All‐solid‐state lithium batteries (ASSLIBs) show significant promise as the next‐generation energy technology due to their high energy density and inherent safety. However, the severe interface reactions between solid electrolyte and the high‐voltage cathodes pose a major challenge, particularly at higher charge voltages. Herein, a H3PO4‐triggered H+/Li+ exchange strategy is proposed to covert LiCoO2 (LCO) surface to spinel Co3O4/Li3PO4 ionic‐conductive interphase. This spinel interphase presents a thickness of 15 nm and good affinity with LCO, which provides long‐lasting protection to suppress interfacial parasitic reactions. Besides, both spinel Co3O4 and amorphous Li3PO4 feature high ionic conductivity compared to bulk LCO, thereby facilitating the interfacial ionic transportation. With such modification, ASSLIBs delivers high specific capacity (146.2 mAh g−1 at 0.1 C), outstanding rate performance (116.4 mAh g−1 at 2 C), and long‐term cyclability (350 cycles at 0.5 C) under a cut‐off voltage of 4.3 V versus Li/Li+. Moreover, this robust spinel interphase further improves the stable cycling (168.9 mAh g−1 at 0.1 C for 100 cycles) under elevated cut‐off voltage (4.5 V vs Li/Li+). E-commerce platforms incorporate reputation systems that allow buyers to rate sellers after transactions. However, existing reputation systems face challenges such as privacy leakage, linkability, and multiple rating attacks. The feedback data can inadvertently expose user information privacy because they reveal the buyers' identities and preferences, which deters a significant number of users from providing their ratings. Moreover, malicious actors can exploit data analysis and machine learning techniques to mine user privacy from the rating data, posing serious threats to user security and trust. This study introduces ARS-Chain, a pioneering and secure blockchain-driven anonymous reputation-sharing framework tailored for e-commerce platforms. The core of ARS-Chain is a dynamic ring addition mechanism with linkable ring signatures (LRS), where the number of LRS rings is dynamically added in alignment with the evolving purchase list, and LRS link tags are constructed with the LRS rings and item identifiers. Further, a consortium blockchain is introduced to store these anonymous ratings on e-commerce platforms. As a result, ARS-Chain ensures full anonymity while achieving cross-platform reputation sharing, making rating records unlinkable, and effectively countering multiple rating attacks. The experimental results confirm that ARS-Chain significantly enhances user information privacy protection while maintaining system performance, having an important impact on the construction of trust mechanisms for e-commerce platforms. Coding transcript-derived siRNAs (ct-siRNAs) produced from specific endogenous loci can suppress the translation of their source genes to balance plant growth and stress response. In this study, we generated Arabidopsis mutants with deficiencies in RNA decay and/or post-transcriptional gene silencing (PTGS) pathways and performed comparative sRNA-seq analysis, revealing that multiple RNA decay and PTGS factors impede the ct-siRNA selective production. Genes that produce ct-siRNAs often show increased or unchanged expression and typically have higher GC content in sequence composition. The growth and development of plants can perturb the dynamic accumulation of ct-siRNAs from different gene loci. Two nitrate reductase genes, NIA1 and NIA2, produce massive amounts of 22-nt ct-siRNAs and are highly expressed in a subtype of mesophyll cells where DCL2 exhibits higher expression relative to DCL4, suggesting a potential role of cell-specific expression of ct-siRNAs. Overall, our findings unveil the multifaceted factors and features involved in the selective production and regulation of ct-siRNAs and enrich our understanding of gene silencing process in plants. We introduce and study the spatial replicator equation with higher order interactions and both infinite (spatially homogeneous) populations and finite (spatially inhomogeneous) populations. We show that in the special case of three strategies (rock–paper–scissors) higher order interaction terms allow travelling waves to emerge in non-declining finite populations. We show that these travelling waves arise from diffusion stabilisation of an unstable interior equilibrium point that is present in the aspatial dynamics. Based on these observations and prior results, we offer two conjectures whose proofs would fully generalise our results to all odd cyclic games, both with and without higher order interactions, assuming a spatial replicator dynamic. Precise regulation of the active site structure is an important means to enhance the activity and selectivity of catalysts in CO2 electroreduction. Here, we creatively introduce anionic groups, which can not only stabilize metal sites with strong coordination ability but also have rich interactions with protons at active sites to modify the electronic structure and proton transfer process of catalysts. This strategy helps to convert CO2 into fuel chemicals at low overpotentials. As a typical example, a composite catalyst, CuO/Cu−NSO4/CN, with highly dispersed Cu(II)−SO4 sites has been reported, in which CO2 electroreduction to formate occurs at a low overpotential with a high Faradaic efficiency (−0.5 V vs. RHE, FEformate=87.4 %). Pure HCOOH is produced with an energy conversion efficiency of 44.3 % at a cell voltage of 2.8 V. Theoretical modeling demonstrates that sulfate promotes CO2 transformation into a carboxyl intermediate followed by HCOOH generation, whose mechanism is significantly different from that of the traditional process via a formate intermediate for HCOOH production. Objective: This study aimed to develop and validate an artificial intelligence radiopathological model using preoperative CT scans and postoperative hematoxylin and eosin (HE) stained slides to predict the pathological staging of gastric cancer (stage I-II and stage III). Methods: This study included a total of 202 gastric cancer patients with confirmed pathological staging (training cohort: n = 141; validation cohort: n = 61). Pathological histological features were extracted from HE slides, and pathological models were constructed using logistic regression (LR), support vector machine (SVM), and NaiveBayes. The optimal pathological model was selected through receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Machine learnin algorithms were employed to construct radiomic models and radiopathological models using the optimal pathological model. Model performance was evaluated using