Objetivo: O estudo teve por objetivo principal investigar como a implementação da reorganização em modelo regional (regionalização) afetou a governança na 5ª Região da PGFN. Buscou aferir, a partir da percepção dos gestores que participaram da implementação da reorganização regional, como a governança foi afetada. Metodologia: A abordagem do problema de pesquisa se deu através de uma abordagem qualitativa por meio do método de análise do conteúdo. O problema de pesquisa foi respondido ao longo do trabalho, valendo-se da metodologia denominada estudo de caso. Para tanto, foi conduzida uma pesquisa aplicada e descritiva. A coleta de dados primários se deu por meio de 14 (quatorze) entrevistas semiestruturadas aos gestores (procuradores-chefes estaduais, seccionais, chefes de divisão e coordenadores de equipes) que participaram da formulação e implementação da reorganização em modelo regionalizado na 5ª Região da PGFN. A pesquisa também foi embasada em dados secundários como documentos institucionais consultados no site da PGFN, dados não sigilosos disponíveis na intranet da 5ª Região da PGFN, além de conteúdos disponíveis em fontes abertas. Resultados: A análise dos dados secundários revelou que a 5ª Região da PGFN realizou uma ampla reorganização administrativa de suas estruturas e do seu funcionamento e perfeiçoou o arcabouço desenhado originalmente no Regimento Interno da PGFN aprovado pela Portaria MF n. 36, de 24 de janeiro de 2014, sem desobeder o normativo regimental inaugural. A análise dos resultados oriundos das entrevistas semiestruturadas revelou que, sob a ótica dos procuradores gestores regionais, a implementação da reorganização em modelo regional (regionalização) promovida na 5ª Região da PGFN afetou positivamente no âmbito regional, considerado-se o conceito estabelecido no Decreto n. 9.203/2017, ao apontar como produtos a maior capacidade de coordenação e controle, o fortalecimento da busca por resultados através de soluções inovadoras e entregas tempestívas a despeito da limitação de recursos, bem como a implementação de mecanismos estratégicos de atuação por meio de equipes e lideres especializados. Limitações: A metodologia escolhida pelo pesquisador aliada a opção de entrevistar os gestores que participaram ativamente do processo de regionalização gerou um considerável volume de dados, exigindo uma análise cautelosa para o tempo que efetivamente tinha a disposição. Além disso, o fato do pesquisador trabalhar no órgão pesquisado carrega o risco de parcialidade na análise dos dados. Contribuições práticas: Os resultados obtidos podem contribuir para incentivar outros órgãos da advocacia pública enxergar a reorganização administrativa por meio da centralização e descentralização (desconcentração) como instrumento de fortalecimento da governança institucional. Contriuições Sociais: O tema relativo a governança, objeto de regulamentação em decreto federal, é relevante para a sociedade. A discussão e análise da governança das instuições públicas fortalece o estado brasileiro. Originalidade: Esta é a primeira pesquisa que analisa na PGFN os recentes movimentos de reorganização por meio da regionalização e seus reflexos na governança institucional. Palavras-chave:. Purpose: The main objective of the study was to investigate how the implementation of the reorganization in a regional model (regionalization) affected governance in the 5th Region of the PGFN. It sought to assess, from the perception of managers who participated in the implementation of regional reorganization, how governance was affected. Methodology : The research problem was approached through a qualitative approach through the content analysis method. The research problem was answered throughout the work, using the methodology called case study. For that, an applied and descriptive research was conducted. Primary data collection took place through 14 (fourteen) semi-structured interviews with managers (state and sectional chief attorneys, division heads and team coordinators) who participated in the formulation and implementation of the reorganization in a regionalized model in the 5th Region of the PGFN. The research was also based on secondary data such as institutional documents consulted on the PGFN website, non-confidential data available on the intranet of the 5th Region of the PGFN, in addition to content available in open sources. Results : The survey of secondary data revealed that the 5th Region of the PGFN carried out a broad administrative reorganization of its structures and functioning and perfected the framework originally designed in the Internal Regulations of the PGFN approved by Ordinance MF n. 36, of January 24, 2014, without disobeying the inaugural regimental normative. The analysis of the results from the semi-structured interviews revealed that, from the perspective of the regional managing attorneys, the implementation of the reorganization in a regional model (regionalization) promoted in the 5th Region of the PGFN positively affected the regional scope, considering the concept established in Decree n. . 9,203/2017, by pointing out as products the greater capacity of coordination and control, the strengthening of the search for results through innovative solutions and timely deliveries despite the limitation of resources, as well as the implementation of strategic mechanisms of action through teams and expert leaders. Limitations : The methodology chosen by the researcher, combined with the option of interviewing managers who actively participated in the regionalization process, generated a considerable volume of data, requiring a careful analysis for the time effectively available. In addition, the fact that the researcher works in the researched agency carries the risk of partiality in the analysis of the data. Practical implications: The results obtained may contribute to encouraging other public advocacy bodies to view administrative reorganization through centralization and decentralization (deconcentration) as an instrument to strengthen institutional governance. Social implications: The issue related to governance, subject to regularization in a federal decree, is relevant to society. The discussion and analysis of the governance of public institutions strengthen the Brazilian state. Originality : This is the first research that analyzes in the PGFN the recent movements of reorganization through regionalization and its reflexes on institutional governance.

It is responsible for sensory innervating of the buccal gingiva of the lower teeth and the buccal mucosa of the cheek. The aim of this study was to report a case of a cadaver with an anatomic variation of the buccal nerve (branch of Trigeminal Nerve - V3). During a routine Anatomy class, from the observation of a 43-year-old female cadaver head, a unilateral (left side) communicating branch between the buccal branch of the trigeminal nerve and the inferior alveolar nerve was found. The knowledge of anatomical variations is essential to avoid errors and to give the patient adequate clinical management during specific dental and surgical procedures in each case.
