China's "the Belt and Road Initiative" (BRI) is a top-level cooperation initiative among countries proposed by China, which has promoted China's cooperation with relevant countries in various aspects and fields. Research reports from think tanks and experts on the evaluation, analysis, and research conclusions of the BRI can reflect the stance, opinions, and demands of various countries abroad regarding the initiative. This paper takes the BRI reports of important think tanks in the " Global Go To Think Tank Index Report 2020" as the subject of its research, and analyzes the key points and development trends of foreign think tank research on the BRI by using text mining, topic evolution, and social network analysis. It provides reasonable suggestions and ideas for promoting the construction of the BRI and deepening related cooperation in China. Research shows that the thematic distribution of research reports on the BRI by think tanks is mainly focused on the fields of politics, economy, and military. The research areas are relatively stable, and there is not a strong trend of thematic evolution. The evolution paths are also mainly distributed in the fields of politics, economy, and military. There are not many expansions in the thematic evolution directions over the years, and there is a strong inheritance of themes. The optimized Mn-Prussian Blue Analog with dual Zn2+ active sites exhibits the potential application in aqueous Zn ion batteries with competitive capacity and cycle stability. [Display omitted] Prussian Blue analogs (PBAs) are a suitable aqueous zinc-ion batteries (AZIBs) cathode material, but they face issues related to low specific capacity and cycling lifespan due to insufficient active sites and poor ion de-intercalation structural stability. In this study, Mn-Prussian Blue Analog (Mn-PBA) is fabricated using a simple co-precipitation method and the morphology of Mn-PBA is further optimized through artificially manipulating concentration gradients strategy, effectively enhancing the structural stability of Zn2+ de-intercalation. Furthermore, the introduction of Mn established dual Zn2+ active centers in Mn-PBA (Mn-O and Fe(CN) 6 ]4−/[Fe(CN) 6 ]3−), leading to an increased specific capacity. As a proof of concept for AZIBs, the optimized Mn-PBA-3 cathode exhibits a high reversible specific capacity of 143.5 mAh/g and maintains a capacity retention of 88.5 % after 250 cycles at 1 A/g, surpassing commercial MnO 2 (30.5 mAh/g after 100 cycles). Mn-PBA-3 also delivers a high capacity of 79.0 mA h g−1 after 2000 cycles of 10 A/g. The mechanism of the Zn2+ double redox reaction of Mn-PBA-3 has been revealed in detail by in situ Raman and a series of ex situ techniques. Under a high operating voltage window of 0–1.9 V, Zn//Mn-PBA-3 demonstrates a capacity of 99.3 mAh/g after 800 cycles (5 A/g) by assembling zinc ion button battery. To analyze the structural characteristics of a human hand, data collection gloves were worn for typical grasping tasks. The hand manipulation characteristics, finger end pressure, and finger joint bending angle were obtained via an experiment based on the Feix grasping spectrum. Twelve types of tendon rope transmission paths were designed under the N + 1 type tendon drive mode, and the motion performance of these 12 types of paths applied to tendon-driven fingers was evaluated based on the evaluation metric. The experiment shows that the designed tendon path (d) has a good control effect on the fluctuations of tendon tension (within 0.25 N), the tendon path (e) has the best control effect on the joint angle of the tendon-driven finger, and the tendon path (l) has the best effect on reducing the friction between the tendon and the pulley. The obtained tendon-driven finger motion performance model based on 12 types of tendon paths is a good reference value for subsequent tendon-driven finger structure design and control strategies. Objectives The emergence and expansion of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infections is a concern due to the lack of 'first-line' antibiotic treatment options. The ceftazidime/avibactam is an important clinical treatment for carbapenem-resistant K. pneumoniae infections but there is an increasing number of cases of treatment failure and drug resistance. Therefore, a potential solution is combination therapies that result in synergistic activity against K. pneumoniae carbapenemase: producing K. pneumoniae (KPC-Kp) isolates and preventing the emergence of KPC mutants resistant to ceftazidime/avibactam are needed in lieu of novel antibiotics. Methods To evaluate their synergistic activity, antibiotic combinations were tested against 26 KPC-Kp strains. Antibiotic resistance profiles, molecular characteristics and virulence genes were investigated by susceptibility testing and whole-genome sequencing. Antibiotic synergy was evaluated by in vitro chequerboard experiments, time-killing curves and dose–response assays. The mouse thigh model was used to confirm antibiotic combination activities in vivo. Additionally, antibiotic combinations were evaluated for their ability to prevent the emergence of ceftazidime/avibactam resistant mutations of bla KPC. Results The combination of ceftazidime/avibactam plus meropenem showed remarkable synergistic activity against 26 strains and restored susceptibility to both the partnering antibiotics. The significant therapeutic effect of ceftazidime/avibactam combined with meropenem was also confirmed in the mouse model and bacterial loads in the thigh muscle of the combination groups were significantly reduced. Furthermore, ceftazidime/avibactam plus meropenem showed significant activity in preventing the occurrence of resistance mutations. Conclusions Our results indicated that the combination of ceftazidime/avibactam plus meropenem offers viable therapeutic alternatives in treating serious infections due to KPC-Kp. In this paper, an additive margin network with adaptive feature recalibration, AMNets, for handling a wide range of visual tasks, is proposed. The new AMNets consists of three improvements on convolutional neural networks: (1) squeeze‐and‐excitation mechanism was embedded into the the residual block of single layer to improve the performance of the classification, (2) softmax loss was replaced by the additive margin softmax loss to minimize intra‐class variance and maximize inter‐class variance, and (3) Adam optimizer was exploited to update iteratively the network parameters. Experiments on the Brain Stroke CT Image Dataset show that our additive margin network is quite effective to improve state‐of‐the‐art algorithms. Network algorithms have been extensively used in medical image field to pursuit a more accuracy of disease recognition. Due to its better energy storage density and lower costs for storage, cryo-compressed hydrogen (CcH2) storage provides a wide range of research potential. Based on the grid theory, The type III CcH2 storage cylinder's layup scheme is created using the working environment for on-board hydrogen storage. The failure of the composite layer of gas cylinders was determined using the maximum stress criterion, and hydrodynamic bursting tests on small-volume gas cylinders were utilized to confirm that the design method was appropriate. The innermost layer of the ring winding is where the largest fiber stress is found, according to simulation studies. The load-bearing capacity of the cylinder is improved and can reach 115.1 MPa with layers in the order of [ 90 / ± 11.8 / 90 ]. The mechanically and electrochemically stable and ionically conducting solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) is important