ROC curve analysis, and clinical utility was estimated using decision curve analysis (DCA). Results: A total of 311 pathological histological features were extracted from the HE images, including 101 Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) features and 210 deep learning features. A pathological model was constructed using 19 selected pathological features through dimension reduction, with the SVM model demonstrating superior predictive performance (AUC, training cohort: 0.949; validation cohort: 0.777). Radiomic features were constructed using 6 selected features from 1834 radiomic features extracted from CT scans via SVM machine algorithm. Simultaneously, a radiopathomics model was built using 17 non-zero coefficient features obtained through dimension reduction from a total of 2145 features (combining both radiomics and pathomics features). The best discriminative ability was observed in the SVM_radiopathomics model (AUC, training cohort: 0.953; validation cohort: 0.851), and clinical decision curve analysis (DCA) demonstrated excellent clinical utility. Conclusion: The radiopathomics model, combining pathological and radiomic features, exhibited superior performance in distinguishing between stage I-II and stage III gastric cancer. Ceramsite was made from sludge, phosphogypsum, and red mud and then modified with different concentrations of hydrochloric, nitric, or citric acid. The resulting composite ceramsite was subsequently utilized for the adsorption of Pb(II). The maximum adsorption capacities of hydrochloric acid– and nitric acid–modified ceramsites were 90.38 and 88.57 mg/g, respectively, which were much higher than those of unmodified ceramsite (66.86 mg/g) and citric acid–modified ceramsite (57.85 mg/g). The variation of isoelectric point, acidic and basic groups, and Fourier transform infrared spectra of ceramsite were compared before and after adsorption. A decrease of isoelectric point implied weakening of electrostatic repulsion between Pb(II) and the modified ceramsite. Functional groups, such as O─H, C═O (or C═C), and Si─O─Si (or Al─O─Al), were involved in the adsorption. In addition, phenol hydroxyl, which exhibited a significant increase in modified ceramsite and a noticeable decrease after adsorption, was the most important group. Besides, the modified ceramsite had larger specific surface areas and pores (30.66 g/m2, .11256 cm3/g), more functional groups, and lower isoelectric points (8.57), which were favorable for adsorption. The adsorption processes described by pseudo‐second‐order kinetics were controlled by chemical adsorptions. Isothermal studies indicated that monolayer adsorption occurred on hydrochloric acid–modified ceramsite and multiple processes occurred on nitric acid– and citric acid–modified ceramsites. Fault diameter is an important parameter to measure the reliability and effectiveness of interconnection networks. Strong product is an efficient method to construct large graphs from small graphs. In this paper, we study the fault diameter of strong product graph of an arbitrary connected graph and a complete graph. According to the classification of an arbitrary connected graph, we first determine the fault diameter of strong product graph of two complete graphs. Then we give the fault diameter of strong product graph of an incompletely connected graph and a complete graph, which can be denoted by the fault diameter of its incompletely factor graph. Temperature stability of electrocaloric effect (ECE) is a thorny problem in ferroelectrics (FE). A general method is to design ferroelectric-to-relaxor phase transition at a sacrifice of electrocaloric (EC) strength. The Pb(Yb1/2Nb1/2)O3 antiferroelectrics (AFE) + Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 relaxors strategy designed in this work is effective to tackle this dilemma [(1 -- x)PYN--xPMN, x = 0.08-0.36]. PMN addition induces a successive phase transition and dual phase boundaries of ferrielectric (FIE)-nonergodic relaxor (NER) and NER-ergodic relaxor (ER), where ferroelectric polarization/strain and ECE reach a localmaximum. Thermally stable ΔT is unexpectedly achieved in FIE (x = 0.14) and NER (x = 0.24), except for a generality for ER state (x = 0.30). A dome-like variation trend is observed in x = 0.14 and 0.24 with a wide temperature span of ~60 and ~55 K (±15%ΔTmax). Notably, x = 0.24 NER possesses a large directlymeasured ΔTmax ~0.64 K simultaneously. Dielectric/ferroelectric properties clarify that two-stage transition of AFE rigid-order de-texture and dissociation of de-textured AFE domains into polar nano-entities accounts for thermal stability of ΔT as the alternation of ordered antipolar domains to disorder relaxors serves as a buffer to compensate for the thermal-shock enhanced random field. This work not only accounts for the underlying mechanism for thermal stability of ΔT at FIE and NER side for the first time in physics but also provides an exotic approach to seek for high-performance EC materials in practical applications. Walnut bacterial blight caused by Xanthomonas arboricola pv. juglandis (Xaj) is one of the most prevalent diseases of walnut (Juglans spp.), causing significant reductions in nut yield and important losses in economy. Enoyl-acyl carrier protein (ACP) reductase (ENR) is one of the key enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of bacterial fatty acids. In this study, we identified a single ENR-encoding gene, RS10040, in the genome of the XajDW3F3 strain. Sequence alignment analysis suggested RS10040 as a candidate fabV gene in Xaj. Expression of XajfabV restored the growth of the Escherichia coli fabI temperature-sensitive mutant under a nonpermissive growth condition. In vitro assays demonstrated that XajFabV catalyzed enoyl-ACPs of various chain lengths to acyl-ACPs, demonstrating its role in de novo fatty acid biosynthesis. Furthermore, we confirmed that XajfabV is an essential gene for growth, as no XajfabV deletion mutant could be obtained, although XajfabV in the chromosome could be deleted after compensating with a functional ENR-encoding gene via an exogenous plasmid. The fabV replacement mutants showed similar growth characteristic and fatty acid compositions. Our data further identified that fabV conferred Xaj with tolerance to various environmental stresses. Although XajFabV conferred Xaj with triclosan resistance, the resistance of Xaj was weaker than that found for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Moreover, triclosan exhibited a control effect against infection of the ΔfabV/EcfabI to its host walnut. In order to improve the current situation of double energy