Bu makalede, Sîbeveyhi’nin el-Kitâb adlı eserinde konuların tertip sistemi ve ‘âmil faktörünün bu husustaki etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Konuların belli kriterler doğrultusunda tanzim edilmesi, müellifin benimsediği nahiv mantığını yansıtması ve ilgili konuların hem daha kolay hem de doğru bir şekilde anlaşılması açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. el-Kitâb, Arap gramerine dair günümüze ulaşan ilk kapsamlı eser olması hasebiyle birçok açıdan olduğu gibi konu tertibi bakımından da incelenmiştir. Araştırmalar sonucunda konuların belli esaslara dayalı tertip edilip edilmediği konusunda iki farklı görüş ön plana çıkmıştır. Çünkü Sîbeveyhi, asli ya da tâli olduğuna bakmaksızın her meseleyi ayrı birer bap olarak ele almıştır. Konular arasındaki ilişkiyi de daha çok meseleler bağlamında değerlendirmiştir. Bu nedenle aynı ana konuya ait birçok meseleyi ardışık bir şekilde değil muhtelif konular arasında ele almıştır. Nahiv konularının tertibinde etkili olan birçok faktör bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan biri de ‘âmil faktörüdür. Bu bağlamda biz de çalışmamızda el-Kitâb’ın konu tertibinde ‘âmil faktörünün etkisini ele aldık., In this article, the arrangement system of the topics and the effect of ‘âmil factor within the context of Sîbeveyhî’s work al-Kitâb was emphasised. The fact that the topics are arranged according to some certain criteria, that the syntax logic that the author adopts reflect, fact that the relevant topics can be understood both easier and more accurate has great importance. Since it is the first comprehensive work on Arabic grammar that has reached today, al-Kitâb, was examined in terms of topic arrangement as it was examined from many aspects. At the end of researches, two different views emerged forefront about whether the topics question were arranged based on some certain orders. Sîbeveyhî, each matter as a different section without paying attention whether it was a fundamental topic or auxiliary topic. He evaluated the relationship between the topics in the context of issues. For this reason, he dealt with many issues belonging to the same main topic, among various topics. In addition to this, some reasons such as the intertwining of some grammar and syntax issues at that time caused the work to be a subject of discussion in terms of composition. There are a number of factors such as of which are effective in arrangement of syntax topics. One of these is ‘âml factor. With this regard, the effect of ‘âmil factor in the topic arrangement of al-Kitâb was investigated in this study.

The aim of this study is to determine the us and the other phenomena in the epics in the 6th grade social studies textbooks and to try to determine how / why they are constructed. For this purpose, Middle School Social Studies textbooks were examined in detail by using document analysis method, which is one of the qualitative methods, and it was found that the epics were only included in the 6th grade textbooks. Ergenekon, Göç and Oğuz Kağan epics have been obtained from the sources given in the textbooks in the field of “Culture and Heritage”, achievement of “Geographical Inferences on the geographical, political, economic and cultural characteristics of the first Turkish states established in Central Asia”. The data obtained were analyzed with discourse analysis technique and the use and relations of us and other cases in the texts were tried to be determined and understood. As a result of this analysis, it has been determined that we and the other phenomena have come to life in the epics and are represented in different ways. Us are represented as a Turkish community in the Epic of Ergenekon, a precious rock in the Epic of Goc and a folk hero in the Epic of Oguz Kagan, while the other is a mountain in the Epic of Ergenekon, the Chinese in the Epic of Goc and the Epic of Oguz Kagan was represented as a wild rhinoceros., Bu çalışmanın amacı 6. sınıf sosyal bilgiler kitaplarında yer alan destanların içindeki biz ve öteki olgularını tespit etmek ve nasıl/niçin kurgulandıklarını belirlemeye çalışmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada nitel yöntemlerden doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılarak sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve destanların yalnızca 6. sınıf ders kitabında yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir. “Kültür ve Miras” öğrenme alanında, “Orta Asya’da kurulan ilk Türk devletlerinin coğrafi, siyasal, ekonomik ve kültürel özelliklerine ilişkin çıkarımlarda bulunur.” isimli kazanımda yer alan Ergenekon, Göç ve Oğuz Kağan destanlarının tam metinlerine ders kitaplarında verilen kaynaklardan ulaşıldıktan sonra elde edilen veriler söylem analizi tekniği ile analiz edilerek metinlerde yer alan biz ve öteki olgularının kullanımı ve ilişkileri tespit ve idrak edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu analiz neticesinde destanlarda birçok kez biz ve öteki olgularının hayatiyet bulduğu ve farklı şekillerde temsil edildiği tespit edilmiştir. Biz olgusu Ergenekon Destanı’nda bir Türk topluluğu, Göç Destanı’nda değerli bir kaya ve Oğuz Kağan Destan’ında bir halk kahramanı şeklinde temsil edilirken öteki olgusu Ergenekon Destanı’nda bir dağ, Göç Destanı’nda Çinliler ve Oğuz Kağan Destan’ında yabani bir gergedan olarak temsil edildiği tespit edilmiştir.