for the stabilization of metal anodes. Since SEIs are originally absent in aqueous zinc metal batteries (AZMBs), it is very challenging to suppress water‐induced side reactions and dendrite growth of Zn metal anodes (ZMAs). Herein, a gradient‐structured and robust solid gradient SEI, consisting of B,O‐inner and F,O‐exterior layer, in situ formed by hydrated eutectic electrolyte for the homogeneous and reversible Zn deposition, is demonstrated. Moreover, the molar ratio of acetamide to Zn salt is modulated to prohibit the water activity and the hydrolysis of BF4− as well as to achieve high ionic conductivity owing to the regulation of the solvation sheath of Zn2+. Consequently, the eutectic electrolyte allows Zn||Zn symmetric cells to achieve a cycling lifespan of over 4400 h at 0.5 mA cm−2 as well as Zn||PANI full cells to deliver a high capacity retention of 73.2% over 4000 cycles at 1 A g−1 and to demonstrate the stable operation at low temperatures. This work provides the rational design for the hydrated eutectic electrolyte and the corresponding gradient SEIs for dendrite‐free and stable Zn anodes even under harsh conditions. Recently, high-entropy (HE) materials have attracted increasing interest in various fields due to their unique characteristics. Rare earth (RE) elements have a similar atomic radius and gradually occupied 4f orbitals, endowing them with abundant optical, electric, and magnetic properties. Furthermore, HE-RE materials exhibit good structural and thermal stability and various functional properties, emerging as an important class of HE materials, which are on the verge of rapid development. However, a comprehensive review focusing on the introduction and in-depth understanding of HE-RE materials has not been reported to date. Thus, this review endeavors to provide a comprehensive summary of the development and research status of HE-RE materials, including alloys and ceramics, ranging from their structure, synthesis, and properties to applications. In addition, some distinctive issues of HR-RE materials related to the special electronic structure of RE are also discussed. Finally, we put forward the current challenges and future development directions of HE-RE materials. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease featuring an abnormal immune microenvironment and resultant accumulation of hydrogen ions (H+) produced by activated osteoclasts (OCs). Currently, clinic RA therapy can hardly achieve sustained or efficient therapeutic outcomes due to the failures in generating sufficient immune modulation and manipulating the accumulation of H+ that deteriorates bone damage. Herein, a highly effective immune modulatory nanocatalytic platform, nanoceria‐loaded magnesium aluminum layered double hydroxide (LDH‐CeO2), is proposed for enhanced immune modulation based on acid neutralization and metal ion inherent bioactivity. Specifically, the mild alkaline LDH initiates significant M2 repolarization of macrophages triggered by the elevated antioxidation effect of CeO2 via neutralizing excessive H+ in RA microenvironment, thus resulting in the efficient recruitment of regulatory T cell (Treg) and suppressions on T helper 17 cell (Th 17) and plasma cells. Moreover, the osteogenic activity is stimulated by the Mg ion released from LDH, thereby promoting the damaged bone healing. The encouraging therapeutic outcomes in adjuvant‐induced RA model mice demonstrate the high feasibility of such a therapeutic concept, which provides a novel and efficient RA therapeutic modality by the immune modulatory and bone‐repairing effects of inorganic nanocatalytic material. In recent years, significant research has been conducted to explore the use of 3D triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) structures for their exceptional vibrational damping properties and their ability to provide a continuous, smooth surface. The emergence of 3D printing has enabled the application of TPMS structures in fields such as medicine and aviation. In civil engineering, the compressive capacity of structures is a fundamental parameter in structural design. To evaluate the potential of porous TPMS structures in civil engineering, we have designed and manufactured four types of Skeletal-TPMS units using Stereolithography (SLA) technology. Axially loaded tests and nonlinear finite element method (NFEM) simulations have been performed to investigate the compressive strength and stiffness of the units. Our findings indicate that compared to solid blocks, the compressive strength of Skeletal-TPMS units decreases by 71.3% to 82.6%, and the stiffness decreases by 64.9% to 79.2%. The Skeletal-SP units show better compressive resistance than Skeletal-IWP units. What determines the vortex size at the small-amplitude stage of spontaneous tropical cyclogenesis remains unclear. A doubly periodic domain is a standard setup for numerically studying this problem, but the convectively coupled standing waves inherent to the setup could directly trigger vortices, rendering an unrealistic path for tropical cyclogenesis. We increase the Coriolis parameter to suppress the wave and double the longwave radiative feedback to make the more realistic moisture–radiation instability dominant. Experiments show that the moisture–radiation instability has a short-wavelength cutoff due to the smoothing effect of convective dynamics, which includes the nonlocal convective triggering by cold pools and the nonlocal longwave radiative effect of anvil clouds. By approximating the spread of convective activity as a Gaussian filter on the column humidity, we derive a bulk convective spreading length lcp+av to parameterize the combined effect of cold pools and anvils. Using a novel diagnostic method, lcp+av is shown to be around 10 km. The contribution of cold pools and anvil clouds to convective spreading is comparable in the doubled radiative feedback experiments. An extrapolation to the normal radiative feedback state shows the anvil clouds play a smaller yet nonnegligible role. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As an important strategic resource, rare earths (REs) constitute 17 elements in the periodic table, namely 15 lanthanides (Ln) (La–Lu, atomic numbers from 57 to 71), scandium (Sc, atomic number 21) and yttrium (Y, atomic number 39). In the field of catalysis, the localization and incomplete filling of 4f electrons endow REs with unique physical and chemical properties, including rich electronic energy level structures, variable coordination numbers, etc., making them have great potential in electrocatalysis. Among various RE catalytic materials, rare earth oxide (REO)-based electrocatalysts exhibit excellent performances in electrocatalytic reactions due to their simple preparation process and strong structural variability. At the same time, the electronic orbital structure of REs exhibits excellent electron transfer ability, which can reduce the band gap and energy barrier values of rate-determining steps, further accelerating the electron transfer in the electrocatalytic reaction process; however, there is a lack of systematic review of recent advances in REO-based electrocatalysis. This review systematically summarizes the synthesis, properties and applications of REO-based nanocatalysts and discusses their applications in electrocatalysis in detail. It includes the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), oxygen evolution reaction (OER), hydrogen oxidation reaction (HOR), oxygen reduction reaction (ORR), carbon dioxide reduction reaction (CO2RR), methanol oxidation reaction (MOR), nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) and other electrocatalytic