Introduction: Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Lycopersici (Fol) is one of the most devastating plant pathogenic fungi, the causal agent of root rot for A tractylides macrocephala Koidz (AMK). An accurate rapid and convenient diagnosis for FoL detection is essential for determining management practices and preventing future losses for AMK. Methods: Here, we developed a novel method for Fol detection by integrating loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay and CRISPR/Cas12b detection in one-pot, and the whole reaction can simultaneously amplify and detect the target gene of Fol in one-step. Results: The total time of the present method is limited to 45 min and isothermally performed at 60°C. The limit of detection of this assay is 88.9 copies per reaction. The specificity of the LAMP-CRISPR/Cas12b method was 100% without any cross-reaction of other pathogens. A total of 24 nucleic acid samples were used to evaluate the performance of the LAMP-CRISPR/Cas12b method, including 12 with-Fol and 12 without-Fol. Compared with the gold standard results from real-time PCR, the present method provides a sensitivity of 100% (12/12), specificity of 100% (12/12), and consistency of 100% (24/24). Discussion: Together, our preliminary results illustrated that the LAMP-CRISPR/Cas12b method is a rapid simple, and reliable tool for Fol diagnosis and could be applied in point-of-need phytopathogen detection.

- Abstract
Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Lycopersici (FOL) is a soilborne pathogen that infects tomato plants and inflicts severe damage, resulting in heavy yield losses worldwide, causing Fusarium wilt disease. FOL encodes several pathogenicity factors necessary for colonizing and invading the host plants. Secreted in Xylem (SIX), a pathogenicity factor, is a small cysteine-rich fungal protein found in the xylem sap of FOL-infected tomato plants, which plays a major role in determining host specificity and in contributing to pathogenicity/virulence. However, the structure of SIX1 has not been modeled yet. Therefore, this study aimed to elucidate the structure of SIX1 by comparative modeling using Robetta server. The best possible structures obtained were then refined, validated, and utilized for subsequent analysis. An antifungal library comprising 16,824 compounds was screened to determine small molecules that can interact with SIX1. Five antifungal compounds were identified from the library. Further analyses revealed that, of the five ligands, 4-[(2-(3-methoxyphenoxy)acetyl)amino] benzamide exhibited the capacity to stably interact with SIX1. This shows that 4-[[2-(3-methoxyphenoxy)acetyl]amino] benzamide can be used as a potential candidate in the prevention of FOL infection. In summary, small-molecule inhibitors such as 4-[[2-(3-methoxyphenoxy)acetyl]amino] benzamide could be highly effective in combating FOL infection, along with biocontrol methods and strategies that use transgenic plants overexpressing resistance genes. Aim Simultaneous management of FOL and RKN causing wilt complex in tomato by chaetoglobosin-producing Chaetomium globosum. Methods and results Random survey was carried out to isolate Fusarium and Chaetomium. Twelve Fusarium isolates were characterized, and FOL4 (virulent) was molecularly identified. Wilt complex by FOL, RKN was assessed individually and in combination under greenhouse. RKN (1000 juveniles ml−1) inoculation followed by FOL4 (5 × 105 spores ml−1) accounted for 90% incidence. The chaetoglobosin-producing Chaetomium was isolated, characterized morphologically and molecularly. Among 55 isolates, nine showed >50% inhibition against FOL, and crude culture filtrate showed a significant reduction in RKN egg hatching (15.66%) and juvenile mortality (100%). Chaetomium Cg 40 was confirmed as C. globosum using SCAR marker (OK032373). Among 40 volatile compounds, hexadecanoic acid and 1,2-epoxy-5,9-cyclododecadiene exhibited antifungal and nematicidal properties in GC–MS. High-performance liquid chromatography revealed chaetoglobosin A (0.767 μg μl−1), and the presence of bioactive molecules chaetoglobosin (528.25 m/z), chaetomin (710 m/z), chaetocin (692.8 m/z), chaetoviridin (432.85 m/z), and chaetomugilin (390 m/z) was confirmed by LC/MS/MS. Cg 40 and Cg 6 were able to synthesize the pks1 a, b gene responsible for chaetoglobosin, sporulation, and melanin biosynthesis was confirmed by PCR. The application of an aqueous formulation as seed treatment, seedling dip, and soil drenching (application) recorded lowest wilt incidence (11.11%) and gall index (1) with the maximum growth parameter (plant height 51.9 cm), fruit yield (287.5 g), and lycopene content (11.46 mg/100 g). Conclusions Cg 40 and Cg 6, containing polyketides, secondary metabolites, antibiotics, chaetoglobosin, and plant growth-promoting ability, showed antifungal and nematicidal properties against the FOL–RKN wilt complex in tomato in vitro and pot culture experiments. Aim To evaluate the effect of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) on the control of Fol59 and Rs on singly infected and co-infected tomato plants and to address molecular pathways that may be involved in this interaction. Methods and Results To assess the development of the disease, individual infection and coinfection were stimulated in plants under controlled conditions, at two concentrations of Rs and Fol59 applied at two different moments. Additionally, the antagonistic activity of LAB against Rs and Fol59 in vitro and its biocontrol efficacy in planta were evaluated. Preliminary results indicate that inoculation with 1 × 106 microconidia ml−1 of Fol59 and 1 × 108 cfu ml−1 of Rs may be a reliable synchronous coinfection method. Of the 68 LAB strains evaluated in vitro , AC13, AC40, and AC49 had an antagonistic effect on both pathogens, with AC40 showing the highest efficacy rate after submerging the seeds in suspension and sowing them in substrate. Finally, gene expression experiments confirmed the AC40 effect on the expression of PR-1a, ERF1, and LoxA genes. Conclusion The delayed appearance of symptoms and the reduced severity of the disease may be associated with the expression of PR-1a, ERF1 , and LoxA genes related to salicylic acid, ethylene, and jasmonic acid pathways respectively. - Abstract

