This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and knowledge of Al-Wadi'ah products on customers' decisions to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kedaton Bandar Lampung. This study uses a type of quantitative research, with data sources namely primary data. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, namely BSI customers who used Wadi'ah savings products, and where the research was conducted at BSI KCP Kedaton Bandar Lampung. The results of the research on the t-test for the service quality variable obtained a calculated t value of 2,919 which was greater than the table t value of 1,988. and for the significance value obtained a value of 0.04 0.05, Variable Knowledge of Al-Wadi'ah products Value obtained t Count of 0.797 is smaller than the t-table value, which is 0.560, which is smaller than the t-table value, which is 1.988. For significance, the value is 0.577 > 0.05.

The development of the internet today, e-marketing is a new form of business in marketing products or services and building communication with consumers through social media. The use of social media marketing as media communication in marketing is influenced by the more fast development of communication technology, especially the internet. Over time, Instagram, which is one of the social media that is currently trending used as a place to the promotion of various forms of business, many forms of the business are promoted via social media Instagram that is an effort Culinary and social media technology are also a means of connecting in increasing moderation in the economy. Development SMEs being one of the pillars in supporting the economy of the region, region, and country, it is necessary to promote small and medium enterprises, one of which is through social media Instagram through the food blogger account that can be accessed by the whole community. Destination study this is for knowing how to influence promotion food blogger The sample is @kuliner_lampung on Instagram social media and find out if promotions are through food bloggers @kuliner_lampung could improve the development of SMEs, especially in the sample of this study, namely culinary. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research in the study in form of results Interviews with 8 . sample SMEs in way Halim in observation or observation. The technique used in the sampling of this research is a purposive technique sampling, the criteria for respondents who became the sample in this study were respondents who had Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) especially culinary in Way Halim District, Bandar Lampungwhich is a user Instagram and those who promote a product or the restaurant through account food bloggers. Based on the results obtained from interviews and observations regarding promotion through food bloggers and interviews with 8 SMEs culinary in way Halim, could be concluded that occur an increase in sales turnover in the 8 SMEs. Promotion via food blogger @kuliner_lampung over and over again in accordance needs, because feel effect which positive after promotion, the business owner earns more profit than usual and can continue his efforts. Indications of equity in economic moderation through welfare can be seen from the increase in the income of SME economic actors, social media is used as a promotional platform that is cheap, easy, and can achieve access to all lines, making social media one of the links in increasing economic moderation.

Purpose: Stock split is a stock price, tock liquidity is influenced by high low stock prices, then the stock split is the right action to maintain stock liquidity so that the price becomes small and fluitive(Kurniawati, 2013). Stock price splitting is an event rarely performed by issuers.Currently, issuers carrying out stock split activities are still relatively few because basically stock split is only done by companies that have high share prices. If the performance of the company is good, the share price will be high, but if the stock price continues to rise, it will cause a decrease in investor interest to buy the company's shares due to high stock prices. This study aims to determine whether there is a stock price movement when the company is doing a stock split and to find out whether research on stock price movements caused by stock split is following signaling theory and trading range theory. Fluitive stock prices that are affected by stock split can be seen by calculating the abnormal return of the company's close price.If the result of the calculation has a negative effect then the stock split does not have a good effect on stock price liquidity but if it has a positive effect then the stock split gives a positive effect on stock price liquidity.This is what influencing researchers to conduct research in Indonesian Syariah Stock Index because there is still little research on stock split event in Islamic stock market. Methodology Approach: This study analyzes the movement of stock prices for 60 days, with following day calculation, 30 (thirty) days before the stock split, and 30 (thirty) days after the stock split. This study uses secondary data, namely data from reports of companies that have carried out a corporate action stock split and obtained data through the official website www.idx.co.id andwww.finance.yahoo.com. The researcher uses close price data of daily stock prices from companies that make stock price splits and become part of 2018 Syariah Indonesia stock index. The independent variable in this study is the stock split and the dependent variable of this study isthestock price. 10 company populations were used in this study, and its testing was only conducted on 7 sample companies that met the criteria according to the purposive sampling method. In analyzing data the researcher used abnormal return analysis with the actual return-expected return method. The normality test use dis Kolmogorov Smirnovtest. Hypothesis testing usedone-sample t-testandpairedsamples t-test, theauthor'sprocessthisresearch data usingthe program SPSS 18(Yustisia, 2018). Findings:The final results of the test using paired sample t-test showed a very significant value that is 0.039 and smaller than α= 0.05 which means there is a movement in stock prices for 30 (thirty) days before the stock split and 30 (thirty) days after the stock split, so this study concludes that the movement of sharia stock prices at ISSI 2018 is affected by the stock splitting event indicated by the results significant paired sample t-test. In the perspective of Signaling Theory and Trading Range Theory of 7 companies that conduct stock split, the results shown by this study are following both theories, namely, when a company does a stock split, the stock market shows the existence of stock fluctuations, both before the split event and after the split event The results of the calculation of the actual return of 5 companies experienced good liquidity, while 2 companies experienced liquidity, but not so fluitive. Practical Implications:Someresearchers say that stock price movements are affected by stock split events, but some studies also say the opposite, this results in the incompatibility of previous research with the theoretical basis of signaling theory and trading range theory. Research on stock price movements influenced by stock split still produces different conclusion.This is the basis for conducting this research. Originality:Corporate action in the form of a stock split carried out by the issuer has an impact on the liquidity of stock prices, but it needs to be considered because internal factors of the company such as company performance will be taken into consideration.Besides internal factors, stock prices can also be influenced by external factors namely government policies or influential issues in investors' decision to continue buying shares or not. In this study there are significant stock price movements between events before and after the stock split. It is known that in testing 30 (thirty) days before the stock split event there was no stock price movement, but there was a significant stock price movement after 30 (thirty) days after the stock split.

