A test section was selected in Luo-San expressway.Four detection methods of compaction degree which are sand cone method, cutting ring, nuclear density instrument and drop hammer frequent mensuration£¨LY-1 apparatus£©have been adopted in testing road.And the detection results about four methods were analyzed and compared.Sand cone method was conducted as a standard method of field detection for compaction degree, other three methods were regressed with sand cone method,and the relationship was obtained. The relevance of cutting ring method with sand cone method is excellent,the relevance of other two methods with sand cone method is slightly bad which may because of the soil and construction methods.But in general, it is approved that sand cone method method which act as the standard one of detection for compaction degree is worthwhile extending.

This study was to explore the key factors in leukemia model through the analysis of mouse with bad life state in the modeling process of leukemia so as to provide the theoretical reference for improving the success rate of modeling.At 1 week after inoculation of leukemia cells into SCID mice, the life status and peripheral hemogram of SCID mice were tested, the bone marrow smears, splean biopsy and spleen index of mice were examined after dissecting mormal and agoned/died mice during modoling, and the examined results were compared.As compared with control mice, the life status of experimental mice was poor; the blood smear test showed juvenile cells, slightly more white blood cells with irregular shape and partial rupture, the lymphocytes and band cells obviously increased, the neutrophile granulocytes showed nuclear left shift; the bone marrow smears showed larger cell volume, smaller mulcoplasm, abnormal morphology of cells and cell nuclei and serious cell rapture; the spleen examination showed that the spleen diplayed enlargement and hyperemia to varying degree, the spleen index obviously increase, the spleen interstitial expansion, cell disordered arragement and irregular cell shope were observed, however there was no infiltration of leukemia cells in control and experimental mice.The mouse age, pathway of inoculating the leukemia cells, sterile condition in breading and avoiding the rejection and inflammatory response in modeling process are the key foctors influencing the modeling success.

The role of dislocation scattering in electron mobility in ZnMgO/ZnO heterostructures was studied. It was found that dislocation scattering was dominant in the low-electron concentration region. The total low-temperature mobility was calculated by considering dislocation scattering and interface-roughness scattering (IRS) together. The sheet density of dislocations was chosen as Ndis=1.5 × 108 cm-2 and the IRS parameters were Δ = 5.206 and Λ = 30 Å. We obtained a good fit between our calculated results and experimental data reported in the works referenced.

In order to evaluate the workability of warm mixture asphalt objectively, workability testing instrument of the asphalt mixture had been adopted to evaluate the workability of Sasobit warm mixture asphalt. At first, the feasibility of the machine was analyzed with asphalt mortar. Then the workability of Sasobit warm mixture asphalt was determined in different temperature and frequency, and contrasted with hot mixture asphalt. The results show that when the mixing temperature of Sasobit warm mixture asphalt was reduced 30°Cthe workability of Sasobit warm mixture asphalt is the same with hot mixture asphalt.