14. Dystoki hos sto : 138 fall vid tre djursjukhus i Sverige (2006-2022)

- Abstract
Dystokin hos hästen beskrivs ofta i litteraturen som ”a true emergency”. The equine dystocia is often described in the literature as “a true emergency”. Few other equine emergency cases, if any, are as urgent. The mare’s violent contractions can rapidly cause detachment of the fetal membranes followed by hypoxia, which makes the event of parturition a true matter of life and death for the foal. The mare herself is also at risk for periparturient trauma complications, which might put her life in danger too. The aim of this study was to review the course of a normal pregnancy, the complications that might occur before, during, and immediately after parturition, and to investigate the outcome for the mares that were treated for dystocia at any one of the three large equine referral hospitals in mid-Sweden. The study is a retrospective review of the clinical records of 138 cases of equine dystocia, treated with assisted delivery at Evidensia Equine Specialist Hospital Strömsholm, Mälaren Horse Clinic, or the equine clinic at the University Animal Hospital, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, during the years 2006-2022. The study is focused on survival of mare and foal respectively, the type of assistance used for delivery, duration of dystocia, reason for dystocia, and complications for mare and foal respectively. Survival to discharge was 77% for the mares, and 12% for the foals. The study shows a significant difference (p<0.05) in duration of dystocia for the surviving foals compared to those that did not survive; and the most influential factor was the time from rupture of chorioallantois to arrival of the mare at the hospital. For the mares, no such correlation between duration of dystocia and survival could be seen. Foal-related problems (mainly malposition of the foal) were the cause of 83% of the dystocias, mare-related causes (anatomical deviations, uterine torsion at term, uterine inertia) 6%, and placenta-related (abortion, red bag delivery) 11%. The type of intervention that led to resolution of the dystocia were: ass

The present work aims to demonstrate how through this intervention in the classroom of the Training and Labor Orientation module (T.L.O.) and using the flipped classroom methodology, in the Social Security work unit, in addition to taking into account the current environment of learning in which the students are, we can achieve a teachinglearning process that allows students to achieve good results of assimilation of the curricular contents, while they gain autonomy, learn and share this learning experience with others, working at the same time on transversal skills or, misnamed, "soft skills" or soft skills but which are increasingly in demand by the labor market. In this work, in the first point or introduction, the choice of topic is justified, the specific problem is stated and the objectives to be achieved are set; in the second point, the theoretical framework is exposed where to situate the intervention explaining the reality in the classroom from the point of view of the student and the teacher, and the influence of Bloom's Taxonomy in the flipped classroom methodology is explained; In the third point, the intervention proposal is exposed, contextualizing and presenting it, detailing the objectives, competencies and contents to be achieved, the schedule and sequencing of activities is presented, and the evaluation of the activity is carried out. Finally, a conclusion of the whole process is reached, exposing the limitations and prospective. With this intervention in the classroom through the Flipped Classroom (inverted class) it is intended to demonstrate that by making changes in the methodology in education, significant learning can be achieved and closer to the reality of work.

