The anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects of a cream containing extracts of African geranium (Pelargonium sidoides DC.), black elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) and St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) in colloidal nanosilver (AgNPs) at a concentration of 30 ppm, denoted as SILVER STOP® cream (SS® cream) was examined In vitro. The research was performed with Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC-6538 and two clinical strains). Suspension tests for determination the time of antimicrobial action of SS® cream were used. SS® cream showed significant antimicrobial activity. In suspension with a density of 104 cells.mL-1S. aureus died after 60 minutes of exposure to SS® cream. In suspension with concentration of 106 cells.mL-1, after 2 h only single cells remained viable. The anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated using human epithelial cell line HT-29, incubated with a type strain of S. aureus. After treatment with SS® cream, results have shown a statistically significant reduction of the levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokinesIL-6, IL-8, IP-10 and IL-1β.

The effectiveness of the application of EVOagri technology for purification of water and its use in agriculture in some African countries (Zimbabwe, Burundi, Egypt and Uganda), Nepal (Asia) and in Europe (Italy and Bulgaria) was evaluated. The performance of EVOdrop turbine for water filtration was analysed and the physicochemical composition of water was tested. This was determined in compliance with Ordinance No. 9/2001, published in the Official State Gazette, issue 30, and decree No. 178/23.07.2004, Bulgaria, European Union on the quality of water intended for drinking and household purposes. The results showed a significant increase in production yield of the tested Solanum spp. and lettuces in Zimbabwe, as well as of dill, spinach and onions in Egypt. Treatment of high-salt irrigation water in Burundi with EVOagri reduced its toxic effect upon vegetable plants. In Uganda, plants absorbed 23% less water, when filtered with EVOagri technology. In Italy, 21% water conservation was achieved through the usage of EVOagri technology. Stimulation of seed-germination after soaking with EVOagri water was established in Burundi and Nepal. The importance of the type and composition of irrigation water for crop growth was proved by the experiments in Bulgaria. In Bulgaria, onion seeds were planted in two separate pots. The first one was watered with tap water and this was taken as the control sample with tap water. The second one was watered with EVOdrop filtered water which was saturated with EVOdrop hydrogen technology (EVOwater). In Bulgaria, under natural conditions, Evodrop water was also tested in beans and the growth result was 11 % better than the control sample.

The aim of the study was to analyze the microbiological effects of EVODROP Silver Nanoparticle. A comparative analysеs of the number of bacteria of a given species before and after influence wеre performed. Nanoparticle Silver makes physical changes in the bacterial membrane, like the membrane damage, which can lead to cellular contents leakage and bacterial death [1,2,3]. There are effects of Nanoparticle Silver against SARS-CoV-2. The coronavirus gets replicated via copying of the genetic material using the enzyme RNA-dependent RNA polymerase [4,5]. The membranes of the cells of mammals don’t have peptidoglycans and Ag+ has not inhibiting effect [6]. In such a way it prevents the further alteration of the enzymes. In Japanese study there are proofs that Nanoparticle Silver inhibiting extracellular SARS-CoV-2 at concentrations ranging between 1 and 10 ppm while cytotoxic effect was observed at concentrations of 20 ppm and above [7]. There is objective research of the effects of Nanoparticle Silver on the virus SARS-CoV-2 with Inhalation in Israel [8]. The author of the device EVOhygiene Fabio Huether performs liquid with concentration 20 ppm nano silver and size of nano particles 5 nm. The virucidal activity of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) allows its wider application in the annihilation or amelioration of several viral infections such as Poliovirus type-1, Coxsackievirus B3, influenza A virus, SARS-CoV-2 etc. [9] There is publication in Nature Nanotechnology for the effects of Silver Nanoparticles as disinfectant against SARS-CoV-2 [10]. The research show effects of EVODROP Silver Nanoparticle on the following bacteria Escherichia coli, Enterococci and Coliforms.

A research for nano clusters of electrochemically waters catholyte and anolyte was recently performed [1]. The actual study is connected with EVODROP water. Methods NES (Non-equilibrium Energy Spectrum) and DNES (Differential Non-equilibrium Energy Spectrum) are used for the study [2,3]. They allow the evaluation of hydrogen bonds energy. It is expected that these spectral analyses and mathematical models could help explaining the different effects of EVODROP water. Influence of different types of waters on the nervous system and anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects have been reported [4]. The device for the production of EVODROP water is invented by Fabio Huether. It transforms the tap water into alkaline one with a negative oxidation reduction potential (ORP) measured in millivolts (mV). The study was performed of alteration of hardness of EVODROP water according tap water as control sample.

The method of Non-equilibrium Energy Spectrum (NES) was applied in measurement of hydrogen bonds energy distribution in 1% Rosa damscena L. oil solution in deionized water. Local maxima in this spectrum were identical with these obtained in investigations of other biologically active solutions and related to particular bio effects as follows: (-0.1387 eV; 8.95 µm; 1117 cm-1). This local maximum is typical for antibacterial, anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory effects. The local maxima at (-0.1212 eV; 10.23 µm; 978 cm-1) and (-0.1262 eV; 9.82 µm; 1018 cm-1) are typical for anti-inflammatory effects and this at (-0.1112 eV; 11.15 µm; 897 cm-1) is typical for effects on the nervous system and nerve conductivity. Information theoretical analysis was performed using the values of Shannon entropy and Transformational information entropy, pointing to hydrogen bonds distribution similarities between Rosa damscena L., V. myrtillus L. and Salvia divinorum Epling. The possible chemical causes of these similarities were identified as antioxidant activity and polyphenols concentration.
