AIM: To investigate the onset of age, gender, profession, marital characteristics, clinical symptoms, signs, image characteristics of fundus and laser scanning features of syphilitic chorioretinitis.METHODS: Retrospective case series study. A total of 114 patients(138 eyes), 24 of whom were double eyes diagnosed with syphilitic chorioretinitis from January 2006 to January 2023 were included in this study. All of the data were collected from eye examination including the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure(IOP), fundus photography, optical coherence tomography(OCT), fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA), indocyanine green angiography(ICGA), visual field, visual evoked response; and blood tests including rapid plasma reagin(RPR)test and treponema pallidum hemagglutination(TPPA)test, tuberculin test, tuberculosis spot test, human immunodeficiency virus, human leukocyte antigen-B27, rheumatism series examination.RESULTS: All patients tested positive for RPR and TPPA, while other laboratory tests were negative, confirming the diagnosis of syphilitic chorioretinopathy. The average age of onset was 44±13.1 years old, with 59 males(51.8%), 55 females(48.2%), 90 monocular cases(78.9%), and 24 binocular cases(21.1%), and there were no significant differences in gender, marriage, or occupation. The main clinical features were visual loss, hyperemia of the optic disc, grayish-yellow opacity of the central retina; FFA mainly showed early dot weak background fluorescence in the peripheral region of the macula, retinal blood vessel fluorescence leakage staining, retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)fluorescence accumulation and optic disc staining or strong fluorescence; ICGA and OCT were mainly manifested by squamous weak fluorescence of the posterior retina; and the manifestations of FFA and ICGA were symmetrical; OCT revealed hyperreflective dots and pinpoint projection of RPE.CONCLUSION: The median age of onset in patients with syphilitic chorioretinitis is 44 years old, and monocular onset is more common. The patient's gender, marriage, and occupation have no significant characteristics. The clinical manifestations mainly include decreased vision, gray white cells in the vitreous body, thickening of the posterior pole retina, and grayish yellow changes. Correctly identifying OCT, FFA, and ICGA features can reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and make an early and correct diagnosis and treatment of patients.

The as-extruded microstructure of novel multiphase TiAl alloy（Ti-43.5Al-6（Nb，Cr，Ta））was taken as the research object，the evolution of the average content of β/B2 phase，α/α2 phase and γ phase in this alloy with the solution temperature and holding time was analyzed by heat treatment，and then the tensile properties of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature（750 ℃ and 800 ℃）with different β/B2 phase contents were tested. The results show that in the range of 1190 ℃ to 1350 ℃，the content of γ phase decreases gradually with the increase of solution temperature and holding time，and the γ phase disappears completely at 1270 ℃; the content of β/B2 phase first decreases and then increases with the increase of solution temperature，and gradually decreases with the prolongation of holding time，while the content and size of lamellar cluster have a negative correlation with the change of β/B2 phase content; The average content of β/B2 phase can be controlled below 10% in the range of 1230-1280 ℃; the average content of β/B2 phase can be controlled below 0.5% in the range of 1250-1270 ℃. When the alloy is in the three-phase region，the average content of β/B2 phase is about 6%，and the uniform and fine nearly lamellar structure with excellent comprehensive tensile properties can be obtained，and the tensile strength at room temperature exceeds 1050 MPa，the elongation at room temperature is 1.5%-2%; the tensile strength at 750 ℃ exceeds 950 MPa，and the tensile strength at 800 ℃ exceeds 850 MPa.

