Bu çalışmada, Kahramanmaraş koşullarında bazı rezene (Konya ve Tokat-1) popülasyonlarında, artan azot dozlarının; bitkisel ve verim özelliklerini ne şekilde etkileyeceğinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma 2019-2020 kışlık vejetasyon döneminde Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Araştırma ve Uygulama arazisinde, bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda farklı azot dozları uygulanan rezene popülasyonlarında; bitki boyu 59.06-75.03 cm, bitkide dal sayısı 6.83-7.07 adet/bitki, bitkide şemsiye sayısı 33.53-34.35 adet/bitki, bitkide şemsiyecik sayısı 233.961-256.817 adet/bitki, bitkide tohum sayısı 1949.23-2376.89 adet/bitki, bin meyve ağırlığı 9.56-9.58 g, tohum verimi 226.24-257.50 kg/da, biyolojik verim 836.99-1058.06 kg/da, hasat indeksi %24.49-27.82 değerleri arasında bulunmuştur. Yürütülen bu çalışmada tohum verimi bakımından kontrolün dışındaki dozlar (3, 6, 9, 12, 15 kg/da N) istatistiki olarak aynı grupta olmasına rağmen, popülasyon x doz interaksiyonuna göre en yüksek değer Tokat-1 popülasyonunun 9 kg/da N dozunda saptanmıştır.

Bu araştırmada, Kahramanmaraş florasında doğal olarak yayılış gösteren Juniperus excelsa M. Bieb. subsp. excelsa (Boz ardıç) ve Juniperus foetidissima Willd. (Kokar ardıç) türlerinin yaprak ve kozalak örneklerinin uçucu yağ kompozisyonları belirlenmiştir. J. excelsa subsp. excelsa türünün yapraklarının kozalaklara göre daha fazla yağ içerdiği, J. foetidissima türünde ise kozalakların yapraktan daha yüksek oranda yağ içerdiği görülmüştür. Analiz sonuçlarına göre her iki tür için de hem yaprak hem de kozalak uçucu yağ bileşenlerinin başlıcası α-pinen’dir. J. excelsa subsp. excelsa’nın yaprak uçucu yağlarına bakıldığında toplam 28 bileşenden 21 tanesini içerdiği, başlıca bileşenin α-pinen (%55,25) olduğu, kozalak uçucu yağlarına bakıldığında 30 bileşenden 18’ini içerdiği, başlıca bileşenin yine α-pinen (%83,43) olduğu ve yaprak uçucu yağındaki orandan daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanında J. foetidissima yaprak uçucu yağının tanımlanan 28 bileşenden 17’sini içerdiği, yaprak uçucu yağında α-pinen’in (%24,00) başlıca bileşen olduğu, kozalak uçucu yağının 30 bileşenden 22’sini içerdiği, başlıca bileşenin yine α-pinen (%32) olduğu ve yaprak uçucu yağındaki orandan daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur.

Bu çalışmada Kahramanmaraş ilinin Nurhak ilçesinde doğal olarak yayılış gösteren endemik Achillea magnifica türünün sabit ve uçucu yağ bileşenleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışma Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tıbbi ve Aromatik bitkiler laboratuvarında yürütülmüştür. Uçucu yağlar Neo-Clevenger, sabit yağlar ise soxhalet cihazında elde edilmiştir. Uçucu yağ bileşenleri Batı Akdeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsünde, sabit yağ bileşenleri ise Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi ÜSKİM laboratuvarında GC/MS cihazında belirlenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; A. magnafica’nın uçucu yağında 22 farklı bileşen belirlenmiş olup bunların başlıcası %16.80 ile 1,8-cineole dur. Bu bileşeni %9.20 ile borneol, %9.19 ile sabinyl acetate, %7.56 ile camphor, %6.99 ile germacrene, %5.04 ile linalool takip etmektedir. Sabit yağ bileşenlerine bakıldığında başlıca bileşenin %21.26 ile linoleik asit olduğu ve bu bileşeni %18.49 ile palmitik asit, %17.83 ile ɣ-linolenic asit, %11.97 ile oleik asit, %11.94 ile behenik asit ve %5.81 ile kaproik asit takip etmiştir.

