Esta revisión pretende analizar los aspectos que se deben considerar para integrar la estrategia didáctica Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos (ABPr), que incentive la cultura del emprendimiento para ser llevada a la creación e innovación de empresa en el sector lácteo agro-industrial. La metodología utilizada es de tipo descriptivo cualitativo, sustentada en el análisis interpretativo, crítico y reflexivo; se construye una tabla en donde se plasman las experiencias en granjas didácticas universitarias del sector agropecuario, y que han trabajado el aprendizaje basado en proyectos como modelo pedagógico; esta revisión permite establecer como resultado, que son muchas las instituciones que han adoptado el ABPr, incidiendo favorablemente tanto en el alumno como en el docente en cuanto al empoderamiento del proceso enseñanza - aprendizaje; encontrando que las falencias están quizá en el emprendimiento como fase final del proceso; concluyendo que la integración entre teoría – práctica – ABPr –emprendimiento - sector lácteo; pueden llegar a ser una alternativa de negocio y fuente de su desarrollo laboral, contribuyendo al desarrollo de sus familias y de su región de origen. This essay aims to analyze the aspects that need to be consider in order to integrate didactic strategy of Project Based Learning, which encourages the culture of entrepreneurship to be taken to the creation and innovation of Enterprise in the diary agro-industry sector. The methodology used a qualitative descriptive type, based on the interpretative, critical and reflective analysis. A chart shows the experiences in didactic university farms in the agricultural and livestock sector, which have worked on the Project based learning as a pedagogical model. This revision allows that there are many institutions that have adopted the PBL iwith a favorable impact on both the student and the teacher regarding the teaching-learning process; concluding that the integration between theory, practice, PBL and entrepreneurship in the dairy sector could be an alternative business and source of their labor development, contributing to families and their region of origin.
