Изучение и реконструкция различных видов воинских атрибутов (знамен, бунчуков, флагов, их особенностей и форм) золотордынского периода (эпохи Улуса Джучи) является сегодня одной из актуальных научных проблем. До сих пор эта тема не была предметом отдельного исследования в научных работах по истории Золотой Орды. Поэтому целью данного исследования является востановление системы военных символов золотоордынского времени. Основным источником для исследования послужили иконографические материалы. Использовались памятники изобразительного искусства стран и народов, входивших в состав Империи Чингисхана и его наследников, а также стран, которые были в культурном и военном контакте с Улусом Джучи. Дополнительными источниками послужили сведения из письменной литературы, а также археологические и вещественные материалы. Подробный и углубленный анализ данных всех этих источников позволил восстановить использовавшийся комплекс военной символики Золотой Орды (Улуса Джучи), определить разнообразные виды знамен, флагов и бунчуков этого периода, различающиеся формой полотнища и дополнительными элементами, определяющими их статус и особенности их назначения.

Bacteria power rotation of an extracellular flagellar filament for swimming motility. Thousands of flagellin subunits compose the flagellar filament, which extends several microns from the bacterial surface. It is unclear whether bacteria actively control filament length. Many polarly flagellated bacteria produce shorter flagellar filaments than peritrichous bacteria, and FlaG has been reported to limit flagellar filament length in polar flagellates. However, a mechanism for how FlaG may function is unknown. We observed that deletion of flaG in the polarly flagellated pathogens Vibrio cholerae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Campylobacter jejuni caused extension of flagellar filaments to lengths comparable to peritrichous bacteria. Using C. jejuni as a model to understand how FlaG controls flagellar filament length, we found that FlaG and FliS chaperone-flagellin complexes antagonize each other for interactions with FlhA in the flagellar type III secretion system (fT3SS) export gate. FlaG interacted with an understudied region of FlhA, and this interaction appeared to be enhanced in ΔfliS and FlhA FliS-binding mutants. Our data support that FlaG evolved in polarly flagellated bacteria as an antagonist to interfere with the ability of FliS to interact with and deliver flagellins to FlhA in the fT3SS export gate to control flagellar filament length so that these bacteria produce relatively shorter flagella than peritrichous counterparts. This mechanism is similar to how some gatekeepers in injectisome T3SSs prevent chaperones from delivering effector proteins until completion of the T3SS and host contact occurs. Thus, flagellar and injectisome T3SSs have convergently evolved protein antagonists to negatively impact respective T3SSs to secrete their major terminal substrates. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

ABSTRACT Objectives Methods Results Conclusions This study aimed to determine a definition for significant platelet clumping (PC) and evaluate the performance of the Sysmex XN instrument for detecting platelet clumps.For part 1, 372 specimens with a ‘PLT_clump?’ flag in XN‐9000 were classified into five groups according to the average number of PCs. We compared the initial platelet count (measured by XN‐9000 using impedance method) and corrected platelet count (counted optically or re‐analyzed by XN‐9000 using vortexed or re‐collected sample) of each group. For part 2, 1000 specimens with a PC flag divided into three subgroups {group N (PC = 0), Y (PC ≥ 1), and Z (microscopic fibrin clot)} and additional two groups {group S (PC(+) specimens without any flag and with flags of other categories) and group NC (negative control)} were collected. Positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), sensitivity and specificity of PC detection of XN‐9000 were obtained and the platelet counts and four indices (PDW, MPV, P_LCR, and PCT) of groups NC, N, Y, Z, and S were compared to detect PC more precisely.In part 1, all groups showed significant difference between the initial and corrected platelet counts. In part 2, PPV, NPV, prevalence, sensitivity, and specificity were 41.5%, 56.5%, 43.4%, 2.18%, and 98.3%, respectively. The platelet counts and four indices showed statistical differences for detecting PCs, and especially PDW and P_LCR were significantly smaller in group Z than group N or Y.We suggest the definition of significant PC by the presence of at least three platelets. National flags embody their nations' core values and beliefs but they may be perceived differently in today's increasingly polarized societies. We conducted two studies (N = 768) in the United States to examine partisan differences between Democrats and Republicans, and a third study in the United Kingdom (N = 509) between supporters of the Labour and Conservative parties. Across all three studies, we consistently found that Democrat and Labour participants (compared to their Republican and Conservative counterparts) associated their respective national flags with less positive and more negative affect and concepts. Studies 2 and 3 further showed that these partisan divides were driven by how much people associated their national flags with their political outgroup. For Democrats and Labour participants, associating their national