Background: Studies report patient race, income, and education influence spinal fusion outcomes; fewer studies, however, examine the influence of provider factors such as exposure to diversity or cultural sensitivity. Objective: To examine how providers’ experience with diverse patient populations affects spinal fusion outcomes. Methods: Retrospective review of 39,680 patients undergoing lumbar and cervical fusions, 2003–2021, in Clinformatics® Data Mart national database. We used the provider patient racial diversity index (pRDI)—a published metric of physician exposure to diverse patients—to divide patients into groups based their provider's category (I, II, III) where patients treated by category III providers had surgeons with the most diverse patient populations. Multivariate regression models on propensity score-matched cohorts examined the association between patient SES and provider category on post-operative outcomes. Results: Black patients had decreased discharge home (OR 0.67; 95% CI 0.54–0.83) compared to white patients. Patients treated by category III providers had increased length of stay (Coeff. 0.62; 95% CI 0.43–0.81), charge (Coeff. 36800; 95% CI 29,200–44,400), and decreased discharge home (OR 0.90; 95% CI 0.83–0.97) compared to patients treated by category I providers. Asian patients treated by category II providers had decreased readmission (OR 0.38; 95% CI 0.14–0.96), and Black patients treated by category III providers had increased discharge home (OR 1.41; 95% CI 1.1–1.9) compared to those treated by category I providers. Conclusion: While our study found two specific instances of improved spine surgery outcomes for minority patients treated by providers serving diverse patient populations, we present mixed findings overall. This study serves as the foundation for future research to better understand how provider pRDI affects outcomes in patients undergoing lumbar and cervical spine surgery.

Urban parks, a core component of urban landscapes, play a crucial role in mitigating the negative effects of rapid urbanization and achieving sustainable urban development. In densely populated urban environments, providing urban parks fairly and efficiently, taking social preferences into account, is an important challenge. In this regard, we take Hangzhou, China, as an example and use a hedonic pricing model with a difference-in-differences estimator to test the effect of different types of urban parks on housing prices, quantify their respective economic values, and reflect homebuyers’ preferences. The findings indicate that the construction of new urban parks leads to an overall increase in the value of the surrounding real estate to some extent. Specifically, the construction of comprehensive parks and large parks significantly enhances the value of nearby housing, while proximity to new medium-sized parks also results in a housing price premium, albeit to a lesser extent. In contrast, community parks and specialized parks have a less significant impact on housing prices. These findings provide valuable insights for equitable urban development and planning, optimizing the allocation of urban parks and determining investment priorities for different types of parks to enhance the sustainability of the urban environment and human well-being.

Owing to the limitation of a large genome size (~13 Gb), the genetic and gene mapping studies on faba bean (Vicia faba L.) are lagging far behind those for other legumes. In this study, we selected three purified faba bean lines (Yundou 8137, H0003712, and H000572) as parents and constructed two F2 populations. These two F2 populations, namely 167 F2 plants in Pop1 (Yundou 8137×H0003712) and 204 F2 plants in Pop2 (H000572×Yundou 8137), were genotyped using a targeted next-generation sequencing (TNGS) genotyping platform, and two high-density single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) genetic linkage maps of faba bean were constructed. The map constructed from Pop1 contained 5 103 SNPs with a length of 1 333.31 cM and an average marker density of 0.26 cM. The map constructed from Pop2 contained 1 904 SNPs with a greater length of 1 610.61 cM. In these two F2 populations, QTL mapping identified 98 QTLs for 14 agronomic traits related to the flowers, pods, plant types and grains. The two maps were then merged into an integrated genetic linkage map containing 6 895 SNPs, with a length of 3 324.48 cM. These results not only lay the foundation for fine mapping and map-based cloning of related genes, but can also accelerate the molecular marker-assisted breeding of faba bean.

Objective To investigate the effect of nibble debridement and dressing change technology in nursing of patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods Totally 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and observation group (n=20, and 2 cases lost to follow-up). The control group received basic treatment and routine debridement and dressing change, and the observation group received basic treatment and nibble debridement and dressing change technology. The wound area and pain degree were measured and compared between two groups. Results The averaged wound area and level of pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). Based on the Gui Meifen’s thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing inheritance and Yanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine technology, the nibble debridement and dressing change technology is effective to improve the wound healing of patients with diabetic foot ulcer. (目的 探讨蚕食清疮换药技术在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用效果。方法 60例气虚血瘀证糖尿病足溃疡患者分为对照组30例和观察组28例(剔除2例)。对照组采取基础治疗和常规清创换药, 观察组采用蚕食清疮换药技术。观察两组干预前后创面面积变化以及疼痛程度。结果 干预后观察组创面面积小于对照组, 疼痛程度较对照组轻, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 基于桂梅芬中医护理传承思想, 挖掘燕京中医特色技术, 采用蚕食清疮换药技术分次逐步地清除疮面坏死组织, 能有效达到化腐生肌、促进伤口愈合的效果。)

Pea (Pisum sativum L.) is an annual cool-season legume crop. Owing to its role in sustainable agriculture as both a rotation and a cash crop, its global market is expanding and increased production is urgently needed. For both technical and regulatory reasons, neither conventional nor transgenic breeding techniques can keep pace with the demand for increased production. In answer to this challenge, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology has been gaining traction in plant biology and crop breeding in recent years. However, there are currently no reports of the successful application of the CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology in pea. We developed a transient transformation system of hairy roots, mediated by Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain K599, to validate the efficiency of a CRISPR/Cas9 system. Further optimization resulted in an efficient vector, PsU6.3-tRNA-PsPDS3-en35S-PsCas9. We used this optimized CRISPR/Cas9 system to edit the pea phytoene desaturase (PsPDS) gene, causing albinism, by Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation. This is the first report of successful generation of gene-edited pea plants by this route.

