The airport collaborative decision making can effectively improve the operational efficiency of airports， so as to improve the operational efficiency of the whole civil aviation transportation network. The relevant standards，policy files and research papers of collaborative decision making are compiled in this paper. The development history of in airports and the current situation of research and application on collaborative decision making in academia and industry，both in China and abroad are collated. The future development trend of collaborative decision making in airports and the challenges faced by collaborative decision making in the current period are discussed and analyzed. Some suggestions for the development of collaborative decision making in airports based on the actual situation in China are given. The theoretical support and basis for improving the operational efficiency and economic benefits of airports and the whole air transportation network are summarized. The study in this paper can provide theoretical support and basis for operational efficiency and economic efficiency of the whole air traffic network.

Calcific aortic valve disease (CAVD) is an important cause of disease burden among aging populations. Excessive active endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) was demonstrated to promote CAVD. The expression level of miR-199a-5p in patients with CAVD was reported to be downregulated. In this article, we aimed to investigate the function and mechanism of miR-199a-5p in CAVD. The expression level of miR-199a-5p and ERS markers was identified in calcific aortic valve samples and osteogenic induction by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR), immunohistochemistry, and western blotting (WB). Alizarin red staining, RT-qPCR, and WB were used for the verification of the function of miR-199a-5p. The dual luciferase reporter assay and rescue experiment were conducted to illuminate the mechanism of miR-199a-5p. In our study, the expression level of miR-199a-5p was significantly decreased in calcified aortic valves and valve interstitial cells’ (VICs) osteogenic induction model, accompanying with the upregulation of ERS markers. Overexpression of miR-199a-5p suppressed the osteogenic differentiation of VICs, while downregulation of miR-199a-5p promoted this function. 78 kDa glucose-regulated protein (GRP78) and activating transcription factor 6 (ATF6), both of which were pivotal modulators in ERS, were potential targets of miR-199a-5p. miR-199a-5p directly targeted GRP78 and ATF6 to modulate osteoblastic differentiation of VICs. miR-199a-5p inhibits osteogenic differentiation of VICs by regulating ERS via targeting GRP78 and ATF6.

Abstract Background Variations of porB1A and porB1B genes and their serotypes exist in Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolates from different geographical areas, and some site mutations in the porB1B gene correlate with drug resistance. Methods The β-lactamase production of N. gonorrhoeae isolates was determined by paper acidometric test and nitrocefin discs. The porB1A and porB1B genes of 315 non-penicillinase-producting N. gonorrhoeae (non-PPNG) strains were amplified by PCR for sequencing to determine serotypes and site mutations. A duplex PCR was designed to simultaneously detect both porB1A and porB1B genes. Penicillin and tetracycline resistance was assessed by an in vitro drug sensitivity test. Results Of the N. gonorrhoeae isolates, 31.1% tested positive for porB1A and 68.9% for porB1B genes. All the 98 porB1A+ isolates belonging to IA6 serotype with either no mutation at the 120 and 121 sites (88.8%) or a D120G (11.2%) mutation and were no resistance to both penicillin and tetracycline. Among the 217 porB1B+ isolates, 26.7%, 22.6% and 11.5% belonged to IB3, IB3/6 and IB4 serotypes, respectively. Particularly, two novel chimeric serotypes, IB3/6-IB2 and IB2-IB4-IB2, were found in 77 and 8 porB1B+ isolates. Two hundred and twelve (97.7%) of the porB1B+ isolates were presented G120 and/or A121 mutations with 163 (76.9%) at both sites. Interestingly, within the 77 porB1B+ isolates belonging to IB3/6-IB2 serotype, 15 were discovered to possess novel deletions at both A121 and N122 sites. All the replacement mutations at these sites in PorB1B were correlated with resistance and the deletion mutation showed the highest resistance. Conclusion N. gonorrhoeae isolates circulating in Eastern China include a sole PorB1A serotype (IA6) and five PorB1B serotypes. Multiple mutations in porB1B genes, including novel A121 and N122 deletions, are correlated with high levels of penicillin and tetracycline resistance.