loss in waste heat recovery and utilization, according to the factors such as phase change temperature, thermal conductivity, phase change latent heat, economy, and safety of thermal storage materials, 70# phase change thermal storage balls produced by XX company were selected as phase change thermal storage materials, and differential scanning calorimetry was used to test and analyze them, and the melting point, freezing point and phase change latent heat value of PCM were obtained, provide data reference for simulation in the following text. The shell and tube heat exchanger is selected as the core component of the mobile heat storage system, and its heat storage and release processes are simulated using FLUENT software. The results show that when the heat transfer equipment is charged for 7 hours, almost all of the inner-heat exchangers have completed the heat supply, and only the phase change products at both sides and bottom of the heat supply have "dead zone", which is the major effect of heat storage. In order to improve the heat storage and release rate and break the "bottleneck" of heat storage, the heat transfer was strengthened by changing the diameter size, arrangement, and adding fins of the heat exchange tube. The effects of straight fins, T-shaped fins, as well as the number, height, thickness, and width of fins on the heat storage performance were explored. The results indicate that, adding fins cannot only improve heat transfer efficiency, but also inhibit natural-convection. The heat storage and release time decreases to varying degrees with the increase of fin width, thickness, height, and the number of circumferential fins in a single heat exchange tube. In order to improve the thermal power dissipation of batteries and reduce the maximum temperature difference of batteries, the air conditioning system using battery type was optimized. Using multi-objective optimization method based on orthogonal experiment and multiple rotations, the local optimum values of multi-objective were obtained: the left end height A of entrance area and the height B of air outlet were 9 mm and 28 mm, respectively, with a tolerance value C of 0.4 mm for battery spacing. The simulation results of this optimization model show that the maximum temperature difference of the battery volume is 306.627 K (33.477 °C) and 3.815 K (3.815 °C), respectively. Compared with the initial model, they are reduced by 9.55% and 25.89%, respectively. Compared with the single factor analysis optimization model, they are reduced by 0.36% and 20.27%, respectively, indicating that the multi-objective optimization results are better. This multi-objective programming solves the problem of different parameters of air conditioning heat dissipation model to some extent, and can provide reference for the optimization design of other models. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is an aging-related and heterogeneous hematopoietic malignancy. In this study, a total of 1,474 newly diagnosed AML patients with RNA sequencing data were enrolled, and targeted or whole exome sequencing data were obtained in 94% cases. The correlation of aging-related factors including age and clonal hematopoiesis (CH), gender, and genomic/transcriptomic profiles (gene fusions, genetic mutations, and gene expression networks or pathways) was systematically analyzed. Overall, AML patients aged 60 y and older showed an apparently dismal prognosis. Alongside age, the frequency of gene fusions defined in the World Health Organization classification decreased, while the positive rate of gene mutations, especially CH-related ones, increased. Additionally, the number of genetic mutations was higher in gene fusion--negative (GF-) patients than those with GF. Based on the status of CH- and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS)-related mutations, three mutant subgroups were identified among the GF-AML cohort, namely, CH-AML, CH-MDS-AML, and other GF-AML. Notably, CH-MDS-AML demonstrated a predominance of elderly and male cases, cytopenia, and significantly adverse clinical outcomes. Besides, gene expression networks including HOXA/B, platelet factors, and inflammatory responses were most striking features associated with aging and poor prognosis in AML. Integrating reactive radicals into membranes that resemble biological membranes has always been a pursuit for simultaneous organics degradation and water filtration. In this research, we discovered that a radical polymer (RP) that can directly trigger the oxidative degradation of sulfamethozaxole (SMX). Mechanistic studies by experiment and density functional theory simulations revealed that peroxyl radicals are the reactive species, and the radicals could be regenerated in the presence of O2. Furthermore, an interpenetrating RP network membrane consisting of polyvinyl alcohol and the RP was fabricated to demonstrate the simultaneous filtration of large molecules in the model wastewater stream and the degradation of ~ 85% of SMX with a steady permeation flux. This study offers valuable insights into the mechanism of RP-triggered advanced oxidation processes and provides an energy-efficient solution for the degradation of organic compounds and water filtration in wastewater treatment. Interlaminar fracture or delamination is one of the major failure modes for fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) laminate. Especially, the synergistic effect of environmental exposure and fatigue loads accelerates interface degradation. The main objective in this work was to investigate the fatigue damage propagation of basalt FRP (BFRP) laminate under coupling of acidic environment and fatigue load. The fatigue cycling of 40,000 and the maximum stress of 30% fu (fu = ultimate tensile strength) were adopted. The fatigue specimens under air condition (air fatigue), immersing in water (water fatigue) and immersing in acid (acid fatigue) were introduced. The double cantilever beam (DCB) test was used to evaluate the interlaminar damage of BFRP laminate after fatigue cycling. The fatigue damage propagation mechanism was explored by means of failure modes, load displacement curves, mode I fracture toughness and crack propagation resistance model. The results show that the fatigue weakened the interlaminar properties and resulted in reduced fiber bridging. Especially for the acid fatigue, the laminate was damaged by the coupling of fatigue and acid corrosion. The linear loading stage, nonlinear slow growing stage, stable crack propagation stage and linear unloading stage for DCB after fatigue were observed in the load–displacement curve. The fatigue