English is a basic required course in colleges and universities. Different from other majors, students majoring in English usually have to pass CET-4, IELTS, and TOEFL. Therefore, both English majors and teachers have necessary feature vectors. Using data mining technology to predict the professional development direction of English major students from the perspective of big data is the goal of this paper. Based on a convolutional neural network and sequential model algorithm, the career development prediction model is established, and its accuracy is evaluated. It proves that the prediction effect of the model has the value of continuing in-depth research, and then the prediction model is further optimized. Finally, based on the design and development of the optimization model of English major students’ career development prediction software, the prediction model is analyzed and studied based on the real data of the school.

Standardization of laboratory animals is the basis for obtaining accurate and stable experimental data, drawing objective and reliable experimental conclusions. The standardization of laboratory animal feeds is an integral part of laboratory animal standardization and an important support to realize laboratory animal standardization. In this paper, we compared the historical process of laboratory animal feeds standardization at home and abroad, outlined the key problems existing in the current domestic work, and put forward targeted countermeasures in order to provide references for the standardization of laboratory animal feeds in China.

BackgroundMicrovascular complications, such as diabetic retinopathy (DR) and diabetic nephropathy (DN), and macrovascular complications, referring to atherosclerosis (AS), are the main complications of diabetes. Blindness or fatal microvascular diseases are considered to be identified earlier than fatal macrovascular complications. Exploring the intrinsic relationship between microvascular and macrovascular complications and the hub of pathogenesis is of vital importance for prolonging the life span of patients with diabetes and improving the quality of life.Materials and methodsThe expression profiles of GSE28829, GSE30529, GSE146615 and GSE134998 were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database, which contained 29 atherosclerotic plaque samples, including 16 AS samples and 13 normal controls; 22 renal glomeruli and tubules samples from diabetes nephropathy including 12 DN samples and 10 normal controls; 73 lymphoblastoid cell line samples, including 52 DR samples and 21 normal controls. The microarray datasets were consolidated and DEGs were acquired and further analyzed by bioinformatics techniques including GSEA analysis, GO-KEGG functional clustering by R (version 4.0.5), PPI analysis by Cytoscape (version 3.8.2) and String database, miRNA analysis by Diana database, and hub genes analysis by Metascape database. The drug sensitivity of characteristic DEGs was analyzed.ResultA total of 3709, 4185 and 8086 DEGs were recognized in AS, DN, DR, respectively, with 1820, 1666, 888 upregulated and 1889, 2519, 7198 downregulated. GO and KEGG pathway analyses of DEGs and GSEA analysis of common differential genes demonstrated that these significant sites focused primarily on inflammation-oxidative stress and immune regulation pathways. PPI networks show the connection and regulation on top-250 significant sites of AS, DN, DR. MiRNA analysis explored the non-coding RNA upstream regulation network and significant pathway in AS, DN, DR. The joint analysis of multiple diseases shows the common influenced pathways of AS, DN, DR and explored the interaction between top-1000 DEGs at the same time.ConclusionIn the microvascular and macrovascular complications of diabetes, immune-mediated inflammatory response, chronic inflammation caused by endothelial cell activation and oxidative stress are the three links linking atherosclerosis, diabetes retinopathy and diabetes nephropathy together. Our study has clarified the intrinsic relationship and common tissue damage mechanism of microcirculation and circulatory system complications in diabetes, and explored the mechanism center of these two vascular complications. It has far-reaching clinical and social value for reducing the incidence of fatal events and early controlling the progress of disabling and fatal circulatory complications in diabetes.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has been confirmed to be closely associated with breast cancer (BC). However, the shared mechanisms between these diseases remain unclear. By comparing different datasets, we identified shared differentially expressed (DE) RNAs in T2DM and BC, including 427 mRNAs and 6 miRNAs from the GEO(Gene Expression Omnibus) database. We used databases to predict interactions to construct two critical networks. The transcription factor (TF)-miRNA‒mRNA network contained 236 TFs, while the RNA binding protein (RBP)-pseudogene-mRNA network showed that the pseudogene S-phase kinase associated protein 1 pseudogene 1 (SKP1P1) might play a key role in regulating gene expression. The shared mRNAs between T2DM and BC were enriched in cytochrome (CYP) pathways, and further analysis of CPEB1 and COLEC12 expression in cell lines, single cells and other cancers showed that they were strongly correlated with the survival and prognosis of patients with BC. This result suggested that patients with T2DM presenting the downregulation of CPEB1 and COLEC12 might have a higher risk of developing BC. Overall, our work revealed that high expression of CYPs in patients with T2DM might be a susceptibility factor for BC and identified novel gene candidates and immune features that are promising targets for immunotherapy in patients with BC.