Abstract Background Growing evidence indicated that to develop of atherosclerosis observed more often by people with Alzheimer’s disease (AD), but the underlying mechanism is not fully clarified. Considering that amyloid-β (Aβ) deposition in the brain is the key pathophysiology of AD and plasma Aβ is closely relate to Aβ deposition in the brain, in the present study, we investigated the relationships between atherosclerosis and plasma Aβ levels. Methods This was a population based cross-sectional study. Patients with high risk of atherosclerosis from Qubao Village, Xi’an were underwent carotid ultrasound for assessment of atherosclerosis. Venous blood was collected on empty stomach in the morning and plasma Aβ1−40 and Aβ1−42 levels were measured using ELISA. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to investigate the relationships between carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) and plasma Aβ levels. Results Among 344 patients with high risk of atherosclerosis, 251(73.0%) had CAS. In the univariate analysis, the plasma Aβ levels had no significant differences between CAS group and non-CAS group (Aβ1−40: 53.07 ± 9.24 pg/ml vs. 51.67 ± 9.11pg/ml, p = 0.211; Aβ1−42: 40.10 ± 5.57 pg/ml vs. 40.70 pg/ml ± 6.37pg/ml, p = 0.285). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that plasma Aβ levels were not associated with CAS (Aβ1−40: OR = 1.019, 95%CI: 0.985–1.054, p = 0.270;Aβ1−42: OR = 1.028, 95%CI: 0.980–1.079, p = 0.256) in the total study population. After stratified by hypertension, CAS was associated with plasma Aβ1−40 positively (OR = 1.063, 95%CI: 1.007–1.122, p = 0.028) in the non-hypertension group, but not in hypertensive group. When the plasma Aβ concentrations were classified into four groups according to its quartile, the highest level of plasma Aβ1−40 group was associated with CAS significantly (OR = 4.465, 95%CI: 1.024–19.474, p = 0.046). Conclusion Among patients with high risk of atherosclerosis, CAS was associated with higher plasma Aβ1−40 level in non-hypertension group, but not in hypertension group. These indicated that atherosclerosis is associated with plasma Aβ level, but the relationship may be confounded by hypertension.

In order to optimize the hot working window of the novel TiZrAlHf Ti-based medium entropy alloy, the thermal deformation characteristics and microstructural evolution during thermal deformation were investigated by using hot compression simulation experiments and microstructural characterization methods. The results show that the microstructure of TiZrAlHf alloy ingot primarily consists of lamellar α phase and Widmanstatten structure at grain boundaries. The β transformation temperature (Tβ) of TiZr-AlHf alloys is 895 ℃. Within the α/α+β phase region (700-850 ℃) during deformation, an instability zone is identified within the temperature range of 700-750 ℃. The thermal deformation activation energy in the α/α+β phase region is 827.514 kJ/mol, the deformation microstructure predominantly comprised globular α phase, with the softening mechanism involving the globularization of lamellar α phase. When the alloy is deformed in the β phase region (900-1100 ℃) test process range, there is no instability zone in hot processing map, all samples remain intact without any signs of cracking. Consequently, free forging can be employed for roughing and finish forging operations. The hot deformation activation energy is 113.909 kJ/mol, and the deformation microstructure is mainly elongated β grains and acicular martensite α'. The softening mechanism in the region is dynamic recovery. The underlying nature of both deformation softening mechanisms lies in the proliferation of dislocations, slip and the evolution of cellular structures.

Abstract Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technology has been increasingly applied to power line carrier communication (PLC). Discrete Fourier Transformation (DFT)‐based channel estimation algorithm is suitable for OFDM‐based PLC due to its low complexity. In view of the problem that the traditional DFT channel estimation does not consider the influence of noise inside cyclic prefix (CP), an improved DFT channel estimation based on signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR) estimation is proposed. First, least‐square (LS) algorithm is performed and the frequency domain channel estimation is converted to the time domain through inverse DFT, and the average SNR of the system is estimated according to the pilot sequence. Second, the substitute SNR for each sample point inside CP is defined and used to filter impulse noise inside CP. Third, the average SNR is converted into the threshold of the useful signal energy inside CP, and the widespread background noise inside CP is filtered. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can obtain more accurate channel estimation than other DFT channel estimation algorithms because it can effectively filter out noise inside CP. In addition, compared with other similar algorithms, the proposed algorithm dose not result in a significant increase in complexity.

Dilemmas in financing, risk control, and liquidity have arisen in the face of the current land system, and land securitization can provide a way of thinking to solve these problems. This paper proposes four financial instruments for land asset securitization. It calculates the transaction pricing of that land asset security by splitting it into a composite of independent financial derivative values based on the risk-free arbitrage theory in financial engineering. Finally, based on the multiple fractals and volatility spillover index method, the impact of digital currency on the trading dependence and risk spillover of land asset securities when land is securitized as an asset is studied in depth. The results show that the fractal characteristics of land stocks are 0.756, and land bonds are 0.737. The multiple fractal characteristics of the cross-correlation of different land security assets are differentiated, which indicates that the impact of digital currency on the land security assets among them is stronger in the long memory of small fluctuations. The inverse persistence of large fluctuations is stronger. The risk spillover results show that there is a small risk correlation between digital currencies and land securities transactions.

This article reviews the application of the Reactive Molecular Dynamics (ReaxFF-MD) method in the field of insulating oil. It introduces the commonly used methods for constructing models of insulating oil and oil-paper, summarizes the pyrolysis mechanisms and influencing factors of insulating oil, analyzes the performance differences and advantages of different types of insulating oil, discusses the interactions and coupling effects in the oil-paper system. The paper points out the current status and existing issues in this field, providing a reference for further theoretical and experimental research.