flags with their political outgroup predicted less positive and more negative affect, but associating the flags with their political ingroup predicted more positive and less negative affect. Selfish mining is when a group of miners in a blockchain system work together to cheat and get more rewards by hiding their work from others. This attack makes the blockchain less secure by allowing miners to cheat together, leading to more fraud and less trustworthy transactions. It's very unfair for honest miners, and it's a big problem that needs to be stopped. Despite numerous attempts to prevent selfish mining, none of the existing methods can completely prevent the attack. As prevention is better than detecting or mitigating the selfish mining attack, our main intention is to prevent the selfish mining attack completely without wasting the time and computational power of honest miners. Therefore, we propose a novel method to prevent the attack by adding a "BA: block acceptance" flag in the block header. The key idea of our method is that each block must be broadcast and accepted to set the flag to true. If the flag is false, we cannot use the hash of that block to mine a new block. This ensures that selfish miners cannot build a chain secretly to create branches in the blockchain (a fork). By preventing accidental and intentional forks, we have proven that the probability of a selfish mining attack occurring is zero. We proved our methodology resilient to the selfish mining attack in theoretically. Overall, our proposed method offers a promising solution to prevent selfish mining attacks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In comparison to the wealth of critical evaluation of LEADER (i.e., Liaison entre actions de développement de l'économie rurale), there has been no consolidated attempt to reflect on the contribution of Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAGs), now entering their third EU programming period. Set up in the image of LEADER, and a novel governance instrument within the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP), FLAGs aim to activate local responses that build resilience and adaptability within the fisheries sector and wider communities. In addition to introducing the accompanying articles that make up this special issue of Sociologia Ruralis, our article gives an account of the emergence of community‐led local development (CLLD) in fisheries and the attributes that have characterised the application of the LEADER approach within a fisheries‐territorial development context. In many cases, FLAGs have led to improved relationships between the small‐scale fishing sector and wider local social and economic networks, helping the sector reimagine its role within local economies. Yet outcomes vary as the FLAG approach has been applied across different cultural and institutional settings. There are indications that the system is becoming enveloped by wider priorities of coastal development and blue growth. Yet FLAGs may well provide a successful test case for widening participation in the CFP and upscaling integration of the fishing industry within local and regional economies. In European Union member states, the community‐led local development (CLLD) approach implemented through Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAGs) represents different social organisational and democratic traditions. Hence, FLAGs operate and apply local development strategies and strengthen the role of fishing communities and the fishing industry under the influence of nationally contingent factors. Based on document analysis and mixed methods data, this article addresses the role of input legitimacy in FLAGs in Denmark and Finland. The findings show that Danish FLAGs demonstrate input legitimacy, while the fishery sector's interests are relatively weakly represented on FLAG boards. In Finland, the FLAG institutional system is perceived to be more flexible, demonstrating a lower level of input legitimacy, while the fishery sector's interests are substantially represented on FLAG boards. The comparison provides an analytical basis for member states financing CLLD through EMFAF and paves the way for reflexion on the FLAG governance system based on different programming periods and institutional contexts. The aim of this study is to improve students' awareness of values by using flags and banners within the scope of social studies course. With the studies prepared with the examples of flags and banners used in Turkish states, the values of "independence", "freedom", "patriotism" and "respect" were tried to be developed. This study is of great importance for the promotion of Turkish flags and banners, which are of great importance for the existence, unity and independence of a nation, and for the development of values that have an important place in education programs. In this study, it is essential to determine the importance of the flag as a symbol of national independence and freedom with examples of flags and banners, to develop values and to raise awareness of protecting the flag. This study was carried out within the scope of "Active Citizenship Unit" within the scope of social studies course with 25 5th grade students of a state secondary school in Ereğli district of Zonguldak province in the 2020-2021 academic year. This research was carried out with the case study pattern, which is one of the qualitative research models Within the scope of this study, data