Objective To compare the safety and short-term efficacy among conventional radical surgery, portal vein reconstruction and hepatic artery reconstruction on hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Methods A total of 108 patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma who underwent radical surgery were divided into three groups: group A (n=28, conventional radical surgery), group B (n=48, portal vein reconstruction) and group C (n=32, hepatic artery reconstruction). Perioperative-related indicators, postoperative complications, 1-year survival rate and lymph node metastasis among the three groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of group C were higher than those of group A and group B (all P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications, lymph node metastasis rate or 1-year survival rate among three groups (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Compare with conventional radical surgery and portal vein reconstruction, the short-term survival rate of patients treated with hepatic artery reconstruction is higher and the radical surgery resection rate could be improved, but with longer, operation time and hospitalization time, more intraoperative blood loss, and hospitalization cost.

Abstract Advanced sensing techniques are in big demand for applications in hypersonic wind tunnel harsh environments, such as aero(thermo)dynamics measurements, thermal protection of aircraft structures, air-breathing propulsion, light-weighted and high-strength materials, etc. In comparison with traditional electromechanical or electronic sensors, the fiber optic sensors have relatively high potential to work in hypersonic wind tunnel, due to the capability of responding to a wide variety of parameters, high resolution, miniature size, high resistant to electromagnetic and radio frequency interferences, and multiplexing, and so on. This article has classified and summarized the research status and the representative achievement on the fiber optic sensing technologies, giving special attention to the summary of research status on the popular Fabry-Perot interferometric, fiber Bragg gratings and (quasi) distributed fiber optic sensors working in hypersonic wind tunnel environment, and discussed the current problems in special optical fiber sensing technologies. This article would be regarded as reference for the researchers in hypersonic wind tunnel experiment field.

This meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the effects of walking exercise on bowel preparation in patients undergoing colonoscopy.

In the automatic stamping production,the stamping robot completes the clamping and conveying of workpiece through the actuator,and the positioning of the actuator is completed by the mutual cooperation of electrical control and stopper.During the auxiliary positioning of the stopper,the actuator will collide with the stopper,which has an adverse impact on the stamping production. Therefore,the impact simulation analysis and structural optimization design of the actuator are carried out.The 3 D solid model of the actuator was established by UG NX8. 5 software,and imported into ABAQUS software for fem simulative analysis to obtain the clamping force,acceleration and tilt angle and other parameters of the workpiece. From the analysis of simulation results,it can be seen that the clamping force on the workpiece is zero and the peak value is large,the acceleration of the workpiece changes sharply in a short time,and the tilt Angle after collision is large. Aiming at the above problems,the optimal design of the actuator is carried out,which effectively reduces the impact of collision on the actuator and improves the efficiency of stamping production.

Due to the risk of the billet hitting the marking equipment, it is necessary to design a set of anti-collision mechanism. When the billet hits the marking equipment, the marking gun goes back and the positioning pins are pulled out by a scotch-yoke mechanism. Then the support arms lift to avoid the billet. Before the impact, the anti-collision mechanism performs as a gun frame, carrying the gun moving. However, the vibration may have an adverse impact on the marking effect. The maximum force appears when the marking gun is moving in the accelerative stage in X and Y orientations. The load and boundary conditions were set according to the actual load condition of the anti-collision mechanism. The harmonic response analysis calculated the amplitude of X and Y orientations of the marking gun at different frequencies. Then the structure of the anti-collision mechanism was improved and the harmonic response analysis was done again. The results show that the amplitude of the improved structure has been reduced dramatically and the marking effect has been improved.

Background: Platelet (PLT) transfusion has been a crucial for clinical blood transfusion and bleeding prophylaxis. Identification of antibody against PLT-specific antigen is important for accurately diagnosing posttransfusion purpura, neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia, and platelet refractoriness due to PLT-specific antibodies. However, the presence of anti-human leukocyte antigen (HLA) antibody makes the detection of PLT-specific antibody more complex. Materials and Methods: The influence of treatment of PLTs with phosphate-buffered solution (PBS) or citric acid at pH 3.0 on the expression of human-specific antigen and HLA Class I was tested by flow cytometry. PLTs were treated with citric acid at room temperature for 5 min, and all solutions were precooled at 4°C. Results: Acid treatment reduced more than 90% of HLA Class I complexes when compared with PBS-treated ones on the surface of PLT membrane without any significant cell damage. The antigenicity of HLA Class I was lowered with time, but the antigenicity residue was little with PLT fragments after more than 5 min. However, human-specific antigen involving CD61 was not decreased after appropriate acid treatment, which was confirmed by corresponding monoclonal antibody. The use of standard serum from National Institute of Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC) containing only anti-human PLT antigen-1a antibody or anti-HLA antibody-positive control was applied to confirm the effect of acid treatment on PLT antigen. Conclusion: These findings suggested that acid treatment method could be useful for detecting PLT-specific antibodies, guiding clinical transfusion.

