Este trabalho tem como objetivo destacar o processo de ensino e aprendizagem no ensino superior (ES) como um espaço privilegiado para a (re)afirmação da autonomia acadêmica e construção da autonomia profissional. Para tanto, congrega uma reflexão sobre fatores que afetam o (in)sucesso de estudantes no ES e duas experiências formativas – uma que centra a atenção na relação estabelecida na supervisão de ensino como possibilidade de desencadear diálogos com o conhecimento autônomo, e outra que tem como foco a construção da profissionalidade docente de estudantes em processo de formação inicial, no âmbito do desafio da gestão compartilhada da organização do trabalho pedagógico. Nesse contexto, ao indiciar possibilidades da participação ativa na gestão da aula e alternativas de intervenção formativa, o estudo tem como horizonte contribuir na reflexão sobre saberes e fazeres docentes no âmbito da complexidade de se pensar o sucesso acadêmico do estudante em formação

This study investigates the structural and transport properties of SDS, CTAB, and SB3-12 micelles in three deep eutectic solvents (DESs), Ethaline, Glyceline, and Reline, using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. The influence of solvent composition on micelle morphology, interactions, and dynamics was explored, revealing key differences driven by the DES environment. Structural analyses, including eccentricity and radius of gyration, demonstrated that micelle shape and compactness vary significantly depending on the solvent. In Ethaline and Reline, larger micelles showed significant deviations from spherical shapes, while micelles in Glyceline became more spherical and compact, particularly those formed by SB3-12. Radial distribution functions highlighted different levels of micelle–solvent interactions, with SDS showing strong interactions with HBD components and SB3-12 exhibiting prominent self-interaction. According to hydrogen bonding analysis, micelles slightly disrupt the DES hydrogen bond network, with SB3-12 establishing the most significant hydrogen bond connections. The transport property analysis revealed that larger micelles have lower diffusion coefficients, whereas smaller micelles enhance DESs' component mobility. These findings advance the understanding of micelle behavior in DESs and also help in the optimization of DES–surfactant systems for applications such as electrodeposition, nanomaterial templating, and drug delivery. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant challenges and transformative changes to support services, such as Domestic Violence (DV). Concerns about the psychological well-being of professionals assisting DV victims seem to have been exacerbated by the pandemic period. These professionals have faced additional stressors, including overlapping responsibilities, blurred boundaries between their professional and personal lives, and the need to adapt intervention methods. This probably leads to an increased vulnerability to negative psychological outcomes. The present study's aim is to explore DV professionals' understandings about how the pandemic impacted their mental health and self-care practices, in order to present guidelines for future emergency periods. Twenty-four interviews were completed and analyzed through thematic analysis. DV professionals revealed that they have experienced higher levels of depression, anxiety, stress, and fatigue during the pandemic. Additionally, participants pointed out the dual challenge of addressing preexisting DV crises while coping with the pandemic's impact on their personal lives. However, some professionals reported positive outcomes, including enriched family time and self-care, emphasizing the significance of family support, and maintaining self-care routines. Nevertheless, half of the professionals admitted to neglecting adequate self-care strategies. Results emphasize the importance of promoting mental health through a comprehensive set of guidelines for self-care, addressing both personal and organizational levels of support for DV professionals. Domestic violence remains a complex and challenging issue, particularly for professionals engaged in providing support to victims. The occurrence of emergency situations, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, further exacerbates the difficulties faced by these practitioners. This study aims to explore the lived experiences of professionals working with domestic violence victims, with a specific focus on the primary challenges encountered during interventions. It also aims to identify key guidelines that could enhance their practices. Twenty-four professionals from the domestic violence victim support in Portugal participated in this qualitative research. Through semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, the study identified a range of challenges professionals confront in their intervention efforts. These challenges encompassed various aspects of the intervention process, vulnerabilities observed in victims, and the existing support system. Furthermore, the study uncovered specific challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside these challenges, the research highlighted a set of recommendations designed to refine intervention strategies and promote better professional adaptation. The findings underscore the array of challenges that professionals grapple with, impacting both their strategies for intervention and their overall well-being. Thus, the development of effective intervention methodologies for professionals and organizations emerges as a crucial endeavor, essential for assisting domestic violence victims in their daily lives and enhancing preparedness for potential future crises. Empirical research on student participation in school management has increased significantly in recent years. - Countries have local and specific education policies that define student participation in school management. - Education policy defines places for student participation, but there are sociocultural barriers in the governance structure. - Student participation in school management is mostly in student councils, through class representatives, and only as an advisory body. - Students create new movements and initiatives, with practices beyond the conventional and formal at schools. Purpose: To know and study the participation of young students and their voice in decision-making in their schools in a competitive education regulated by excellence. To understand if and how students are involved in the democratic management of schools, given that these young people are involved globally, with an active participation in society. Design: A systematic literature review on student participation in democratic school management, identifying empirical studies from various countries with different theoretical frameworks and methodologies. Findings: There are several democratic practices and experiences of student participation in schools, despite sociocultural barriers in some countries. However, the participatory and democratic discourses identified in schools, including those in educational policy, do not directly impact the possibilities for students to participate in decision-making. The applicability of deep eutectic solvents is determined by their physicochemical properties. In turn, the properties of eutectic mixtures are the result of the components' molar ratio and chemical composition. Owing to the relatively low viscosities displayed by alcohol-based deep eutectic solvents (DESs), their application in industry is more appealing. Modeling the composition–property relationships established in polyalcohol-based mixtures is crucial for both understanding and predicting their behavior. In this work, a physicochemical property–structure comparison study is made between four choline chloride polyalcohol-based DESs, namely, ethaline, propeline, propaneline, and glyceline. Physicochemical properties obtained from molecular dynamic simulations are compared to experimental data, whenever possible. The simulations cover the temperature range from 298.15 to 348.15 K. The simulated and literature experimental data are generally in good agreement for all the studied DESs. Structural properties, such as radial and spatial distribution functions, coordination numbers, hydrogen bond donor (HBD)–HBD aggregate formation, and hydrogen bonding are analyzed in detail. The higher prevalence of HBD:HBD and HBD:anion hydrogen bonds is likely to be the major reason for the relatively high density and viscosity of glyceline as well as for lower DES self-diffusions.