Grain yield in rice is a complex trait and it is controlled by a number of quantitative trait loci (QTL). To dissect the genetic basis of rice yield, QTL analysis for nine yield traits was performed using an F2 population containing 190 plants, which was developed from a cross between Youyidao (YYD) and Sanfenhe (SFH), and each plant in the population evaluated with respect to nine yield traits. In this study, the correlations among the nine yield traits were analyzed. The grain yield per plant positively correlated with six yield traits, except for grain length and grain width, and showed the highest correlation coefficient of 0.98 with the number of filled grains per plant. A genetic map containing 133 DNA markers was constructed and it spanned 1831.7 cM throughout 12 chromosomes. A total of 36 QTLs for the yield traits were detected on nine chromosomes, except for the remaining chromosomes 5, 8, and 9. The phenotypic variation was explained by a single QTL that ranged from 6.19% to 36.01%. Furthermore, a major QTL for grain width and weight, qGW2-1, was confirmed to be newly identified and was narrowed down to a relatively smaller interval of about ~2.94-Mb. Collectively, we detected a total of 36 QTLs for yield traits and a major QTL, qGW2-1, was confirmed to control grain weight and width, which laid the foundation for further map-based cloning and molecular design breeding in rice.

The rapid development of distributed photovoltaic power generation exercises an important influence on the current power dispatching operation and power market transactions. In the context of power market reform， this paper analyzes the organizational process for the participation of distributed photovoltaic power generation in power balance and the status quo of its participation in market trade； it summarizes the problems therein. Then based on the demands for market construction in China， the paper explores the process design of distributed photovoltaic power generation for the participation in power balance and related market-oriented mechanisms. Finally， the paper prospects for the key technologies that are urgently needed in the future to improve the monitoring， dispatching and control level of the power system for distributed photovoltaic power generation and establish a organization process and market-oriented mechanism of dispatching and production suitable for the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation.

Exploring the geological factors that affect fluid flow has always been a hot topic. For tight reservoirs, the pore structure and characteristics of different lithofacies reveal the storage status of fluids in different reservoir environments. The size, connectivity, and distribution of fillers in different sedimentary environments have always posed a challenge in studying the microscopic heterogeneity. In this paper, six logging curves (gamma-ray, density, acoustic, compensated neutron, shallow resistivity, and deep resistivity) in two marker wells, namely, J1 and J2, of the Permian Lucaogou Formation in the Jimsar Basin are tested by using four reinforcement learning algorithms: LogitBoost, GBM, XGBoost, and KNN. The total percent correct of training well J2 is 96%, 96%, 96%, and 96%, and the total percent correct of validation well J1 is 75%, 68%, 72%, and 75%, respectively. Based on the lithofacies classification obtained by using reinforcement learning algorithm, micropores, mesopores, and macropores are comprehensively described by high-pressure mercury injection and low-pressure nitrogen gas adsorption tests. The multifractal theory servers for the quantitative characterization of the pore distribution heterogeneity regarding different lithofacies samples, and as observed, the higher probability measure area of the generalized fractal spectrum affects the heterogeneity of the local interval of mesopores and macropores of the estuary dam. In the micropore and mesopore, the heterogeneity of the evaporation lake showed a large variation due to the influence of the higher probability measure area, and in the mesopore and macropore, the heterogeneity of the evaporation lake was controlled by the lower probability measure area. According to the correlation analysis, the single-fractal dimension is well related to the multifractal parameters, and the individual fitting degree reaches up to 99%, which can serve for characterizing the pore size distribution uniformity. The combination of boosting machine learning and multifractal can help to better characterize the micro-heterogeneity under different sedimentary environments and different pore size distribution ranges, which is helpful in the exploration and development of oil fields.

N-body numerical simulation is an important tool in astronomy. Scientists used this method to simulate the formation of structure of the universe, which is key to understanding how the universe formed. As research on this subject further develops, astronomers require a more precise method that enables expansion of the simulation and an increase in the number of simulation particles. However, retaining all temporal information is infeasible due to a lack of computer storage. In the circumstances, astronomers reserve temporal data at intervals, merging rough and baffling animations of universal evolution. In this study, we propose a deep-learning-assisted interpolation application to analyze the structure formation of the universe. First, we evaluate the feasibility of applying interpolation to generate an animation of the universal evolution through an experiment. Then, we demonstrate the superiority of deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) method by comparing its quality and performance with the actual results together with the results generated by other popular interpolation algorithms. In addition, we present PRSVis, an interactive visual analytics system that supports global volume rendering, local area magnification, and temporal animation generation. PRSVis allows users to visualize a global volume rendering, interactively select one cubic region from the rendering and intelligently produce a time-series animation of the high-resolution region using the deep-learning-assisted method. In summary, we propose an interactive visual system, integrated with the DCNN interpolation method that is validated through experiments, to help scientists easily understand the evolution of the particle region structure.

Abstract Background Faba bean is an important legume crop in the world. Plant height and yield are important traits for crop improvement. The traditional plant height and yield measurement are labor intensive and time consuming. Therefore, it is essential to estimate these two parameters rapidly and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to provide an alternative way to accurately identify and evaluate faba bean germplasm and breeding materials. Results The results showed that 80% of the maximum plant height extracted from two-dimensional red–green–blue (2D-RGB) images had the best fitting degree with the ground measured values, with the coefficient of determination (R2), root-mean-square error (RMSE), and normalized root-mean-square error (NRMSE) were 0.9915, 1.4411 cm and 5.02%, respectively. In terms of yield estimation, support vector machines (SVM) showed the best performance (R2 = 0.7238, RMSE = 823.54 kg ha−1, NRMSE = 18.38%), followed by random forests (RF) and decision trees (DT). Conclusion The results of this study indicated that it is feasible to monitor the plant height of faba bean during the whole growth period based on UAV imagery. Furthermore, the machine learning algorithms can estimate the yield of faba bean reasonably with the multiple time points data of plant height.

Abstract Grain size and weight are the key traits determining rice quality and yield and are mainly controlled by quantitative trait loci (QTL). In this study, one minor QTL that was previously mapped in the marker interval of JD1009-JD1019 using the Huanghuazhan/Jizi1560 (HHZ/JZ1560) recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, qTGW1-2, was validated to regulate grain size and weight across four rice-growing seasons using twenty-one near isogenic line (NIL)-F2 populations. The twenty-one populations were in two types of genetic background that were derived from the same parents HHZ and JZ1560. Twelve F9, F10 or F11 NIL-F2 populations with the sequential residual heterozygous regions covering JD1009-RM6840 were developed from one residual heterozygote (RH) in the HHZ/JZ1560 RIL population, and the remaining nine BC3F3, BC3F4 or BC3F5 NIL-F2 populations with the sequential residual heterozygous regions covering JD1009-RM6840 were constructed through consecutive backcrosses to the recurrent parent HHZ followed with marker assistant selection in each generation. Based on the QTL analysis of these genetic populations, qTGW1-2 was successfully confirmed to control grain length, width and weight and further dissected into two QTLs, qTGW1-2a and qTGW1-2b, which were respectively narrowed down to the marker intervals of JD1139-JD1127 (~ 978.2-kb) and JD1121-JD1102 (~ 54.8-kb). Furthermore, the two types of NIL-F2 populations were proved to be able to decrease the genetic background noise and increase the detection power of minor QTL. These results provided an important basis for further map-based cloning and molecular design breeding with the two QTLs in rice.