Abstract: Background : The treatment strategy of early nutritional support after cardiac surgery has gradually been adopted. However, there are no scientific guidelines for the timing and specific programs of early nutritional support. Methods: A retrospective, single-center analysis (2021-2023) was carried out including elderly patients who were admitted for valvular heart disease and received open-heart valve replacement surgery. We designated patients who started the optimized nutritional support after surgery as the optimized enteral nutritional support strategy TN (EN) group and those who received traditional nutritional support as the traditional nutritional support strategy (TN) group. The nutritional and immune indexes, postoperative complications, length of hospital stay, and hospitalization cost of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: We identified 378 eligible patients, comprising 193 (51%) patients in the EN group and 185 (49%) patients in the TN group. There was no significant difference in hospital mortality between the two groups, but the proportion of nosocomial pneumonia was significantly lower in the EN group than in the TN group ( P < 0.001). In the Poisson regression analysis, EN was not associated with an increase in gastrointestinal complications ( P = 0.549). The EN group also seemed to have shorter hospital stays and lower hospitalization expenses ( P < 0.001). In the comparison of postoperative gastrointestinal complications, fewer patients experienced diarrhea ( P = 0.021) and abdominal distension ( P = 0.033) in the EN group compared with the TN group. The intestinal microbiota is a complex micro-ecological system symbiotic with human body, which has attracted increasing attention in recent years. The intestinal microbiota plays important roles not only in maintaining normal physiological functions of the human body but also in the occurrence, development, diagnosis and treatment of tumors. This review summarized the relationship between the intestinal microbiota and tumor, highlighting the mechanisms by which intestinal microbiota modulates tumor occurrence, development and immunotherapy, particularly the immune checkpoint therapy. This review also summarized the currently available methods for enhancing the efficacy of tumor therapy through regulation of intestinal microbiota. Challenges in the field as well as future perspectives were also discussed.

Background: Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary is a necrotrophic fungal pathogen which causes disease in a wide range of plants. An observed decrease in photosynthetic performance is the primary reason for the reduction of crop yield induced by S. sclerotiorum. The H2C2O4 is the main pathogenic material secreted by S. sclerotiorum, but the effects of H2C2O4 acidity and the C2O4 2- ion on photosynthetic performance remain unknown., Results: S. sclerotiorum infection significantly decreased photosynthetic O2 evolution and the maximum quantum yield of photosystem II (Fv/Fm) in tobacco leaves under high-light. H2C2O4 (the main pathogenic material secreted by S. sclerotiorum) with pH 4.0 also significantly decreased photosynthetic performance. However, treatment with H3PO4 and HCl at the same pH as H2C2O4 caused much less decrease in photosynthetic performance than H2C2O4 did. These results verify that the acidity of the H2C2O4 secreted by S. sclerotiorum was only partially responsible for the observed decreases in photosynthesis. Treatment with 40 mM K2C2O4 decreased Fv/Fm by about 70% of the levels observed under 40 mM H2C2O4, which further demonstrates that C2O4(2-) was the primary factor that impaired photosynthetic performance during S. sclerotiorum infection. K2C2O4 treatment did not further decrease photosynthetic performance when D1 protein synthesis was fully inhibited, indicating that C2O4(2-) inhibited PSII by repressing D1 protein synthesis. It was observed that K2C2O4 treatment inhibited the rate of RuBP regeneration and carboxylation efficiency. In the presence of a carbon assimilation inhibitor, K2C2O4 2 treatment did not further decrease photosynthetic performance, which infers that C2O4(2-) inhibited PSII activity partly by repressing the carbon assimilation. In addition, it was showed that C2O4(2-) treatment inhibited the PSII activity but not the PSI activity., Conclusions: This study demonstrated that the damage to the photosynthetic apparatus induced by S. sclerotiorum is not only caused by the acidity of H2C2O4, but also by C2O4(2-) which plays a much more important role in damaging the photosynthetic apparatus. C2O4(2-) inhibits PSII activity, as well as the rate of RuBP regeneration and carboxylation efficiency, leading to the over production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). By inhibiting the synthesis of D1, ROS may further accelerate PSII photoinhibition.

Using recombinant TpNs proteins of Treponema pallidum as antigens, ELISAs are proved to be of higher sensitivity and specificity. However, they can be further increased by using multiple TpNs antigens. According to the epitope analysis, we firstly used linking primers PCRs to obtain an artificial fusion gene segment tpE17-47 containing epitopes of both TpN17 and TpN47. Subsequently, we conducted the prokaryotic expression systems of entire tpN17 and tpN47 genes and tpE17-47 fusion gene. SDS-PAGE analysis and BioRad Gel Image Analysis System showed that the recombinant proteins rTpN17, rTpN47 and rTpE17-47 expressed stably, with 36%, 20% and 28% yields of total bacterial protein, respectively. After purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography, all the three recombinant proteins could be recognized by T. pallidum antibody positive sera from syphilis patients. The positive rate of rTpE17-47-ELISA for detecting serum specimens in clinically 630 cases with syphilis was 98.6%. This rate was slightly higher than that by Treponema pallidum particle agglutination (TPPA) (97.9%) (P > 0.05), but significantly higher than those by rTpN17-ELISA (83.8%), rTpN47-ELISA (83.3%) and rapid plasma reagin (RPR) (72.1%) (P < 0.01). Furthermore, both ELISAs and TPPA for detecting the serum specimens in 25 cases with SLE, 36 cases with RA and 250 healthy cases were all negative. RPR showed positive in 1 case with SLE, 2 cases with RA and 2 healthy cases. This could be a novel serological screening or diagnostic method of syphilis with advantages of quickness, convenience, safety, sensitivity and specificity.