were collected with the answers given by the students to the questions about the analysis of the values related to the flag and ensign samples in the worksheets, and the collected data were analyzed with the descriptive analysis method. As a result of the study, it was determined that the students gained awareness about the values with the comments and determinations extracted from the students' discourses and that the studies were effective for the development of the students' values. Flags are national objects capable of storing and maintaining divergent affections and releasing them at a given moment. This article aims to understand the emotional functioning of flags in the Catalan sovereignty movement. To do so, we try to describe how the national flags that appear in the Catalan conflict (the blue Estelada, the yellow Estelada and the Spanish Constitutional flag), make different and contradictory affects flourish in the sovereignty movement, are framed in diverse affective processes, and acquire an emotional directionality and location that create and configure political and affective boundaries within Catalan independence. To identify emotions and affects, we perform an affective elicitation of free narration about the flags-in-conflict to activists and people close to the Catalan sovereignty and secessionist movement. As a result, affective cartographies are constructed for each flag and relate the elicited affects with the political and social organizations of Catalan sovereignty. The data show that what we feel and what moves us is apprehended in a process of constant political interaction between material-semiotic objects and subjects; that is, the idea of a politicization of affects is reaffirmed. (1) Background: Relapsed/refractory (r/r) and secondary acute myeloid leukemia are highlighted by chemoresistance and poor outcomes. The aim of the study was to assess the efficacy and toxicity of fludarabine, cytarabine, and granulocyte-colony stimulation factor (FLAG) with or without idarubicin (-Ida) and to discuss novel therapies in this setting. (2) Methods: Clinical and cytogenetic data on 130 consecutive patients with r/r and secondary AML treated at our center were retrospectively analyzed. (3) Results: There were 48, 56, and 26 patients with relapsed, refractory, and secondary AML, respectively. The median age was 60 years. The overall response was achieved in 70% of patients. The median overall survival (OS) time for the whole group was 9.4 months. In total, 47% of patients proceeded to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (aHSCT) and these patients had significantly prolonged OS compared to the others (63 months vs. 4.2 months; p < 0.001). Among the variables, including age, FLT3 mutation status, European LeukemiaNet (ELN) 2022 classification risk, FLAG vs. FLAG-Ida, and aHSCT, a multivariate analysis revealed that only aHSCT significantly influenced overall survival. (4) Conclusions: FLAG(-Ida) chemotherapy remains an effective salvage chemotherapy for patients with r/r and secondary AML with a plan of proceeding to aHSCT. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

White blood cell (WBC)-related flags are essential for detecting abnormal cells including blasts in automated hematology analyzers (AHAs). Cell population data (CPD) may characterize each WBC population, and customized CPD rules can be also useful for detecting blasts. We evaluated the performance of WBC-related flags, customized CPD rules, and their combination for detecting blasts on the Beckman Coulter DxH 900 AHA (DxH 900, Beckman Coulter, Miami, Florida, USA). In a total of 239 samples from patients with hematologic diseases, complete blood count on DxH 900 and manual slide review (MSR) were conducted. The sensitivity, specificity, and efficiency of the five WBC-related flags, nine customized CPD rules, and their combination were evaluated for detecting blasts, in comparison with MSR. Blasts were detected by MSR in 40 out of 239 (16.7 %) samples. The combination of flags and CPD rules showed the highest sensitivity compared with each of flags and CPD rules for detecting blasts (97.5 vs. 72.5 % vs. 92.5 %). Compared with any flag, the combination of flags and CPD rules significantly reduced false-negative samples from 11 to one for detecting blasts (27.5 vs. 2.5 %, p=0.002). This is the first study that evaluated the performance of both flags and CPD rules on DxH 900. The customized CPD rules as well as the combination of flags and CPD rules outperformed WBC-related flags for detecting blasts on DxH 900. Ernest Koliqi (1901-1975) was a dramatist, novelist, journalist, poet, translator, and one of the pioneers of contemporary Albanian storytelling. In this genre, he is known for three well-known works in Albanian literature, in which elements such as narration, theme, and discourse are distinguished, which, in addition to the authorial figure of Koliq, also represent the purpose of this study. Ernest Koliq's creativity in prose is an interweaving of tradition and modernity. The object of the study will be his three most representative works in Albanian literature, with the titles "Shadow of the Mountains," "Flag Merchant," and " Mirrors of Narşiz." The prose of Ernest Koliqi points out the social and cultural situation of the Albanians at the beginning of the 20th century, in the 20s-30s, where the themes that dominate these stories are: mountain, blood, canon, friend, the given