Farmland transfer is a crucial aspect of modernizing China’s agriculture, which has a significant impact on farmers’ income distribution. With rapid urbanization, farmers’ livelihood has changed significantly, and the income effects of farmland transfer will differ among heterogeneous farmers. Based on the China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) data, this study examines the impact of farmland transfer on farmers’ income growth and income disparity, as well as the income differences in farmland transfer among farmers with different types of livelihood capital. An endogenous switching regression model and unconditional quantile treatment effects are used to correct the selection bias and farmer heterogeneity. The results show that (1) farmland transfer increases farmers’ income. Specifically, farmland transfer-in increases farmers’ income by 21.15%, while transfer-out increases it by 43.33%. (2) The impact of farmland transfer on farmers’ income has a “Matthew effect” and will widen the income gap between farmers. (3) Moreover, farmland transfer exhibits diverse income effects on heterogeneous farmers with livelihood capital. Capital-rich farmers experience the largest income-growth effect from farmland transfer-in, while capital-balanced farmers experience the largest income-growth effect from farmland transfer-out. The policy implications are to further improve the farmland transfer market and enable low-income farmers to participate by improving their qualifications and abilities.

A unique variety of wetlands known as coastal wetlands that connect terrestrial and marine ecosystems is crucial to reducing and adapting to climate change as well as the advancement of human culture. However, the coastal wetland ecosystem is currently in danger as a result of the increasing intensity of human activity, and wetland restoration and reconstruction have garnered a lot of interest. The differentiated ecological restoration strategies based on ecosystem service change analysis can provide a reference for the effective management and sustainability of coastal wetland ecosystems. The InVEST model and ArcGIS were used to analyze the spatiotemporal changes in ecosystem services before and after the implementation of coastal wetland restoration policies based on remote sensing image data, meteorological and soil data, etc. The ecological restoration pattern of coastal wetlands was divided, and the corresponding ecological restoration strategies were proposed in this study. The following are the results: (1) there are still many wetlands that have been converted to non-wetlands following the implementation of the wetland restoration policy, and the ecosystem services as a whole exhibit a rising and then falling trend, with a rise from 2005 to 2015, a fall in 2015 due to the creation of Hangzhou Bay New District, and a slight improvement to 2020. Among them, the water yield increased continuously, the carbon storage fluctuated, and the habitat quality did not improve significantly. (2) The hot spots of ecosystem services were concentrated in the south and southeast of the study area, with no obvious cold spots. (3) By comprehensively analyzing the changes and spatial patterns of ecosystem services, the coastal wetlands on the south bank of Hangzhou Bay were divided into an ecological conservation zone, a green development zone, and an ecological restoration zone at the township level, and corresponding optimization strategies were proposed. The results can provide a reference for the fine-grained and differentiated management of regional ecosystem services.

Objective To explore the application effect of “One Syndrome and One Product” specialized nursing plan for pain management in the oncology ward. Methods Taking the implementation time of the project as the dividing line, 50 cancer patients with hospital admission between Jan. 2017 and Dec. 2017 were included as the control group, and another 50 cancer patients with hospital admission between Jan. 2018 and Dec. 2018 were included as the study group. In the management of cancer pain symptoms, the combination of disease and syndrome, treatment and nursing, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and TCN nursing were reflected, the external treatment of TCM and emotional nursing were adopted, and the quality nursing ran through the whole process. The time to pain relief, the cognitive level of pain and patients’ satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation of the project. Results After the implementation of the “One Syndrome and One Product” nursing project, the time to pain relief of patients in the study group shortened remarkably compared with that in the control group(P＜0. 05). The rate of patient awareness on pain related self-care knowledge was 100. 00%, and rate of patient satisfaction was 90. 00%. Conclusion Through the construction of specialized care ward based on “One Syndrome and One Product” nursing project, it can effectively help cancer patients relieve pain, improve the awareness rate of pain self-care knowledge, improve patient satisfaction, and improve the quality of nursing service. (目的 探讨“一证一品”专科护理模式在肿瘤病房疼痛症状管理中的应用效果。方法 以项目实施的时间为分界线, 采用便利抽样方法选取2017年1月—12月收入科室的50例肿瘤患者为对照组, 2018年1月12月收入科室的50例肿瘤患者为试验组。在肿瘤疼痛症状管理中体现“病与证”、“施治与施护”、“中医药与中医护理”相结合, 采用中医外治法及情志护理, 将品质护理贯穿全程。比较项目实施前后患者疼痛改善时间、对疼痛的认知水平及患者满意度的变化。结果 与对照组相比, 试验组患者的疼痛改善时间缩短(P＜0. 05)。试验组患者疼痛相关自我护理知识知晓率100. 00%, 满意度为90. 00%(45/50)。结论 通过“一证一品”专科护理示范病房建设, 在肿瘤患者疼痛症状管理中可以有效的帮助肿瘤患者缓解疼痛, 提高疼痛自我护理知识知晓率, 进而提高患者的满意度, 提升护理服务质量。)

Abstract Purpose The aim of this study was to explore the feasibility of 3D printing of kidney and perinephric fat based on low‐dose CT technology. Patients and Methods A total of 184 patients with stage T1 complex renal tumors who underwent laparoscopic nephrectomy were prospectively enrolled and divided into three groups: group A (conventional dose kidney and perinephric fat 3D printing group, n = 62), group B (low‐dose kidney and perinephric fat 3D printing, n = 64), and group C (conventional dose merely kidney 3D printing group, n = 58). The effective dose (ED), signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR), and contrast‐to‐noise ratio (CNR) were determined. The 3D printing quality was evaluated using a 4‐point scale, and interobserver agreement was assessed using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Results The ED of group B was lower than that of group A, with a decrease of 55.1%. The subjective scores of 3D printing quality in all groups were 3 or 4 points. The interobserver agreement among the three observers in 3D printing quality was good (ICC = 0.84–0.92). The perioperative indexes showed that operation time (OT), warm ischemia time (WIT), estimated blood loss (EBL), and laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN) conversion to laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (LRN) in groups A or B were significantly less than those in group C. LPN was more frequent in group A and group B than in group C (all p 0.017). Conclusion Low‐dose CT technology can be effectively applied to 3D printing of kidney and perinephric fat and reduce the patient's radiation dose without compromising 3D printing quality. 3D printing of kidney and perinephric fat can significantly increase the success rate of LPN and decrease OT, WIT, and EBL.

