study the temporal and spatial variations of PM2.5 and its chemical compositions in the region of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei (BTH), PM2.5 samples were collected at four urban sites in Beijing (BJ), Tianjin (TJ), Shijiazhuang (SJZ), and Chengde (CD), and also one site at Shangdianzi (SDZ) regional background station over four seasons from 2009 to 2010. The samples were weighted for mass concentrations and analyzed in the laboratory for chemical profiles of 19 elements (Al, As, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Ni, P, Pb, Sr, Ti, V, and Zn), eight water-soluble inorganic ions (Na+, NH4+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Cl−, NO3−, and SO42−, and carbon fractions (OC and EC). The concentrations of PM2.5 and its major chemical species were season dependent and showed spatially similar characteristics in the plain area of BTH. The average annual concentrations of PM2.5 were 71.8–191.2 μg m−3 at the five sites, with more than 90% of sampling days exceeding 50 μg m−3 at BJ, TJ, and SJZ. PM2.5 pollution was most serious at SJZ, and the annual concentrations of PM2.5, secondary inorganic ions, OC, EC, and most crustal elements were all highest. Due to stronger photochemical oxidation, the sum of concentrations of secondary inorganic ions (NH4+, NO3−, and SO42− was highest in the summer at SDZ, BJ, TJ, and CD. Analysis of electric charges of water-soluble inorganic ions indicated the existence of nitric acid or hydrochloric acid in PM2.5. For all five sites, the concentrations of OC, EC and also secondary organic carbon (SOC) in the spring and summer were lower than those in the autumn and winter. SOC had more percentages of increase than primary organic carbon (POC) during the winter. The sums of crustal elements (Al, Ca, Fe, Mg, Ti, Ba, and Sr) were higher in the spring and autumn owing to more days with blowing or floating dust. The concentrations of heavy metals were at higher levels in the BTH area by comparison with other studies. In Shijiazhuang and Chengde, the PM2.5 pollution was dominated by coal combustion. Motor vehicle exhausts and coal combustion emissions both played important roles in Tianjin PM2.5 pollution. However, motor vehicle exhausts had played a more important role in Beijing owing to the reduction of coal consumption and sharp increase of cars in recent years. At SDZ, regional transportation of air pollutants from southern urban areas was significant.

Abstract

Atmospheric particle number size distributions (size range 0.003–10 μm) were measured between March 2008 and August 2009 at Shangdianzi (SDZ), a rural research station in the North China Plain. These measurements were made in an attempt to better characterize the tropospheric background aerosol in Northern China. The mean particle number concentrations of the total particle, as well as the nucleation, Aitken, accumulation and coarse mode were determined to be 1.2 ± 0.9 × 104, 3.6 ± 7.9 × 103, 4.4 ± 3.4 × 103, 3.5 ± 2.8 × 103 and 2 ± 3 cm−3, respectively. A general finding was that the particle number concentration was higher during spring compared to the other seasons. The air mass origin had an important effect on the particle number concentration and new particle formation events. Air masses from northwest (i.e. inner Asia) favored the new particle formation events, while air masses from southeast showed the highest particle mass concentration. Significant diurnal variations in particle number were observed, which could be linked to new particle formation events, i.e. gas-to-particle conversion. During particle formation events, the number concentration of the nucleation mode rose up to maximum value of 104 cm−3. New particle formation events were observed on 36% of the effective measurement days. The formation rate ranged from 0.7 to 72.7 cm−3 s−1, with a mean value of 8.0 cm−3 s−1. The value of the nucleation mode growth rate was in the range of 0.3–14.5 nm h−1, with a mean value of 4.3 nm h−1. It was an essential observation that on many occasions the nucleation mode was able to grow into the size of cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) within a matter of several hours. Furthermore, the new particle formation was regularly followed by a measurable increase in particle mass concentration and extinction coefficient, indicative of a high abundance of condensable vapors in the atmosphere under study.