word, faith, myths, legends, the fantastic, the cult of the ancestors, including also the elaboration of social, psychological, and psychoanalytical character topics as well. The methodology of this paper includes a combination of comparative, semiotic, anthropological, and social methods. The expected results of this study are related to the author's viewpoint and his perception on the concept of tradition and its application in front of the open world, the civilized world, and the Western world. It has to be emphasized the fact that Koliqi grew up in the Northern Highlands, where customs prevailed strongly, but he was educated in the Western world, in Italy. Therefore, his style represents a compound of modern and traditional aesthetics. This intercultural clash has influenced his artistic world and this was also reflected in the following study. In this study, the mixing mode and content of fly ash and slag were set as variables, and 24 groups of C30 recycled coarse aggregate concrete (RAC) were designed. The compressive strength of RAC was studied. The experimental results show that when adding fly ash or slag independently, the compressive strength of RAC increased firstly and then decreased with the mineral powder content, and the improvement of compressive strength of RAC of slag was significantly better than that of fly ash at the same content. If one of them was kept at 20% when added together, the cubic and axial compressive strength increased firstly with the other mineral powder content and then declined with its increase. Moreover, the compressive strength of RAC was higher when fly ash and slag were added together than independently. The compressive strength of RAC had an obvious size effect. The strength conversion coefficient (η) of cubic and axial compressive strength of RAC increased with the growth of fly ash or slag content when adding independently, while kept stable at 0.85 + 0.02 when adding together. A modified formula for η of RAC under different conditions of fine mineral admixtures was established, and the verification showed good agreement. Therefore, in actual engineering, the content of fly ash and slag is recommended mixed and its content is suggested within 25%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Epitope tags recognized by specific antibodies have been widely used over the last few decades, notably to localize tagged proteins within cells by immunofluorescence. The diversity of tags and antibodies usually prevents a side‐by‐side comparison of the efficiency with which each antibody recognizes its cognate tag. We expressed chimeric proteins, each composed of an invariant domain (IL2Ra) associated with a specific epitope tag. Double immunofluorescence allowed us to quantify in parallel the reference signal generated by the anti‐IL2Ra antibody and the signal generated by the anti‐epitope tag antibody. Since all antibodies used in this study were recombinant antibodies fused to the same mouse Fc domain, the generated signals were directly comparable. Three groups of tags/antibodies were revealed: ‘good’ antibodies generated high signals even when used at a low concentration (50 ng·mL−1), ‘fair’ antibodies generated a high signal only at high concentrations (5000 ng·mL−1), and ‘mediocre’ antibodies generated positive but weak signals. Except for an anti‐myc antibody, similar results were obtained when cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde or methanol. These results provide a side‐by‐side quantitative evaluation of different tag/antibody pairs. This information will be useful to optimize the choice of epitope tags and to choose optimal antibodies.

The paper presents the results of research conducted with the aim of determining the contribution of textbooks on nature and society of the first cycle of education in the countries of the Western Balkans to the formation of the concept of national symbols and features. In the theoretical part of the paper, a description of the etymology of the official national symbols and features (flag, coat of arms and anthem) of the countries of the Western Balkan region is given. The theoretical analysis method and content analysis method were used. The units of analysis are sentences of the basic textbook content, visual content - pictures, photographs, drawings and questions and assignments in the domain of didactics and methodology instruments. The research included nature and society textbooks for younger elementary school students (N = 23). The results of the research showed that nature and society textbooks insufficiently affect the formation and strengthening of the concept of national symbols and signs, and that there is imbalance in their coverage and development, both as a whole and at the level of individual categories. It has been shown that there is an approximately equal representation of content that promotes national identity, but that the textbooks in the Republic of Croatia have, compared to the others, the most content dedicated to national symbols and signs, while in terms of the representation of basic textual content and their didactic-methodological interpretation, Slovenian textbooks lead the way. The textbooks used in the European Union member states have more content related to national symbols and signs within all analyzed categories. Foreign publishers have proven to be less sensitive to the national narratives of the countries to which they intend the textbook content.