reactions and further discusses the catalytic mechanism of REs in the above reactions. This review provides a timely and comprehensive summary of the current progress in the application of RE-based nanomaterials in electrocatalytic reactions and provides reasonable prospects for future electrocatalytic applications of REO-based materials. Frost heave can lead to both the ground uplifting and frost heave pressure under different circumstances, and cause many engineering problems. To describe the characteristics of frost heave under various thermo‐hydro‐mechanical (THM) coupling conditions and calculate both the frost heave amount and the frost heave pressure, the coupled THM process, as well as the phase change of the pore water, should be considered for freezing soil. In this paper, thermodynamic equilibrium conditions in saturated freezing soil were derived to account for the mechanical effect on the cryogenic suction and unfrozen saturation of pore water during phase transition. Then the governing equations were developed considering the water flow, heat transfer, stress equilibrium, phase change, ice segregation, and their complex interactions. Based on that, a numerical model considering fully THM coupling is presented within the framework of finite element provided by COMSOL. Both frost heave amount tests and frost heave pressure tests were simulated to verify the proposed model. Then the model was applied to subgrades with different types of soil and different boundary conditions, to reveal the characteristics of frost heave amount and frost heave pressure under different conditions, and at the same time to demonstrate the model's applicative prospect. The development of non‐precious metal electrocatalysts for efficient oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is a significant research field vital for the progress of zinc−air battery technology. Here, we purposely constructed a core‐shell heterostructured electrocatalyst consisting of MnO nanotubes covered by Co nanoparticles anchored on N‐doped carbon substrate. MnO@Co/NC displayed superior ORR capability with a half‐wave potential of 0.85 V and almost no potential decay after 10,000 cycles CV test, outform that of commercial Pt/C catalysts. Employing MnO@Co/NC as the air electrode catalyst in primary Zn−air batteries leads to a top power density of 145 mW cm−2 and an enhanced specific capacity of 869 mAh g−1 as compared to commercial noble metal catalysts. Such superb ORR performance outcomes primarily stem from the synergistic effect between Co/NC shell and MnO core since the coupling structure not only regulates the inherent electronic structure but also accelerates electron transfer speed and boosts the active sites. Besides, the Co/NC outer layer can also help to improve the corrosion resistance of MnO@Co/NC in the electrolyte. This work demonstrated that the core‐shell heterostructured non‐precious catalysts open up a new avenue for obtaining sufficiently effective ORR catalysts in Zn−air batteries and other related applications. To further improve the application quality of the waterborne epoxy resin (WER) in road engineering, a variety of WER and polyurethane-modified WER were prepared. The WER was treated by acid solution immersion, alkali solution immersion, salt solution immersion, oil immersion or artificial-accelerated aging. The mechanical properties of the WER before and after the treatment by various methods were tested. Based on the ideal point method of entropy weight, the influence degree of each treatment method on the mechanical properties of the WER was analysed, and the mechanical properties decay and residual mechanical properties of the WER were evaluated. The bonding durability of the WER was analysed. The results show that after the xenon lamp aging treatment, the mechanical properties of the WER decreased most significantly. The mechanical durability of the WER modified by polyurethane is improved to a certain extent, and the retention rates of their mechanical properties are >85%. After treatment by various corrosion or aging methods, the retention rates of mechanical properties of the PUE-E44 WER are >89.29%, showing an improved corrosion and aging resistance. The residual mechanical and bonding properties of the PUD-E51 WER are at a high level, and still show improved mechanical and bonding properties. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Due to the propagation of traffic congestion from upstream to downstream links and the uncertainty of path choice behaviours, travel times between different links, particularly adjacent links, are highly correlated in a typical period from day to day. To improve the estimation accuracy of both the mean and covariance of link travel times, a novel measurement is proposed to optimize the locations of multi-type traffic sensors for link travel time estimation. Multi-source data from different types of traffic sensors can be integrated to better estimate link travel time in an entire road network. In practice, the allocation of multi-type traffic sensors is constrained by the total financial budget and should be optimized in accordance with measurement errors and the cost ratio. Numerical examples of synthetic and real road networks are conducted to demonstrate the applications and merits of the proposed multi-type sensor location model with covariance effects. Glufosinate is a broad-spectrum herbicide used to control most weeds in agriculture worldwide. Goosegrass (Eleusine indica L.) is one of the top ten malignant weeds across the world, showing high tolerance to glufosinate via different mechanisms that are not yet fully understood. This study revealed that nitrogen metabolism could be a target-resistant site, providing clues to finally clarify the mechanism of glufosinate resistance in resistant goosegrass populations. Compared to susceptible goosegrass (NX), the resistant goosegrass (AUS and CS) regarding the stress of glufosinate showed stronger resistance with lower ammonia contents, higher target enzyme GS (glutamine synthetase) activity, and lower GOGAT (glutamine 2-oxoglutarate aminotransferase) activity. The GDH (glutamate dehydrogenase) activity of another pathway increased, but its gene expression was downregulated in resistant goosegrass (AUS). Analyzing the transcriptome and proteome data of goosegrass under glufosinate stress at 36 h showed that the KEGG pathway of the nitrogen metabolism was enriched in glufosinate-susceptible goosegrass (NX), but not in glufosinate-resistant goosegrass (CS and AUS). Several putative target genes involved in glufosinate stress countermeasures were identified. This study provides specific insights into the nitrogen metabolism of resistant goosegrass, and gives a basis for future functional verification of glufosinate-tolerance genes in plants. A novel approach was developed to detect bed fluidity in gas–solid fluidized beds using diffuse reflectance near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Because the flow dynamics of gas and solid phases are closely associated with the fluidization state, the fluidization quality can be evaluated through hydrodynamic characterization. In this study, the baseline level of NIR spectra was used to quantify the voidage of the fluidized bed. Two indicators derived from the NIR baseline fluctuation profiles were investigated to characterize bed fluidity, named bubble proportion and skewness. To establish a robust fluidity evaluation method, the relationships between the indicators and bed fluidity were investigated under different conditions firstly, including static bed height and average particle size. Then, a