骨样骨瘤是一种良性骨肿瘤，常见于长骨骨干，具有特征性的临床和放射学表现。关节内骨样骨瘤少见，通常累及髋部，很少累及肘部。由于肿瘤位于关节内，会产生关节僵硬、疼痛和活动能力下降等类似于关节炎的临床表现。骨样骨瘤的典型放射学表现是沿着长骨骨干以小的溶骨灶为中心的丰富的骨硬化，而关节内骨样骨瘤的影像学特征通常不典型，因此常导致诊断延误。本文报道2例临床诊断为关节炎的肘关节内骨样骨瘤，探讨其临床影像学、组织学、免疫表型及分子特征，为诊断提供帮助。.

Abstract

The current progress in the detection of terrestrial type exoplanets has opened a new avenue in the characterization of exoplanetary atmospheres and in the search for biosignatures of life with the upcoming ground-based and space missions. To specify the conditions favorable for the origin, development and sustainment of life as we know it in other worlds, we need to understand the nature of astrospheric, atmospheric and surface environments of exoplanets in habitable zones around G-K-M dwarfs including our young Sun. Global environment is formed by propagated disturbances from the planet-hosting stars in the form of stellar flares, coronal mass ejections, energetic particles, and winds collectively known as astrospheric space weather. Its characterization will help in understanding how an exoplanetary ecosystem interacts with its host star, as well as in the specification of the physical, chemical and biochemical conditions that can create favorable and/or detrimental conditions for planetary climate and habitability along with evolution of planetary internal dynamics over geological timescales. A key linkage of (astro) physical, chemical, and geological processes can only be understood in the framework of interdisciplinary studies with the incorporation of progress in heliophysics, astrophysics, planetary and Earth sciences. The assessment of the impacts of host stars on the climate and habitability of terrestrial (exo)planets will significantly expand the current definition of the habitable zone to the biogenic zone and provide new observational strategies for searching for signatures of life. The major goal of this paper is to describe and discuss the current status and recent progress in this interdisciplinary field and to provide a new roadmap for the future development of the emerging field of exoplanetary science and astrobiology.

Abstract

Burns often cause the damaged tissue to produce a large amount of exudate and the formation of blisters on the wound. The burn blister fluid contains a large number of molecules related to wound healing, which can reflect the state of local tissue microenvironment of the burn wound. Analyzing relevant information such as cellular components, signal mediators, and protein molecules in burn blister fluid is helpful to understand the local reaction and tissue microenvironment of burn wounds, and then help clinical burn treatment. In this article, by understanding the production mechanism of burn blister fluid, discussing its role in wound evaluation, and integrating the research progress of burn blister fluid in proteomics, metabolomics, cellular components, and pharmacokinetics, we propose our thoughts and prospects on the research of burn blister fluid, in order to provide assistance for clinical evaluation and treatment of burn wounds, and also provide idea for the follow-up study of burn blister fluid.烧伤常导致受损组织产生大量渗出物，并在创面形成水疱，而烧伤水疱液内含有大量与创面愈合相关的分子，可反映烧伤创面局部组织微环境状态。解析烧伤水疱液中细胞成分、信号介质和蛋白质分子等相关信息有助于了解烧伤创面局部反应和组织微环境，进而助力临床烧伤救治。该文通过解读烧伤水疱液产生机制，探讨烧伤水疱液在创面评估中的作用，并综合烧伤水疱液在蛋白质组学、代谢组学、细胞成分、药代动力学4个方向的研究进展，提出对烧伤水疱液研究的思考与展望，以期为临床烧伤创面评估及治疗提供助力，也为烧伤水疱液的后续研究提供思路。.

骨外黏液样软骨肉瘤（EMC）是一种罕见的分化不确定的恶性间叶性肿瘤，分子遗传学上以NR4A3基因重排为特征。组织学特点为多小叶结构、丰富的黏液样基质和条索状或簇状稀疏分布的肿瘤细胞，少数病例出现富于细胞型的高级别组织学特征。富于细胞型的骨外黏液样软骨肉瘤其形态和免疫表型与小圆细胞肉瘤均有重叠，且在穿刺标本中观察到的组织形态局限，使得鉴别诊断颇具挑战性，此时分子检测则尤为重要。本文报道1例NR4A3及EWSR1基因重排阳性的富于细胞型骨外黏液样软骨肉瘤。.
