8. Image reconstruction of electrostatic tomography based on the improved residual network.

Abstract

The core of electrostatic tomography (EST) is to solve the inverse problem, but the EST independent measurement data are much smaller than the value that needs to be reconstructed, resulting in a more serious inverse problem. This paper presents an improved ResNet-34 network (P-ResNet), which consists of an input layer, a residual feature extraction layer, and an output layer. The number of residual blocks is 3, 4, 4, and 3. After the second convolution in the main path of each residual block, a ReLU activation function is added to enhance the nonlinear expression ability of the network, and the generalization ability of the model is improved by introducing the L2 regularization loss function. A total of 15 930 sets of samples were simulated for the simulation test. After 200 rounds of iteration, the reconstruction results show that the network achieves high accuracy in EST image reconstruction tasks. In addition, the model is tested under different degrees of Gaussian white noise to verify its anti-noise ability. Compared with the traditional algorithms, the image correlation coefficients of this proposed model network are higher. In addition, this paper designs a small sensor to obtain the induced charge values through the principle of electrostatic induction. The reconstructed results obtained from the experimental data are consistent with the simulation results, which verifies the effectiveness and generalization ability of the proposed model. 14. Analysis and mechanism of biochar on soil microbial community structure of tobacco bacterial wilt

Abstract

As tobacco bacterial wilt is a bacterial disease that is increasingly harmful to tobacco plants′ growth, it is of great significance to explore the changes in the soil microbial community structure and its biological regulation mechanism after tobacco plant suffers from bacterial wilt. Field experiments were conducted to investigate the differences of bacterial community structure among four treatments: ZCTR(conventional fertilization, rhizosphere soil of healthy tobacco plants), ZCSW(application of 1.2 t·hm-2 biochar, rhizosphere soil of healthy tobacco plants), QKTR(conventional fertilization, rhizosphere soil of bacterial wilt tobacco plants), and QKSW(application of 1.2 t·hm-2 biochar, rhizosphere soil of bacterial wilt tobacco plants). After the biochar application, the bacteria′s α diversity increased, albeit without a significant difference. The bacterial community richness and structure changed. Under the same fertilization conditions, the bacterial α diversity and community abundance of bacterial wilt tobacco plants in the rhizosphere soil were less than those of healthy soil. The bacterial α diversity and community richness of the rhizosphere soil of diseased tobacco plants without biochar were higher than that of healthy tobacco plants, the abundance of Gemmatimonadetes and Acidobacteria increased by 0.26 and 1.27 percent points, while the abundance of Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria decreased by 1.08 and 0.14 percent points. Compared with no biochar treatment, the plant height, leaf length, leaf width and stem girth of the biochar application treatment increased by 11.83%, 16.88%, 6.70% and 10.80%, respectively, and the disease index decreased. The incidence rate of the bacterial wilt was reduced by 9.1 percent points with the biochar application treatment compared with the no biochar treatment. Studies have shown that biochar application can alleviate the decline in bacterial abundance caused by bacterial wilt, reduce the relative abundance of pathogenic bacteria, and drive the increase in the relative abundance of functional growth-promoting bacteria(Gemmatimonadetes). This reduces the incidence of bacterial wilt and preliminarily clarifies the biochar′s mechanism on the micro-ecological regulation of bacterial wilt in tobacco-growing soil.

15. Determination of Boron in Geological Gypsum Samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry with Cationic Resin Exchange Separation.

Abstract

In order to reduce the interference of alkali melt salt on the determination of elements, the ore melting system, the amount of cation exchange resin, resin adsorption time, cleaning fluid, isotope and other conditions were investigated, the exchange separation of sodium hydroxide alkali melt-732 cation exchange resin was established, rhodium internal standard was added online, and boron in gypsum was determined by inductively coupled Plasma Mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The experiment showed that 0. 5 g sample was fused with sodium hydroxide at 450 °C for 30 min and then continued to be heated to 700 °C for 10 min. 10%(10 mL) of the extracted solution was divided into supernatant, which was absorbed by 5 g type 732 cation exchange resin static for 1 h. In the process of determination, ammonia (2%) was selected to clean the sample tube, and 11B was selected as the analytical isotope for ICP-MS determination. Since the national reference material of gypsum did not contain boron, the artificial reference material was prepared by mixing the high purity calcium sulfate with the national reference material of rock, drainage sediment and soil, respectively. The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0. 76 µg/g, and the relative standard deviation (RSD, w=7) was 0. 90%--1. 7% . The relative error was 1. 56 %--3. 96 %, and the recoveries were 97. 5%--102%. The method is fast, accurate and has little memory effect. It is suitable for the determination of boron in gypsum.
