Main problems that are discussed in this article are: complexity of Lithuania's sea fishery management, decrease of quotas for some types of fish, shortening of fishing season, old ships, reluctance of young people to pursue a career in fishery sector. The object of the research. Problems and perspectives of Lithuania's sea fishery sector. The goal of the research. After evaluation of the problems and opportunities of Lithuania's sea fishery sector, provide the perspectives for the development of the sector. The tasks of the research: to evaluate the scientific literature, normative acts and documentation that regulate the activity of the sector; to determine the main problems and perspectives of the sea fishery sector; to provide recommendations for sustainable development of the sea fishery sector. Methods of the research. Analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, normative acts and documents that regulate the development of sea fishery sector in Lithuania, generalization of information and materials of seminars about the development of sea fishing process and its change considering the economic and political tendencies. Main documents that were analysed: National strategic plan of Lithuania's fishery sector for 2007-2013 (2006) and Action program of Lithuania's fishery sector for 2007-2013 (2007), these document regulate the development of the sector. Also the areas of activity of Fishery agency of Ministry of agriculture, various planning documents and reports about economical and social condition of fishery sector from different years were analysed. It was determined that these problems have the biggest impact on fishery sector: complexity of Lithuania's sea fishing management, decrease of quotas for some types of fish, shortening of cod fishing season, fishing in Baltic Sea is conducted with old ships, management of Klaipeda's auction of fishery products, aging workforce. Perspectives of the sector could be defined in these main directions of activity: strengthening of fishing control, development of fishing infrastructure, optimization of fishing near the shore of the Baltic Sea, modernization of fishing fleet and fish processing industry, increase of their competitiveness in the international markets, execution of fish-culture for the restitution of natural fish resources.

Straipsnyje analizuojami įvairių autorių prekės ženklo žinomumo teoriniai aspektai. Pateikiama prekės ženklo samprata bei prekės ženklo žinomumo kriterijai, kuriais vadovaujantis nustatomas įmonės prekės žinomumo lygis. Kiekvienai įmonei, norint pasiekti aukštą prekės ženklo žinomumą bei gerus rezultatus, yra labai svarbu kurti artimą tarpusavio ryšį su vartotoju ir pasirinkti tinkamą prekės ženklo strategiją, kuri atitiktų tam tikrus vartotojo lūkesčius. Taigi, kaip vartotojas turi nuspręsti iš kur jam įsigyti prekių ir kaip įmonei išsaugoti savo esamus ir prisitraukti naujus klientus? Straipsnyje analizuojami ARTmanija studijos prekės ženklo žinomumo tyrimo rezultatai. Tyrimo metu buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti, kokią įtaką prekės ženklo žinomumas turi ARTmanija studijos prekės ženklui., An empirical study of “ARTmanija Studio” brand awareness revealed that about half of the surveyed respondents already knew and recognized this brand. Straipsnyje analizuojamas vartotojų požiūris į pardavimų skatinimą prekybos centruose bei internetinėse parduotuvėse. Planuojant pelningą pardavimų verslą, susiduriama su kintančiais vartotojų poreikiais, gyvenimo būdu. Besikeičiant vartotojų norams, keičiasi verslo formos: šalia įprastos pardavimų formos prekybos centruose atsiranda internetinės parduotuvės. The general population of the research consisted of 50 respondents, and as the general population is not high, the research consists of samples of general population. In the study, the data were collected o n the website www.apklausa.lt, as research method the questionnaire survey was chosen. The study was conducted in 2018, the analysis of study was conducted in a SPSS program. A quantitative investigation was carried out in accordance with the principle of confidentiality, without asking for identification of personal data. The results of the survey showed that more people choose the supermarket than the online stores.

Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti UAB ,,Raben Lietuva‘‘ krovinių gabenimo valdymą. Išvados. Baigiamajame darbe aprašomos trys įmonės krovinio gabenimo autotransportu valdymo funkcijos: planavimas, organizavimas, kontrolė bei aptariami bendrieji krovinio gabenimo aspektai. Tyrimo tikslas -- Išanalizuoti UAB „Agrologistika” žaliosios logistikos principų taikymą. Tyrimo metodai – Mokslinės literatūros analizė, įmonės duomenų rinkimas ir jos analizė, įmonės procesų stebėjimas. Išvados: Analizuojant žaliosios logistikos koncepciją, pastebėta jog, žalioji logistika įmonėse yra suprantama kaip verslo praktika, kuri gali turėti didelę teigiamą įtaką įmonės finansiniams ir veiklos rodikliams. Žalioji logistika ne visais atvejais yra naudinga organizacijai. Naudos pasiekti gali trukdyti tai, kad žaliosios logistikos sprendimai mažina logistikos procesų lankstumą. Dėl šios priežasties įmonės turėtų, kurti individualias ,,žaliosios“ logistikos įgyvendinimo strategijas, atsižvelgiant į individualią jos veiklą veikiančius išorinius ir vidinius veiksnius ir galimą veiklų naudą. UAB „Agrologistika“ diegiant žaliosios logistikos koncepciją, įmonė pasiekė daug, sumažino skleidžiamą Co2 emisiją iš vilkikų, optimizavo maršrutus taip jog būtų pasiekta ne tik ekologinė nauda, tačiau ir ekonominė, atnaujino savo autoparką Euro 6 standarto vilkikais kurie sudaro 98% autoparko, kas leido įmonei sumažinti eksploatacines išlaidas, bei ekonomiško vairavimo dėka sutaupyti kuro. UAB „Agrologistika, susiduria su didelėmis išlaidomis norint palaikyti žaliosios logistikos priemones, Kvalifikuotos darbo jėgos stoka, Neišnaudoja galimybės esant ekstremaliai padėčiai. When analyzing the concept of green logistics it was noted that the concept is generally understood as a business practice that can have a large positive impact for the company‘s finances and activities. Green logistics is not always beneficial to an organization. Obstacles can include the fact that by making business decisions in green logistics limits the flexibility of numerous logistical operations. It is because of this reason that companies develop individualized green logistic implementation strategies, taking into account both internal and external factors that affect its efficiency. By implementing the concept of green logistics, „Agrologistika“ Ltd achieved high results by limiting its carbon dioxide emissions from its vehicles, optimized its routes so that it would gain not only ecological benefit, but economic as well, renewed its fleet of trucks to an Euro 6 standard (which now compose 98% of the autopark), which in turn allowed the company to reduce its operational costs and save on fuel thanks to economic driving. The company encounters high costs if it seeks to maintain the principles of green logistics, as well as a lack of qualified work force. It also does not make use of the contemporary unprecedented situation. It is proposed to use freight rail infrastructure as a means to avoid problems in the state of global pandemic. By using freight to transport its cargo the company could seek to establish a foothold in other logistics sectors, reducing the amount of cargo transported by road, as well as contributing to environmental well-being