cycling has caused fracture toughness decrease of 15.0%, 13.8% and 24.1% on air fatigue, water fatigue and acid fatigue respectively. Compared to air fatigue, additional 9.1% interlaminar toughness decrease was evidenced for acidic corrosion fatigue due to the coupling effect of chemical corrosion and physical swelling. The fluctuating decline of crack resistance was caused by discontinuous interface damage, and the interlayer damage was randomly distributed. Thus the interface damage model was proposed to characterize the damage distribution and the damage size. Al-doped HfO2 (HAO) is regarded as one of the potential HfO2 ferroelectric materials owing to its compatibility with the front end of the line process in integration circuits. In this work, atomic layer deposited (ALD) HAO thin films with different Al-doping concentrations and the corresponding devices with Ti or W top electrodes have been explored. It is found that the HAO film properties and corresponding ferroelectric device performances depend greatly on the doping concentration. In the concentration range of 3.0%–5.0%, 4.5% is the most proper doping concentration to induce the ferroelectricity of the thin film. It is revealed by x-ray diffraction and photoelectron spectroscopy that the oxygen vacancies can be modulated by doping, thereby contributing to the formation of the ferroelectric orthorhombic phase. A high remnant polarization (2Pr) of 36.8 ± 0.7 μC/cm2 under 5 mV/cm sweeping is observed through electrical measurement in the device with a 4.5% HAO and W top electrode. In addition, it was found that the choice of W or Ti top electrodes would affect the leakage and breakdown characteristics of the device. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of augmented reality (AR) applications on K-12 students' academic achievement through metaanalysis and thematic analysis. 40 samples from 35 articles published between 2006 and 2020 were used to examine the impact of AR on academic achievement and to explore the effects of differences in grade level, academic subject, duration of the experiment, and sampling methods. The research results showed that (1) AR has a medium effect on K-12 students' academic achievement (g = 0.437) according to the Thalheimer and Cook's effect size classification. (2) academic subject and duration of experiment as moderator variables have a significant influence on whether AR application will enhance K-12 students' academic achievement, and (3) the advantages of AR in K-12 education include enhancing interest and motivation, offering vivid resources, providing an interactive environment, and improving attention. The disadvantages include integrated method limitations, system function shortcomings, and the causing of physical discomfort problems. Novel non-equimolar high-entropy SrLa(Al 0.25 Zn 0.125 Mg 0.125 Ti 0.25 Ga 0.25)O 4 (SLAZMTG) ceramics with a layered perovskite structure have been prepared via the standard solid-state reaction method. The high-entropy composition belongs to the tetrahedral structure with a space group of I 4/ mmm , which is confirmed by the XRD and TEM analyses. Excellent microwave dielectric properties with a suitable dielectric constant (ε r = 22.5), high quality factor (Qf = 83,003 GHz), and near-zero τ f value of −1.7 ppm/°C are obtained in SLAZMTG ceramics sintered at 1400 °C. Meanwhile, a significant enhancement in compressive strength was achieved due to the improvement of configuration entropy, 912 MPa for SLAZMTG compared to 578 MPa in the pure SrLaAlO 4 composition. Additionally, the high-entropy engineering in the present work suggests great potential in achieving low thermal conductivities. Purpose: Moyamoya disease (MMD) is an uncommon chronic and occlusive cerebrovascular disorder involving the development of abnormal collateral vessels. This report aimed to describe a Chinese familial case with a rare variant in the RNF213 gene. Methods: The present report presents a rare familial case of MMD involving a heterozygous c.14429G>A variant in RNF213 and exhibiting different phenotypes. Results: A 3-year-old Chinese boy and his 10-year-old sister diagnosed severe bilateral MMD, while their mother was diagnosed asymptomatic bilateral MMD, based on the imaging results of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). The boy mainly showed numbness at left hand accompanied by dysphasia and dys-kinesia, while his sister had complex symptoms including dysphasia, dyskinesia at both hands and fatigue of limbs. Muscle force was ranked as left (upper limb/lower limb: 4/3) and right (upper limb/lower limb: 3/ 4). Genetic testing indicated a heterozygous c.14429G>A variant in RNF213 in 3 patients. The 3 patients shared the same amino acid substitution of p.Arg4810Lys caused by c.14429G>A. The father of two children also underwent genetic testing for RNF213 and MRI examination but found normal in all indices. Conclusions: Genetic testing for RNF213 is suggested for MMD screening towards family members, and c.14576G>A variant is identified as an important pathogenic mutation with family heritability. Previous studies have mainly focused on examining families' struggles during the adaptive process of adversity, while the strength of family and how it arises were neglected. This study aims to explore the relationships between individual and family resilience among parents and children in families during COVID‐19. Guided by the longitudinal actor–partner interdependence model, one parent and a child in 136 Chinese families completed assessments of pandemic media exposure and individual resilience in mid‐February 2020 and family resilience in early March. Results showed that the child's individual resilience was positively associated with their own and their parents' family resilience, while parents' resilience was only positively associated with their own. The evidence indicated that a child's individual resilience was critical for all core family members' perceived family resilience and provided implications for family intervention programs. Noncoding RNAs have been found to play important roles in DNA damage repair, whereas the participation of circRNA remains undisclosed. Here, we characterized ciRS-7, a circRNA containing over 70 putative miR-7-binding sites, as an enhancer of miRISC condensation and DNA repair. Both in vivo and in vitro experiments confirmed the condensation of TNRC6B and AGO2, two core protein components of human miRISC. Moreover, overexpressing ciRS-7 largely increased the condensate number of TNRC6B and AGO2 in cells, while silencing ciRS-7 reduced it. Additionally, miR-7 overexpression also promoted