The temperature distribution of turbine blades can be revealed through the measurement, which is valuable for performance evaluation, failure analysis and optimization design of turbine blade.The higher requirement for the temperature measurement technique of aero-engine is put forward by continuously increasing of turbine inlet temperature.Three types of contact temperature measurement technologies for turbine blade are primarily introduced in this paper, including thin film thermocouple, crystal temperature sensor and temperature sensitive paint.The working principles are illustrated briefly.The application status at home and abroad is reviewed.The advantages and drawbacks are summarized, and the development direction of the three temperature measurement technologies is discussed.

Co-continuous interlocking lattice structures usually present superior compressive properties and energy absorption characteristics. In this study, co-continuous interlocking polydimethylsiloxane/polylactic acid (PDMS/PLA) lattice composites were designed with different strut diameters, and successfully manufactured by combining the fused deposition modeling (FDM) technique and the infiltration method. This fabrication method can realize the change and control of structure parameters. The effects of the strut diameter on the compressive properties and energy absorption behavior of PDMS/PLA lattice composites were investigated by using quasi-static compression tests. The compressive properties of the co-continuous interlocking PDMS/PLA lattice composites can be adjusted in a narrow density range by a linear correlation. The energy absorption density of the co-continuous interlocking PDMS/PLA lattice composites increases with the increase in the PLA strut diameter and presents a higher efficiency peak and wider plateau region. The PLA lattice acts as a skeleton and plays an important role in bearing the compressive load and in energy absorption. The indexes of the compressive properties/energy absorption characteristics and PLA volume fraction of co-continuous interlocking PDMS/PLA lattice composites show linear relationships in logarithmic coordinates. The effect of the PLA volume fraction increasing on the plateau stress is more sensitive than the compressive strength and energy absorption density. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A design scheme of a static shaft turbofan engine is proposed to meet the requirements of light weight and large thrust weight ratio of small aeroengine. As the core component of stable combustion, the thermal protection problem of the mid-mounted combustion chamber is particularly prominent. This paper designs a mid-mounted combustion chamber configuration that combines gas film cooling and central combustion. The influence of structural parameters on combustion characteristics is explored by numerical simulation, and the theoretical design and numerical simulation is verified based on combustion test results. The results show that the flame shape of the mid-mounted combustion chamber conforms to the characteristics of central combustion. The combustion effect of the nozzle with spray angle of 45° and flow rate of 1.87 kg/h meets the requirements of secondary combustion of the static shaft turbofan engine, and the air inlet of the combustion liner effectively increases the thickness of the cooling gas film. The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, and the temperature of the combustion liner wall can be reduced effectively. The above research provides a theoretical basis for the combustion chamber design of small static shaft turbofan engines and a reference for the thermal protection methods of small aeroengine combustion chambers. The great development of transpiration cooling technology challenges the coolant medium seriously. In this paper, porous ZrO2–ZrO2 ceramics have been satisfactorily prepared to meet the requirements of the coolant medium in transpiration cooling. The results illustrate that porous ZrO2–ZrO2 ceramics have excellent compressive strengths; meanwhile, percentages of compressive strength difference (parallel and perpendicular to the mold‐pressing direction) have an upward trend due to the increasing fiber contents. Besides, the failure mode has a huge distinction between parallelity (45° oblique section) and perpendicularity (wedge shape). These ceramics have unimodal pore size distribution (2–10 µm), and their wettability has a substantial improvement reflected by contact angle from 118° to 0°. Permeability behavior across these ceramics has been accurately described using the Darcy–Forchheimer equation, while obtaining viscous and inertial resistance coefficients, respectively.
