The solid-electrolyte-based memristors have attracted tremendous attention for the next-generation nonvolatile memory for both logic and neuromorphic applications. However, they encounter variability performance challenges which originated from the random ionic transport and conductive filaments formation. Evidently, the electrochemical metallized mechanism associated with ion transport has been elucidated. Nonetheless, the failure mechanism caused by ion transport during cycles is rarely reported. Hereafter, the five stages of failure in the Ag/Ag10Ge15Te75/W memristor are elucidated through ex-situ current-voltage measurements combined with in-situ transmission electron microscopy characteristics. Our investigation reveals that the migration and enrichment of Ag ions result in the precipitation of Ag2Te. The formation of Ag2Te hinders the device's ability to maintain its bipolar characteristics and also decreases the resistance value of the high resistance state, thereby reducing the device's switching ratio. Oblique photography is a regional digital surface model generation technique that can be widely used for building 3D model construction. However, due to the lack of geometric and semantic information about the building, these models make it difficult to differentiate more detailed components in the building, such as roofs and balconies. This paper proposes a deep learning-based method (U-NET) for constructing 3D models of low-rise buildings that address the issues. The method ensures complete geometric and semantic information and conforms to the LOD2 level. First, digital orthophotos are used to perform building extraction based on U-NET, and then a contour optimization method based on the main direction of the building and the center of gravity of the contour is used to obtain the regular building contour. Second, the pure building point cloud model representing a single building is extracted from the whole point cloud scene based on the acquired building contour. Finally, the multi-decision RANSAC algorithm is used to segment the building detail point cloud and construct a triangular mesh of building components, followed by a triangular mesh fusion and splicing method to achieve monolithic building components. The paper presents experimental evidence that the building contour extraction algorithm can achieve a 90.3% success rate and that the resulting single building 3D model contains LOD2 building components, which contain detailed geometric and semantic information. With developments in science and technology, wearable electronic products are increasingly used in daily lives. The growing demand for energy highly necessitates developing new energy sources. As a modification of traditional friction nanogenerators (TENGs), wearable friction nanogenerators (W-TENGs) can convert mechanical energy from human movements into electricity. The working principle and primary working mode of the W-TENG are elucidated in this paper. The triboelectric materials commonly used for W-TENGs are selected based on the type of friction materials to achieve a better triboelectric output. To improve the triboelectric output, some optimization suggestions for triboelectric materials are put forward: increasing the surface charge density and reducing the decline in triboelectric charge to enhance the output performance of the W-TENG fundamentally. Finally, the prospects and challenges of the W-TENG are analyzed, and it is hoped that this review can promote the development of the W-TENG and provide clean and sustainable energy solutions for wearable bioelectronic systems. With the increasing demand for food safety monitoring, the development of efficient, convenient, and green gas sensors has become a current research hotspot. Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) as a triethylamine sensor is a cutting-edge strategy for detection without the need for an additional power source. In this study, synthesized WO 3 /MXene materials were prepared and bilayer thin films of carbon quantum dots (CPDs)-WO 3 /MXene TENG. WO 3 provides more active sites for improved material charge transfer efficiency. TENG achieved a maximum open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 30 V. The CPDs-WO 3 /MXene-3 TENG can also be used as a self-powered gas sensor (SPGS). As a charge-trapping layer, CPDs exhibit excellent charge trapping. The SPGS has a 53% response to 200 ppm TEA, and low detection at ppb level (139 ppb). The presence of WO 3 improves the gas-sensing performance. Additionally, CPDs possess excellent conductivity and moisture resistance. Finally, it was studied to see how it reacts to TEA in fish meat under different conditions of spoilage. It provides approach to solving the transportation and preservation problems of fish meat.