generalized threshold was identified to distinguish poor and good bed fluidity, ensuring that the probability of the α- and β-errors was less than 15% regardless of material conditions. The results show that both indicators were sensitive to changes in bed fluidity under the investigated conditions. The indicator of skewness was qualified to detect bed fluidity under varied conditions with a robust threshold of 1.20. Furthermore, the developed NIR method was successfully applied to monitor bed fluidity and for early warning of defluidization in a laboratory-scale fluidized bed granulation process. The design of earth-abundant and highly efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution reactions (HER/OER) is crucial for hydrogen production through overall water splitting. Herein, we report a novel nanostructure consisting of vertically oriented CoP hierarchical nanosheet arrays with in situ-assembled carbon skeletons on a Ti foil electrode. The novel Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-67 (ZIF-67) template-derived hierarchical nanosheet architecture effectively improved electrical conductivity, facilitated electrolyte transport, and increased the exposure of the active sites. The obtained bifunctional hybrid exhibited a low overpotential of 72 mV at 10 mA cm−2 and a small Tafel slope of 65 mV dec−1 for HER, and an improved overpotential of 329 mV and a Tafel slope of 107 mV dec−1 for OER. Furthermore, the assembled C@CoP||C@CoP electrolyzer showed excellent overall water splitting performance (1.63 V) at a current density of 10 mA cm−2 and superior durability. Convolutional neural networks (CNN) have a strong feature extraction ability for images and present a high level of efficiency and accuracy in object detection and image recognition. When CNN is used to model microwave devices, the existing literature generally uses its size parameters as one‐dimensional (1‐D) input, which does not give full play to the image‐processing ability of CNN. In order to make full use of the characteristics of CNN, this letter converts the 1‐D input of microwave devices into the form of an image model, that is, the 1‐D input is transformed into a two‐dimensional (2‐D) matrix composed of 0 and 1 as the input. The image model is combined with CNN, called image‐based CNN (ICNN), which establishes a deep learning surrogate model between the physical parameters and electrical properties of microwave devices and improves the accuracy and generalization ability of the model. Taking the resonant frequency of the microstrip antenna as a simulation example, modelling was carried out by the proposed ICNN and compared with the mainstream machine learning methods. The results show that the proposed method has high convergence and fitting accuracy.A new data processing technique‐image model, which transforms the original 1‐D data into 2‐D data to enhance the powerful feature extraction ability of CNN modelling is proposed. Accurate simulation of vortex-dominated flows has been an important issue for numerical methods in computational fluid dynamics. The recently proposed dual-solver framework provides an attracting direction for complex vortex structure resolving. In current research, we develop a dual-solver fluid solving system, in which the near-body region uses traditional finite volume method for complex geometries treatment, and apply high-order flux reconstruction (FR) method in off-body region to capture the evolution of vortex structures effectively. The parallel overset grid method is adopted in mesh assembly and data exchange process between solvers. The FR solver is developed under the framework of open-source adaptive mesh refinement (AMR) library p4est, which manages h-refinement efficiently. Cartesian cell with AMR is used in FR scheme to improve solving performance. The time marching method of coupled solvers is investigated. All modules in current system are verified, respectively. In the simulations where flow is dominated by vortex, we choose NACA0015 and S76 rotor wake resolving to verify the proposed system. The results reveal that the flow solver accurately resolves the vortex, the mesh distribution with AMR is reasonable. The results confirm the efficacy of proposed dual-solver framework. A series of 1-[2-(4-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrimidine-5-carboxamido)phenyl]ethyl-substitutedphenyl carbamates (3a–3i) were designed and synthesized, using 4-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid, (2-aminophenyl)ethan-1-one, and substituted phenyl isocyanates as starting materials. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and HRMS. The in vitro fungicidal activities against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were evaluated, and the result showed that some compounds displayed moderate antifungal activity with >60% inhibitory rates, among which 1-[2-(4-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrimidine-5-carboxamido)phenyl] ethyl-(2- methyl phenyl)carbamate (3a) and 1-[2-(4-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrimidine-5- carboxamido)phenyl] ethyl-(3-trifluoromethyl phenyl)carbamate (3g) held inhibitory rates of 69.5% and 70.3% at 100 mg/L, respectively. Purpose. Glycogen storage disease type III (GSDIII) is a uncommon autosomal recessive inherited metabolic disorder, which is caused by variants in the AGL gene. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the clinical and functional features of two novel variants in two families with GSDIIIa. Methods. We collected the clinical and laboratory data of the two patients. Genetic testing was performed using GSDs gene panel sequencing, and the identified variants were classified according to the American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG) criteria. The pathogenicity of the novel variants was furthermore assessed through bioinformatics analysis and cellular functional validation experiments. Results. The two patients were hospitalized with abnormal liver function or hepatomegaly, which was characterized by remarkably elevated liver enzyme and muscle enzyme levels, as well as hepatomegaly, and were eventually diagnosed with GSDIIIa. Genetic analysis detected two novel variants of AGL gene in the two patients: c.1484A > G (p.Y495C), c.1981G > T (p.D661Y). Bioinformatics analysis indicated that the two novel missense mutations most likely altered the protein's conformation and therefore made the enzyme it encodes less active. Based on the ACMG criteria, both variants were considered likely pathogenic, in accordance with the functional analysis results, which demonstrated that the mutated protein was still localized in the cytoplasm and that the glycogen content of cells transfected with the mutated AGL was increased compared to cells transfected with the wild-type one. Conclusion. These findings indicated that the two newly identified variants in the AGL gene (c.1484A > G; c.1981G > T) were undoubtedly pathogenic mutations, inducing a slight reduction in glycogen debranching enzyme activity and a mild increase in intracellular glycogen content. Two patients who visited us with abnormal liver function, or hepatomegaly, improved dramatically after treatment with oral uncooked cornstarch, but the effects on skeletal muscle and myocardium required further observation. The exploration of transforming various metals as metal sources into metal organic frameworks (MOFs) has attracted considerable attention in recent years. This study used triethylamine and 5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole (DMBIM) to modify the iron-doped cobalt zeolite imidazole framework on carbon fiber structure. The