Under the fierce business competition and sustainable development pressure, the pattern of enterprise innovation has gradually changed from independent innovation to cooperative innovation. As a collection of multi-type innovation actors, the innovation ecosystem provides opportunities and platforms for cooperative innovation among government–industry–university–research institutions. While the present studies on innovation ecosystems are mostly from the perspective of the system level, few studies pay attention to the innovation mechanism of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMMEs) in the innovation ecosystem. Therefore, this study takes SMMEs embedded in innovation ecosystems as research objects and explores the factors affecting green innovation. We constructed a theoretical model to explain the effect of innovation eco-embeddedness on green innovation performance based on ecosystem theory and network embeddedness theory; we then collected 363 samples of SMMEs in China through surveys and further tested the data empirically. The results show that the innovation eco-embeddedness (IEE) of SMMEs has a positive effect on their green innovation performance (GIP), and their green value co-creation practices (GVCCPs) partially mediate the relationship between IEE and GIP. Moreover, ecological norms (ENs) in the innovation ecosystem not only positively moderate the impact of IEE on GVCCPs but also positively moderate the mediating role of GVCCPs. This study enriches the relevant research on innovation ecosystems from the perspective of non-core enterprises and provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for SMMEs to implement green innovation practices and realize growth through innovation ecosystems. A method to implement DMA controller of PCIe bus interface based on Altera FPGA PCIe PHY IP and Synopsys PCIe Core IP was proposed in this paper，and a 4-lane PCIe transmission system was builted. The correctness of reading and writing data was proved through the stimulation in Synopsys VIP environment and transfer verification in Altera Stratix V EX series FPGA platform. The bandwidth of DMA read and DMA write can achieve 1 547 MB/s and 1 607 MB/s respectively. The DMA controller can satisfy the demands of data transfer rates in most practical applications.

In recent years, China, as the world’s largest consumer products manufacturing country, has more and more consumer quality and safety incidents. By analyzing and constructing the supervision mode of quality and safety risks of consumer products, this paper improves the identification and collection system of quality and safety risks of consumer products, improves the evaluation system of impact factors of quality and safety of consumer products, and strengthens the communication and operation mechanism of quality and safety risks of consumer products. Through the supervision of quality and safety risks of consumer products, we will explore the establishment of a social governance model of quality and safety of consumer products, and build a "five-in-one" supervision model of quality and safety risks of consumer products based on government supervision, enterprise self-discipline, social coordination, public participation and legal guarantee.

Rearranged during transfection (RET) fusions are found in 0.7% to 2% of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Fusions between RET gene and other domains represent the distinct biological and clinicopathological subtypes of NSCLC. Recent years have witnessed the remarkable advancement of RET fusion-positive advanced NSCLC therapy. Conventional chemotherapy produced moderate clinical benefits. Prior to the introduction of targeted therapy or in the context of unavailability, platinum-based systemic regimens are initial therapy options. Immunotherapy predicted minimal response in the presence of RET fusions while currently available data have been scarce, and the single-agent immunotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy regimens are not recommended as initial systemic therapy in this population. The repurpose of multi-target kinase inhibitors in patients with RET fusion-positive NSCLC showed encouraging therapeutic activity, with only cabozantinib and vandetanib being recommended as initial or subsequent options under certain circumstances. However, there are still unmet clinical needs. Pralsetinib and selpercatinib have been developed as tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) selectively targeting RET variation of fusions or mutations, and both agents significantly improved the prognosis of patients with RET fusion-positive NSCLC. Pralsetinib and selpercatinib have been established as preferred first-line therapy or subsequent therapy options. As observed with other TKIs treatment, resistance has also been associated with RET targeted inhibition, and the acquired resistance eventually affect the long-term therapeutic effectiveness, leading to limited subsequent treatment options. Therefore, it is essential to identify resistance mechanisms to TKI in RET fusion-positive advanced NSCLC to help reveal and establish new strategies to overcome resistance. Here, we review the advances in the treatment of RET fusion-positive advanced NSCLC.
