Abstract Background Rhamnus utilis Decne (Rhamnaceae) is an ecologically and economically important tree species. The growing market demands and recent anthropogenic impacts to R. utilis forests has negatively impacted its populations severely. However, little is known about the potential distribution of this species and environmental factors that affect habitat suitability for this species. By using 219 occurrence records along with 51 environmental factors, present and future suitable habitats were estimated for R. utilis using Maxent modeling; the important environmental factors affecting its distribution were analyzed. Results January water vapor pressure, normalized difference vegetation index, mean diurnal range, and precipitation of the warmest quarter represented the critical factors explaining the environmental requirements of R. utilis. The potential habitat of R. utilis included most provinces from central to southeast China. Under the climate change scenario SSP 245, Maxent predicted a cumulative loss of ca. 0.73 × 105 km2 in suitable habitat for R. utilis during 2041–2060 while an increase of ca. 0.65 × 105 km2 occurred during 2081–2100. Furthermore, under this climate change scenario, the suitable habitat will geographically expand to higher elevations. Conclusions The findings of our study provide a foundation for targeted conservation efforts and inform future research on R. utilis. By considering the identified environmental factors and anticipating the potential impacts of climate change, conservation strategies can be developed to preserve and restore suitable habitats for R. utilis. Protecting this species is not only crucial for maintaining biodiversity but also for sustaining the economic benefits associated with its ecological services.

Kawasaki disease is an acute febrile exanthema pediatric disease with systemic vasculitis as the main lesion, which is the most common cause of acquired heart disease in children. The etiology of the disease is not clear, and the pathogenesis remains to be explored. Some cases of Kawasaki disease are prone to misdiagnosis due to atypical clinical presentations, and patients who have not been effectively treated are at increased risk of coronary artery lesion. Therefore, timely diagnosis of Kawasaki disease and prediction of coronary artery lesion have great significance for early treatment and prognosis of Kawasaki disease. MiRNA plays an important role in various life processes of organisms, and dysregulation of miRNA is involved in the occurrence and development of many diseases. Current studies have shown that miRNA can assist in the diagnosis, prognosis assessment and large-scale population screening of diseases, and has potential clinical application prospects as a novel biomarker. Recent studies have found that miRNA is associated with the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease, and expression dysregulation will lead to immune imbalance and vascular damage in patients with Kawasaki disease. Other studies have shown that circulating miRNA can be used as a potential biomarker of Kawasaki disease, mainly focusing on early diagnosis and efficacy prediction of Kawasaki disease. The current research is still at the exploratory stage, and more clinical studies are needed to verify the early diagnosis and prediction efficacy of miRNA related to Kawasaki disease. This article reviews the functional mechanism and biomarkers of miRNA in Kawasaki disease in recent years.

Objective To investigate the value of quality control circle (QCC)activities in reducing the incidence of adverse factors for rapid recovery after surgical treatment for laryngeal cancer. Methods A convenient sample of 35 patients with surgical treatment for laryngeal cancer were selected as the control group, another 28 patients were recruited as the observation group. The quality control circle(QCC) activity group was set up by the medical and nursing integration. Based on the clinical practice, the adverse factors affecting the rapid recovery of laryngeal cancer patients were found, analyzed and improved through the QCC activities, and the effect analysis was carried out. Results Quality evaluation had been taken 225 times in the control group and 224 times in the observation group , respectively. The incidence of adverse factors affecting the rapid recovery of patients with laryngeal cancer decreased from 46. 67% (105/225)to 11. 61%(26/224), with a target achievement ratio of 126. 56%. Shorter length of hospital stay and lower cost of hospitalization were found in the observation group than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The QCC activity an effective management tool for reducing the incidence of adverse factors in rapid recovery of laryngeal cancer patients, promoting medical and nursing cooperation, optimizing clinical pathways, improving the quality of medical care, shortening the length of hospitalization and reducing medical costs. (目的 探究品管圈活动降低喉癌患者快速康复不良因素发生率的效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2020年12月21日—2021年3月21日医院收治的喉癌住院患者35例为对照组, 2021年6月1日—2021年8月31日收治的喉癌患者28例为观察组。医护一体成立品管圈活动小组, 从临床实际出发, 通过品管圈方法查找、分析并改进影响喉癌患者快速康复的不良因素, 并进行效果分析。结果 对照组和观察组总检频次分别为225例次和224例次。影响喉癌患者快速康复不良因素发生率改善前为46. 67%(105/225), 改善后为11. 61%(26/224), 目标达成率126. 56%。观察组住院时间较对照组缩短, 住院费用较对照组降低, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 品管圈活动有效降低了喉癌患者快速康复不良因素发生率, 促进医护合作, 优化临床路径, 提高医疗护理质量, 缩短住院时间, 降低医疗费用。)