ObjectivesTo develop and validate a Computed Tomography (CT) based radiomics nomogram for preoperative predicting of extrathyroidal extension (ETE) in papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) patientsMethodsA total of 153 patients were randomly assigned to training and internal test sets (7:3). 46 patients were recruited to serve as an external test set. A radiologist with 8 years of experience segmented the images. Radiomics features were extracted from each image and Delta-radiomics features were calculated. Features were selected by using one way analysis of variance and the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator in the training set. K-nearest neighbor, logistic regression, decision tree, linear-support vector machine (linear -SVM), gaussian-SVM, and polynomial-SVM were used to build 6 radiomics models. Next, a radiomics signature score (Rad-score) was constructed by using the linear combination of selected features weighted by their corresponding coefficients. Finally, a nomogram was constructed combining the clinical risk factors with Rad-scores. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, decision curve analysis (DCA), and calibration curve were performed on the three sets to evaluate the nomogram’s performance.Results4 radiomics features were selected. The six models showed the certain value of radiomics, with area under the curves (AUCs) from 0.642 to 0.701. The nomogram combining the Rad-score and clinical risk factors (radiologists’ interpretation) showed good performance (internal test set: AUC 0.750; external test set: AUC 0.797). Calibration curve and DCA demonstrated good performance of the nomogram.ConclusionOur radiomics nomogram incorporating the radiomics and radiologists’ interpretation has utility in the identification of ETE in PTC patients.

ObjectiveTo investigate the application of computed tomography (CT)-based radiomics model for prediction of thyroid capsule invasion (TCI) in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).MethodsThis retrospective study recruited 412 consecutive PTC patients from two independent institutions and randomly assigned to training (n=265), internal test (n=114) and external test (n=33) cohorts. Radiomics features were extracted from non-contrast (NC) and artery phase (AP) CT scans. We also calculated delta radiomics features, which are defined as the absolute differences between the extracted radiomics features. One-way analysis of variance and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator were used to select optimal radiomics features. Then, six supervised machine learning radiomics models (k-nearest neighbor, logistic regression, decision tree, linear support vector machine [L-SVM], Gaussian-SVM, and polynomial-SVM) were constructed. Univariate was used to select clinicoradiological risk factors. Combined models including optimal radiomics features and clinicoradiological risk factors were constructed by these six classifiers. The prediction performance was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, calibration curve, and decision curve analysis (DCA).ResultsIn the internal test cohort, the best combined model (L-SVM, AUC=0.820 [95% CI 0.758–0.888]) performed better than the best radiomics model (L-SVM, AUC = 0.733 [95% CI 0.654–0.812]) and the clinical model (AUC = 0.709 [95% CI 0.649–0.783]). Combined-L-SVM model combines 23 radiomics features and 1 clinicoradiological risk factor (CT-reported TCI). In the external test cohort, the AUC was 0.776 (0.625–0.904) in the combined-L-SVM model, showing that the model is stable. DCA demonstrated that the combined model was clinically useful.ConclusionsOur combined model based on machine learning incorporated with CT radiomics features and the clinicoradiological risk factor shows good predictive ability for TCI in PTC.

Abstract Background Gastrointestinal stromal tumors rarely occur in children, but when they do, their biological behavior and histopathological patterns differ from those of adults. Case presentation A 13-year-old boy with a gastrointestinal stromal tumor was characterized by a rare genetic mutation. The patient complained of “fatigue with intermittent abdominal pain for 1 month”. According to the preoperative imaging examination, gastroscopy, and gastroscopic biopsy, the patient was diagnosed with a gastric stromal tumor. Postoperative pathology showed that the tumor cells were fusiform and ovoid, and mitotic figures were easily seen. Immunohistochemistry revealed that the tumor was S-100(+), SOX10(−), CD34(+), SMA(partially+), DOG-1(+), CD117(+), KI-67 (positive for 20% + of the subjects and 40% + of the hotspots), and SDHB(−). Genetic tests showed missense mutations in ALK and TSC1. With surgical treatment, the tumor was completely removed. The patient recovered well and was discharged on the ninth day after the operation. He is currently under follow-up. Conclusions In this case involving a patient with a gastrointestinal stromal tumor, immunohistochemistry indicated that the tumor was an "SDH-deficient type", and gene detection showed no KIT or PDGFRA mutation but rare ALK and TSC1 mutations, which adds to the knowledge of the types of gene mutations in children with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.

The significant springback deformation of metal sheet makes the development of plate and frame heat exchanger extremely difficult for duplex stainless steel.In this paper,a coupled explicit to implicit finite element methods was adopted to predict springback deformation in forming processes of metal sheet for high strength duplex stainless steel FDX27 sheet.Firstly,the explicit method was utilized to analyze the contact-based forming operation of a production stamping process.Then,an implicit method was performed to simulate the springback deformation after the forming die was removed.By using numerical simulation method,the effects of different mold radius and friction coefficients on springback deformation of FDX27 sheet were analyzed.Meanwhile,the effect of material strength property on springback deformation was studied by choosing three different sheets.Finally,different product experiments were performed to verify the accuracy of springback simulation results.The results show that the die fillet radius is not sensitive to the springback deformation height,but affects the friction coefficients remarkably.The material strength properties and hardening index N have a significant effect on the springback demormation height.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results,which shows that the springback numerical analysis method is reliable and the present work provide an instruction when new material was applied on heat exchanger R＆D field.

With the development of deep learning, person re-identification (ReID) has been widely concerned and studied. At present, in practical application, there are three main problems in person ReID: first, it is difficult to locate the target person because the person is frequently partially occluded in crowed scenes; second, it is difficult to match the target person due to the similarity of the target person and other pedestrian features; third, the problem of model performance degradation caused by the large style discrepancies across domain/datasets. These three problems greatly limit the application of person ReID in real scenes. To solve these problems, we proposed a person ReID method based on effective features and self-optimized pseudo-label. Firstly, we designed a feature aggregation module which combines mask channel and pose channel to accurately extract the global saliency features, so as to solve the occlusion problem; secondly, we designed a head-shoulder feature auxiliary module to enhance the feature representation of the head-shoulder, so as to solve the problem of similarity between the target person and other pedestrian features; finally, we designed a self-optimized pseudo-label training module to improves the generalization ability of the model, so as to solve the problem of different styles in the cross-domain environment. Extensive contrast experiments with the state-of-the-art methods on multiple person re-ID datasets show that our method leads to significant improvement, which prove the effectiveness of our method.