miRISC condensation. Consistent with the previous report that AGO2 participated in RAD51-mediated DNA damage repair, the overexpression of ciRS-7 significantly promoted irradiation-induced DNA damage repair by enhancing RAD51 recruitment. The pentatricopeptide repeat (PPR) gene family is one of the largest gene families in land plants. However, current knowledge about the evolution of the PPR gene family remains largely limited. In this study, we performed a comparative genomic analysis of the PPR gene family in O. sativa and its wild progenitor, O. rufipogon, and outlined a comprehensive landscape of gene duplications. Our findings suggest that the majority of PPR genes originated from dispersed duplications. Although segmental duplications have only expanded approximately 11.30% and 13.57% of the PPR gene families in the O. sativa and O. rufipogon genomes, we interestingly obtained evidence that segmental duplication promotes the structural diversity of PPR genes through incomplete gene duplications. In the O. sativa and O. rufipogon genomes, 10 (~33.33%) and 22 pairs of gene duplications (~45.83%) had non-PPR paralogous genes through incomplete gene duplication. Segmental duplications leading to incomplete gene duplications might result in the acquisition of domains, thus promoting functional innovation and structural diversification of PPR genes. Yohen Tenmoku, a masterpiece of Jian kiln with bright blue rendering effect under different incident light, is lack research as only three intact pieces exist in the world. Herein, this study was fortunate to work with Jianxing Sun to conduct technical characterization and material analysis of the imitation Yohen Tenmoku (Song). Black oil spots are composed of magnetite (10–25 µm) and Al doping in hematite (1–3 µm) precipitated on the glaze surface. Brilliant blue color a combination of the bright blue structural color resulting from the coherent scattering of amorphous photonic crystals composed of spherical phase separation structures of 130 nm and the coloring of iron ions produced in a weak reducing atmosphere by the addition of high iron glazes with composite alkali (CaO and MgO). Background: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is easily neglected in the non-obese population. TyG index (triglyceride glucose Index) and TG/HDL-c (triglyceride to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol) are new indicators to evaluate insulin resistance (IR). Fibroscan is a non-invasive way to assess hepatic steatosis [by control attenuation parameters (CAP)] and fibrosis [by liver stiffness measurement (LSM)].The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation of TyG and its combination with obesity indicators [TyG-waist circumference (WC), TyG-body mass index (BMI)] and TG/HDL-c with CAP and LSM. Method: One thousand seven hundred seventy-six adults (age ≥ 20 years, BMI < 30 kg/m2) in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2017–2018 were included. The correlations of CAP and LSM to the indexes were assessed by generalized linear models.. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was performed to evaluate the diagnostic capability of the indicators on NAFLD and liver stiffness. Results: Survey-weighted percentage of NAFLD in non-obese was 38.6%. In the fully adjusted models, there were positive associations of TyG, TyG-BMI, TyG-WC and TG/HDL-c to CAP, with the βs of 24.810, 0.704, 0.29 and 2.983 (all p < 0.05), respectively. There were positive associations of TyG, TyG-BMI, TyG-WC, and TG/HDL-c to NAFLD, with ORs of 3.387, 1.03, 1.010 and 1.281 ((all p < 0.05)).The positive association was detected for TG/HDL-c and TyG-WC and LSM with βs of 0.057 and 0.004(p = 0.021 and p = 0.003).TyG-WC were positively associated with liver stiffness with OR of 1.006(95%CI = 1.002, 1.012). Furthermore, the TyG-WC had the strongest diagnostic capability (ROC = 0.806; 95%CI: 0.785–0.826) on NAFLD in non-obese participants, with a specificity of 0.737 and sensitivity of 0.746. Conclusion: In US non-obese population, the TyG, TyG-BMI, TyG-WC, and TG/HDL-c are positively correlated with CAP and NAFLD. Munc13-1 is essential for vesicle docking and fusion at the active zone of synapses. Here, we report that Munc13-1 self-assembles into molecular clusters within diacylglycerol-rich microdomains present in phospholipid bilayers. Although the copy number of Munc13-1 molecules in these clusters has a broad distribution, a systematic Poisson analysis shows that this is most likely the result of two molecular species: monomers and mainly hexameric oligomers. Each oligomer is able to capture one vesicle independently. Hexamers have also been observed in crystals of Munc13-1 that form between opposed phospholipid bilayers [K. Grushin, R. V. Alternative splicing (AS) and RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) have been implicated in various cardiovascular diseases. Yet, a comprehensive understanding of their role in myocardial ischemia–reperfusion injury (MIRI) remains elusive. We aimed to identify potential therapeutic targets for MIRI by studying genome-wide changes in AS events and RBPs. We analyzed RNA-seq data from ischemia–reperfusion mouse models and the control group from the GSE130217 data set using Splicing Site Usage Variation Analysis software. We identified 28 regulated alternative splicing events (RASEs) and 47 differentially expressed RBP (DE-RBP) genes in MIRI. Most variable splicing events were involved in cassette exon, alternative 5′ splice, alternative 3′ splice, and retained intron types. Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes (KOBAS 2.0 server) and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses showed that the differentially expressed variable splicing and RBP genes were mainly enriched in pathways related to myocardial function. The RBP–RASE network demonstrated a common variance relationship between DE-RBPs and RASEs, indicating that RBPs regulate variable shear events in MIRI. N, O Co-Doped porous carbon materials are promising electrode materials for supercapacitors. However, it is still a challenge to prepare high capacitance performance N, O Co-Doped porous carbon materials with balanced pore structure. In this work, a simple chemical blowing method was developed to produce hierarchal porous carbon materials with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as the foaming agents and precursors of dual templates. Soybean protein isolate served as a self-doping carbon source. The amount of Fe(NO3)3·9H2O influenced the microstructure, element content and capacitance performance of the obtained porous carbon materials. The