results showed that the ZIF(Fe/Co)1.25@CNF exhibited high CEF removal efficiency that over 97% of ceftiofur sodium (CEF) was removed within 10 min, which was significantly higher than that of the common ZIF-67 materials. Compared with other ZIF-67 composites, ZIF(Fe/Co)x@CNF has a larger specific surface area, resulting in a larger contact area and more active sites during the reaction. After the introduction of DMBIM, the ZIF(Fe/Co)1.25@CNF not only easily separated from the solution but also enhanced the hydrophobicity, which provided higher catalytic stability and catalytic performance. In addition, the effects of different catalyst ratios, pollutant concentrations, solution pH, and different radicals (•OH, SO4•−, 1O2) on the activation of peroxymonosulfate (PMS) were investigated. The mechanism of degradation was elucidated by electron paramagnetic resonance experiments. Despite unprecedented successes of antibody‐based cancer immunotherapy, the serious side effects and rapid clearance following systemic administration remain big challenges to realize its full potential. At the same time, combination immunotherapy using multiple antibodies has shown particularly promising in cancer treatment. It is noticed that the working mechanisms of natural holdase and foldase chaperone are desirable to overcome the limitations of therapeutic antibodies. Holdase chaperone stabilizes unfolded client and prevents it from activation and degradation, while foldase chaperone assists unfolded client to its native state to function. Here a holdase/foldase mimetic nanochaperone (H/F‐nChap) to co‐delivery two types of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), αCD16 and αPDL1, and resiquimod (R848) is developed, which significantly improves cancer immunotherapy. The H/F‐nChap presents holdase activity in blood and normal tissues that hides and protects mAbs from unnecessary targeted activation and degradation, thereby prolonging blood circulation and reducing immunotoxicity in vivo. Furthermore, H/F‐nChap switches to foldase activity in the tumor microenvironment that exposes mAbs and releases R848 to enhance the engagement between NK cells and tumor cells and promote immune activation, respectively. Photothermal therapy (PTT) has emerged as an attractive technique for the treatment of bacterial infections. However, the uncontrolled heat generation in conventional PTT inevitably causes thermal damages to healthy tissues and/or organs. It is thus essential to develop a smart and universal strategy to regulate the photothermal equilibrium temperature to a preset safe threshold. Herein, a thermoresponsive hydrogel‐enabled thermostatic PTT system for enhanced healing of bacteria‐infected wounds is reported. In this system, the near‐infrared (NIR)‐triggered heat generation by photothermal nanomaterials is spontaneously transferred to a thermoresponsive hydrogel with a lower critical solution temperature (LCST), leading to its rapid phase transition by forming considerable light‐scattering centers to block NIR penetration. Such a dynamic and reversible process automatically regulates the photothermal equilibrium temperature to the phase‐transition point of the LCST‐type hydrogel. In contrast to temperature‐uncontrolled conventional PTT with severe thermal damages, the thermoresponsive hydrogel‐enabled thermostatic PTT provides effective protection on healthy tissues and/or organs, which remarkably accelerates wound healing by efficient bacterial eradication. Magnesium silicate hydrate (M-S-H) cement, a type of green building material, has poor volume stability (i.e., large shrinkage deformation), which limits its application. As a new type of admixture, the behavior of a shrinkage-reducing admixture (SRA) in M-S-H cement has not been studied. Therefore, in this research, the effect of SRA on the shrinkage properties of the M-S-H cement system was evaluated. The mechanism of SRA was investigated by surface tension measurement, hydration heat testing, thermogravimetric analysis, and pore structure analysis. Experimental results indicate that SRA can reduce the shrinkage of the M-S-H mortar, and the optimal effect is exerted when the dosage is 3.0%, drying shrinkage decreases by 22.6%, and autogenous shrinkage decreases by 60% on day 28. However, it may also adversely affect strength development. The presence of SRA in M-S-H cement can reduce pore solution surface tension, delay hydration, and maintain relative humidity within the slurry, which can be maintained at 82.0% on day 28. The analysis of frost heave in unsaturated subgrade soils should consider the coupled movement of liquid water, vapor, and heat, accompanied by phase transition of water, vapor, and ice. In this paper, the equilibrium relationship of the three phases of water in soils was comprehensively considered, and the water head and vapor density were determined under frozen and unfrozen conditions from the perspective of thermodynamics. Based on that, the governing equations of mass and energy conservation were then derived and a new transient finite element model was developed, considering the behavior of the phase change and coupled hydrothermal transport under frozen as well as unfrozen conditions. Since the discontinuities between the frozen and the unfrozen zones may bring difficulties to the numerical solution, two kinds of smoothing techniques were proposed to solve the discontinuities at the phase transition interface, which guaranteed robust convergence and enhanced computational efficiency. The model proposed was verified by comparing with some available test results and applied to analyze the frost heave process of unsaturated subgrade under impermeable road pavements, demonstrating the model's accuracy and applicative prospect. It is revealed that the movement of liquid water and vapor in the frozen zones may still exist, and its mechanism and performance are different from that in unfrozen zones. The interspersed railway track is an enhanced timber railway track, spot-replacing damaged wooden sleepers with new concrete sleepers to improve the bearing capacity of existing railway lines. Although this interspersed solution is characterised by low cost and short maintenance time, the interspersed tracks have worse stability than concrete tracks and can deteriorate quickly when exposed to extreme weather conditions such as heavy rains and floods. In many cases, heavy rains and floods are accompanied by strong winds. Ballast washaway can often be observed under flood conditions while the mass of trains is unevenly distributed on two rails due to the effect of lateral wind load and rail irregularities. The current work is the first in the world to investigate the collective multi-hazard effects of ballast washway and uneven axle loads on the vulnerability of conventional and interspersed railway tracks using nonlinear FEM software, STRAND 7. The train bogie is modelled by two sets of point loads. The maximum displacement, bending moment and twists have been studied to evaluate the worst condition. In this research, the reliability and overall cost of unmanned aerial vehicle hangar were studied for two aspects: fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance. The maximum entropy ordered weighted average algorithm was adopted to predict the fault diagnosis of per module in the unmanned aerial vehicle hangar. The cost of preventive maintenance was controlled by adopting the optimal number of preventive maintenances under the object of minimum reliability. The optimization of maintenance cost could be achieved by repairing modules with excessive fault diagnosis rates under the determining