Lentil (Lens culinaris Medikus subsp. culinaris, 2n = 14) is a cool-season legume with high production potential for multiple uses. However, limited molecular research has been conducted in this species owing to its large genome, which impedes the generation of genome sequences and the development of molecular markers. In this study, more than 1.37 billion filtered clean reads were collected by RNA-Seq of six diverse lentil accessions and 217,836 transcripts and 161,095 unigenes were de novo assembled, yielding respectively 257.1 and 240.6 million nucleotides. The mean transcript length was 1180 bp and the N50 and N90 lengths were respectively 2075 and 479 bp. The mean length of the unigenes was 1494 bp and their N50 and N90 values were respectively 2203 and 714 bp. The unigenes were annotated against seven databases. The FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT) gene homolog in lentil showed high protein sequence similarity to the FT gene homologs of pea and alfalfa. On the basis of the RNA-Seq analysis, 26,449 EST-SSR markers were designed in silico, and 276 preliminarily screened markers were selected to evaluate polymorphism in 94 diverse lentil accessions. In total, 125 (45.29%) of 276 EST-SSR markers were found to be polymorphic. A total of 130,073 SNP loci were detected and 78 (61.41%) of 127 SNPs were successfully converted to KASP markers. Population genetic analyses of the lentil accessions with EST-SSR and KASP markers revealed similar genetic structures, suggesting that the RNA-Seq-generated resources and the developed markers are reliable for use in molecular marker-assisted breeding of lentil.

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is an important oil crop globally and high oil content is one of the major targets in peanut breeding programs. Previous studies indicated that the osmotic pressure (OP) of the leaves of peanut plants subjected to drought stress was negatively correlated with kernel oil content. Based on this knowledge, we established a practical and reliable method for creating new peanut varieties with high oil content using in vitro mutagenesis and directional OP-based selection. Using embryonic leaflets of peanut variety Huayu 20 as explants, pingyangmycin (PYM) as the mutagen, and hydroxyproline (HYP) as the OP regulator, we developed 15 HYP-tolerant regenerated plants. For each regenerated plant, we selected offspring with oil content>55% (relative to 49.5% for Huayu 20). We developed and released three new peanut varieties with high yield and high oil content from the offspring of the HYP-tolerant regenerated plants. The three new varieties were named as Yuhua 4, Yuhua 9 and Yuhua 14 and their oil contents were 57.7, 61.1 and 59.3%, respectively. The results indicate that in vitro mutagenesis with PYM followed by directed screening with HYP is a useful approach for breeding peanut varieties with high oil contents.

Abstract Purpose Laparoscopic nephrectomy (LN) has become the preferred method for renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Adequate preoperative assessment or intraoperative navigation is key to the successful implementation of LN. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical application value of mixed‐reality–assisted surgical navigation (MRASN) in LN. Patients and Methods A total of 100 patients with stage T1N0M0 renal tumors who underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN) or laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (LRN) were prospectively enrolled and divided into a mixed‐reality‐assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy (MRALN) group (n = 50) and a non–mixed‐reality‐assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy (non‐MRALN) group (n = 50). All patients underwent renal contrast‐enhanced CT scans. The CT DICOM data of all patients in the MRALN group were imported into the mixed‐reality (MR) postprocessing workstation and underwent holographic three‐dimensional visualization (V3D) modeling and MR displayed, respectively. We adopted the Likert scale to evaluate the clinical application value of MRASN. The consistency of evaluators was assessed using the Cohen kappa coefficient (k). Results No significant differences in patient demographic indicators between the MRALN group and the non‐MRALN group (P > .05). Abstract Background Ziziphora bungeana Juz. is a folk medicine from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The herb or the aerial parts of it have been used to medicinally treat cardiovascular diseases. Flavonoids are the main pharmacologically active ingredients in Z. bungeana. Identification of the tissue-specific distribution of flavonoids in Z. bungeana is crucial for effective and sustainable medicinal use of the plant. Furthermore, understanding of the biosynthesis pathways of these flavonoids in Z. bungeana is of great biological significance. Methods The flavonoids from different tissues of Z. bungeana were identified using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). The full-length transcriptome of Z. bungeana was determined using a strategy based on a combination of Illumina and PacBio sequencing techniques. The functions of differentially expressed unigenes were predicted using bioinformatics methods and further investigated by real-time quantitative PCR and phylogenetic relationship analysis. Results Among the 12 major flavonoid components identified from Z. bungeana extracts, linarin was the most abundant component. Nine flavonoids were identified as characteristic components of specific tissues. Transcriptome profiling and bioinformatic analysis revealed that 18 genes were putatively involved in flavonoid biosynthesis. The gene expression and phylogenetic analysis results indicated that ZbPALs, Zb4CL3, ZbCHS1, and ZbCHI1 may be involved in the biosynthesis of the main flavonoid intermediate. ZbFNSII, ZbANS, and ZbFLS may be involved in the biosynthesis of flavones, anthocyanins, and flavonols, respectively. A map of the biosynthesis pathways of the 12 major flavonoids in Z. bungeana is proposed. Conclusions The chemical constituent analysis revealed the compositions of 9 characteristic flavonoids in different tissues of Z. bungeana. Linarin can be hydrolysed into acacetin to exert a pharmaceutical role. Apigenin-7-O-rutinoside is hypothesised to be the precursor of linarin in Z. bungeana. There was greater content of linarin in the aerial parts of the plant than in the whole herb, which provides a theoretical basis for using the aerial parts of Z. bungeana for medicine. These results provide a valuable reference for further research on the flavonoid biosynthesis pathways of Z. bungeana and will be significant for the effective utilisation and ecological protection of Z. bungeana.