Baigiamojo darbo tikslas išanalizuoti AB „Žemaitijos Pienas“ informacinių sistemų panaudojimą įvairiuose veiklos procesuose, o taikyti tyrimo metodai buvo mokslinės literatūros bei mokslinių straipsnių analizė, taip pat pritaikyta ir palyginamoji analizė. Rašant praktinę dalį buvo remtasi įmonės duomenų analize bei stebėjimo metu gautais rezultatais. Darbo pabaigoje suformuluotos išvados bei pateikti pasiūlymai, kuriuose siūloma atsinaujinti kompiuterinę įrangą, kurių pagrindu veikia AB „Žemaitijos Pienas“ naudojamos informacinės sistemos. Taip pat raginama nepamiršti domėtis naujomis informacinėmis sistemomis, kurios galėtų dar labiau padidinti įvairių procesų optimizacijos efektyvumą. Akcentuojami ir darbuotojai, kurie yra viena iš informacinių sistemų sudedamųjų dalių, kurie turi nuolat tobulėti ir gilinti savo žinias, susijusias su informacinių sistemų efektyviu išnaudojimu., The aim of the final work is to analyze the application of information systems in various processes of „Žemaitijos Pienas“ Plc. In the theoretical part of the work were used the analysis of scientific literature and scientific articles, also comparative analysis was applied. The practical part was based on the analysis of the company's data and the results obtained during the monitoring. At the end of the work, conclusions and proposals are formulated, in which it is proposed to renew the computer equipment, on the basis of which the information systems used by „Žemaitijos Pienas“ Plc., operate. It is also recommended to keep interest in new information systems that could further increase the efficiency of optimization of various processes. Employees are also emphasized, who are one of the components of the information systems, must constantly improve to deepen their knowledge related to the effective use of information systems.

Tyrimo problema. Dauguma logistinių bei transportavimo paslaugas teikiančių įmonių visada siekia būti konkurencingos rinkoje. O pagrindinės problemos, su kuriomis susiduria logistikos įmonės – nepakankamai ištirti veiksniai įtakojantys jos veiklą, neištirti konkurentai, nežinomi vartotojų poreikiai bei nenustatytos galimų paslaugų plėtros perspektyvos. Nors UAB „Agrologistika“ šiuo metu veiklą vykdo pelningai ir jos pelnas auga, tačiau taip pat stiprėja ir konkurentai, atsiranda naujos įmonės ir per laiką rinka gali tapti įsotinta. Ypatingai reikėtų atkreipti dėmesį, kad UAB „Agrologistika“ specializacija yra labai siaura – temperatūrinių krovinių gabenimas tarptautiniais maršrutais. Konkurentų skaičius vis auga, o esančios įmonės stiprėja ir su laiku taps vis sunkiau konkuruoti, ypač kai įmonė turi tokią siaurą specializaciją – temperatūrinių krovinių gabenimą. Tačiau atlikta analizė taip pat parodė, kad įmonė turi daug galimybių plėtrai, net jeigu nenorėtų plėstis už savo specializacijos ribų, t.y. temperatūrinių krovinių. Darbe išanalizuota plėtros perspektyva – sandėlio įrengimas Liuksemburge. In particular, it should be noted that this company specialization is very narrow – the transportation of temperature loads on international routes. Transport market as a key factor in assessing current and future prospects, helping to make decisions in the choice of strаtegy and developing plans for the future. Ltd Agrologistika's operational aspects, revealed that the company feels confident in the market, as demonstrated by the stable growth of profits and the development of the lorry park. The analysis carried out suggests that the company's activities are determined by a number of changing factors (laws, new technologies), which requires the company to constantly monitor the current situation and be flexible and able to adapt. The number of competitors is increasing and existing companies are getting stronger and more difficult to compete with in time, especially when the company has such a narrow specialization – the transportation of temperature loads. However, the analysis carried out also showed that the company has many opportunities for development, even if it did not want to expand beyond its specialization, i.e. temperature loads. The development perspective analysed in the work is the installation of a warehouse in Luxembourg. In addition, in order for this building to generate more profit, it is to be offered a customs brokerage, as well as a technical service building.

The research was concluded by using analysis of scientific literature, document analysis and monitoring methods. Three mani optimization opportunities were observed: lack of raw material planning, lack of manufacturing process planning and an unmarked pallet of various metal scraps. Recommendations are made for each of the problems. To better plan raw materials, it was suggested that a Kanban board or cards be used. To better the manufacturing planning it is suggested than an automated OEE system be implemented. Lastly, for the unmarked pallet, it is recommended to purchase a storage shelving unit with drawers, implementation of the 5S system and creation of additional raw material codes in the process management program currently being used.
