The article provides a post-hoc analysis in respect to the work of the regional vascular center (RVC) of the City Clinical Hospital named after M. P. Konchalovsky, which operates within the framework of the Regional program on specialized medical care in cases of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The hospital has created a multidisciplinary team of doctors on the basis of RVC. The organizational measures helped to reduce the time interval from the moment of patients admission with ACS to the Hospital ER to the start of mechanical recanalization and stenting of the infarct-related artery. In addition it helped to increase operational activity and reduce the average bed-day of the patient's stay at hospital. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article highlights the basic concepts and provisions of an employment contract with medical workers of state healthcare institutions in the Russian Federation. The results of the correlation analysis of the influence of certain criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the labor activity of medical workers on the quality of the provision of medical services in medical organizations are shown. Since the middle of the last century, there has been an increase in the prevalence rate of allergic diseases, which also continues in recent years. The projected further growth of the allergic diseases frequency requires the development of new approaches in order to find solution for this problem, in particular the use of new modern medicines. The article presents the pharmaceutical characteristics and results of an open-label randomized clinical trial in relation to the effectiveness and safety (phase III) of a new anti-allergic medical product, Theoritin, in comparison with the reference preparation Aerius (desloratadine). This clinical trial involved 164 patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). The research results indicate the noninferiority and comparable safety of the medical product Theoritin in relation to changes (decrease) in the severity of CSU symptoms after 14 days of therapy. Building effective communication of non-medical personnel of a medical center with a patient or perspective client at the stage of primary contact as a problem of medical ethics and deontology is currently not well understood, but requires close attention not only to study medical discourse as a whole, but also to increase the attractiveness of a medical center for consumers of services. In this study, an approach to assessing communication in the information call-center of a medical organization was considered through an interview with representatives of different cultures: Russian and American. Research objective: Identification of intercultural differences in the views of Russian and American respondents about the ideal dialogue between the administrators of a medical call center with a potential client who called the call center for information. Materials and methods. The research was conducted by interviewing Russian and American respondents. The study did not study the correlation with other sampling parameters, except for belonging to a cultural group (Russian or American respondents). Results: Analyzing respondents' opinions on the welcoming part, both groups note the importance of greeting phrases and the name of the organization. Their opinions differ significantly in terms of the need to indicate the administrator's name in the conversation and use courtesy constructions like "Can I help you?" in the end of the conversation. A similar attitude to the courtesy constructions is demonstrated, analyzing the structure of the end of a conversation: respondents of group A only 12- 16% note the necessary expressions, unlike respondents of group B (60-72%). 54% of respondents in group A and 64% in group B noted that the administrator can hang up the phone first. Analyzing the respondents' opinions to the situation when the administrator cannot answer the caller's question, it is revealed that the respondents of group A demonstrate a more loyal attitude to the incompetence of the administrator: 18% of the respondents of group A (up to 2% of the respondents of group B) consider this situation to be acceptable and only 2% Of these, the reasons for administrator incompetence are of interest (against 28% in Group B) Group B respondents cite clearer characteristics of the administrator's ideal timbre for voice and more stringent requirements for clear vocabulary compared to group A respondents. Conclusions: The research showed the differences in the respondents' perceptions about the ideal dialogue between the administrator of a medical call center and a caller, which may be related to intercultural characteristics. By indirect evidence, it can be assumed that service behavior in medical centers in Russia is in its infancy and for more effective improvement it is advisable to take into account not only the opinion of Russian consumers of medical services. Comparative study of pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of preparations containing nitisinone: Nitisinone, capsules 10 mg (ZAO Obninsk Chemical-Pharmaceutical Company (ZAO OCPC), Russia) and Orfadin®, capsules 10 mg ("Apotek Production and Laboratory AB", Sweden) with a single capsule taken on an empty stomach by healthy volunteers. An open randomized crossexamination included 36 healthy volunteers. As a novel strategy the drugs (the test and the comparison drug) were administered once, followed by blood sampling for 72 hours. The "washout" period between study periods was 14 days. Nitisinone concentration in blood plasma samples was quantitatively determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS). The boundaries of the estimated 90% confidence intervals for the ratios of the mean values of the analyzed parameters (Cmax, AUC0-72) are within 80-125% according to the existing guidelines. Nitisinone is bioequivalent to Orfadin. Comparable drugs were also comparable in safety indicators. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In Russia, in conditions of reproductive crisis of modern family, miscarriage IS one of the important problems, in particular habitual miscarriage as significant risk factor of development of maternal and perinatal pathology. The timely identification and medical care support of pregnant women suffering from habitual miscarriage is essential in ensuring and maintaining their reproductive health. To obtain reliable and objective information by control boards on effectiveness of organization and provision of obstetric care to women with diagnosis of habitual miscarriage is an actual task. The purpose of the study is to develop information support of management of organization and provision of medical care of women with habitual miscarriage, based on identification and use of specific risk factors of development and prevention of this pathology.

The article considers main concepts and clauses of contract of employment with medical personnel of state institutions of health care. The recommended examples of indices and criteria of functioning efficiency assessment based on working functions of various personnel categories on the basis of analysis of practical application of effective contract in the Russian Federation are demonstrated. The possibilities and risks related to implementation of effective contract into functioning of multi-field health care institution as a technique of stimulating the increase of quality of medical care and efficiency of functioning of institution.

The article considers the dynamics of planned-regulatory data concerning obstetrics gynecological care and obstetrics business against the background of alteration of common indices of volume of medical care in out-patient and in-patient and in day-stay hospitals. The conclusions are made about necessity of significant modifications in planning of obstetrics gynecological care. The proposed volumes of specialized medical care in hospital conditions according corresponding profiles are presented within the framework of the territorial program of 2018 and азк planned period 2019-2020.

The publication presents the stages of activities on standardization of work quota setting in conditions of efficient contract. The article is devoted to particular organizational aspects occurring in the course of analysis of modern labor legislation and other normative legal documents concerning labor in the field of health care. The approaches are considered related to to development of system of work quota setting in medical organization, definition of labor functions and functional duties of medical workers, composition of staffing table of medical organization reflecting scope of work and possibilities of observing indices of qualitative performance.

The possibilities and risks are demonstrated related to implementation of effective contract into functioning of multi-sectoral health care institution as a method of stimulation of increasing of medical care quality and efficiency of its activities.

The prevalence of habitual miscarriage varies depending on territories of the Russian Federation and other countries. The rate of premature delivery in the Moscow Zelenograd administrative okrug in 2013-2015 in average made up to 4.5%-4.7%. The percentage of habitual miscarriage made up to 3.6% that is a rather low indicator as compared with other Moscow okrugs and national average indices. The article considers three-level model of evaluation of medical, economic and social efficiency of obstetric gynecologic care support of population at the out-patient stage.

The analysis was implemented concerning main directions of development of health care manpower policy in Moscow.