The current paper studies the influencing factors of permeability in shales of the Longmaxi Formation, located in the southern Sichuan Basin, China. The methodologies used in the present study include overburden pore permeability experiments, whole rock analysis and geochemical tests, NMR measurements of fluid saturation, pore size distribution and specific surface area distribution, SEM and extraction of pore structure parameters, and core analysis. The results show the following: (1) high TOC and high maturity generate a large number of organic pores, which may improve the permeability of shale. (2) Mineral composition and rock relative permeability also have influence on permeability to a certain degree, since different minerals have different effects on shale permeability. Clay in the study area has an adverse effect on permeability. The results show that the organic-rich siliceous clay mixed shale facies in this area has the best permeability. (3) A large specific surface area and total pore volume are associated with good shale permeability, while average pore size does not correlate with permeability. A small fractal dimension of pore morphology and simple pore structure result in good permeability, and bedding is the key controlling factor for the anisotropy of shale permeability. (4) Water in shales can influence the permeability of microfractures by binding to clay minerals. Low permeability in shales with high bound water saturation suggests that water and clay mineral absorption may block flow channels, resulting in poor permeability. The purpose of this study is to clarify the influencing factors on shale permeability of the Longmaxi Formation in the study area and to provide a reference for the exploration and development of shale gas in this area of the Sichuan Basin.

Background The panicle is the most important organ in rice, and all the panicle-related traits are correlated with rice grain yield. Understanding the underlying genetic mechanisms controlling panicle development is very important for improving rice production. Methods Nine panicle-related traits including heading date, panicle length, number of primary branches, number of secondary branches, number of grains per panicle, number of panicles per plant, number of filled grains per plant, seed-setting rate, and grain yield per plant were investigated. To map the quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for the nine panicle-related traits, a PCR-based genetic map with 208 markers (including 121 simple sequence repeats and 87 InDels) and a high-density linkage map with 18,194 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were both used. Results Using a recombinant inbred line population derived from an indica variety Huanghuazhan and a japonica line Jizi 1560, a total of 110 and 112 QTLs were detected for panicle-related traits by PCR-based genetic map and by high-density linkage map, respectively. Most of the QTLs were clustered on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7 while no QTLs were detected on chromosome 10. Almost all the QTLs with LOD values of more than 5.0 were repeatedly detected, indicating the accuracy of the two methods and the stability of the QTL effects. No genes for panicle-related traits have been previously reported in most of these regions. QTLs found in JD1006–JD1007 and RM1148–RM5556 with high LOD and additive values deserved further research. The results of this study are beneficial for marker-assisted breeding and provide research foundation for further fine-mapping and cloning of these QTLs for panicle-related traits.

Faced with problems such as unordered expansion, inefficient utilization, and the decay of old cities in the current urban development process, many scholars have considered introducing land use mix as a coping strategy. However, due to a lack of understanding of the evolution process and the theoretical connotation of land use mix, it fails to guide its role in practice. Therefore, this study summarizes the theoretical evolution of land use mix from four levels: ideological evolution, conceptual model, quantitative measurements, and influential factors and effects. It is found that after decades of evolution, although the land use mix theory initially formed a certain theoretical and methodological system, there are still some gaps or deficiencies that need to be filled or improved: (1) the theoretical framework lags behind the needs of practice; (2) in the process of evolution, the idea of modern land use mix has been given a deeper meaning; (3) the conceptual model still needs to be further improved; (4) the influencing mechanism is still unclear.

Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention for patients undergoing Laser-assisted tympanostomy under otoendoscopy for secretory otitis media. Methods Totally 126 (155 ears) patients with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 63 cases in each group. All patients were given routine care during the treatment, and those in the observation group received holistic nursing interventions. The anxiety, depression and pain degree were evaluated before and after intervention, and the intervention efficacy and patients’ satisfaction with nursing were compared between two groups. Results The scores of Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) on pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). There was no significant difference in total effective rate and degree of patient satisfaction between two groups ((P＞0. 05) . Conclusion The holistic nursing interventions are potentially effective to relieve patients’ anxiety and depression, and reduce pain during laser-assisted tympanostomy under otoendoscopy for secretory otitis media. Pea (Pisum sativum L.) is an important legume crop. However, the yield of pea is adversely affected by heat stress in China. In this study, heat-tolerant germplasms were screened and evaluated in the field under multi-conditions. The results showed that heat stress could significantly affect pea yield. On the basis of grain weight per plant, 257 heat-tolerant and 175 heat-sensitive accessions were obtained from the first year’s screening, and 26 extremely heat-tolerant and 19 extremely heat-sensitive accessions were finally obtained in this study. Based on SNaPshot technology, two sets of SNP markers, including 46 neutral and 20 heat-tolerance-related markers, were used to evaluate the genetic diversity and population genetic structure of the 432 pea accessions obtained from the first year’s screening. Genetic diversity analysis showed that the average polymorphic information content was lower using heat-tolerance-related markers than neutral markers because of the selective pressure under heat stress. In addition, population genetic structure analysis showed that neutral markers divided the 432 pea accessions into two subpopulations associated with sowing date type and geographical origin, while the heat-tolerance-related markers divided these germplasms into two subpopulations associated with heat tolerance and sowing date type. Overall, we present a comprehensive resource of heat-tolerant and heat-sensitive pea accessions through heat-tolerance screenings in multi-conditions, which could help genetic improvements of pea in the future.

The question of how to implement spatial planning more effective is a fundamental but very difficult one and one that has been of great interest to both the academic and practical community. However, a comprehensive review of the conceptual models and methodological systems for evaluating spatial planning implementation, and the existing practical research results of various types of spatial planning implementation evaluation, are yet to be presented. The study systematically reviews the main research findings in the field of spatial planning implementation from four aspects: conceptual analysis, measurement methods, evaluation frameworks and evaluation methods. This study found three distinct evolutionary features of research in this field: (1) The evaluation concept changes from complete rationality to limited rationality; (2) research methodology changes from a simple closed system to a complex open system; (3) the research perspective shifts from the map to the main body of planning implementation behavior. It is suggested that an important part of future research lies in establishing a system for evaluating the effectiveness based on a single subject who is an actor in the planning implementation process. On this basis, the micro-influencing mechanisms of planning implementation effects will then be explored. Deepening the research to the individual level will help improve planning implementation’s effectiveness.