System nodes need to be renumbered manually when upgrading and reforming distribution network makes network topology change． Because optimization method is inapplicable to the network change，an improved forward and backward sweep algorithm is proposed which is unrelated to node label． In this paper，node type of sorts of distributed generation ( DG) in power flow calculation are induced and part of new node type of DG under improved control strategy are provided． The basis of DG as active constant node in certainty power flow calculation is analyzed． Based on improved back － forward sweep algorithm，general programs of power flow calculation in power distribution network of DG are programmed by MATLAB and the impact of DG on flow calculation to distribution network is analyzed quantitatively by plenty of simulation calculation of IEEE33 test system．

CuInS2/ZnS (CIS/ZnS) quantum dots (QDs) with high photoluminescence (PL) were synthesized via a facile solvothermal approach. Gaussian deconvolution of PL spectra, transmission electron microscopy, and time-resolved PL spectroscopies were used to characterize the emission properties of the prepared CIS and CIS/ZnS QDs. It was found that the growth of ZnS can reduce the surface defect acting as traps to minimize donor-acceptor emissions, and the contribution of band to donor/acceptor transition becomes a dominating emission with the increase of shell growth time. The blue shift of PL emission wavelength of CIS/ZnS QDs underwent two steps: the dramatic blue shift originated from the decreased fraction donor-acceptor transition due to the reduction of surface defects at the beginning and the subsequently mild blue-shift with the time from the interdiffusion of CIS and ZnS. The effect of trioctylphosphine (TOP) and dodecanethiol (DDT) as ligands during shell growth on the optical properties of QDs were investigated and compared. The PL quantum yield (QY) of CIS core affects the final value of CIS/ZnS QDs, and the higher PL QY is achieved while using CIS core with higher PL QY. Based on the selected ligand DDT, the reaction parameters, such as CIS core reaction time, shell growth time, and Zn/Cu feed molar ratio, were further optimized. CIS/ZnS QDs with high PL QY can be obtained with a Zn/Cu feed molar ratio larger than 4, shell growth time of 30 to 90 min, and shell growth temperature 220°C–240°C, and the maximum value was up to about 80% by adjusting the above-mentioned parameters.

The marking mechanism,as an important part of one steel plate marking machine that before heat treatment,its dynamic characteristic could influence marking effect.First,estiblished 3D model of marking mechanism by Pro/E,using the condition of marking typical character "N " as example,kinematics analysis have been done,obtain the law of speed and acceleration varies with time when marking character;on the basis of it,build the finite element model of marking mechanism according to actual condition and transient dynamics analysis has been completed based on Ansys Workbench,solved the curve of maximium stress and deformation varies with time,the result shows that the intensity and stiffness of marking mechanism could satisfy the requirement,and provide theory foundation for the structure design and optimization.

This paper presents high-sensitivity, micromachined all-fiber Fabry–Pérot interferometric (FFPI) strain gauges and their integration in a force balance for hypersonic aerodynamic measurements. The FFPI strain gauge has a short Fabry–Pérot cavity fabricated using an excimer laser etching process, and the deformation of the cavity is detected by a white-light optical phase demodulator. A three-component force balance, using the proposed FFPI gauges as sensing elements, was fabricated, calibrated, and experimentally evaluated. To reduce thermal output of the balance, a simple and effective self-temperature compensation solution, without external temperature sensors, is proposed and examined through both oven heating and wind tunnel runs. As a result of this approach, researchers are able to use the balance continuously throughout a wide range of temperatures. During preliminary testing in a hypersonic wind tunnel with a free stream Mach number of 12, the measurement accuracies of the balance were clearly improved after applying the temperature self-compensation.

The paper designs a new disc conveyor of stainless steel cutlery polishing machine. The disc conveyor is mainly composed of transmission mechanism, locating mechanism and clamp mechanism. The paper makes finite element analysis on rotating disc and improves the structure design according to analysis result in order to enhance statics characteristic of rotating disc structure. Through modal analysis, the paper verified the rationality of the design of rotating disc structure. The prototype was put into enterprise and the result showed that this system could reliably operate.

According to steel billet marking theory of plasma arc nicking, the paper designs a dual laser ranging marking machine against online marking of special steel billet and realizes multi-character marking of the end face of hot steel billet. Writing mechanism bases on the rectangular coordinates marking form, Z axis adopts cantilever structure. It completes the overall marking task utilizing the synergy of KK module in X axis, Y axis and Z axis. It makes modal analysis on the writing mechanism model established by Pro/Enginner utilizing ANSYS Workbench at the position of X1Y1Z1, and obtains the first six order modal frequency and analyzes the vibration in the writing process. Moreover, the paper analyzes the static structure of the cantilever of writing mechanism, computes its maximum stress and total deformation. To make the writing mechanism reach the target of light weight, the paper optimizes Z-axis cantilever of writing mechanism. According to the analysis, it is known that the optimized Z-axis cantilever of the writing mechanism still meets the strength and rigidity requirement and total mass declines approximately 30%.
