The task of constructing partial criteria for the effectiveness of an unmanned aerial vehicle for civilian purposes when performing the tasks of single or group search for unmasked stationary objects by the method of random search with a constant intensity of observation is set and solved. The relevance of the research is related to the analysis of the most appropriate search methods, which ensure the detection of the object in the shortest time and with the least consumption of resources. The purpose of the article is to construct partial criteria for the effectiveness of civil unmanned aerial vehicles when performing the task of searching for and detecting stationary unmasked objects. These criteria should not only allow to evaluate the effectiveness of thetask by an unmanned aerial vehicle, but also to plan the task of searching for a single or group object with a given level of probability, to estimate the time spent, the area viewed by the observer during the given time, etc. The range of civil tasks for which unmanned aerial vehicles can be used has been analyzed. The main requirements for the efficiency criteria of unmanned aircraft complexes have been studied and formulated. An analysis of publications was conducted and the shortcomings of existing approaches to the formation of criteria for the effectiveness of unmanned aerial vehicles were revealed. Taking into account that the search for objects is a process without an aftereffect along a random trajectory, a probabilistic model of constructing partialof efficiency criteria is proposed. It will make it possible to estimate the probability of detecting a single object in a given period of time, as well as the average time required for the search until the object is detected, taking into account the technical characteristics of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the optical system, as well as limitations on the time of finding an unmanned aerial vehicle in working area and the distance to the far boundary of the working area. A probabilistic model was proposed and an algorithm was built for finding a partial criterion for detecting the frequency of stationary and unmasked objects from the total number during a group search, under the condition of different object detection probabilities. The scientific novelty of the researchis related to the development of a method that allows not only to evaluate the effectiveness of a task performed by an unmanned aerial vehicle, but also to plan the task of searching for a single or group object with a given level of probability., Вирішується задача побудови частинних критеріїв ефективності безпілотного літального апарата при виконанні завдань поодинокого або групового пошуку незамаскованих нерухомих об’єктів методом випадкового пошуку з постійною інтенсивністю спостереження. Запропоновано ймовірнісну модель побудови частинних критеріїв ефективності, яка дозволить оцінити ймовірність виявлення поодинокого об’єкта в заданий проміжок часу, середній час, необхідний для пошуку до виявлення об'єкта з урахуванням технічних характеристик безпілотного літального апарату, обмежень на час знаходження в робочій зоні та відстань до дальньої межі робочої зони.

Euthynus is one of the fish that is widely consumed for the enjoyment of the people of Indonesia or abroad, because of its very soft quality, easy to obtain, and contains a lot of essential protein amino acids that are good for the body. This research aims to identify the freshness of the fish purchased based on the eyes and fish gills. The initial process of identifying the freshness of fish uses several methods. Image input process through image object taking using a cell phone camera. The image object is used to determine the value of the RGB image object. RGB color extraction clarifies the value obtained from the image object before proceeding to the next process. Image resize is the process of cutting the image on the desired object part. Image conversion using the HSV method was used to determine the freshness of fish in the gills. The Local Binary Pattern method is used to determine the freshness of the fisheye. The next step is to refine the RGB image into Morphology. The KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor Method) method is used to group objects based on learning data closest to the object. The journal analysis results on the comparison of methods, after 45 trials for each method, found that the Hue Saturation Value method obtained the highest success by 90% and for the texture value obtained 85% success.

The control and communication system of a group object of radio monitoring is a complex hierarchical structure. The number of sources that operate in the interests of providing a control system exceeds the number of available forces and means that carry out radio monitoring. There is a discrepancy in the recognition of objects and sources of radio monitoring: identification of the object of observation, the number of signs. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the multicriteria optimization problem for identifying the operating mode of radio monitoring sources for guaranteed determination of the state of the control system and communication of the group object of radio monitoring, which consists in choosing those sources whose utility is greatest. The proposed methodology for the rational distribution of information in automated control systems by troops and weapons, by selecting the most important sources of radio monitoring and rationalizing the number of gradations of radio monitoring objects to ensure a given probability of correct recognition and guaranteed determination of their condition.
