The purpose of this paper is to provide an efficient multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) method to better serve the decision-makers (DMs), considering the real psychological state and preferences of the DMs when facing different risks. In real life, MAGDM is a very complex and uncertain problem, which needs to be considered from many aspects. In view of this, the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method on the basis of cumulative prospect theory (IF-CPT-TOPSIS) is proposed in this paper, which can effectively solve the above problems, cater to the expectations of DMs, and make the decision results more objective and more reliable. The originality of this paper comes from three aspects. First, the new score function is combined with CRITIC method to calculate the weight of attributes, which eliminates the influence of Subjective preference of DMs and makes the primary information more reasonable. Furthermore, the use of the new score function can effectively avoid the exception conditions in the IFS problems. Secondly, applying the distance measurement formula of IFSs to determine the degree of approaching the ideal solution, so that the decision model can reflect the environmental changes more quickly. Thirdly, calculate the relative profit loss ratio of each scheme. Hence, each scheme is ranked and the optimal one is selected. Finally, in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model, a specific example is given and comparative analysis with the existing methods. The main research of this paper is decision making under the dual probabilistic linguistic term sets (DPLTSs). This paper introduces a method, which combined TODIM method and CRITIC method. In this research, the CRITIC method is used to determine the weight, and the distance formula of TODIM method has been modified in order to adapt to DPLTS situation. Then, the TODIM method is used for multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem. Finally, a case study concerning investment project selection is given to demonstrate the merits of the developed methods. This combined method can be used for the automatic areal feature matching, medical quality assessment, and ranking of matching processes. There are very few papers about using TODIM method under DPLTS situation at present, so this is a new perspective on MAGDM. The DPLTS-TODIM-CRITIC method was compared with correlation coefficient method and closeness coefficient method, and it is easy to find the advantage of this new method over the other two existing methods. With the rapid development of 3D printing technology, 3D printers are manufactured based on the principle of 3D printing technology are more and more widely used in the manufacturing industry. Choosing high quality 3D printers for industrial production is of great significance to the economic growth of enterprises. In fact, it is difficult to select the most optimal 3D printers under a single and simple standard. Therefore, this paper establishes the probabilistic double hierarchy linguistic EDAS (PDHL-EDAS) method for the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM). Then the CRITIC model is introduced to derive objective weight and the cumulative prospect theory is leaded into obtain the cumulative weight of PDHLTS. In addition, what's more, the PDHL-EDAS method is built and applied to the choice of high-quality 3D printer. In recent years, a series of serious attacks against industrial control system (ICS), such as Stuxnet, Duqu, Flame and Havex, have sounded the alarm for industrial enterprises. For many industrial enterprises, it is a very important part of enterprise management decisions to evaluate ICS security suppliers and choose the appropriate one as a partner. The purpose of this paper is to build the TODIM method based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT-TODIM) to solve multiattribute group decision making problem under interval-valued bipolar fuzzy environment. This extraordinary model not only uses CPT to supplement the traditional TODIM method, but also introduces the entropy weight method to determine the attribute weight so as to avoid the negative influence of subjective weight on the decision result. In addition, in this model, all attribute evaluation information will be interval-valued bipolar fuzzy number (IVBFN) to cope with complex and fuzzy decision environment. Then, the most important part of this paper, we elaborate on the logical structure of the model. In this article, we develop the COPRAS model to solve the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) under single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic sets (SVN2TLSs). Firstly, we introduce the relevant knowledge about SVN2TLSs in a nutshell, such as the definition, the operation laws, a few of fused operators and so on. Then, combine the traditional COPRAS model with SVN2TLNs, and structure as well as elucidate the computing steps of the SVN2TLNCOPRAS pattern. Furthermore, in this article, we propose a method for determining attribute weights in different situations relying on the maximizing deviation method with SVN2TLNs. Last but not least, a numerical example about assessing the safety of construction project has been designed. In this paper, the CODAS (CombinativeDistance-basedAssessment) is utilized to address someMAGDMissues by using picture 2-tuple linguistic numbers (P2TLNs). In this article, we combine some fundamental theories of the Pythagorean 2-tuple linguistic sets (P2TLSs) with EDAS method and design the Pythagorean 2-tuple linguistic number (P2TLN) EDAS (P2TLN-EDAS) method for multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) issue. Firstly, the basic concepts of P2TLSs are introduced. Next, two aggregation operators of P2TLN are defined, and then the calculation steps of EDAS method are listed briefly. Furthermore, P2TLN-EDAS method is given for MAGDM problems and computing steps are proposed in detail. Finally, a computational example related to construction safety assessment is used to expound the effectiveness of the designed method. Meanwhile, we also carried out some comparative analysis between P2TLN-EDAS method and P2TLWA/P2TLWG operators and another P2TLN-TODIM method. Extended q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q-ROFSs) is an excellent tool to depict the qualitative assessing information in multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) environments. The EDAS method is very effective especially when the conflicting attributes exist in the MAGDM issues in which the optimal alternative should have the biggest value of PDAS and the smallest value of NDAS. In this paper, we put forward the EDAS method for MAGDM issues under q-ROFSs, which makes use of average solution (AS) for assessing the chosen alternatives. The positive distance from AS (PDAS) and negative distance from AS (NDAS) is derived through the score of q-ROFSs. Then, the sorting order or the optimal alternative can be acquired by computing integrative appraisal score. Finally, a numerical example for buying a