Bu çalışma 20.yüzyılın ikinci yarısında tiyatronun yeni bir poetika ile ele alınmasında ve pedagojik yönü üzerinde fikir yürüten öncü isimlerden biri olan Augusto Boal’in oyuncu hakkındaki görüşlerine odaklanmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda 1960’larda Brezilya’da baskı ve darbeler sürecinde politik görüşlerini etkileyen toplumsal olaylardan başlayarak Ezilenlerin Tiyatrosu düşüncesinin ortaya çıkış sürecine ardından da 1980 sonrasında Avrupa’da sürgünde geçirdiği yıllarda yaklaşımına kattığı yeni özelliklere, terapi ile yakınlaşmalarına ve bunların oyuncuyu algılama biçimine getirdiği açılımlara göz atılmıştır. Kronolojik bir akışla, toplumsal değişimlerle paralel ele alınan Boal’in yaklaşımının oyuncuyu nasıl yeni bir çerçevede tanımladığı ve toplumsal etkilere yanıtlar üretmeye çalışırken tüm ezilenleri nasıl birer “toplumsal aktör” hâline getirmeye çalıştığı ortaya konulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Oyuncu, Augusto Boal, Tiyatro. This study aims to focus on the actor in the thought of Augusto Boal; one of the leading names of thesecond half of the twentieth century who expressed opinions on the pedagogical aspect of theatre andthe need to address the theatre with a new poetics. In this respect, the scope of this study begins byunfolding the social incidents in 1960’s Brazil in a period of oppression and coups which influenced hispolitical views, carving the way for the idea of The Theatre of the Oppressed, followed by the newcharacteristics adopted in his approach during his years in exile in Europe after 1980, the closerelationship established with therapy and finally, the ways in which all the above have contributed to theexpansion of how the actor is perceived. In a chronological survey, discussed in parallel to social changes,this paper shows how Boal’s approach defines the actor in a new frame, and how, as it struggles toproduce responses to social impacts, it strives to transform each and every oppressed being into “socialactors”.Keywords: Actor, Augusto Boal, Theatre

16. yüzyılda bugün bilinen hali ile tarihsahnesinde belirmiş olan İtalyan halktiyatrosu türü Commedia dell’Arte ikiyüzyıldan fazla süren etkisi ile İtalya dışına dayayılmış ve kalıp tipleri, doğaçlamayadayanan yapısı ve maske kullanımı ile özgünbir üslup oluşturmuştur. 18.yüzyılınortasından itibaren ise Carlo Goldoniöncülüğünde başlayan değişimlerle asalözelliklerini kaybetmeye başlamıştır.Aristokrat kökenli yazar Carlo Gozzi,18.yüzyılın sonunda artık yok olmaya yüztutan türün özelliklerini yaratıcı bir hayalgücü ile yeniden popüler hale getirmiş veGoldoni’nin ‘reform’ çabalarına karşıçıkmıştır. Bu karşı çıkış aynı zamanda edebibir tartışma ile sürmüştür. Gozzi’nin hayalgücü ile işlenmiş oyunları, Commediadell’Arte’nin geleneksel özelliklerini koruma çabası 20.yüzyılın başında pek çoktiyatrocunun türe duyduğu ilgi için önemli birreferans noktası olarak tarih sahnesinde yerinialmıştır. Bu öneme tezat şekilde Türkçe’deCarlo Gozzi hemen hiç tanınmamakta veoyunları bilinmemektedir. Uzaktanbakıldığında yok olmakta olan aristokratsınıfın tutucu bir temsilcisi gibi görünen CarloGozzi’nin hayatına ve sanat düşüncesineyakından bakıldığında romantizmin isyanruhunu taşıyan ve bir halk tiyatrosu türü olanCommedia dell’Arte’yi korumasına almışilginç bir öyküye ulaşılmaktadır. Commedia