optimized sample CZnFe-5 with the addition of 5% Fe(NO3)3·9H2O displayed the best capacitance performance. The specific capacitance reached 271 F g−1 at 0.2 A g−1 and retained 133 F g−1 at 100 A g−1. The CZnFe-5//CZnFe-5 symmetric supercapacitors delivered a maximum energy density of 16.83 Wh kg−1 and good stability with capacitance retention of 86.33% after 40,000 cycles tests at 50 A g−1. The symmetric supercapacitors exhibited potential applications in lighting LED bulbs with a voltage of 3 V. Currently, accelerated aging tests are widely used to study the aging process of polyethylene pipelines. However, this approach can only simulate one or several main influencing factors in the natural environment, which are often quite different from the actual environment of the buried pipelines. In this study, five types of PE80 buried pipelines in service for 9e18 years were taken as the research object, while new PE80 pipelines were taken as the reference group. The aging process and mechanism of polyethylene buried pipelines were studied through mechanical and chemical property tests and microstructural analysis. The results showed that the pipeline exhibited cross-linking as the main aging mechanism after being in service for 0e18 years. The aging degree and law of the inner and outer surface of the pipeline were compared, and the observed mechanism of both surfaces was explained. After 18 years in service, the elongation at the break of the pipe decreased by 16.2%, and the toughness of the matrix in the main collapse area of the tensile sample was the fundamental reason responsible for changes in the mechanical properties. Finally, after 18 years in service, the oxidation induction time of the pipeline was 25.7 min, which was 28.5% higher than the national standard value. There were no potential safety hazards during continuous long-term service. Retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma is a rare benign tumor that is challenging in terms of clinical diagnosis. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging are usually performed for diagnosis rather than convenient and inexpensive ultrasonography. Here, we present the case of a 21‐year‐old female patient who was diagnosed by multimodal ultrasound imaging and whose diagnosis was confirmed by ultrasound‐guided core needle biopsy before surgery. Animal cytoplasmic fatty acid synthase (FAS) represents a unique family of enzymes that are classically thought to be most closely related to fungal polyketide synthase (PKS). Recently, a widespread family of animal lipid metabolic enzymes has been described that bridges the gap between these two ubiquitous and important enzyme classes: the animal FAS-like PKSs (AFPKs). Although very similar in sequence to FAS enzymes that produce saturated lipids widely found in animals, AFPKs instead produce structurally diverse compounds that resemble bioactive polyketides. Little is known about the factors that bridge lipid and polyketide synthesis in the animals. Here, we describe the function of EcPKS2 from Elysia chlorotica, which synthesizes a complex polypropionate natural product found in this mollusc. EcPKS2 starter unit promiscuity potentially explains the high diversity of polyketides found in and among molluscan species. Biochemical comparison of EcPKS2 with the previously described EcPKS1 reveals molecular principles governing substrate selectivity that should apply to related enzymes encoded within the genomes of photosynthetic gastropods. Hybridization experiments combining EcPKS1 and EcPKS2 demonstrate the interactions between the ketoreductase and ketosynthase domains in governing the product outcomes. Overall, these findings enable an understanding of the molecular principles of structural diversity underlying the many molluscan polyketides likely produced by the diverse AFPK enzyme family. Carbon monoxide (CO) has been recognized as a crucial gasotransmitter mainly produced by heme oxygenase (HO)-catalyzed heme degradation in plant. Recent studies have shown that CO plays an important role in regulating growth and development of plant, as well as and responding to a variety of abiotic stresses. Meanwhile, many studies have reported on CO working in combination with other signal molecules to mitigate abiotic stress. Here, we presented a comprehensive overview of recent developments in which CO reduces plant damage caused by abiotic stresses. The regulation of antioxidant system, photosynthetic system, ion balance and transport are the main mechanisms of CO-alleviated abiotic stress. We also proposed and discussed the relationship between CO and other signal molecules, including nitric oxide (NO), hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S), hydrogen gas (H 2), abscisic acid (ABA), indole 3-acetic acid (IAA), gibberellin (GA), cytokine (CTK), salicylic acid (SA), jasmonic acid (JA), hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2) and calcium ion (Ca2+). Furthermore, the important role of HO genes in alleviating abiotic stress was also discussed. Proinflammatory factors play important roles in the pathogenesis of African swine fever virus (ASFV), which is the causative agent of African swine fever (ASF), a highly contagious and severe hemorrhagic disease. Efforts in the prevention and treatment of ASF have been severely hindered by knowledge gaps in viral proteins responsible for modulating host antiviral responses. In this study, we identified the I10L protein (pI10L) of ASFV as a potential inhibitor of the TNF-a- and IL-1ß-triggered NF-kB signaling pathway, the most canonical and important part of host inflammatory responses. The ectopically expressed pI10L remarkably suppressed the activation of NF-kB signaling in HEK293T and PK-15 cells. The ASFV mutant lacking the I10L gene (ASFV△I10L) induced higher levels of proinflammatory cytokines production in primary porcine alveolar macrophages (PAMs) compared with its parental ASFV HLJ/2018 strain (ASFVWT). Mechanistic studies suggest that pI10L inhibits IKKß phosphorylation by reducing the K63-linked ubiquitination of NEMO, which is necessary for the activation of IKKß. Morever, pI10L interacts with the kinase domain of IKKß through its N-terminus, and consequently blocks the association of IKKß with its substrates IkBa and p65, leading to reduced phosphorylation. In addition, the nuclear translocation efficiency of p65 was also altered by pI10L. Further biochemical evidence supported that the amino acids 1-102 on pI10L were essential for the pI10L-mediated suppression of the NF-kB signaling pathway. The present study clarifies the immunosuppressive activity of pI10L, and