Endometriosis is one of the most common gynecological diseases in the world with a great variety of symptoms and clinical features. The true prevalence rates in the general population are not known, but according to different authors, endometriosis is to be found in 10% in women of reproductive age. According to different publications, around half of the patients with infertility were diagnosed with endometriosis which change the significance of this disease from the only female to a socio-economical problem. In this chapter, we will focus on the current view on endometriosis-associated infertility, from superficial to adenomyosis, with a closer view of surgical treatment, as it is still the standard of care for diagnosis and in severe cases—treatment of the disease.

The article deals with the fiction by Sergey Dovlatov, the famous Russian-American writer and journalist of the last third of the 20th century. The main aim of the article is to show the influence of the Russian folklore on the formation of the leading type of characters in Dovlatov’s prose. The paper shows that this type, which received in criticism the name of “Dovlatov’s outsiders”, is the realization of the archetype of the fool/the jester/the whacky, widespread in Russian and world folklore, a kind of variation of the fairy-tale “hopeless hero”. On examples ofS. Dovlatov’s story “Pushkin Hills”, his collections of short stories “Ours” and “The Compromise”, the authors study not only the genesis of this type of characters but also their functions in the literary text, the impact on the content of works and readers’ perception. Much attention is attributed to the mechanisms of humor in Dovlatov’s texts. His characters are rebels and outlaws, whackies and jesters at the same time. They cannot “integrate” into the Soviet reality and destabilize it with their clownish behavior. The analysis of his prose shows that S. Dovlatov’s characters, and the humorous world in general, have an emphatically symbolic character. Therefore, the authors of the article, along with the traditional for the study of Dovlatov’s stories historical and genetic approach, involved mythological and structural- semiotic methods that contribute to the consideration of the symbolic nature of humor and its counter-sign function in the literary text.Keywords: Sergei Dovlatov, humor, Russian prose of the 20th century, folklore, archetype, semiosphere, “outsiders”, good sense of humor, whacky, absurd.

Jg. 5, Köthen, 2017, This paper describes in detail the estimation algorithm of upper bound prediction of the time acquisition task. We use the specific hardware from ARM Cortex-A series and empirical approach of time values retrieval from the timer counter. The robust Measurement-Based Probabilistic Timing Analysis (MBPTA) methodbased on the Extreme Value Theory (EVT) has been used for experimental verification of the algorithm. The MBPTA method allows deriving a reliable and safe worst-case execution time (WCET) estimation based on the limited number of measurements on the target platform. However, it requires an appropriate complete set of statistical tests for verifying EVT applicability. In ongoing work, we intend to outline challenges behind EVT assumptions and parameter tuning for timing analysis, and provide more coherent approach for safe probabilistic WCET estimations in order to increase the confidence that timing constraints will be met.

Köthen, 2013, S. 13-21, The use of system-on-chip (SoC) platforms has emerged as an important integrated circuit design trend for communication and industrial control applications. At the same time, requirements of stable, efficient and precise processing time values are growing rapidly. Since the ARM processor doesn't possess known timers of PC-platforms such as TSC counter or HPET timer, the common way to obtain time values on ARM-architecture is still only through Linux system callswhich are mapped to ARM specific time counters. Indeed, direct access to hardware can help to reduce costs down to 200 nanoseconds against 2-1 microseconds of the time acquisition via Unix system call interface. However, designing this approach is a challenging task. This paper describes specific issues and features of tracking system time on the ARM Cortex A8 processor under Linux OS.

В работе доказано существование и единственность решения дуальной задачи к задаче М.А. Гольдштика с неограниченной возрастающей от функции тока завихренностью. На модельном примере для уравнения Лиувилля получены решения в явном виде. The existence and uniqueness of solutions of the dual problem to M.A.Goldshtik problem with unbounded increasing from the flow function vorticity. The solutions in the explicit form was determined on a model example for Liouville equation.
