This article summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing practice of a case of type 2 diabetes with hypertension during hospitalization. On the basis of western medicine treatment, the intervention was carried out in combination with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing pills, acupoint application, and Traditional Chinese medicine cream and rubbing, which fully played the characteristics and advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine technology, effectively controlled the patient's blood pressure and blood glucose, and improve the patient's quality of life. In this paper, a combination of Problem-based Learning (PBL), Case-based Learning(CBL)and Flipped Classroom was used to conduct teaching ward round of nursing for a patient with thyroid disease. Taking the clinical teaching round of a patient with stony goiter as an example, this paper explored the transformation from the conventional clinical teaching method of nursing to the comprehensive application of multi-mode joint of clinical teaching. Focusing on the nursing students, the multi-mode joint model was a problem-oriented and case-based approach. It constructed a new type of teaching ward round of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing by taking clinical thinking ability as motif, disease related knowledge as the support, and teacher-student and nurse-patient interaction as means. It provides theoretical and practical basis for comprehensively improving the quality of nursing work, teaching quality and patient satisfaction, and exploring the cultivation of high-quality comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing talents. Objective To explore the application value of professional and safe transport nursing mode in intra--hospital transport of critically ill patients. Methods Totally 80 patients who required intrahospital transport were selected as the control group. The adverse events occurred in the intrahospital transport were investigated to find out the potential safety hazards, transport handover form was updated, and training for nurses was carried out. A comprehensive evaluation on patients was conducted before intrahospital transport, relevant instruments and personnel were prepared, and professional and safe transfer nursing mode was adopted for intrahospital transport. Another 80 patients who required intrahospital transport were selected as the study group. The total incidence of adverse events during transport and the time cost in transport were observed and compared between two groups. Results The averaged time of transport in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0. 05) . The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The application of professional and safe transport nursing mode in intrahospital transport of critically ill patients can further reduce the risk of adverse events, shorten the transport time, and improve the transport safety. (目的 探讨专业安全转运护理模式在急诊危重症患者院内转运中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月—8月收治的需院内转运患者80例为对照组, 调查急危重症患者转运中不良事件, 找出转运时存在的安全隐患, 重新更新转运交接单, 并对护士进行转运培训; 对转运前患者充分评估, 做好转运前仪器、人员等准备工作, 采用专业安全转运护理模式进行转运。选取 2021年9月—2022年3月收治的需院内转运患者80例为研究组。统计两组患者转运中的不良事件发生率及院内转运时间。结果 研究组的院内转运时间短于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。 研究组不良事件总发生率低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 在急危重症患者转运过程中运用专业安全转运护理模式, 能够进一步降低不良事件发生的风险, 缩短转运时间, 从而提高转运安全。)

The emergency department, as an important gateway of epidemic prevention and control in the hospital, bears the responsibility of prevention and control of COVID-19. Hospital highlighted the role of the emergency department in prevention and control of COVID-19. Based on relevant rules and regulations and guidelines of COVID-19 prevention and control, a continuous strategy of prevention and control was implemented according to the actual situation and characteristics of the emergency department. Great efforts were made to enhance the COVID-19 prevention and control, and cluster management measures were carried out including reforming the diagnosis and treatment environment, formulating principals and process of prevention, pre-screening, personnel training, cleaning and disinfection, and supervision of prevention and control. Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization in critically ill patients in the ICU. Methods Totally 40 critically ill patients undergoing radial artery puncture and catheterization were divided into the control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional blind puncture method, while the experimental group used bedside B-mode ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture. The one-time success rate of puncture, puncture times and the total time of puncture were recorded and compared between two groups. Results The one-time success rate of puncture was 85. 00%(17/20)in the study group, which was significantly higher than 50. 00%(10/20)in the control group (P＜0. 05). The averaged puncture times and the total time of puncture in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization can improve the success rate of one-time puncture, shorten the puncture time and reduce the number of puncture in ICU patients. (目的 探讨超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管在ICU重症患者中的应用效果。方法 选择40例ICU重症患者为研究对象, 穿刺部位均为桡动脉。将患者分成两组, 对照组采用常规直接触摸动脉盲穿置管法, 研究组采用床旁B型超声引导下动脉穿刺置管法。记录两组患者一次穿刺成功率、穿刺次数及穿刺时间。结果 研究组一次穿刺置管成功率85. 00%(17/20), 高于对照组的50. 00%(10/20), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。研究组平均穿刺次数和一次穿刺平均所需时间均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 针对ICU重症患者在超声引导下开展动脉穿刺, 能够提高一次性穿刺成功率, 缩短穿刺时间。)