Patientgruppen blev yderligere ind, Background: In recent years, various pain scales have been developed and partly validated for clinical use in horses. The majority of these scales are based on assessment of behaviours, since these have proven practical and superior to other methods in the clinical setting. However, the behaviours of foals are less described and develop during their first months. The tools available for veterinarians to assess pain objectively in adult horses may therefore not be valid for pain scoring in foals. At present, two pain scales have been developed for foals. One scale is based solely on facial expressions and the other is more comprehensive and time consuming, based on several modalities, including facial expressions, body language and physiology. Performance studies of these have not yet been done. This is necessary to confirm if the scales can measure pain in foals. Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the behaviour of hospitalised healthy foals and hospitalised foals expected to be in pain, with the aim of creating a time activity budget, gaining better understanding of which behavioural traits are seen in foals in pain. The objective was also to investigate the validity of the existing foal pain scales EQUUS-FAP FOAL and Foal Composite Pain Scale. Study design: This master thesis project is a descriptive (non-interventional) observational serial study of healthy foals (alert and resting) and foals expected to be in pain before and after analgesia, accompanied by its dam. Methods: Video recordings (1 hour, no observer present) were obtained in May 2022 from a convenient sample of healthy foals from Højelse Breeding Station (CG, n = 14), after being in a pasture for 1 hour with the mare. Video recordings (2 min, no observer present) before analgesia (T1) and after analgesia (T2) and video recordings (1 hour, no observer present) in the afternoon were collected during the spring 2022 from a convenient sample of foals admitted to the Large A

This paper proposes a unified approach to learning from constraints, which integrates the ability of classical machine learning techniques to learn from continuous feature-based representations with the ability of reasoning using higher-level semantic knowledge typical of Statistical Relational Learning. Learning tasks are modeled in the general framework of multi-objective optimization, where a set of constraints must be satisfied in addition to the traditional smoothness regularization term. The constraints translate First Order Logic formulas, which can express learning-from-example supervisions and general prior knowledge about the environment by using fuzzy logic. By enforcing the constraints also on the test set, this paper presents a natural extension of the framework to perform collective classification. Interestingly, the theory holds for both the case of data represented by feature vectors and the case of data simply expressed by pattern identifiers, thus extending classic kernel machines and graph regularization, respectively. This paper also proposes a probabilistic interpretation of the proposed learning scheme, and highlights intriguing connections with probabilistic approaches like Markov Logic Networks. Experimental results on classic benchmarks provide clear evidence of the remarkable improvements that are obtained with respect to related approaches. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Hospitals must continually monitor their patients’ actions to lower the chance of accidents, such as patient falls and slides. Human behavior is difficult to track due to the complexity of human activities and the unpredictable nature of their conduct. As a result, creating a static link that is used to influence human behavior is challenging, since it is hard to forecast how individuals will think or act in response to a certain event. Mobility tracking depends on intelligent monitoring systems that apply artificial intelligence (AI) applications referred to as “categories”. Because motion sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers, output unconnected data that lack labels, event detection is a vital task. The fall feature parameters of tridimensional accelerometers and gyroscope sensors are presented and used, and the classification technique is based on distinguishing characteristics. This study focuses on the age-old problem of tracking turbulence in motion to improve detection precision. We trained the model, considering that detection accuracy is limited by factors such as the subject’s mass, velocity, and gait style. This is performed by employing an experimental dataset. When we used the sophisticated technique of particle swarm optimization (PSO) in combination with a four-stage forward neural network (4SFNN) to forecast four different types of turbulent motion, we observed that the total prediction accuracy was 98.615% accurate.

- Abstract
Waterborne diseases pose a significant risk in hydroponic crops, especially those caused by some species such as Fusarium, Pythium and Phytophthora. However, there is evidence of an increase in suppressiveness when using aquaculture effluents, as is the case with aquaponic systems. In this work, the incidence of diseases in hydroponic and aquaponic systems inside a greenhouse located in Seville (Spain) has been compared for two pathosystems: strawberry - Phytophthora cactorum - and tomato - Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (Fol). The results obtained show greater suppressiveness in early stages against P. cactorum in aquaponic systems. On the contrary, the suppressivity against Fol was higher in the hydroponic systems, although in this case a significant influence of the nutritional status of the plants was observed. This negatively affected the aquaponic systems. These findings open an interesting line for the use of biological control agents (BCA) from aquaponic systems for the control of plant diseases in hydroponic systems, avoiding the use of pesticides. This can have a negative effect on the health of consumers and the environment.