preventive maintenance times and reliability. The reliability model of the unmanned aerial vehicle hangar was founded to the series–parallel structure of per module, and its reliability was compared between the regular maintenance and the irregular maintenance. In this paper, the reliability allocation and index of overall cost of rotary ultrasonic vibration-assisted EDM machine tool were studied. The failure rate of each module of the rotary ultrasonic vibration-assisted EDM machine tool can be accurately predicted by the maximum entropy ordered weighted average algorithm so that the corrected maintenance cost can be predicted. And effective control of preventive maintenance costs can be achieved by selecting the best maintenance times under the premise of reliability. The cost of corrective maintenance can be reduced by improving modules with a high failure rate, so as to realize the purpose of cost optimization under the premise of determining the maintenance time and reliability. The reliability function of the rotary ultrasonic vibration-assisted EDM machine tool is established according to the series-parallel relationship of each module. An effective strategy is proposed to construct a highly sensitive ratiometric fluorescence sensing platform for microcystins (MCs) based on a dummy molecularly imprinted polymer using metformin as a template. The imprinted nanohybrids of carbon dots (CDs) combined with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) are synthesized (CDs-FITC-SiO2@MIP), in which the CDs and FITC serve as assisted response signals and reference enhancement signals, respectively. Metformin can be used as a dummy template for MCs due to its partially similar molecular fragments to MCs that can form a specific recognition site cavity. MCs can simultaneously induce an obvious fluorescence quenching effect for the CDs and a reference fluorescence enhancement for FITC-SiO2, enabling ratiometric fluorescence detection of MCs. Thus, CDs-FITC-SiO2@MIP used as a signal probe has favorable sensitivity, stability, and selectivity. More importantly, a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity ratio (I620/450) and the concentration of MCs in the range of 0.5–500 μg L−1 is obtained with a LOD of 0.013 μg L−1 and 0.022 μg L−1 for MC-RR and MC-LR, respectively, under the optimum conditions. SiC substrates have outstanding advantages over traditional materials in power device application, and are mainly prepared by a physical vapor transport method (PVT). Whether the PVT furnace works by resistance heating or induction heating, both face the problem of the deterioration of growth conditions during a long-term process. The relative position of the thermal field directly affects the crystal growth conditions, but the law of specific influence and the change in physical environment inside the thermal field have not been made sufficiently clear and lack systematic research. Therefore, SiC single crystal growth, with different directions and rates in the direction of movement of the heating module, was modeled using a simulation method, and the law of variation of the physical field, including heat flux, temperature, powder porosity and growth rate parameters under different schemes, was analyzed. The study indicates that the decay of raw materials is the primary reason why growth conditions cannot be maintained. The results verified that different coils' modes of movement have different effects on the improvement or adjustment of SiC crystals' growth conditions. Under the same temperature control conditions, the coils' movement rates of 200 μm/h, 0, −200 μm/h and −400 μm/h correspond to the average growth rates of 140, 152, 165 and 172 μm/h, respectively. The results show that downward displacement of the coils is beneficial in compensating for the deterioration of growth conditions, but it is easier to form convex surfaces and is not conducive to expanding diameter growth. Free-floating space manipulators(FFSM) are more and more widely used in various space tasks, and active object tracking(AOT) is the basis of many missions in space. AOT of FFSM systems has two main difficulties: modeling and control of FFSM systems and tracking motion planning of space manipulators. To deal with these problems, the paper proposed an active object tracking proposal of FFSM systems using deep reinforcement learning(DRL) algorithm, Proximal Policy Optimization(PPO). Our approach is completely data-driven, which avoids the complex modeling process of FFSM and does not require motion planning for space manipulators, which is more concise than traditional algorithms. We trained and tested the algorithm by building a simulation environment in CoppeliaSim, and compared with the resolved motion rate control(RMRC). The results showed that our approach achieved good results in active object tracking of FFSM systems and demonstrated the great potential of DRL algorithms in solving space tasks. Rechargeable batteries are key in the field of electrochemical energy storage, and the development of advanced electrode materials is essential to meet the increasing demand of electrochemical energy storage devices with higher density of energy and power. Anode materials are the key components of batteries. However, the anode materials still suffer from several challenges such as low rate capability and poor cycling stability, limiting the development of high‐energy and high‐power batteries. In recent years, heterojunctions have received increasing attention from researchers as an emerging material, because the constructed heterostructures can significantly improve the rate capability and cycling stability of the materials. Although many research progress has been made in this field, it still lacks review articles that summarize this field in detail. Herein, this review presents the recent research progress of heterojunction‐type anode materials, focusing on the application of various types of heterojunctions in lithium/sodium‐ion batteries. This paper investigates the multi-type traffic sensor location problem for simultaneous estimation of origin-destination (OD) demands and link travel times while also considering the two sources of spatial covariance effects on a road network with uncertainties. The first source is the statistical correlation of the vehicular traffic demands for different OD pairs in a typical hourly period (e.g., morning peak hour) on a daily scale, as the travel demand patterns vary daily, weekly, and seasonally over the year. The second source is the stochastic nature of the link travel times on different road links during the peak hour period and their correlation with adjacent links in congested conditions. By considering these aspects, a novel model is formulated to optimize the number and locations of multi-type traffic sensors for simultaneous estimation of stochastic OD demands and link travel times during the same peak-hour period over a year. This estimation is supported by the data recorded by multi-type traffic sensors such as point sensors and automatic vehicle identification sensors, which yield the link speed/flow and path travel time information, respectively. Based on the integrated observations from multi-type traffic sensors, a novel Kullback–Leibler divergence-based model is developed to accommodate different probability distributions of OD demands and link travel times in different traffic conditions. Moreover, an improved firefly algorithm is developed to solve the multi-type sensor location problem. Specifically, the search strategy of this algorithm is enhanced by considering the mean and covariance of the OD demands and link travel