Kompensasi, motivasi dan reward sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi menjadi pendorong seseorang melaksanakan suatu kegiatan guna mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik, motivasi kerja karyawan perlu dibangkitkan agar karyawan dapat melaksanakan kinerja yang terbaik, sebaliknya karyawan yang tidak mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi dalam melakukan pekerjaannya akan sulit untuk bekerja dengan baik dan cenderung tidak bertanggung jawab sekalipun karyawan tersebut memiliki kemampuan operasional yang baik. Reward dapat memberikan semangat para karyawan agar dapat melakukan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi, dan Reward terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada BPRS Bandar Lampung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan BPRS Bandar Lampung yaitu sebanyak 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah kompensasi, motivasi dan reward sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan digunakan uji F dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial digunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Variabel faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan faktor reward berpengaruh positif secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat nilai Fhitung sebesar 92.506 yang lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 2.61. Nilai signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan faktor reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPRS Bandar Lampung.Nilai AdjustedR square sebesar 0.923 artinya sebesar 92.3% variabel faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan faktor reward mempengaruhi perubahan variabel kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya lagi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar dari faktor kompensasi, faktor motivasi dan faktor reward.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kabupaten/ kota Provinsi Lampung untuk melihat bagaimana pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Lampung dan bagaimana pandangan dari manajemen Islam dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan bertujuan untuk men- ganalisis pengaruh investasi pemerintah, variabel dummy dan manajemen investasi dalam perspektif Islam, berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Lampung. Jenis metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggabungkan dua metode; metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif, metode kuantitatif diambil dari hasil perhitungan aplikasi data panel Eviews 6, dimana data merupakan gabungan time-series se- lama 4 tahun (2011-2014) dan penampang (15 wilayah yang terdiri 15 kabupaten / kota di Provinsi Lampung, model analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan fi xed eff ect model (FEM) sebagai perhitungan dari analisis penelitian ini. Hasil analisis deskriptif penelitian ini adalah. Pertama; investasi pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifi kan terhadap pertum- buhan ekonomi. Kedua; variabel boneka/variabel dummy berpengaruh positif dan signifi kan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Ketiga; manajemen investasi dalam perspektif Islam me- mahami bahwa investasi bukan hanya kegiatan untuk menambah kekayaan yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dasar dan hanya berdasarkan tingkat keuntungan ( return ) saja tetapi investasi tujuannya lebih kepada untuk meningkatkan per- tumbuhan ekonomi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