The homogenized Mg-5.3Gd-2.6Y-1.1Nd-0.3Zr(mass fraction/%) ingots were extruded at different temperatures.The microstructures and mechanical properties of the solution-treated ingot and those extruded at different temperatures were investigated by optical microscopy(OM) and tensile test. The corrosion resistance of the alloys in Hank's solutions was evaluated by mass loss, hydrogen evolution and Tafel polarization tests. The surface corrosion morphology of the specimens after immersion was examined by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the grains of the investigated alloy are refined substantially after extrusion, and their strength and ductility increase along with the decrease of the extrusion temperature, and the yield strength of the extruded alloy under 450℃ reaches 223.4MPa, which is about 60% higher than that of T4 alloy (139.8MPa). The extrusion deformation also has positive effects on the alloys' corrosion resistance, and corrosion resistance of the alloy increases first and then decreases along with the decrease of the extrusion temperature. The one extruded under 450℃ seems to show the best corrosion resistance,whose corrosion rate is 0.74mm/a.

As a typical tight oil reservoir in a lake basin, the Permian Lucaogou Formation of the Jimsar Sag in the Junggar Basin has great potential for exploration and development. However, at present, there are few studies on the identification of the diagenetic facies of tight oil reservoir logging in the study area, and the control effect of diagenesis on tight oil reservoirs is not clear. The present work investigates the diagenesis and diagenetic facies logging of the study area, making full use of core data, thin sections, and logs, among other data, in order to understand the reservoir characteristics of the Permian Lucaogou Formation in the Jimsar Sag. The results show that the Lucaogou Formation has undergone diagenetic activity such as compaction, carbonate cementation, quartz cementation, and clay mineral infilling and dissolution. The diagenetic facies are classified according to mineral and diagenetic type, namely, tightly compacted facies, carbonate-cemented facies, clay mineral-filling facies, quartz-cemented facies, and dissolution facies. The GR, RT, AC, DEN, and CNL logging curves were selected, among others, and the convolutional neural network was introduced to construct a diagenetic facies logging recognition model. The diagenetic facies of a single well was divided and identified, and the predicted diagenetic facies types were compared with thin sections and SEM images of the corresponding depths. Prediction results had a high coincidence rate, which indicates that the model is of a certain significance to accurately identify the diagenetic facies of tight oil reservoirs. Assessing the physical properties of the studied reservoirs, dissolution facies are the dominant diagenetic facies in the study area and are also the preferred sequence for exploration—to find dominant reservoirs in the following stage.

HIF means hypoxia-inducible factor gene family, and it could regulate various biological processes, including tumor development. In 2021, the FDA approved the new drug Welireg for targeting HIF-2a, and it is mainly used to treat von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, which demonstrated its good prospects in tumor therapy. As the fourth deadliest cancer worldwide, gastric cancer endangers the health of people all across the world. Currently, there are various treatment methods for patients with gastric cancer, but the five-year survival rate of patients with advanced gastric cancer is still not high. Therefore, here we reviewed the regulatory role and target role of HIF in gastric cancer, and provided some references for the treatment of gastric cancer.

Urban land-use efficiency (ULUE) has been increasingly recognized as an issue of land-use management across the world in the last century as the globe experienced unprecedented rapid urban expansion. However, although a large body of studies was dedicated to analyzing the driving forces of ULUE, literature was rarely focused on the impacts of regional cooperation on ULUE. To bridge the knowledge gap, we used the Chinese trailblazer of regional cooperation–Yangtze River delta (YRD)—as a case to reveal the impacts of regional cooperation on ULUE. Social network analysis and a super efficiency SBM model with undesirable outputs were used to measure regional cooperation and ULUE, respectively. Furthermore, the impacts of regional cooperation on ULUE were examined by using the geographically and temporally weighted regression model. The results show that regional cooperation in the YRD strengthened from 2009 to 2016, among which Shanghai was the core node city in the YRD. Only seven cities maintained good ULUE with a stable trend during 2009–2016. The regression results indicated the positive impacts of regional cooperation on ULUE, which was more evident in the southern cities of the YRD. The potential mechanism to explain the impacts of regional cooperation on ULUE includes co-building transportation facilities and joint development zones. These findings provide insightful implications for improving ULUE by strengthening regional cooperation in Chinese cities.

All over the world, Industrial agglomeration has become a key to improve the efficiency of urban land use and regulate the process of urbanization. Industrial agglomeration, as a universal economic geographical phenomenon, has been extensively studied, but few scholars have discussed the relationship between industrial agglomeration and urban land use efficiency. Based on this, after classifying the type of agglomeration externalities, our study uses OLS and GTWR models to explore the complex mechanism of interaction between industrial agglomeration externalities and urban land use efficiency, especially the spatiotemporal non-stationary characteristics. We found that the impact of industrial agglomeration externalities on urban land use efficiency is significantly unstable in time and space, and the coexistence, substitution and aging mechanism of agglomeration externalities among different types were also observed. Our research can provide reference for city managers to formulate reasonable industrial policies and enterprises to choose the location. Meanwhile, our research has made some contributions to the academic research on urban land use efficiency.

How to effectively promote the large-scale and market-oriented farmland leasing process in China is one of the most important practical issues concerning the current academic circle and decision makers. However, restricted by the current situation of rural social development, farmers’ spontaneous and informal farmland leasing is still widespread. Exploring the long-term evolution characteristics of informal farmland leasing at the village scale is of great significance for optimizing the process of farmland leasing, perfecting the farmland leasing market, and promoting moderate-scale farmland management. Therefore, based on field survey data from the whole village and social network analysis methods, this research conducted a detailed empirical study on the characteristics, development process, and consequences of informal farmland leasing behavior in a traditional rural society in central China. The results show that with the development of time, the scope of informal farmland leasing in Huang village has been expanding, of which more than 70% of the farmland in 2020 was leased among acquaintances. Farmland leasing among acquaintances is becoming a trend toward informal farmland leasing in some villages. At present, 13 large-scale households lease 73.9% of the total area of farmland leasing in Huang village. The informal farmland leasing in the village has basically formed a centralized circulation pattern with the villager group as the core, which can promote moderate-scale farming to a certain extent. However, there are also problems, such as the ability of a simple internal leasing mode to resist external risks is limited. The findings may be helpful in rethinking China’s farmland leasing policy and provide useful insights into the multifaceted rural sustainability of other similar traditional villages.