times. Numerical examples of synthetic and real-world road networks are used to illustrate the applications and merits of the developed multi-type sensor location model for simultaneously estimating the OD demands and link travel times while also considering covariance effects. Taraxasterol (TAL) is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound, which has anti-inflammatory effect. Cytotoxicity assay was used to determine the optimal concentration of TAL and positive control dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (DG), and the optimal dose of UVB. Experimental data indicate that TAL has scavenging activity against UVB radiation-induced intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) compared to UVB controls. The contents of skin barrier-related factors in the groups were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), then ELISA and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) were used to detect changes in the inflammatory factors, apoptosis factors, and gene levels in the groups. Therefore, TAL stabilised the levels of inflammation, apoptosis, and skin barrier-related factors by regulating Mitogen-activated protein kinases/nuclear factor-k-gene binding (MAPK/NF-κB) signalling pathways, such as jun-amino-terminal kinase (JNK), p38, extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), and NF-κB. Herein we developed a general method for the synthesis of rare earth (RE) oxide ultrathin NWs at atmospheric pressure and low temperature (50 °C). The formation mechanism of ultrathin NWs lies in two aspects: thermodynamic advantage of one dimensional (1D) growth at low temperature, and supplement of effective monomers. As an extension, fifteen kinds of RE oxide ultrathin NWs were synthesized through this strategy, and they all exhibited polymer‐like behaviors. Meanwhile, the high viscosity, organic gel, wet‐ and electro‐spinning of Ce‐Mo‐O NWs were studied in detail, demonstrating the similarity of ultrathin inorganic NWs to polymers. In addition, the Ce‐Mo‐O ultrathin NWs were used as photocatalysts for toluene oxidation and showed excellent performance with toluene conversion ratio of 83.8 %, suggesting their potential application in organic photocatalysis. The relative roles of mergers and star formation in regulating galaxy growth are still a matter of intense debate. We here present our decode , a new Discrete statistical sEmi-empiriCal mODEl specifically designed to predict rapidly and efficiently, in a full cosmological context, galaxy assembly, and merger histories for any given input stellar mass–halo mass (SMHM) relation. decode generates object-by-object dark matter merger trees (hence discrete) from accurate subhalo mass and infall redshift probability functions (hence statistical) for all subhaloes, including those residing within other subhaloes, with virtually no resolution limits on mass or volume. Merger trees are then converted into galaxy assembly histories via an input, redshift-dependent SMHM relation, which is highly sensitive to the significant systematics in the galaxy stellar mass function and on its evolution with cosmic time. decode can accurately reproduce the predicted mean galaxy merger rates and assembly histories of hydrodynamic simulations and semi-analytical models, when adopting in input their SMHM relations. In this work, we use decode to prove that only SMHM relations implied by stellar mass functions characterized by large abundances of massive galaxies and significant redshift evolution, at least at |$M_\star \gtrsim 10^{11} \, \mathrm{M}_\odot$|⁠ , can simultaneously reproduce the local abundances of satellite galaxies, the galaxy (major merger) pairs since z ∼ 3, and the growth of Brightest Cluster Galaxies. The same models can also reproduce the local fraction of elliptical galaxies, on the assumption that these are strictly formed by major mergers, but not the full bulge-to-disc ratio distributions, which require additional processes. In this article, through the optimized arrangement of the magnetized plasma, dielectric, and nonlinear Kerr dielectric, a tunable reflection phase retarder with a certain bandwidth is investigated. When the electric field of the incident electromagnetic wave is parallel to the xoy plane and has an angle of 45° with the x‐axis, the electric field can be further decomposed into Ex and Ey along the x‐ and y‐axes, indicating TM and TE waves, respectively. The results show that under reasonable parameters, the 180° or −180° phase delay of the reflected wave of the proposed structure is obtained and adjusted. In particular, the nonlinear bistable response at this performance is also demonstrated. Furthermore, to verify the superiority of the obtained bandwidth of the phase retarder, the influences of the incident angle, the plasma frequency, the external magnetic field, and the nonlinear light intensity on the bandwidth of the phase retarder have been studied. It is observed that the total phase retarder bandwidth can reach 2.6 GHz by appropriately optimizing those parameters. Additionally, this work provides constructive suggestions for tunable broadband phase blockers and half‐wave plates, and it still holds some potential significance in the radome. To ensure the effective bonding of each structural layer of pavement and improve the service quality and durability of pavement, the waterborne epoxy resin (WER) emulsified asphalt (WEREA) tack coat binders were prepared by using polyurethane-epoxy resin. The basic properties of WEREA, such as tensile strength, adhesion to aggregate, high temperature heat resistance and low temperature impact resistance were studied. Its composition and ratio were optimised. The waterproof, bonding and durability performance of WEREA used in pavement tack coat were evaluated. The results show that WEREA prepared by polyether polyurethane modified E-51 epoxy resin (PUD-E51) has higher early and late strength. Its tensile strength was 1.75 MPa after curing for 7 days. The basic properties of WEREA, including adhesion to aggregate, heat resistance and impact resistance were better than those of SBS modified asphalt and crumb rubber modified asphalt binder. The tack coat of WEREA cannot seep under the dynamic water pressure of 0.6 MPa for 30 min. According to the interlaminar shear strength, the recommended spraying amount of the WEREA tack coat was 1.0 kg/m2. Due to large line spacing and planting distances, the adoption of continuous and uniform pesticide spraying in vegetable farming can lead to pesticide waste, thus increasing cost and environmental pollution. In this paper, by applying deep learning and online identification methods, control technology for target-oriented spraying is studied with cabbages as the research object. To overcome motion blur and low average precision under strong light conditions during the operation of sprayers, an innovative YOLOV5 model implanted with a transformer module is utilized to achieve accurate online identification for cabbage fields under complex environments. Based on this concept, a new target-oriented spray system is built on an NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX. Indoor test results show that the average precision is 96.14% and the image processing time is 51.07 ms. When motion blur occurs, the average precision for the target is 90.31%. Then, in a field experiment, when the light intensity is within the range of 3.76–12.34 wlx, the advance opening distance is less than 3.51 cm, the delay closing distance is less than 2.05 cm, and the average identification error for the cabbage diameter is less than 1.45 cm. The experimental results indicate that changes