- Abstract
Slutsatsen av denna studie är att härstamninge, Every year about 2500 Swedish Warmblood foals are born and registered in the Swedish Warmblood Association. To facilitate for breeders and buyers to meet in a market place for Swedish elite foals, an elite foals auction is annually arranged by the Swedish Warmblood Association during the SWB equestrian week. The primary aim of this study was to investigate which qualities characterise the foals that were selected for the SWB´s elite foal auction and those that were sold for the highest price. The secondary aim was to investigate if there is an association between the price of the foals and their performances later in life. Knowledge about this could help breeders in planning their breeding and buyers when looking to buy the next star. This study was based on data from The Swedish Warmblood Association and included information of foals sold at the elite auctions between the years 2011 and 2020. The data consisted of information about the pedigree, prices, results from young horse test, riding horse test and competition, and breeding values of sire and dam. There were 310 foals that had been sold during this period. They were divided into two categories- jumping and dressage foals based on the breeding values of the parents and also further divided into four different price classes. The results showed that a high pedigree index and a merited mother were qualities that increased the price of the foal. There was no significant difference in price between sex or results from foal assessments. The study could not prove that there was an association between the price of the foals and their subsequent achievements. A reason for this could be lack of information from horses that had been exported and that their achievements abroad were not taken into account. Another reason could be that most of the horses that had been sold at the auction were still too young to have the opportunity to perform at the young horse test or at competition. The conclusion was that a merited pedi

- Abstract
The Shapes Constraint Language (SHACL) is the recent W3C recommendation language for validating RDF data, by verifying certain shapes on graphs. Previous work has largely focused on the validation problem, while the standard decision problems of satisfiability and containment , crucial for design and optimisation purposes, have only been investigated for simplified versions of SHACL. Moreover, the SHACL specification does not define the semantics of recursively-defined constraints, which led to several alternative recursive semantics being proposed in the literature. The interaction between these different semantics and important decision problems has not been investigated yet. In this article we provide a comprehensive study of the different features of SHACL, by providing a translation to a new first-order language, called SCL, that precisely captures the semantics of SHACL. We also present MSCL, a second-order extension of SCL, which allows us to define, in a single formal logic framework, the main recursive semantics of SHACL. Within this language we also provide an effective treatment of filter constraints which are often neglected in the related literature. Using this logic we provide a detailed map of (un)decidability and complexity results for the satisfiability and containment decision problems for different SHACL fragments. Notably, we prove that both problems are undecidable for the full language, but we present decidable combinations of interesting features, even in the face of recursion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The main objective of this Master's dissertation is to carry out an intervention proposal, using the Instagram Stories tool as the basis for the development of a portfolio, during the module progress of Training and Labor Orientation, which is part of the first Course of the Higher Training Cycle in Restoration Services Management in the city of Valladolid. We frame our intervention proposal based on the need to improve students' motivation towards transversal and more theoretical modules, which are usually dealt with passively, to propose a tool that requires students to put their skills to work for the benefit of a more active and meaningful learning. The intervention proposal includes several activities that, once included in each student's learning portfolio on Instagram app, serve as a basis for the continuous evaluation of the module. Our conclusion is that it is an innovative proposal, which tries to carry out the process of continuous evaluation inside the student's environment and connects him with his future profession, providing a high motivating potential and new learning opportunities while students are developing his tasks and through the return of results by the teacher.