Bu çalışmada ülkemizin biyolojik zenginliklerinin önemli bir parçası olan ve doğal habitatlarından toplanan Hypericum L. cinsine ait Hypericum uniglandosum Hausskn. ex Bornm., Hypericum microcalycinum Boiss. & Heldr. ve Hypericum scabroides N. Robson & Poulter türleri uçucu yağ bileşenleri yönünden araştırılmıştır. Bu türlerden Hypericum uniglandosum ve Hypericum scabroides türleri endemik türdür. Çalışmada kullanılan bitkiler temmuz- ağustos ayında çiçekli dönemde iken toplanarak uçucu yağ bileşenleri yönünden araştırılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre 14 farklı bileşen tespit edilmiştir. Bitki örnekleri ile yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre en çok bulunan bileşen; H. uniglandosum’ da; % 90.25, H. microcalycinum’ da; % 91.46 ve H. scabroides’te; % 91.77 olarak alpha-pinene olmuştur. Bu bileşenden başka değişik oranlar olmakla birlikte beta-pinene, beta-myrcene, limonene, cymene gibi çeşitli bileşenler de analiz sonuçlarına göre rapor edilmiştir. Çalışma materyalimizi oluşturan bitkiler üzerinde farklı oranlarda, farklı bileşenler tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmamızı oluşturan H. uniglandosum ve H. scabroides türleri endemik tür olduğu için uçucu yağ analizlerinin belirlenmesinin önem arz ettiği düşünülmektedir., In this study, Hypericum uniglandosum Hausskn. ex Bornm., Hypericum lıydium Boiss. and Hypericum scabroides N. Robson & Poulter species belonging to the Hypericum genus, which are an important part of the biological richness of our country and collected from their natural habitats, were investigated in terms of essential oil components. Among these species, Hypericum uniglandosum and Hypericum scabroides species are endemic. The plants used in the study were collected during the flowering period in July-August and investigated in terms of essential oil components. Considering to the results of the analysis, 14 diverse components were determined. For the results of the analysis made with plant samples, the most common component; In H. uniglandosum; 90.25% in H.microcalycinum 91.46% and in H. scabroides; 91.77% was alpha-pinene. Although there are different ratios apart from this component, various components such as beta-pinene, beta-myrcene, limonene, cymene have also been reported according to the results of the analysis. Different components were detected at different rates on the plants that make up our study material. In addition, since H. uniglandosum and H. scabroides species that make up our study are endemic species, it is important to determine the essential oil analysis.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is one of the most common health problems that are responsible for one-third of all deaths around the globe. Although X-Ray angiography has deficiencies such as two-dimensional (2D) representation of three dimensional (3D) structures, vessel overlapping, noisy background, the existence of other tissues/organs in images, etc., it is used as the gold standard technique for the diagnosis and in some cases treatment of CVDs. To overcome the deficiencies, great efforts have been drawn on retrieval of actual 3D representation of coronary arterial tree from 2D X-ray angiograms. However, the proposed algorithms are based on analytical methods and enforce some constraints. With the evolution of deep neural networks, 3D reconstruction from images can be achieved effectively. In this study, we propose a new data structure for the representation of objects in a tubular shape for 3D reconstruction of arteries using deep learning. Moreover, we propose a method to generate synthetic coronaries from data of real subjects. Then, we validate tubular shape representation using 3 typical deep learning architectures with synthetic X-ray data we produced. The input to deep learning architectures is multi-view segmented X-Ray images and the output is the structured tubular representation. We compare results qualitatively in terms of visual appearance and quantitatively in terms of Chamfer Distance and Mean Squared Error. The results demonstrate that tubular representation has promising performance in 3D reconstruction of coronaries. We observe that convolutional neural network (CNN) based architectures yield better 3D reconstruction performance with 9.9e-3 on Chamfer Distance. On the other hand, LSTM-based network fails to learn the coronary tree structure and we conclude that LSTMs are not appropriate for auto-regression problems as depicted in this study.