in light intensity have no significant impact on the identification effect. The average precision is 98.65%, and the savings rate reaches 54.04%. Three-dimensional (3D) point cloud maps are widely used in autonomous driving scenarios. These maps are usually generated by accumulating sequential LiDAR scans. When generating a map, moving objects (such as vehicles or moving pedestrians) will leave long trails on the assembled map. This is undesirable and reduces the map quality. In this paper, we propose MapCleaner, an approach that can effectively remove the moving objects from the map. MapCleaner first estimates a dense and continuous terrain surface, based on which the map point cloud is then divided into a noisy part below the terrain, the terrain, and the object part above the terrain. Next, a specifically designed moving points identification algorithm is performed on the object part to find moving objects. Experiments are performed on the SemanticKITTI dataset. Results show that the proposed MapCleaner outperforms state-of-the-art approaches on all five tested SemanticKITTI sequences. MapCleaner is a learning-free method and has few parameters to tune. The exploitation and utilization of underground space in the coral reef limestone has become more and more important for the development and construction of ocean engineering in the world. Due to the particular composition and development environment of the reef limestone, its surrounding rock stability in underground engineering construction is significantly different from that of other terrestrial rocks. This paper focuses on the stability of surrounding rock in underground chamber excavation of coral reef limestone by physical model experiments and numerical calculation. First, the quartz sand, barite powder, high-strength gypsum, calcareous sand, cement and water are selected as the raw materials to configure the similar materials of reef limestone based on the similarity theory. Second, according to the difference of the lining and span of the chamber, three geological models are designed and the underground chamber excavation experiments of reef limestone are carried out. The change laws of displacement and stress during the excavation are analyzed, and the influence of lining support and chamber span on the stability of the surrounding rock is obtained. Finally, the numerical simulation is used to simulate the excavation of the foundation model, and the physical model experiment is verified by comparing with the numerical calculation results. The results show that: when reducing the lining support or increasing chamber span, the displacement and stress release rate of surrounding rock both increase during the excavation of chamber. The average error of displacement and stress release rate between the physical model experiment results and the numerical simulation results is about 10%, which verifies the accuracy of the physical model experiment results. • Schwarz Primitive structures are fabricated using stereolithography technology. • 3D printed metamaterials are robustly tested under axial load conditions. • It is the first time that nonlinear behaviours of complex porous composite metamaterials has been benchmarked. • The discrete element method is adopted to simulate the Schwarz Primitive metamaterials validated by experimental tests. • New insights into crack patterns of composite metamaterials are the precursor to engineering applications. This study delves into the axial responses of Schwarz Primitive (SP) structures. Emphasising on bearing capacity, force distribution, cracking phenomena, load-displacement curve and energy absorption. Discrete element method (DEM) is adopted to analyse the axial load-bearing behaviour and fracture mechanics of Main SP and Secondary SP structures under various unit cell configurations after validated by experimental tests. The results indicates that despite sharing the same 1/8th cell structure, the axially-loaded behaviours of the Main SP and Secondary SP structures are not identical, particularly in scenarios involving a large unit cell size and a small number of unit cells. The Main SP structures display an axial load-bearing behaviour that is largely unaffected by variations in the number of unit cells along the x and y axes, while Secondary SP structures show a more pronounced improvement in average strength and energy absorption capacity when the number of unit cells increases. Main SP structures offer superior axial load-bearing capabilities and energy absorption efficiency, which is a significant consideration for their application in scenarios demanding high structural integrity. The phagosome-lysosome (PL) signaling pathway plays an important role in the immune system of fish. However, the molecular mechanism underlying PL signaling in fish against Vibrio vulnificus infection remains still unclear. In this study, the half-smooth tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis) infected with V. vulnificus strain ST-6 was used as an experiment model, the immunohistochemical features were evaluated, and spatiotemporal expression analysis of genes and proteins related to PL pathway was verified, respectively. The results showed that the positive staining was observed in the various tissues such as liver, intestine, kidney, spleen, and gills of the infected fish. The differential expressions of PL-related proteins were screened and identified by iTRAQ analysis, and their gene expressions were determined by qRT-PCR detection. The spatiotemporal expression patters were confirmed and most of PL-related genes tended to be downregulated during the early infection at 12 and 36 h post-infection (hpi). Moreover, the protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis was described for PL pathway. This is the first report on the PL response of C. semilaevis to V. vulnificus infection, which will provide a scientific reference for further elucidating the molecular mechanism of the phagosome-lysosome in marine fish. Ensuring clean water sources is crucial for human health and safety. However, in underdeveloped areas and emergency situations, low-energy, convenient water disinfection technologies remain a significant challenge. Herein, a series of Fe-MIL-101@flexible fiber composites were designed and synthesized by in-situ cross-linking growth of Fe-MIL-101 metal–organic framework nanozymes on carboxymethyl cellulose (filter paper, cotton, gauze), as a class of point-of-use (POU) water disinfection modules with antibacterial efficacy, portability and biosecurity. The results show that the preparation method of water disinfection material is universal, and the most convenient Fe-MIL-101@composite carboxymethyl filter paper (Fe-MIL-101@CMFP) is outstanding. The combination of Fe-MIL-101 nanozyme with carboxymethyl filter paper (CMFP) is highly stable, even after 200 mechanical or manual frictions, the MOF particles does not fall off, and its flexibility, mechanical properties and filtration efficiency remain unchanged. Furthermore, Fe-MIL-101@CMFP exhibits remarkable simulated activity of peroxidase and oxidase, generating reactive oxygen species (ROS, •OH and O 2 •-), which effectively eliminate bacteria. Notably, Fe-MIL-101@CMFP filters have excellent bactericidal capability (about 99%), are equally effective on field water, and have no biosafety concerns. Such Fe-MIL-101@flexible fiber composite material, as a portable POU water disinfection and sterilization functional modules, is expected to solve the problem of distributed water disinfection as well as change the way of obtaining safe drinking water in underdeveloped areas and emergency situations.