dell’Arte, which was appearedon the stage in the 16th century as it is knowntoday, created a unique form and spreadoutside of Italy with its prototypes, masks andits structure based on improvisation and itsinfluence lasted for more than 200 years. Bythe mid-18th century its fundamental featuresstarted to disappear with the changes startedunder the leadership of Goldoni. Carlo Gozzi,who had aristocratic heritage, was made thefeatures of this form popular which is about todisappear with his creative imagination andobjected to Goldoni’s ‘reform’ efforts. Thisobjection brought a literal debate. Gozzi’splays which are rich in imagination andattempts to protect the traditional features ofCommedia dell’Arte became important at thebeginning of the 20th century as many actorsand actresses interested in that form. In contrast to that era, Carlo Gozzi and his playsare not known in Turkey. Even if he mightseem a conservative representative ofaristocrat class, when it is looked closer to hislife and works one can find an interestingstory that has a rebellious soul of theromanticism and a protector of a folk dramaform Commedia dell’Arte. Bu çalışmada temel amaç Nâzım Hikmet’in Ferhad ile Şirin oyununun Rene Girard’ın kapsamlı bir teoremin başlangıç noktası olarak ortaya attığı ‘mimetik arzu’ kavramı çerçevesinde analiz edilmesidir. Girard, edebiyat kuramcısı olarak başladığı akademik çalışmalarına kültürün ve dinin kökenlerine eğildiği bir sentez ile devam etmiştir. Bu esnada da mitleri, kutsal kitapları, romanları ve hatta tiyatro metinlerini çözümlemeleri için sadece bir analiz malzemesi olarak değil aynı zamanda bir kanıt niteliğinde kullanmıştır. Köken olarak bir halk hikâyesine dayanan Ferhad ile Şirin oyunu da ‘mimetik arzu’nun yoğun olarak görüldüğü bir ilişkiler ağına ve rekabetten şiddete uzanan bir çatışma ortamına sahiptir. İlk bakışta romantik görülebilecek yapısının derinlerinde yatan ‘arzunun cehennemi mekanizmaları’ analiz edildiğinde, oyunun Girard’ın ‘romansal hakîkat’ olarak ifade ettiği özellikleri pek çok noktada taşıdığı görülür. Ama oyun sonuna doğru kimi koşut düşünceler ortaya çıkmaya başlar. Bu noktalar Nâzım Hikmet’in toplumcu gerçekçi bakışının oyuna nüfuz etmiş izleri ile Girardyen bir düşüncenin karşı karşıya geldiği anlardır., This study aims to analyse the play Ferhad and Sirin by Nâzım Hikmet within the framework of the concept ‘mimetic desire’ put forward by Rene Girard as a terminus a quo to a comprehensive theory. Girard synthesises the academic work he begins in literary criticism with the origins of culture and religion. In the process he uses myths, religious texts, novels and plays not only as material to be analysed and deciphered but also as evidence. The play Ferhad and Sirin which originates from a folk story yields an environment of conflict in which a dense case of ‘mimetic desire’ is seen in the cobweb of relationships sprawling from rivalry to violence. When the “infernal mechanism of mimetic desire” is analysed underlying what seems at first a romantic structure, the play can be seen to carry at various points what Girard defines as ‘romanesque truth’. However, towards the end of the play some parallel thoughts begin to emerge. These points are where Nâzım Hikmet’s social realist point of view penetrating the text meet Girardian thought.