Kuraklık dünyayı tehdit eden küresel bir sorun haline gelmiştir. Tarımsal üretimde ciddi verim kayıplarına sebep olmaktadır. Bu araştırma Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Laboratuvarında 2019 Şubat ayında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada Özkaynak, Violetta ve Taşkent yem bezelyesi çeşitlerinin çimlenme ve fide gelişimine dair parametreler incelenmiştir. Bu çeşitlere ait tohumlar farklı kuraklık stresi seviyeleri 0 (kontrol), -0.6, -1.7, -3.2 ve -5.3 bar kullanılarak çimlendirilmiştir. Araştırma tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre dört tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Gözlemler her gün aynı saatte yapılmış, radikula uzunluğu 2 mm’yi geçen tohumlar çimlenmiş olarak kabul edilmiştir. Tohumlar ışık ayarı 12 saat gündüz 12 saat gece olacak şekilde 20 ℃’ye ayarlı iklimlendirme dolabında on dört gün süreyle takip edilmiştir. Araştırmada, çeşitlerin ve farklı kuraklık seviyelerine ait ortalamaların arasındaki farklılıkların istatistiki olarak önemli çıktığı tespit edilmiş ve artan kuraklık seviyelerinin çimlenme süresini uzattığı, çimlenme indeksi ve kuraklık tolerans indeksini düşürdüğü, ayrıca fide gelişimini olumsuz yönde etkilediği saptanmıştır. Deneme sonucunda Violetta yem bezelyesi çeşidinin diğer çeşitlere oranla kuraklık stresine daha toleranslı olduğu görülmüştür., Drought has become a global problem threatening the world. It causes serious yield losses in agricultural production. This study was conducted in Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, Faculty of Agriculture and Department of Field Crops Laboratory in February 2019. In this study, parameters of germination and seedling development of Özkaynak, Violetta and Taşkent field pea varieties were examined. Seeds of these varieties were germinated using different drought stress levels [0 (control), -0.6, -1.7, -3.2 and -5.3 bar]. The experiment was established according to the completely randomized experimental design with four replications. Observations were made every day at the same time, seeds with radicle length exceeding 2 mm were considered germinated. Seeds were monitored for fourteen days at 20 ℃ in the air-conditioning cabinet. The germination habitat was adjusted for 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness. In the study, it was determined that the differences between the varieties and the averages of different drought levels were statistically significant and it was determined that increasing drought levels prolong the germination period, reduce the germination index and drought tolerance index, and also negatively affect seedling development. As a result of the experiment, it was observed that the Violetta forage pea variety was more tolerant of drought stress than other varieties.

Bu araştırma Kahramanmaraş ekolojik koşullarında bazı rezene (Foeniculum vulgare Mill. var. dulce) popülasyonlarının ve sıra arası mesafelerinin verim, verim unsurları ve kalite özellikleri üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2019-20 yetiştirme sezonunda yürütülmüştür. Deneme tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışmada; Konya, Tokat 1, Urfa rezene popülasyonları ana parsellere ve 20, 30, 40, 50 cm sıra arası mesafeler ise alt parsellere gelecek şekilde yerleştirilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre rezene popülasyonlarına ait bitkisel, verim ve kalite özellikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada; bitki boyu 62.00-82.50 cm, bitki başına dal sayısı 6.77-9.90 adet, bitki başına şemsiye sayısı 23.12-38.83 adet, bitki başına şemsiyecik sayısı 173.08-253.28 adet, bitki başına tohum sayısı 1114,46-1911.80 adet, bin tohum ağırlığı 8.36-10.43 g, tohum verimi 111.44-216.72 kg da-1, protein oranı %12.01-13.94, sabit yağ oranı %12.71-16.12, sabit yağ verimi 14.15-31.45 kg da-1, uçucu yağ oranı %1.58-1.87 ve uçucu yağ verimi 7.59-16.70 L da-1 olarak belirlenmiştir. Dekara tohum verimi açısından sıra arası mesafelerin 40 cm ye kadar artması olumlu yönde etki etmiştir. Tohum verimi göz önünde bulundurulduğunda Konya popülasyonunun 40 cm sıra arası mesafede en yüksek tohum verimine sahip olduğu görülmüştür., This research was carried out in 2019-2020 growing season, in order to define the effects of inter-row distances on yield and yield factors on quality traits of some fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill. var. dulce) populations in Kahramanmaras ecological conditions. In this study, which was conducted according to the split plots in randomized blocks experimental design with three replications. In the study, plant, yield and quality characteristics of fennel populations were examined.Due to the findings of the research, plant height was 62.00-82.50 cm, number of branches per plant was 6.77-9.90, number of umbels per plant was 23.12-38.83, number of umbellets per plant was 173.08-253.28, number of seeds per plant was 1114.46-1911.80, thousand seed weight was 8.36- 10.43 g, seed yield was 111.44-216.72 kg da-1, protein ratio was 12.01-13.94%, fixed oil ratio was 12.71-16.12%, fixed oil yield was 14.15-31.45 kg da-1, volatile oil ratio was 1.58-1.87%, and volatile oil yield was 7.59-16.70 L da-1. In terms of seed yield per decare, increasing the inter-row distances up to 40 cm had positive effect Regarding seed yield, Konya population was observed with the highest seed yield at 40 inter-row distance..