The construction of the geometric singularity classes of special multi-flags was exhaustively done in [P. Mormul, SIGMA, 5:Paper 102, 22 pages, 2009] for special 2-flags, i.e. when flag's width, typically denoted by m, was 2. Now analogous singularity classes are being constructed for special flags of all widths m≥2, compatible with and extending by far the construction in the mentioned paper.

The community service program partners are students from Alwashliyah 8 Medan Middle School. The background is the law regarding the flag, language and national symbols, as well as the national anthem. The red and white flag, the Indonesian language Garuda Pancasila, and the national anthem Indonesia Raya are the national identity and identity of the unitary Republic of Indonesia. These four symbols are a reflection of the country's sovereignty in relations with other countries. The main target in this activity is the implementation of Law N0. 24 of 2009 for students at SMP Alwashliyah 8 Medan with the theme "Implementation of Law No: 24 of 2009 concerning the Flag, Language and National Emblem, and the National Anthem." The delivery method uses kahoot learning media and lectures conducted by lecturers and students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, FKIP, Alwashliyah University, Medan. The results achieved from this service program are (1) The unified state flag of the Republic of Indonesia, hereinafter referred to as the state flag, is the red and white. (2) The language used for generations by Indonesian citizens in areas within the territory of the unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. (3) The symbol of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia, hereinafter referred to as the State Emblem, is the Garuda. Pancasila with the motto Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. and finally (4) Introducing in detail the national anthem. In this activity, students as partners were introduced to the implementation or implementation activities of Law no. 24 of 2009 Flag, Language and National Emblem, as well as the National Anthem (Indonesian national anthem). State symbols can be considered an important element of the existence of every independent state. State symbols perform important functions both internally and externally (in relation to other countries and international communities). State symbols developed and changed along with the development of the given state and society. The article deals with the development of state symbols in five Central European countries, namely the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Slovenia. The authors analyze the individual state symbols of these states, their development and meaning, at the same time pointing out differences, but also similarities within these European states and their often common history. The construction of the geometric singularity classes of special multi-flags was exhaustively done in [P. Mormul, SIGMA, 5:Paper 102, 22 pages, 2009] for special 2-flags, i.e. when flag's width, typically denoted by m, was 2. Hybrid power generators will improve the extraction of electrical energy from the wind to develop sustainable and eco-friendly self-powered wireless sensors. A novel piezo-triboelectric flag wind energy harvesting nanogenerator (P-FTENG) is proposed that consists of a piezoelectric cantilever beam and a triboelectric flag. The flag flutters in the wind, inducing vibration in the cantilever beam, thereby converting wind energy into electrical power with piezo and triboelectric effects. Based on the aerodynamic mechanism, a nonlinear flutter theoretical model is derived to evaluate the drag force and pressure of fluid separation on the piezo-triboelectric structure. Furthermore, this paper comprehensively elaborates on the transverse motion of the flag flutter caused by the airflow. The force from the transverse motion excites the cantilever beam. The power output of P-FTENG generation depends on various factors. The optimized flag-shaped configuration may activate the piezoelectric cantilever beam vibration and decrease the crucial flutter wind speed, according to test results. P-FTENG generates a voltage of around 17.8 V when the wind speed is 8.5 m/s. The cantilever beam energy harvester's PEH reaches 32 mW/m2, while Flag-TENG's output power density reaches 37 μW/m2, which charges capacitors and lights the array of LEDs. The hybrid piezo-triboelectric flag nanogenerator fluttering in the wind is promising for powering the function of a calculator or electronic thermometer/hygrometer sensor. The nail plate flag sign is a distinctive nail plate change that appears as white, red, white, and red sequential transverse bands beginning at the proximal nail fold. This distinctive nail change was initially described in patients with diabetes mellitus and leprosy; indeed, it was considered to be characteristic, but not diagnostic of leprosy. Subsequently, the flag sign was observed in patients with vitiligo. The flag sign has recently been noted in two men following heart transplantation. In summary, the flag sign is a unique nail change that has occurred in patients with autoimmune disorders, infection, and post transplantation surgery associated with immunosuppressive therapy to prevent organ rejection.