provides novel insights into the understanding of ASFV pathobiology and the development of vaccines against ASF. As the "throat" of the drilling well control system, ram blowout preventers (BOPs) can effectively prevent blowout accidents. However, the ram shear mechanism under complex working conditions is unclear, and it is difficult to evaluate the ram BOP shear force, leading to frequent shear failure accidents in oilfields. Aiming at the above problems, this paper takes the double-V ram BOP as the research object, and integrates the methods of theoretical analysis, simulation modeling, and test verification to analyze the shear force in the pipe shear process under both static and moving conditions. A ram BOP shear force evaluation method is proposed based on equivalent stress. Finally, by comparing with calculation data and experimental data, the error between them is less than 5%, demonstrating the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method. The recent years have witnessed the explosive application of sequencing technologies to study tumor–microenvironment interactions and their role in shaping intratumoral heterogeneity, neoplastic progression and tumor resistance to anticancer drugs. Statistical modeling is an essential tool to decipher the function of cellular interactions from massive amounts of transcriptomic data. However, most available approaches can only capture the existence of cell interconnections, failing to reveal how cells communicate with each other in (bi)directional, signed, and weighted manners. Widely used ligand–receptor signaling analysis can discern pairwise or dyadic cell–cell interactions, but it has little power to characterize the rock–paper–scissors cycle of interdependence among a large number of interacting cells. Here, we introduce an emerging statistical physics theory, derived from the interdisciplinary cross-pollination of ecosystem theory, allometric scaling law, evolutionary game theory, predator–prey theory, and graph theory. This new theory, coined quasi-dynamic game-graph theory (qdGGT), is formulated as generalized Lotka–Volterra predator–prey equations, allowing cell–cell crosstalk networks across any level of organizational space to be inferred from any type of genomic data with any dimension. qdGGT can visualize and interrogate how genes reciprocally telegraph signals among cells from different biogeographical locations and how this process orchestrates tumor processes. We demonstrate the application of qdGGT to identify genes that drive intercellular cooperation or competition and chart mechanistic cell–cell interaction networks that mediate the tumor–microenvironment crosstalk. Objective: Unusual clinical course. Background: The presence of anatomical variations of the hepatic artery poses a challenge for normothermic machine perfusion (NMP). Here, we describe our experience of creating a single arterial cannulation for NMP in 3 donor livers with replaced right hepatic artery. Case Report: Three donor livers with replaced right hepatic artery were perfused using NMP (OrganOx® metra®) for liver transplantation. To maintain hepatic artery integrity and establish an intact arterial vascular inflow for NMP, a single vasculature was created to allow single arterial cannulation for NMP. A piece of intravenous-line tubing was used as a bridge from the splenic artery to the superior mesenteric artery during the back-table preparation. After 1 h of NMP, the lactate of 2 livers decreased from >10.0 to about 1.0 mmol/L, and the lactate of 1 liver decreased from >4.0 to <0.4 mmol/L. Three livers made >100 mL of bile after 4 h of NMP and were successfully implanted after >10 h of NMP. The recipients spent 2, 3, and 4 days in the Intensive Care Unit and were discharged home at 6, 7, and 9 days, respectively. None of the patients experienced early allograft dysfunction or any early technical complication or non-anastomotic biliary stricture. Conclusions: Creating an intravenous-line tubing bridge from the splenic artery to the superior mesenteric artery prior to NMP of liver grafts associated with replaced right hepatic artery could reduce the cold ischemia time associated with vessel reconstruction and reduce bleeding risk during NMP. Simply speaking, the ancient Chinese economy since the Bronze Age had the strong characteristics of that of a "domain state", in which the royal house and the state produced large proportions of the material provision that it needed to survive, and made its budget (if any) based on it.[30] It can also be considered a lineage economy in which the whole economy was sliced into many largely independent domains organized by the lineages. This study compares the effects of Spherical Video-Based Virtual Reality (SVVR) and Conventional Video (CV) on students' writing achievement and motivation. A quasi-experimental method was used in a primary school's Chinese Descriptive Article Writing courses. Twenty-eight fourth-grade students were randomly divided into two groups. In the SVVR group, students observed the writing scenes using SVVR devices. In the CV group, students watched the writing scenes through conventional video. SPSS software was used for the statistical analysis of the data. The results show that: (1) there is no significant difference (U = 714, p = .061) in the overall writing achievement between SVVR and CV groups. However, students in the SVVR group performed significantly better in Organization (U=693, p = .029) and Content (U = 609, p = .003) than those in the CV group. (2) Overall writing motivation improved in both SVVR and CV groups. The improvement of writing expectations in the CV group was significantly higher than that of the SVVR group (t =22.119, p = .044). Therefore, we suggest that schools: (1) design the integration method of SVVR and writing learning to solve the problem of the gap between students' immersive situational experience and completing their writing goals. (2) use the immersive and interactive features of SVVR technology to create virtual experience scenes to improve students' observation and description abilities. (3) add activity clues to guide students to experience SVVR scenes purposefully and plan and transform situational interest into learning ability. Novel high-entropy Sr(La 0.2 Nd 0.2 Sm 0.2 Eu 0.2 Gd 0.2)AlO 4 ceramics with a layered perovskite structure have been prepared via the standard solid-state reaction method. The design of high-entropy improves the bond valence and subsequently optimizes the large negative temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τ f = −32 ppm/°C) of the simple SrLaAlO 4 ceramics. Excellent