Geleneksel karyotip çalışmaları, bitki sistematiğinde türlerin konumlarını değerlendirmek için yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ancak çalışmalar bazen sistematik sorunları çözememektedir. Son yıllarda bilgisayar tabanlı sistemler taksonomik problemlerin çözümüne katkı sağlamada önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, mitozdaki kromozom görüntülerine dayalı yerel ikili örüntü doku operatörünü kullanarak üç Lallemantia türünü belirlemektir. Yerel ikili örüntü, yerel görüntü modellerini tanımlamak için en güçlü ve kolay uygulanabilir araçlardan biridir. Bu çalışmada mitozun metafaz evresindeki 641 hücrenin mikrofotoğrafları kullanılmıştır. Yerel ikili örüntü, ön işleme, özellik çıkarma, özellik seçme ve sınıflandırmayı içerir. Sınıflandırma aşamasında DT, LD, SVM, KNN, BT ve SNN kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma, başarı oranı yüzde yüz olduğu için en iyi sınıflandırıcının SNN olduğunu buldu. Ayrıca, üç tür arasındaki benzerliği ölçmek için bir dendrogram oluşturulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, LBP, kromozom görüntülerini kullanarak bitkileri sınıflandırmak için bir araç olarak kabul edilebilir., The traditional karyotype studies are widely used in plant systematics to evaluate the positions of species. However, studies sometimes can not solve systematic problems. In recent years, computer-based systems have gained importance in contributing to the solution of the taxonomical problems. The aim of this study was to identify three Lallemantia species by using the LBP (local binary pattern) texture operator based on chromosome images in mitosis. LBP is the one of the most powerful and easily applicable tool for identifying local image patterns. In this study, microphotographs of 641 cells in the metaphase stage of mitosis were used. The LBP involves preprocessing, feature extraction, feature selection, and classification. Decision tree (DT), linear discriminant (LD), support vector machine (SVM), K-nearest neighbor (KNN), bagged tree (BT) and ensemble subspace nearest neighbor (SNN) were used in the classification stage. This study found that the best acting classifier was SNN because achievement rate was one hundred percent. Also, a dendrogram was formed to measure the similarity among the three species. As a result, LBP can be accepted as a tool for classifying plants by using chromosome images.