Background: Health-related misinformation on social media is a key challenge to effective and timely public health responses. Existing mitigation measures include flagging misinformation or providing links to correct information, but they have not yet targeted social processes. Current approaches focus on increasing scrutiny, providing corrections to misinformation (debunking), or alerting users prospectively about future misinformation (prebunking and inoculation). Here, we provide a test of a complementary strategy that focuses on the social processes inherent in social media use, in particular, social reinforcement, social identity, and injunctive norms. Objective: This study aimed to examine whether providing balanced social reference cues (ie, cues that provide information on users sharing and, more importantly, not sharing specific content) in addition to flagging COVID-19–related misinformation leads to reductions in sharing behavior and improvement in overall sharing quality. Methods: A total of 3 field experiments were conducted on Twitter's native social media feed (via a newly developed browser extension). Participants' feed was augmented to include misleading and control information, resulting in 4 groups: no-information control, Twitter's own misinformation warning (misinformation flag), social cue only, and combined misinformation flag and social cue. We tracked the content shared or liked by participants. Participants were provided with social information by referencing either their personal network on Twitter or all Twitter users. Results: A total of 1424 Twitter users participated in 3 studies (n=824, n=322, and n=278). Across all 3 studies, we found that social cues that reference users' personal network combined with a misinformation flag reduced the sharing of misleading but not control information and improved overall sharing quality. We show that this improvement could be driven by a change in injunctive social norms (study 2) but not social identity (study 3). Conclusions: Social reference cues combined with misinformation flags can significantly and meaningfully reduce the amount of COVID-19–related misinformation shared and improve overall sharing quality. Objective: In this study, we aim to determine if machine learning can reduce manual smear review (MSR) rates while meeting or exceeding the performance of traditional MSR criteria., Method: 9938 automated CBCs with paired MSRs were performed on samples from rhesus and cynomolgus macaques. The definition of a positive (abnormal) smear was determined. Two expert-derived MSR criteria were created: criteria adapted from published, standardized human laboratory criteria (Adapted International Consensus Guidelines[aICG]) and internally generated criteria (Center Consensus Guidelines [CCG]). An ensemble machine learning model was trained on an independent subset of the data to optimize the balanced accuracy of classification, a combined measure of sensitivity and specificity. The resulting machine learning model and the two expert-derived MSR criteria were applied to a test dataset, and their performance compared., Results: aICG criteria demonstrated high sensitivity (80.8%) and MSR rate (74.2%) while CCG criteria demonstrated lower sensitivity (57.1%) and MSR rate (36.1%). The machine learning model integrated with CCG criteria had a superior combination of both sensitivity (76.8%) and MSR rate (45.1%) achieving a false negative rate of 1.6%., Conclusion: Machine learning in combination with expert-derived criteria can optimize the selection of samples for MSR thus decreasing MSR rates and labor efforts required for CBC performance., (© 2024 The Author(s). Saffron is one of the most valuable crops on the planet and one of the world's most expensive agricultural and medicinal products. This plant has a special rank among Iran's industrial and export products. One of the challenges in producing this plant is timely harvest from the ground and red stigmas (branches) separating from other parts of saffron because the flowers are harvested in a very short period and harvesting and separating at the limited time is a key point. This research, it has been tried with the help of image processing techniques to recognize saffron flowers and how to identify them on the ground. In the first step, to recognize saffron flowers, the transformation of colored spaces is used. Then, the histogram and the minimum threshold are used to segment and remove extra pixels. For this purpose, to recognize flowers, RGB space is converted to YCbCr space, and the combination of HSI and YCbCr color space is used to distinguish other objects in the image; also, a histogram of Cb component for early identification of saffron flowers is used. Then, those pixels which are misidentified are removed by a threshold value. Next step, the saffron flower needle-shaped leaves placed on the flowers are restored by morphological operation of the proposed method and the flowers that overlap are removed. Then, the type of saffron flower (bud, broken, open flower) is determined, and the ability to harvest or suitability of saffron flowers for harvesting has been determined. Finally, the flower