refrigerator is given to testify our developed EDAS method and some comparative analysis are also raised to further show the precious merits of this method. In this paper, we extend MM operator and dual MM (DMM) operator to process the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (IVPFNs) and then to solve the MADM problems. Firstly, we develop some interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy Muirhead mean operators by extending MM and DMM operators to IVPFNs. Then, we prove some properties and discuss some special cases with respect to the parameter vector. Moreover, we present some new methods to deal with MADM problems with the IVPFNs based on the proposed MM and DMM operators. The picture fuzzy set is characterized by three functions expressing the degree of membership, the degree of neutral membership and the degree of non-membership. It was proposed as a generalization of an intuitionistic fuzzy set in order to deal with indeterminate and inconsistent information. In this work, we shall present some novel Dice similarity measures of picture fuzzy sets and the generalized Dice similarity measures of picture fuzzy sets and indicate that the Dice similarity measures and asymmetric measures (projection measures) are the special cases of the generalized Dice similarity measures in some parameter values. Then, we propose the generalized Dice similarity measures-based patterns recognition models with picture fuzzy information. Then, we apply the generalized Dice similarity measures between picture fuzzy sets to building material recognition. Bipolar 2-tuple linguistic aggregation operators are developed in the current study for aggregation operations including weighted average, weighted geometric average, ordered weighted average, ordered weighted geometric average, hybrid average and hybrid geometric average. We investigate the characteristics of these operators, and present methods that apply these operators to solving the bipolar 2-tuple linguistic multiple attribute decision making problems. In this paper, we presented another form of eight similarity measures between PFSs based on the cosine function between PFSs by considering the degree of positive membership, degree of neutral membership, degree of negative membership and degree of refusal membership in PFSs. Then, we applied these weighted cosine function similarity measures between PFSs to strategic decision making. The stock investment selection could be deemed as a classic multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem involving multiple conflicts and interleaved qualitative and quantitative attributes. Spherical fuzzy sets (SFSs) can excavate the potential vagueness and intricacy in MAGDM more effectively and deeply. This article we propose an integrated decision support system (IDSS) based on SFSs, prospect theory (PT), distance from average solution (EDAS) method and the MEthod based on the Removal Effects of Criteria (MEREC). The proposed IDSS, called SF-PT-EDAS-MEREC model, uses SFSs to describe the uncertain and obscure assessment information of DMs. The combination of PT and EDAS (PT-EDAS) method adequately captures DMs' psychological behavior characteristics to execute more reasonable alternative evaluation. The MEREC is utilized to efficaciously obtain unknown attribute weights. In addition, this paper also presents a novel score function to compare spherical fuzzy numbers (SFNs) more directly and efficiently. Eventually, in order to illustrate the practicability of the proposed IDSS, two numerical examples of stock investment selection are employed to achieve this. Probabilistic dual hesitant fuzzy set (PDHFS) is a more powerful and important tool to describe uncertain information regarded as generalization of hesitant fuzzy set (HFS) and dual HFS (DHFS), not only reflects the hesitant attitude of decision-makers (DMs), but also reflects the probability information of DMs. Score function of fuzzy number and weighting method are very important in multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issues. In many fuzzy environments, the score function and entropy measure have been proposed one after another. Firstly, based on the detailed analysis of the existed score function of PDHF element (PDHFE) and with the help of previous references, we build a novel score function for PDHFE. Secondly, a combined weighting method is built based on the minimum identification information principle by fusing PDHF entropy and Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) method. Thirdly, a novel PDHF MAGDM approach (PDHF-EDAS) is built by extending evaluation based on distance from average solution (EDAS) approach to the PDHF environment to solve the issue that the decision attribute information is PDHFE. The article investigates the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in which the attribute values take the form of triangular fuzzy information. From 2018 to 2021, infrastructure investment has always maintained a positive growth, indicating that the current construction industry is in a rapid development stage. In order to improve the development quality of the construction industry as much as possible, it is of great significance to develop the whole Process engineering consulting service model. The quality evaluation of whole process engineering consulting service modes is MAGDM. The single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) is useful tool to cope with uncertain information during the quality evaluation of whole process engineering consulting service modes. In this paper, the single-valued neutrosophic number combined TOPSIS (SVNN-CTOPSIS) model based on single-valued neutrosophic number Hamming distances (SVNNHD) and single-valued neutrosophic number Euclidean distance (SVNNED) is formed to cope with the MAGDM. The CRITIC model is utilized to obtain the weight numbers in light with the SVNNHD and SVNNED under SVNSs. Finally, numerical example and comparative analysis for quality evaluation of whole process engineering consulting service modes is utilized to verify SVNN-CTOPSIS model. Financial management performance evaluation (FMPE) has a significant effect on the identifying an investment chance. We can usually consider FMPE as a multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) issue, and the MAGDM method is needed to address it. Uncertainty may be one of the significant factors which could influence the process of MAGDM. In order to handle the uncertainty of group decision-making issues, MAGDM approaches along with 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy sets (2TLPFSs) have been designed. In this essay, CODAS method is extended to 2TLPFSs to tackle MAGDM issues. Linguistic variables and 2TLPFSs are also used to extend the CODAS method. An application of the presented 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy CODAS (2TLPF-CODAS) method to a case study of FMPE problem with 2-tuple linguistic Pythagorean fuzzy numbers (2TLPFNs) is given. To confirm the results, a comparative analysis between the fuzzy CODAS and 2TLPF-TODIM is performed.