At present, the alkylbenzene insulation oil for submarine cables of 220kV and above in China relies on imports, which poses high maintenance costs and supply interruption risks. Nano modified insulating oil has excellent electrical properties and broad application prospects in power systems. Therefore, nano SiO2 modified insulating oil was prepared, and the effects of APTES modified and unmodified nano SiO2 on the viscosity, breakdown voltage, and dielectric loss factor of the insulating oil were compared. The results showed that the viscosity of alkylbenzene insulating oil did not change significantly after the addition of nanoparticles, which met the operating standards for submarine cable oil; The breakdown voltage of the modified nano insulating oil has significantly increased, with a breakdown voltage of 0.12g/L being the highest. The breakdown voltage of the unmodified nano insulating oil has significantly decreased. The dielectric loss factors of modified and unmodified nano insulating oils do not vary significantly. This article provides theoretical and practical references for the domestic substitution research of submarine cable insulation oil.

Oil-filled submarine cables have come to dominate the reliable delivery of electrical power today, but oil leakage still remain a challenge. This work focuses on the exploring of spill behavior of dodecylbenzene (DDB) after leakage and the detection of DDB. Static and dynamic spill model were established to study the spreading and migration behavior of underwater DDB. In still water, the spilled oil droplets can quickly reach the uniform floating speed of 0.13 m s-1 with no significant change under different oil spill rates. DDB can be dispersed as small droplets in seawater, which the diameter of DDB droplets increased from 60 nm to 200 nm with the increase of the concentration from 10 ppm to 1000 ppm. This study suggests a research basis for finding the leakage point of submarine cables, and explores the way for detection of DDB.

W18O49/C-TiO2 direct Z-scheme photocatalyst was prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. The structure, morphology, transport properties of photogenerated carriers and energy band structure were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, PL and other measurements. Under simulated sunlight illumination, the photocatalytic water splitting performance for hydrogen (H2) production and quantum efficiency were studied without adding any sacrificial agent. The results show that the construction of W18O49/C-TiO2 direct Z-scheme photocatalyst can significantly improve light absorption, accelerate the separation and transport of photogenerated carriers, and enable more photogenerated electrons participate in the photocatalytic reduction reaction, so the sample possesses high efficient photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic H2 production tests show that under simulated sunlight illumination, the W18O49/C-TiO2 direct Z-scheme heterojunction can achieve H2 production rate of 209 μmol·h-1·g-1 without adding any sacrificial agents. It also exhibits strong photocatalytic stability; the H2 production remains unchanged during the 24 h cycle test.

Railway safety is the core of railway transportation guarantee. The unstructured text data of railway safety problems is large, and the content of the text has no specific rules, which makes it very difficult to comprehensively analyze and solve the safety problems. Aiming at the intelligent classification of railway safety data, an evolutionary ensemble classifier model is proposed. By analyzing the characteristics of the catenary security issues of data, TF-IDF model is adopted to realize the feature extraction. Bagging ensemble classifier which uses Decision Tree as the base classifier classifies the text data, in the process of classification of Bagging, for the combined solution set of base classifier generated by Bagging Algorithm, Genetic Algorithm is proposed to optimize it to generate the combined solution set of base classifier with better classification results. Based on the safety problem of power supply contact network of a railway bureau, the experimental analysis shows that the TF-IDF+Bagging+Genetic Algorithm=Evolutionary Ensemble Classifier model has a high classification index in the text classification of railway safety problems.

To analyze the relationship between composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of TA15 titanium alloys, the quasi-static tensile properties and dynamic properties at room temperature of four kinds of TA15 titanium alloys were studied by the electronic universal tensile testing machine and split hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). The results reveal that the Zr content has little effect on the tensile strength at room temperature, moreover, with the increase of content of main alloy elements Al, V and Mo, the content of primary α phase decreases and the lamella width of secondary α phase is thinner which provide higher strength and lower plasticity. Slight changes in alloy composition have little effect on dynamic mechanical properties within the critical strain rate range. Increasing the content of main alloy elements Al, Zr, V and Mo is beneficial to improve the critical strain rate, at which the alloy has excellent dynamic mechanical properties. For equiaxed TA15 titanium alloys obtained under air cooling condition, the smaller volume fraction of primary α phase and thinner lamella of secondary α phase can improve the tensile strength, critical strain rate and dynamic mechanical properties at room temperature.

