Glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase (GPAT) genes encode enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of plant oils. Rapeseed has four BnGPAT9 genes, but the expression patterns and functions of these four homologous copies in rapeseed for seed oil accumulation are not well understood. In this study, we cloned the four BnGPAT9 genes and their promoters from Brassica napus and found significant differences in the expression of BnGPAT9 genes among different rapeseed varieties. We confirmed that BnGPAT9-A01/C01 are highly conserved in rapeseed, with high expression levels in various tissues, especially during the late stages of silique development and seed maturation. All four BnGPAT9 genes (BnGPAT9-A01/C01/A10/C09) can promote seed oil accumulation, but BnGPAT9-A01/C01 have a greater effect. Overexpression in Arabidopsis and rapeseed increased seed oil content and altered fatty acid composition, significantly increasing linolenic acid content. Transcriptome analysis revealed that BnGPAT9 genes promote the upregulation of genes related to oil synthesis, particularly those in the Plant–pathogen interaction, alpha-Linolenic acid metabolism, MAPK signaling pathway—plant, and Glutathione metabolism pathways. In summary, these results indicate that the four BnGPAT9 genes in rapeseed have different expression patterns and roles in regulating seed oil accumulation, with BnGPAT9-A01/C01 contributing the most to promoting oil accumulation. Abstract In order to reduce pesticides, it is also necessary to understand how plant diseases originate in the beginning and to be around them all around the world. One of the best ways to achieve this goal is to promote images that are not visible to the world (WMSN) in an agricultural country. However, the sending of a wireless device with little knowledge of the images will add more traffic to traffic, especially electricity. High oleic acid oilseed rape is a hot research area in the development of functional oilseed rape. At present, the model of predicting the oleic acid content in rapeseed at the early growth stage based on hyperspectral technology lacks a mechanistic explanation. In this study, based on the data collected at the 5–6 leaf stage of oilseed rape, a one-dimensional linear regression prediction model of the oleic acid content in leaves (x) and the oleic acid content in rapeseed (y) was constructed with the regression equation y = 1.83x + 75.26, and the R2, RMSE, and RPD of the testing set were 0.96, 0.23%, and 4.86, respectively. Then, a support vector regression prediction model of the spectral standard normal transformed feature parameters and the oleic acid content in leaves was constructed, and the R2, RMSE, and RPD of the testing set were 0.74, 0.21%, and 2.01, respectively. Finally, the sensitive parameter transfer model for the prediction of "spectral standard normal transform feature—oleic acid content in leaves—oleic acid content in rapeseed" was validated, and the R2, RMSE, and RPD of the full sample test were 0.71, 0.54%, and 0.54, respectively. The results show that although the accuracy of the prediction model after the introduction of the agronomic parameters was reduced compared with the performance of direct prediction by using spectra, the oleic acid content in oilseed rape leaves, as an important intermediate variable, could better explain the relationship between the reflection spectrum of the leaf and the oleic acid content in rapeseed. Cadmium (Cd) stress greatly limits the growth of rapeseed, and selenium is a micronutrient that is essential for rapeseed growth, but whether and how selenium application alleviates Cd-induced inhibition remains poorly understood. The present study investigated the alleviating effects of exogenous selenium on rapeseed growth under cadmium (Cd) stress based on the aspects of agronomic traits and soil bacterial community structure and diversity. The results show that low-selenium treatment increased the rapeseed yield by 20.92% by increasing the number of pods per plant under Cd stress, but such effects were not prominent when the selenium application rate was high. Meanwhile, selenium application significantly reduced the cadmium content by 4.74–26.89% in different organs of rapeseed. Further analysis suggested that the benefits of selenium in alleviating Cd stress might be induced by changes in soil bacterial community structure and diversity. In addition, in the functional metabolism spectrum of rapeseed microorganisms treated with selenium, there were 5 primary metabolic pathways with significant differences, and there were 32 and 169 pathways for secondary and tertiary metabolic pathways, respectively. Therefore, selenium treatment in rapeseed soil can alter the composition and metabolic function spectrum of soil microbial communities, ultimately affecting plant growth and Cd tolerance. Histone deacetylases tuin (HDT) is a plant-specific protein subfamily of histone deacetylation enzymes (HDAC) which has a variety of functions in plant development, hormone signaling and stress response. Although the HDT family's genes have been studied in many plant species, they have not been characterized in Brassicaceae. In this study, 14, 8 and 10 HDT genes were identified in Brassica napus, Brassica rapa and Brassica oleracea, respectively. According to phylogenetic analysis, the HDTs were divided into four groups: HDT1(HD2A), HDT2(HD2B), HDT3(HD2C) and HDT4(HD2D). There was an expansion of HDT2 orthologous genes in Brassicaceae. Most of the HDT genes were intron-rich and conserved in gene structure, and they coded for proteins with a nucleoplasmin-like (NPL) domain. Expression analysis showed that B. napus, B. rapa, and B. oleracea HDT genes were expressed in different organs at different developmental stages, while different HDT subgroups were specifically expressed in specific organs and tissues. Interestingly, most of the Bna/Br/BoHDT2 members were expressed in flowers, buds and siliques, suggesting they have an important role in the development of reproductive organs in Brassicaceae. Expression of BnaHDT was induced by various hormones, such as ABA and ethylene treatment, and some subgroups of genes were responsive to heat treatment. The expression of most HDT members was strongly induced by cold stress and freezing stress after non-cold acclimation, while it was slightly induced after cold acclimation. In this study, the HDT gene family of Brassicaceae was analyzed for the first time, which helps in understanding the function of BnaHDT in regulating plant responses to abiotic stresses, especially freezing stresses.