Gibberellins (GAs) are diterpenoid phytohormones regulating various aspects of plant growth and development, such as internode elongation and seed germination. Although the GA biosynthesis pathways have been identified, the transcriptional regulatory network of GA homeostasis still remains elusive. Here, we report the functional characterization of a GA-inducible OsABF1 in GA biosynthesis underpinning plant height and seed germination. Overexpression of OsABF1 produced a typical GA-deficient phenotype with semi-dwarf and retarded seed germination. Meanwhile, the phenotypes could be rescued by exogenous GA3, suggesting that OsABF1 is a key regulator of GA homeostasis. OsABF1 could directly suppress the transcription of green revolution gene SD1, thus reducing the endogenous GA level in rice. Moreover, OsABF1 interacts with and transcriptionally antagonizes to the polycomb repression complex component OsEMF2b, whose mutant showed as similar but more severe phenotype to OsABF1 overexpression lines. It is suggested that OsABF1 recruits RRC2-mediated H3K27me3 deposition on the SD1 promoter, thus epigenetically silencing SD1 to maintain the GA homeostasis for growth and seed germination. These findings shed new insight into the functions of OsABF1 and regulatory mechanism underlying GA homeostasis in rice.

Objective To investigate the clinical use of glass ceramic onlay in the restoration of the non⁃vital posteri⁃ or teeth with computer aided design and computer ⁃aided manufacturing technique (CAD/CAM). Methods 70 patients with 75 teeth of residual crown were selected and restored with CAD/CAM glass⁃ceramic onlay after completely root canal therapy. Marginal adaptation, anatomic form, adjacent relation, contour appearance, color match were checked in 12 ⁃ month follow⁃up. Results Marginal adaptation, anatomic form, adjacent relation, contour appearance, color match of 73 teeth were satisfactory and 2 cases was excluded because of lost to follow⁃up. There were no significant differences in the number of cases which met clinical criterion A or B between immediate restoration and 12⁃month follow⁃up (P > 0.05), and more than 95% of cases met clinical criterion A. Conclusion The CAD/CAM glass⁃ceramic onlay in the restoration of non⁃vital posterior teeth can provide better effect of retention and esthetics in a short term observation of 12 months.

Watermelon mosaic virus (WMV) is one of the major viruses infecting cucurbit crops worldwide. Although WMV is very common worldwide, little is known about the biological traits of WMV isolates from China. Hence, this study aimed to characterize 11 WMV isolates infecting melon from different geographical origins in Xinjiang based on experimental hosts. Sap inoculation of the 11 WMV isolates onto a range of 13 plant species revealed some differences compared to the WMV isolates collected from other countries. Our results showed that, overall, there were no obvious correlations of host responses to inoculation with WMV isolates from different geographical origins. However, isolate JS-1 caused mild mosaic on Cucurbita moschata, whereas the remaining 10 isolates were asymptomatic on this plant species. Moreover, in Datura stramonium, isolate TYG-1 induced mosaic, whereas the remaining 10 isolates did not infect this species. All isolates infected systemically Cucurbita pepo and Cucumis melo plants, causing severe symptoms. All isolates did not induce any symptoms on Cucumis sativus, but the virus could be detected using RT-PCR. Additionally, all isolates infected systemically Nicotiana tabacum plants, causing mild mosaics. Chenopodium amaranticolor and Chenopodium quinoa reacted to all isolates by chlorotic local lesions in the inoculated leaves, and the virus was detected in the inoculated leaves using RT-PCR. In addition, the attempts to transmit the isolates to Luffa cylindrica, Vicia faba, Phaseolus vulgaris, Vigna unguiculata or Pisum sativum failed as confirmed by negative RT-PCR. Our results would be useful for understanding the biological variability of WMV.

Investigating the characteristics and mechanisms of the spatial and temporal variations of commercial land prices and its major subdivisions has great theoretical and practical significance in the study of urban economy and its spatial refinement management. Unlike general commodity prices, land prices are influenced by geographical location and tend to fluctuate over time. However, most scholars have not explored the influence mechanism of commercial land prices in both time and space. To help bridge this gap, this study takes the sample commercial land prices in the main urban area of Hangzhou from 2006 to 2015 as the empirical research object and investigates the spatiotemporal evolution mechanism of urban commercial land prices through a comparative analysis of the multiple regression analysis (MRA) with ordinary least squares (OLS), the geographically weighted regression (GWR), the temporally weighted regression (TWR), and the geographically and temporally weighted regression (GTWR) models. Results indicate that the land prices of land for financial facilities (Commercial Land Category 1) and commercial-business land (Commercial Land Category 2) in Hangzhou show different spatial and temporal evolutions and are influenced by the common factors of residential land price level (PL), maturity of living services (EN), and plot ratio (FRO) in the district. Meanwhile the main difference between the two influencing factors is the significant difference in sensitivity to locational centrality and industrial structure. Furthermore, we find that the spatial and temporal evolution of commercial land prices has three main mechanism: location selection, point-axis evolution, and function-promoting. Our findings will provide guidelines for scientifically guiding the coordinated development of urban land price and industrial economy and realizing the fine management and allocation of urban spatial resources.

The collective commercial construction land (CCCL) reform in China has attracted considerable attention worldwide, but studies on the influencing factors and performance of governance modes for CCCL marketization are still in their infancy. First, by deconstructing CCCL, this study developed a conceptual framework from the perspective of transaction cost economics. Based on a series of surveys, interviews, and closed questionnaires in two pilot areas, this study determined the influencing factors for governance mode choice for CCCL marketization through comparative case studies and compared the performance of the government-led and self-organized modes. This study concluded that asset specificity, uncertainty, and frequency were the main influencing factors for transaction costs, which could influence the choice of governance mode for CCCL marketization. Moreover, the characteristics of the two aforementioned governance modes, transaction costs, and specific revenue distribution resulted in different marketization performances.

During human−robot collaborations (HRC), robot systems must accurately perceive the actions and intentions of humans. The present study proposes the classification of standing postures from standing-pressure images, by which a robot system can predict the intended actions of human workers in an HRC environment. To this end, it explores deep learning based on standing-posture recognition and a multi-recognition algorithm fusion method for HRC. To acquire the pressure-distribution data, ten experimental participants stood on a pressure-sensing floor embedded with thin-film pressure sensors. The pressure data of nine standing postures were obtained from each participant. The human standing postures were discriminated by seven classification algorithms. The results of the best three algorithms were fused using the Dempster−Shafer evidence theory to improve the accuracy and robustness. In a cross-validation test, the best method achieved an average accuracy of 99.96%. The convolutional neural network classifier and data-fusion algorithm can feasibly classify the standing postures of human workers.