Bone marrow involvement (BMI) is a hallmark of poor prognosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Because of its pivotal role in assessing prognosis and guiding treatment, it is an essential assessment for(NHL) first-time referrals of NHL. In its detection method, bone marrow biopsy (BMB) possesses the position of cornerstone. However, flow cytometry, cytogenetics and molecular biology of aspirate also have increased their diagnostic significance and have showed new value of assessing the prognosis with the development of technology. At the same time, PET-CT, as an effective detection method, has gradually become a research hotspot. This article reviews these detection methods and recent BMI prognostic studies, and looks forward to future of this field.

In view of the characteristics of low coal hardness and permeability of a certain area, in order to confirm suitable cartridge radius and non-coupling charging coefficient, and improve coal blasting efficiency in the area, software of ANSYS/LS_DYNA was used for simulation analysis of blast cracking, and radius of compression zone and the maximum crack length under different cartridge radius and non-coupling charging coefficient were obtained. The analysis results show that the most suitable cartridge radius is 30 mm, and the non-coupling charging coefficient is 1.5 when the coal is on the pre-splitting blasting anti-reflection; in a certain range, blast cracking effect of high hardness coal is better than low hardness coal, the main performance is that for the high hardness coal, coal crushing area radius is relatively small and cracks number is more than low hardness coal, while the crack length is also large.

According to the requirements of sustainable development, through scientific planning of engineering design activities, the sustainable concept of "green design" is introduced into the design of transmission line. The green design method is elaborated in four aspects: electrical design of transmission line, design of tower foundation, structural design of tower body and cable design, which guide the "green construction" of saving resources, protecting environment, improving efficiency and ensuring quality, so as to achieve the goal of saving resources and reducing the negative impact on the environment to the maximum extent. Therefore, the sustainable concept of "green design" has far-reaching promotion significance and prospects.

Some advanced high temperature titanium alloys are usually selected to be manufactured into blade, disc, case, blisk and bling under high temperature environment in compressor and turbine system of a new generation high thrust-mass ratio aero-engine. The latest research progress of 600℃ high temperature titanium alloy, fireproof titanium alloy, TiAl alloy, continuous SiC fiber reinforced titanium matrix composite and their application technology in recent years in China were reviewed in this paper. The key technologies need to be broken through in design, processing and application of new material and component are put forward, including industrial ingot composition of high purified and homogeneous control technology, preparation technology of the large size bar and special forgings, machining technology of blisk and bling parts, material property evaluation and application design technique. The future with the continuous application of advanced high temperature titanium alloys, will be a strong impetus to the development of China's aero-engine technology.

Mammalian organs exhibit distinct physiology, disease susceptibility, and injury responses between the sexes. In the mouse kidney, sexually dimorphic gene activity maps predominantly to proximal tubule (PT) segments. Bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data demonstrated that sex differences were established from 4 and 8 weeks after birth under gonadal control. Hormone injection studies and genetic removal of androgen and estrogen receptors demonstrated androgen receptor (AR)-mediated regulation of gene activity in PT cells as the regulatory mechanism. Interestingly, caloric restriction feminizes the male kidney. Single-nuclear multiomic analysis identified putative cis-regulatory regions and cooperating factors mediating PT responses to AR activity in the mouse kidney. In the human kidney, a limited set of genes showed conserved sex-linked regulation, whereas analysis of the mouse liver underscored organ-specific differences in the regulation of sexually dimorphic gene expression. These findings raise interesting questions on the evolution, physiological significance, disease, and metabolic linkage of sexually dimorphic gene activity.

This paper offers a comprehensive survey of translation ethics within the theoretical frame of Lady Welby's meaning triad concerning the relationship between ethics and translation in the meaning process of sign activities. The paper mainly discusses such aspects as: (1) the relationship between meaning triad and translation ethics, (2) upward translation as a method to maximize ethical value and (3) enhancement of translation ethics as a goal of upward translation. The results of the paper can be found as the following: (1) the evolutionary process of meaning from sense to meaning and then to significance is the path for the improvement of translators' cognitive ability and the sublimation of translator or interpreter's ethics and morality; (2) Upward translation serves as a key to enhancing translators' ethical consciousness; and (3) translation, meaning and ethics are correlated and interrelated mechanisms. Therefore, the implications of the dynamic and dialogic view of translation and meaning will provide an interdisciplinary theoretical vision for the construction of translation ethics.
