The paper presents a new isometric method of determining the functional condition of the central nervous system. The method is based on the analysis of involuntary oscillatory movements of limbs of a human body secreted on the background of voluntary movements. A variant of the hardware implementation of the method is shown, the results of testing people with different health status are demonstrated.

Psychophysiological parameters of the central nervous system (CNS) have been experimentally studied in adolescents who combine learning and sporting activities. Differences in psychophysiological indices depending on the intensity of sporting loads have been revealed in trained and untrained adolescents in the presence of similar genetically determined abilities that are regulated by the strength of the nervous system. The psychophysiological profile of boys and girls with high-intensity sporting loads is characterized by the balance of nervous processes and the optimal functional CNS status. The speed of visual-motor reactions in students with high-intensity sporting loads was revealed to be significantly higher than in those with moderate- and low-intensity sporting loads. The psychophysiological profile in adolescents with low and moderate intensities of sporting loads is characterized by the disequilibrium of nervous processes with the prevalence of inhibition processes and a low speed of visual-motor response. The level of attention reached average values in adolescents examined independently of the intensity of their sporting loads. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