temperature stability (τ f = −6 ppm/°C) together with a relative permittivity (ε r) of 18.6 and a quality factor (Qf = 14,509 GHz) are obtained in Sr(La 0.2 Nd 0.2 Sm 0.2 Eu 0.2 Gd 0.2)AlO 4 ceramics sintered at 1475 °C. It indicates that the present ceramics have great application prospects in passive microwave components such as resonators and filters. Meanwhile, significant improvements in compressive strength and strain are achieved, which are 1040 MPa and 15.7% for Sr(La 0.2 Nd 0.2 Sm 0.2 Eu 0.2 Gd 0.2)AlO 4 compared to 583 MPa and 12% in SrLaAlO 4. The enhanced mechanical properties originate from the dislocation strengthening mechanism as the intertwining of interlayer lattices is revealed from the high-resolution transmission electronic micrographs. Flying wing aircraft easily experience wing rock due to the lack of lateral-directional stability, which causes serious challenges to flight control and safety. Thus, it is necessary to reduce the wing rock amplitude or reduce the mean roll angle by additional control. For a flying wing model with a 65° leading-edge sweep, we propose a strategy using an array of synthetic jet actuators to control the wing rock. The control effect and mechanism are studied by attitude measurement and particle image velocimetry measurement in a wind tunnel; the results confirm that the synthetic jet can effectively change the trim position of the wing rock. The control effect is affected by the angle of attack, Reynolds number, actuation position, actuation voltage, and frequency. In general, downstream actuators perform better at low angles of attack, while upstream actuators perform better at high angles of attack; the actuators positioned at the downward rolling side have a better effect than those positioned at the upward side. Furthermore, continuously variable control of the trim position can be achieved by changing the actuation voltage or modulation frequency, which provides a base for attitude manipulation by using active flow control instead of a mechanical control surface. Quantitative analysis of the flow field indicates that the leading-edge vortex on the upward side provides a rolling moment, while the recirculation zone on the downward side also contributes to the wing rock. This is a dynamic process, causing the flying wing to balance at a nonzero mean roll angle. The synthetic jet positioned at the downward rolling side can transport high-momentum fluids to the near-wall region, thereby suppressing flow separation and reducing the size of the recirculation zone. Sulfide‐based all‐solid‐state lithium‐ion batteries (ASSLIBs) are the widely recognized approach toward high safety owing to excellent ionic conductivity and nonflammable nature of solid‐state electrolytes (SSEs). However, narrow potential window of SSEs brings about serious interfacial parasitic reactions, resulting in fast degradation of the battery. Herein, a glassy/ceramic analogous solid electrolyte interface (SEI) is constructed on LiCoO2 (LCO) to enhance interfacial stability between LCO and the Li10GeP2S12 (LGPS) SSEs. In which, ceramic Li2TiO3 guarantees good mechanical toughness of analogous SEI, while glassy LixByOz reinforces the coverage to avoid parasitic reactions. Analogous SEI endows ASSLIBs with excellent cycling and rate performance under an upper charge voltage of 4.3 V with 82.3% capacity retention after 300 cycles at 0.2 C. When pushing charge voltage to 4.5 V, analogous SEI also enables desirable performance with an initial capacity of 172.7 mAh g−1 and long lifespan of 200 cycles at 0.2 C. Both experiments and theoretical computation reveal excellent stability between analogous SEI and LGPS, which endows ASSLIBs with small polarization and improved performance. Herein, we report two hybrid zero‐dimensional (0D) lead‐free metal oxide halides of [PPip]Sb2Cl6O (1) ([PPip]=1‐(2‐Pyridyl)piperazine) and [PmPip]Sb2Cl6O (2) ([PmPip]=1‐(2‐Pyrimidyl)piperazine). Compounds 1 and 2 are able to exhibit narrow blue light emissions excited by UV light with photo‐luminescence quantum yields (PLQYs) of 25.49 % and 24.71 %, respectively. Through systematical characterizations, these blue light emissions can be attributed to the radiative transition in conjugated organic cations. Benefiting from the highly efficient intrinsic blue emissions, compound 2 can be used as blue fluorophor to fabricate liquid crystal display. An improved rheo-optic in situ synchronous measurement system was employed to investigate the gelation behaviour and mechanism of waxy crude oil emulsions. By combining transmitted natural light and reflected polarized light microscopy, a multiangle composite light source was built to achieve the simultaneous observation of wax crystals and emulsified water droplets, as well as their dynamic aggregation process. Main outcomes on the microscopic mechanism were obtained by developed microscopic image processing method. It was found that the microstructure of W/O waxy crude oil emulsion has the evolution of "individual structure-homogeneous aggregate structure-heterogeneous coaggregate structure-floc structure" during the static cooling, which results in the four stages during gelation process. Different from previous studies, the aggregation of emulsified water droplets was found to be more significant and contributes to the formation and development of the wax crystals-emulsified water droplets coaggregate, which plays a decisive role in the further evolution of the gelled microstructure. Time series microscopic images show the dynamic aggregation of emulsified water droplets and wax crystals. Two different aggregation behaviours between wax crystals and water droplets were observed. That wax crystals can not only embed in gaps between adjacent water droplets and enhance the structure, but also surround the outside of the water droplets and continue to grow resulting in the interconnection of different coaggregates to form a larger floc structure. In addition, correlation between viscoelasticity and microstructure evolution of waxy crude oil emulsions of different water contents was discussed. With increasing water contents, the microstructure is changed from wax crystal flocculation structure as the main skeleton and the emulsified water droplets embedded in it, into the aggregation of emulsified water droplets occupying the main position. When the number of wax crystals and water droplets reaches a certain ratio, did wax crystals form coaggregates with emulsified water droplets, and the remaining wax crystals formed an overall flocculation structure, the viscoelasticity of the waxy crude oil emulsion is the highest.