- Abstract
[EN] This final master's thesis consists of the musical composition, through loops provided by the Logic Pro X audio library and noises, for the video-dance "Ephemeral", which will have a visual support developed through video mapping techniques that will serve as an interaction for the stage dancer. This composition will aim to make the receiver feel a series of emotions that the subject of the scene goes through in the face of a problem. First of all, we will find the dancer looking for an understanding of what prevents him from being free, then we will try to make the viewer feel a sense of panic, anxiety and helplessness. Secondly, we will see that the subject has gone through a process of accepting those feelings which did not allow him to be free, and now it feels lonely, helpless and doubtful because it does not know whether to ask for help. At this stage the goal will be for the receiver to empathize with the subject and experience that feeling of personal oppression that some people go through with a problem. Third, and finally, the individual will be able to free itself from that inner discomfort that did not allow it to be happy, through personal struggle and reflection. Thus, feelings such as liberation, tranquility, self-improvement, and happiness will stand out. All this will be tried together with a musical composition made in audio software such as Reaper, Logic Pro X and Adobe Audition. Both the music and the visual effects reinforce all these feelings mentioned since the purpose that will be sought will be to empathize with the subject and decode the message, which is trying to convey correctly.

Abstract: The main purposes of this study are to demonstrate the synergistic anticancer drug systems with the combined doxorubicin (D) and paclitaxel (P) via the aid of cell penetrating and cell targeting moieties for enhancing the cancer therapeutic effect. Firstly, the synergistic effect of combined free drugs (D/P) was investigated to obtain the suitable dose combination for subsequent studies. The combination of free drugs D/P at molar ratio of 1/0.2 shows synergistic therapeutic effect compared with the treatment of a free single drug D or P. Secondly, sustainable release systems of two single drug-loaded micelles, (i) co-delivered D-FOL micelle & P-FOL micelle system and (ii) co-delivered D-TAT/FOL micelle & P-TAT/FOL micelle system, at D/P molar ratio of 1/0.2 were investigated. The results show synergistic effect with the higher efficacy of the TAT/FOL system compared to FOL only system. Finally, a dual D/P-loaded system with sustainable release rate, synergistic drug interaction, selective targeting to cancer cells and high cell penetrating ability was designed. The D/P-TAT/FOL micelles exhibit an IC50 value of 0.172μM D/0.043μM P, which is much lower than the IC50 values of the single drug-loaded micelles without functionalization (3.873μM for D-micelles and 0.790μM for P-micelles). Overall, this newly developed dual encapsulation of D and P in the multifunctional carrier would be a promising technology for cancer treatment. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

Abstract: We had cloned and characterized a gene from Fusarium oxysporum designated FCD1, encoding a putative cellobiose: quinone oxidoreductase (CBQ) which is a member of the extracellular redox enzyme family and also a member of glucose–methanol–choline (GMC) oxidoreductases. CBQ is known to be a free flavin domain of a cellobiose dehydrogenase (CDH) generated by proteolysis, but FCD1 gene encodes CBQ directly. In a phylogenetic tree of amino acid sequences of FCD1, GMC oxidoreductases and hypothetical GMC oxidoreductases, FCD1 clustered together with flavin domains (CBQs) of CDHs and putative proteins with unknown function of ascomycetes. FCD1-disruptants showed no reduction in virulence toward tomato and no obvious morphological effects such as production of conidia and mycelial growth as compared to the wild type strain, suggesting that FCD1 is not essential for virulence and vigor in F. oxysporum. Semantic Web (SW), commonly regarded as the next generation of the Web, is an emerging vision of the new Web from the Knowledge Representation and the Web communities. To realize this vision, a series of techniques has been proposed. Semantic Web Ontology Langauge (OWL) and its extension Semantic Web rule Language (SWRL) and Semantic Web Logic Language (SWRL-FOL) are some of the most important outputs from the SW activities. However the existing reasoning and consistency checking tools for those languages are primitive. This paper proposes using the existing formal modelling tool, in particular Alloy, to provide an automatic reasoning service for the Semantic Web ontology family languages (OWL/SWRL/SWRL-FOL).

The main objective of this work is to carry out an intervention proposal, applying the Flipped Classroom or Inverted Classroom methodology. This methodology has been implemented in the didactic unit on Occupational Health & Safety of the FOL module to improve the teaching-learning process and in order to motivate and awaken the students' interest in the subject. This document has been structured in two parts. The first part consists of a justification and with an approach to the problem, to situate the reader and learn about the need for a paradigm shift in the educational system. In the second part, the theoretical framework has developed the current situation in the educational system and the existing external perception of the training cycles and specifically of the Fol module. The appearance of active methodologies has promoted an interest from the teaching staff for the current teaching processes. The advantages and disadvantages of Flipped Classroom, and the few experiences of its application in training cycles, have been key elements to be able to make an intervention proposal adapted to this training module. As a final part of this master's thesis, the conclusions, limitations and prospects that have been carried out and that have been extracted, thanks to the consultation and research of the bibliography, are developed. It can be concluded that the inverted classroom method transforms the concept of education and gives the necessary prominence to students who need to be responsible, autonomous and motivated.

