In today's competitive business world, success increasingly depends on effective human management at the level of individual work positions, especially directives, as these are responsible for leading organizations aimed at achieving the proposed goals. Particularly important in this context is the competency management development from the perspective of strategic alignment, prospective and situational approach. A considerations set with theoretical and methodological foundations for the identification of managerial competencies are presented, starting from recognizing this phase as basic in managing them process of.
