Статья посвящена проблеме развития у детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра навыков социального взаимодействия с окружающими в младшем дошкольном возрасте. The article deals with the issue of the development of social skills of interaction of children with autism spectrum disorders with the surrounding people at the early and junior preschool age.

Представлено научно-теоретическое обоснование современной технологии диагностики актуального уровня коммуникативного развития детей раннего возраста. Данная диагностическая методика разрабатывалась и апробировалась на базе дошкольных образовательных организаций города Москвы и Московской области в течение 15 лет. В рамках методики представлен инновационный подход к определению коммуникативных возможностей, которые только формируются у малышей 2–3-го года жизни. При этом исследуется весь спектр компонентов процесса общения, а не только речеязыковые средства, имеющиеся у ребенка. Теоретико-методологическим базисом данной методики стали основные положения культурно-исторической теории формирования психики и развития личности Л. С. Выготского. The article presents a scientific and theoretical justification of the modern technology of diagnostics of the current level of communicative development of young children. This diagnostic technique was developed and tested on the basis of preschool educational organizations in Moscow and the Moscow region for fifteen years. Within the framework of this methodology, an innovative approach is presented to determine the communication capabilities that are only being formed in children of the 2-3 year of life. At the same time, the whole range of components of the communication process is studied, and not only the speech-language means available to the child. The theoretical and methodological basis of this method is the main provisions of the cultural and historical theory of the formation of the psyche and the development of the personality of L. S. Vygotsky.

В данной статье представлены вопросы наиболее раннего этапа формирования ребенка, когда он еще находится в утробе матери. Проблема, выдвинутая и рассмотренная в рамках научного материала, недостаточно изучена с точки зрения возможности оказания ранней комплексной помощи детям с отклонениями в развитии. При этом данный пренатальный этап обладает значительными резервами в установлении тонких психологических связей между еще не родившимся малышом, но уже попавшим в «группу риска» по возможности проявления в послеродовом периоде различных отклонений в развитии. В начале статьи рассматривается достаточно новое научное направление – перинатальная психология, а в рамках нее – пренатальное (или дородовое) воспитание. Цель пренатального воспитания – помочь беременной матери наладить контакт с будущим ребенком, воспринять его как полноценного человека, маленькую личность и сформировать позитивный настрой на общение с ним. При этом следует учитывать, что достаточно большой процент матерей, вынашивающих беременность, подвергаются негативным факторам различного характера, которые могут нарушать процесс эмбрионального генеза. Данные аспекты приводят к изменению в поведении матери, снижению, а в некоторых случаях угнетению эмоционального фона, повышенной тревожности, неуверенности в собственных силах выходить проблемного ребенка, в психологическом отторжении еще неродившегося малыша. Многие из этих факторов могут привести к перинатальному поражению центральной нервной системы ребенка и вызвать отклонения в становлении различных линий его развития. Для специалистов психолого-педагогического профиля, работающих с будущими матерями с проблемной беременностью, необходимо знать особые установки, которые необходимо сформировать у матерей в таких ситуациях, помочь принять еще не родившегося ребенка как маленькую личность, очень нуждающуюся в своей уже любящей его маме. В связи с вышесказанным в статье приведены различные технологии психолого-педагогической работы в таких ситуациях и примеры аутотренингов-занятий для будущих матерей. Данные материалы были апробированы в структурных подразделениях г. Москвы и Московской области в рамках организации ранней комплексной помощи детям первых лет жизни и их семьям., This article presents questions of the earliest stage of the formation of the child when he is still in the womb. Moreover, this prenatal stage has significant reserves in establishing subtle psychological connections between the unborn baby, but already in the “risk group”, if possible, various deviations in development can occur in the postpartum period. At the beginning of the article, a rather new scientific direction is considered – perinatal psychology, and within it – prenatal (or prenatal) education. The purpose of prenatal education is to help a pregnant mother establish contact with her unborn baby, perceive him as a full-fledged person, a small personality and form a positive attitude to communicate with him. It should be borne in mind that a sufficiently large percentage of mothers bearing a pregnancy are exposed to negative factors of a different nature, which can disrupt the process of embryonic genesis. These aspects lead to a change in the behavior of the mother, decrease, and in some cases inhibition of the emotional background, increased anxiety, self-doubt in leaving a problem child, and psychological rejection of an unborn baby. Many of these factors can lead to perinatal damage to the central nervous system of the child and cause deviations in the formation of various lines of its development. For psychological and pedagogical specialists working with future mothers with a problem pregnancy, it is necessary to know the special attitudes that mothers need to form in such situations, to help accept an unborn child as a small person, who needs her mother who already loves him. In connection with the foregoing, the article describes various technologies of psychological and pedagogical work in such situations and examples of auto-training sessions for expectant mothers. These materials were tested in the structural divisions of Moscow and the Moscow Region as part of the organization of early comprehensive assistance to children in their first years of life and their families., Педагогическое образование в России, Issue № 2, Pages 99-105