Bulgaristan ve Osmanlı İmparatorluğu 14'üncü yüzyıldan 20'nci yüzyılın başına kadar etkileşim içerisinde kalmıştır. Bu süre içerisinde her iki toplumun da birbirinden etkilenmesi kaçınılmazdır. Etkileşimin gerçekleştiği alanlardan birinin de yerel yönetimler olduğu düşünülmektedir. Yerel yönetimler geçmişten günümüze kadar tüm dünyada değişmeye ve gelişmeye devam etmiş ve her toplum kendine özgü yerel yönetim sistemi oluşturmaya çalışmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasının asıl amacı Bulgaristan ve Türkiye yerel yönetim sistemlerinin karşılaştırılarak farklılıkların ve benzerliklerin ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Bu anlamda çalışma; Bulgaristan ve Türkiye yerel yönetimlerinin tarihsel gelişim süreci, yerel yönetimlerin yapısı ve yerel yönetim alanında yapılan düzenlemeler ile iki ülkenin yerel yönetim sistemlerinin karşılaştırılması konularını içermektedir. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında Tanzimat Fermanı'nın yerel yönetimler alanında getirdiği gelişmelere değinilerek, günümüz Bulgaristan ve Türkiye yerel yönetim yapılanmasının benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları ortaya çıkarılacaktır. Bu konunun seçilmesindeki amaç ise, literatürde Bulgaristan yerel yönetim sistemleri ile ilgili kapsamlı ve güncel bir kaynak boşluğunun olmasıdır. During this period, it is inevitable that both communities will be affected. It is presumed that one of the areas where interaction takes place is local governments. Local governments have continued to change and develop all over the world from past to present, and each society has tried to create its own local administration system. The main aim of this dissertation is revealing of Bulgaria and Turkey by comparing the differences and similarities of the local government system. In this sense, the dissertation includes the historical development of Turkish and Bulgarian local governments, their local government structures and the arrangements made in the areas of local governments, and the comparison of the local government systems of the two countries. In this scope, the improvements made by the Tanzimat Edict in the field of local governments will be examined, and the similarities and differences between today's local government systems of both Bulgaria and Turkey will be revealed. The purpose of selecting this topic is that there is a comprehensive and up-to-date resource gap in the literature regarding Bulgarian local government systems. ÖZETHer dönemde ve her toplumda ilmi, siyasi, idari, mimari vb. alanlarda büyük roller üstlenen ve mensup olduğu toplumda önemli etkiler bırakan büyük şahsiyetler yetişmiştir. Bu şahsiyetlerden bazıları tarihte hak ettiği değeri alırken bazıları birtakım nedenlerden dolayı tarih sahnesinden silinmiş bazıları ise, ya muhaliflerinin acımasız yakıştırmalarına maruz kalmış ya da kendilerine aşırı derecede bağlı olan taraftarlarınca mesnetsiz bir şekilde abartılmaya çalışılmıştır. Oysa araştırmacıların görevlerinden birisi de tarihte olumlu veya olumsuz etki bırakanları nesnel bir şekilde araştırıp gerçek kimliklerini ortaya çıkarmak ve topluma bu şekilde tanıtmaktır.Tarihte önemli bir konuma sahip olmasına rağmen hak ettiği değeri görmeyenlerden biri de hicri altıncı yüzyılın sonlarında vefat eden Ebû Said Bahâeddîn Karakuş b. Abdillah el-Esedî’dir. Zira kendisi, Eyyûbiler döneminde vezirlik makamına kadar yükselen Ebü’l-Mekârim Es‘ad b. el-Memmâtî (ö. 606/1209) tarafından kimliği dışında tanıtılmaya çalışılmıştır. Karakuş’u, el-Fâşûş fi Ahkâmi Karakûş” adlı eserinde acımasızca eleştiren İbn Memmâtî onun halk arasında zalim, ahmak ve duygularına düşkün biri olarak tanınmasını amaçlamış ve oldukça da başarılı olmuştur.Bu minval üzere biz de bildirimizde söz konusu dönemde başta askeri, mimari, idari alanlar olmak üzere pek çok önemli görevlerde bulunan Karakuş ve onun en büyük rakibi olan İbn-i Memmâtî’yi objektif bir şekilde ele alacağız.Anahtar Kelimeler: Eyyûbiler, Devlet Adamları, Karakuş, İbn Memmâtî, el-Fâşûş fî Ahkâmi Karakuş. ABSTRACTIn every period and in every society, great persons who have played a major role in the fields like science, politics, administration, architecture etc. and have had significant impacts on the society they belong to, have been raised. Some of these persons received the value they deserved in history, while others were erased from the stage of history for a number of reasons. Some of them have been exaggerated by their adherents, who have either been subjected to brutal apprehensions by their opponents or who are extremely dependent on them. However, one of the tasks of the researchers is to objectively find out the persons who make positive and negative impacts in history and to reveal their real identities and to introduce them to the society in this way.One of those who didn’t see the value he deserved despite having an important position in history and passed away at the end of the sixth century of Hijri Calendar is Ebû Said Bahâeddîn Karakus b. Abdillah el-Esedî. Because, he was tried to be introduced out of his identity by Ebu’l-Mekârim Es‘ad b. el-Memmâtî (ö. 606/1209) who rose at the degree of vizier in the period of Ayyubids. İbn Memmâtî who heartlessly criticized Karakus for his work “el-Fâsûs fi Ahkâmi Karakûs” aimed to introduce him as a cruel, fool and fond of his feelings in the public and became quite successful. In this way, we will also discuss objectively of Karakus who served many important tasks, especially in the military, architectural and administrative fields and his biggest rival, Ibn Mamâtî.Key Words: Ayyubids, Statesmen, Karakus, İbn Memmâtî, el-Fâşûş fî Ahkâmi Karakus.