Waterborne diseases pose a significant risk in hydroponic crops, especially those caused by some species such as Fusarium , Pythium and Phytophthora. • Severity of P. cactorum resulted lower in aquaponics systems. • Fusarium wilt was affected by plant location, and associated to nutritive status of plants. • Use of aquaculture effluents could reduce the use of soil fumigants, improving sustainability of systems.

- Abstract
Many formalisms for reasoning about knowing commit an agent to be logically omniscient. Logical omniscience is an unrealistic principle for us to use to build a real-world agent, since it commits the agent to knowing infinitely many things. A number of formalizations of knowledge have been developed that do not ascribe logical omniscience to agents. With few exceptions, these approaches are modifications of the “possible-worlds” semantics. In this paper we use a combination of several general techniques for building non-omniscient reasoners. First we provide for the explicit representation of notions such as problems, solutions, and problem solving activities, notions which are usually left implicit in the discussions of autonomous agents. A second technique is to take explicitly into account the notion of resource when we formalize reasoning principles. We use the notion of resource to describe interesting principles of reasoning that are used for ascribing knowledge to agents. For us, resources are abstract objects. We make extensive use of ordering and inaccessibility relations on resources, but we do not find it necessary to define a metric. Using principles about resources without using a metric is one of the strengths of our approach. We describe the architecture of a reasoner, built from a finite number of components, who solves a puzzle, involving reasoning about knowing, by explicitly using the notion of resource. Our approach allows the use of axioms about belief ordinarily used in problem solving – such as axiom K of modal logic – without being forced to attribute logical omniscience to any agent. In particular we address the issue of how we can use resource-unbounded (e.g., logically omniscient) reasoning to attribute knowledge to others without introducing contradictions. We do this by showing how omniscient reasoning can be introduced as a conservative extension over resource-bounded reasoning. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
This paper deals with CMOS fractional-order inductance (FoL) simulator design and its utilization in 2.75th-order Colpitts oscillator providing high frequency of oscillation. The proposed floating FoL is composed of two unity-gain current followers (CF +/- s), two inverting voltage buffers, a transconductor, and a fractional-order capacitor (FoC) of order 0.75, while the input intrinsic resistance of CF. is used as design parameter instead of passive resistor. The resulting equivalent inductance value of the FoL can be adjusted via order of FoC, which was emulated via 5th-order Foster II RC network and values optimized using modified least squares quadratic method. In frequency range 138 kHz -2.45 MHz the L. shows +/- 5 degree phase angle deviation. Theoretical results are verified by SPICE simulations using TSMC 0.18 mu m level-7 LO EPI SCN018 CMOS process parameters with +/- 1 V supply voltages.

- Abstract
The Swedish Tax Agency is responsible for the civil registry (records of the population) which includes where, i.e. on which address, a person is to be registered. However, the Agency has not carried out its assignment satisfactory. A person can easily make a mistake when notifying the Agency of a change of residence and there are no risks associated with deliberately reporting an incorrect address. The authority makes an automatic decision in accordance with the report, without any verification, which is why errors occur in the registry. When other authorities and individuals trust the incorrect information in the civil registry it leads to problems for the proper residents at the address. It is problematic that the Swedish Tax Agency has no method of finding the errors in the registry itself and instead mostly relies on notifications of errors from individuals. Furthermore, when an error has been pointed out to the Swedish Tax Agency it takes too long to correct it, which leads to even more notifications and issues regarding the administration of the registry. In addition, the Swedish Tax Agency, as well as the legislator, has failed to identify that errors in civil registry lead to serious problems in people’s everyday life. Therefore, there is no analysis of the authorities’ responsibilities for these problems. Based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, an individual’s right to its address can be construed, which entails rights of the data subjects and obligations on the authority responsible for personal data. The European Convention on Human Rights is also relevant as the state is required to ensure individuals protection for their home and their privacy. Sweden and the Swedish Tax Agency risk being subject to claims and sanctions in the future, especially concerning the rights and freedoms brought into effect and the European legislation that protects them. The handling of the civil registry must change so that the records of the population onc
