In this paper, we handle an impulsive Sturm–Liouville equation with complex potential on the semi axis. The objective of this work is to examine some spectral properties of this impulsive Sturm–Liouville equation. By the help of a transfer matrix B, we obtain Jost solution of this problem. Furthermore, using Jost solution, we find Green function and resolvent operator of this equation. Finally, we consider two unperturbated impulsive Sturm–Liouville operators. We examine the eigenvalues and spectral singularities of these problems.

We handle an impulsive Sturm-Liouville boundary value problem. We find the Jost solution, Jost function, and scattering function of this problem and examine the properties of scattering function. We also study eigenvalues and resolvent operator of this problem. Finally, we exemplify our work by taking a different problem.

Aim: We aimed to evaluate whether the measurement of subchorionic hematoma (SCH) size with 2D and 3D ultrasonography affects adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods: One hundred fifty-eight pregnant patients having SCH were enrolled in the study. The diagnosis of SCH was made by 2D and 3D ultra-sonographic methods in the first trimester, between 6th and 14th gestational weeks. Patients having SCH were determined with adverse pregnancy outcomes such as miscarriage, intrauterine fetal death (IUFD), and preterm labor (PL). Logistic regression analyses were applied for the relationship of miscarriage, IUFD, PL, and SCH. Results: There were no statistically significant differences for body mass index, 2-D hematoma sizes, 3-D hematoma sizes, and pregnancy outcomes between the groups. Miscarriage/IUFD rate was 4.6%, PL rate was 6.9%, and the term delivery rate was 88.5% in the primiparas having SCH. Miscarriage/IUFD rate was 7%, PL rate was 3.5%, and the term delivery rate was 89.5% in the multiparas having SCH. No significant association was observed between 2D and 3D hematoma sizes and IUFD and PL. In the logistic regression model, SCH 500 cm3 was found to be a risk factor associated with PL, not regarding the measurement technique (OR:1.008, 95% CI: 1.002-1.012, p0.006). Conclusion: We determined that SCH size increases the risk of PL. We observed no effect of diagnosis and follow-up of SCH, by 2D and 3D ultrasonography techniques on adverse pregnancy outcomes such as miscarriage, IUFD, and PL., Amaç: Subkoryonik hematom (SKH) boyutunun 2B ve 3B ultrason ile ölçülmesinin olumsuz gebelik sonuçlarına etkisini değerlendirmeyi amaçladık. Teknik konular ve teknik çalışmalar olmak üzere iki ana boyuttanoluşan bu model, Justus Johann Friedrich Dotzauer'in 113 Violoncello Etuden Band1 başlıklı albümünden seçilen 34 etüt ve Sebastian Lee'nin Melodische undProgressive Etüden für Violoncello, Opus 31 başlıklı albümünden seçilen 40 etütüzerinde uygulanmıştır. Etüt analiz modelinin, viyolonsel eğitimcileri, öğrencileri veicracılarının bu yöndeki çalışmalarına önemli yararlar sağlaması beklenmektedir. In this study, an original `etude analysis model` has been formed related to celloeducation. 34 etudes selected from 113 Violoncello Etuden Band 1 by Justus JohannFriedrich Dotzauer and 40 etudes selected from Melodische und Progressive Etüdenfür Violoncello, Opus 31 by Sebastian Lee have been analyzed by applying thismodel which contains two main cathegories such as technical subjects and exercises.It has been expected that `etude analysis model` will contribute to the studies of celloeducators, students and performers interested in this matter. 163

ÖZET Bu araştırma, G.Ü.G.E.F Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Öğretmenliği Programı Anabilim Dalı öğrencilerinde heyecan faktörünün müziksel performansa etkilerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda heyecan faktörünün, müziksel performansa olumsuz etkilerini azalmak ya da ortadan kaldırmak amacıyla çeşitli çözüm önerileri ileri sürülerek, müzik eğitimine katkıda bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada öğrencilere uygulanan anket ve kaynak tarama teknikleriyle elde edilen veriler, durum analizine yönelik olarak belirlenen bir model esas alınarak bulgulara dönüştürülmüş, yorumlarla birlikte sonuçlar ışığında çözüm önerileri geliştirilmiştir. ABSTRACT This research has been done in order to analyze the effects of excitement factor upon musical performance of students of G.U.G. E. F. Fine Arts Education Music Education Department. In the light of obtained results, in order to reduce, to render the negative effects of excitement upon musical performance, several solution suggestions have been advanced with contributing to musical education. The aim of these case reports were to present 1 year follow up results of 3 cases with necrotic and immature teeth treated by revascularization aiming to induce root development. After disinfection of the infected root canal spaces with a topical antibiotic paste, periapical tissues were irritated to form blood clot in the canal spaces and white MTA was placed over the blood clot. Final restorations were completed with composite resin. After a year of follow up time, in one case, increased, Bu olgu sunumunun amacı 3 immatür daimi dişte kök gelişiminin devamını sağlamak amacıyla uygulanan revaskülarizasyon tedavisinin 1 yıllık başarısını değerlendirmektir. Enfekte kök kanallarının dezenfeksiyonu topikal antibiyotik patı ile sağlandıktan sonra periapikal dokular irrite edilerek kök kanalları içerisinde kan pıhtısı oluşumu sağlanmış ve pıhtının üzeri beyaz Mineral Trioxide Aggregate MTA ile kapatılmıştır. Restorasyon kompozit rezin ile tamamlanmıştır. 1 yıllık takip süresinin sonucunda bir olguda kök uzunluğunun arttığı, apeksin kapanmasının sağlandığı ve kök dentini duvarlarında kalınlık artışı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Diğer iki olguda kök gelişimine dair herhangi bir bulgu olmamasına rağmen klinik ya da radyografik olarak patolojik bir bulguya rastlanmamıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda revaskülarizasyon tedavisinin immatür dişler için konvansiyonel apeksifikasyon tedavisine bir alternatif olabileceği düşünülmektedir

OBJECTIVE: Primary end-point of this study was to detect if there is an association between walking speed and urinary incontinence in older women and secondarily to detect an association between urinary incontinence with other geriatric syndromes.STUDY DESIGN: This is a prospective and cross-sectional study. Three hundred and eighty-nine old aged women admitted to the Geriatrics Department of Ankara University were enrolled and urinary incontinence and type of urinary incontinence, Handgrip strength test, Timed up and Go test, Katz Index of Independence in Activities of Daily Living, Lawton Index of Instrumental Activities of Daily Living, Mini Nutritional Assessment, Mini-Mental State Evaluation, Geriatric Depression Scale, Body Mass Index (BMI) of these participants were recorded. Association of urinary incontinence and these parameters were analyzed. RESULTS: The median age of the study population was 68 (58-86 years of age). Two hundred and fifty-eight (66.32%) had hypertension, 122 (31.36%) had diabetes mellitus, 51 (13.11%) had asthma/Chronic obstructive lung disease, 49 (12.59%) had coronary artery disease and 9 (2.31%) had cerebrovascular disease. One hundred and seventy-eight (45.7%) patients had urinary incontinence (88 urge, 55 stress, 35 mixed). One hundred and eight (27.76%) of patients had Mini-Mental State Evaluation score ≤23.