center that can be harvested is recognized, and a saffron harvesting robot will use it. Average results concerning the accuracy, recall, F-measure, correctness, and correlation coefficient were 99.79, 99.42, 99.60, 99.91, and 99.50 achieved by the proposed method, respectively. Corruption is one of Peru's main social problems. Therefore, through practices, symbols and discourses, citizens express their rejection of it. In this framework, the objective of this research is to analyze the causes, consequences and transgression of a Peruvian patriotic symbol, which would account, precisely, for such rejection: the black and white flag raised and waved in various marches and protests in the last two years in Peru. Methodologically, we analyze images in various audiovisual media in which the black and white flag flag appears, and analyze the discourse of Peruvians on the social network Twitter about its use and relevance in the context of protest. It is concluded that Peruvians problematize the practices of patriotism and propose new meanings and new practices (of use, denunciation, discourse) to rethink a more just society. On March 2, 2020, the President of the Republic of Moldova signed Decree no. 1475-VIII regarding the registration of some territorial symbols of Chișinău municipality. By this act, the urban signs, approved by the Decision of the Chișinău Municipal Council no. 5/2 of December 19, 2019, were registered in the General Armorial of the Republic of Moldova: the coat of arms and the flag of Chișinău municipality and the coats of arms and flags of the Botanica, Buiucani, Centru, Ciocana and Râșcani sectors. The new municipal coat of arms is a “large coat of arms”, which preserves as a “small coat of arms” the old coat of arms from 1930, resumed in use in 1990 in another graphic version, completed them with supporters (two water towers), motto (“By ourselves”) and increases the tincture of the municipal crown from Argent to Or. The new municipal flag, in which the white field predominates, represents an adjusted version of the flag in unofficial use since 1998. The coats of arms and flags of the sectors of Chișinău municipality represent a premiere for the urban symbols of the Republic of Moldova. They have been developed in the complex, are similar in structure and introduce, in addition to the specific emblem, different custom colours for each sector

As is known, Mexico is a multicultural country due to its great cultural and linguistic diversity that unfolds throughout its territory. This article aims to show and argue the cultural and ethnic importance of the celebration of the p'urhépecha New Year. Festival that takes place annually in a mobile way in some community of the four p'urhépecha regions: the lake, the ravine of the eleven towns, the sierra region and the Zacapu swamp, in the state of Michoacán de Ocampo. The p'urhépecha express their struggle and cultural resistance through this historical event that revolves around developing rituals that help to claim the past with the ancestral present that is based on their philosophy and cultural history, in which an arduous reflection through questioning the sense and meaning of being p'urhépecha even in a monolingual community (such as Nahuatzen) nestled in the p'urhépecha plateau that during the months of December and January delights with its surprising landscapes that can be glimpsed in the community where the red tile roofs are covered with ice and when the first rays of the sun heat up they slide into soft drops of water that fall on the earth from which a soft aroma without equal is released and the song of the birds announces the revival awakening of the Nahuatzenses. According to the current legal regulations, the flags of 8 of the 19 autonomous communities and cities in Spain have only qualitative specifications of their colors. We have performed quantitative color measurements under fixed experimental conditions (e.g. illuminant D65, CIE 1964 standard colorimetric observer) for 3 collections of the 19 mentioned flags: One acquired by internet and two existing in high institutions of the Spanish State in Madrid (Supreme Court and Constitutional Court). The 52 main colors of the flags of the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court are relatively similar (average color difference of 6.2 CIELAB units). Therefore, we propose their average colors (with the exception of the blue color of the diagonal stripe of the flag of Galicia and the red and green stripes of the flag of La Rioja), with a tolerance of 10 CIELAB units, as a reference for future studies and standardization. The average color difference between our proposal and the colors of the purchased flags or those specified in current legislation is very high (about 20 CIELAB units). Most colors of the flags in the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court are located in 6 regions of the CIELAB color space we can name as white, black, red, yellow, green and blue. In all our color comparisons of flags from different collections, hue difference was the smallest component (<20%) of total CIELAB color difference. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