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı ana dili Türkçe olan ve olmayan ortaokul öğrencilerinin dinleme/izleme stratejilerini kullanma durumlarını tarama modelinde betimsel bir bakış açısıyla ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla araştırmanın örnekleminde ana dili Türkçe olan ve olmayan 210 ortaokul öğrencisi yer almaktadır. Araştırma sürecinde veri toplama aracı olarak Doğan ve Erdem (2017) tarafından geliştirilen Ortaokul Öğrencilerinin Dinleme/İzleme Stratejileri Kullanım Sıklığı Ölçeği (DİSKSÖ) kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama süreci sonunda elde edilen veriler ölçeğin boyutları olan eleştirel dinleme/izleme, ayırt edici dinleme/izleme ve anlamlı dinleme/izleme boyutları açısından ve ölçeğin tamamı açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Dinleme/izleme stratejilerini kullanım sıklığı ile cinsiyet arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olmadığı, dinleme/izleme stratejileri açısından ana dili Türkçe olan öğrencilerin ana dili Türkçe olmayan öğrencilere göre dinleme/izleme stratejilerini daha sık kullandıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. DİSKSÖ’nün tamamı açısından ise 5. Sınıf öğrencilerinin 6, 7 ve 8. Sınıf öğrencilerinden; 6 ve 7. Sınıf öğrencilerinin de 8. Sınıf öğrencilerinden daha düşük sıklıkta dinleme/izleme stratejilerini kullandıkları ifade edilebilir., The main purpose of this research is to determine middle school students' using situation of listening/monitoring strategies whose mother tongue is Turkish or not. In this direction, it was aimed to reveal the frequency of using the listening / monitoring strategies of the middle school students whose mother tongue is Turkish or not, with a descriptive perspective in the survey model For this purpose, the sample of the research includes 210 secondary school students whose mother tongue is Turkish or not. In the research process, the Listening / Monitoring Strategies Usage Frequency Scale of the Secondary School Students (DİSKSÖ) developed by Doğan and Erdem (2017) were used as data collection instrument. The data obtained at the end of the data collection process were evaluated in terms of the dimensions of the scale, critical listening / monitoring, distinctive listening / monitoring, and meaningful listening / monitoring dimensions, and the entire scale. It was revealed that there was no significant relationship between frequency of using listening / monitoring strategies and gender. In terms of listening / watching strategies, it was revealed that students whose mother tongue is Turkish use listening / watching strategies more frequently than students whose mother tongue is not Turkish. In terms of the entire DİSKSÖ, it can be stated that 5th grade students use listening / watching strategies less frequently than 6th, 7th and 8th grade student and 6th and 7th grade students use listening / watching strategies less frequently than 8th grade students.

This study was conducted in Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, Faculty of Agriculture and Department of Field Crops Laboratory in January 2018. In this study, parameters of germination and seedling development of hungarian vetch (Kansur) and common vetch (Zemheri-08) species were examined. Seeds of these species were germinated using different saline solutions (0, 250, 750, 2250, 5000, 10000 ppm). The experiment was laid out in completely randomized design (CRD) with four replications. Observations were made every day at the same time, seeds with radicle length exceeding 1 mm were considered germinated. Seeds were monitored for fourteen days at 20℃ in the air-conditioning cabinet. The germination habitat was adjusted for 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness. According to the results of the research, the differences between species and salt concentrations in many features in terms of germination and seedling development were statistically significant, and the interaction of species and salt concentrations was insignificant. Increased salt concentrations negatively affected germination and seedling growth. In terms of germination rate, radicle and plumule length and vigor index values, hungarian vetch species has superior properties than common vetch species. For some features, higher values were obtained in 250 ppm application compared to control, while these values were in the same statistical group with control and 750 ppm application. Deneme tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre dört tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Gözlemler her gün aynı saatte yapılmış, radikula uzunluğu 1 mm’yi geçen tohumlar çimlenmiş olarak kabul edilmiştir. Tohumlar ışık ayarı 12 saat gündüz 12 saat gece olacak şekilde 20℃’ye ayarlı iklimlendirme dolabında on dört gün süreyle takip edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, çimlenme ve fide gelişimi yönünden birçok özellikte türler ve tuz konsantrasyonları arasındaki farklar istatistiki olarak önemli, tür ve tuz eriyikleri interaksiyonu önemsiz çıkmıştır. Artan tuz konsantrasyonları çimlenme ve fide gelişimini olumsuz etkilemiştir. Çimlenme oranı, radikula ve plumula uzunluğu ve vigor indeks değerleri yönünden macar fiğinin yaygın fiğe göre daha üstün özelliklere sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Bazı özellikler için 250 ppm uygulamasında kontrole göre daha yüksek değerler elde edilirken, bu değerlerin kontrol ve 750 ppm uygulaması ile aynı istatistiki grupta yer aldığı görülmüştür. İncelenen tüm özellikler açısından en düşük değerler 10000 ppm uygulamasında elde edilmiştir.
