Ammonia is one of the nutrient wastes products which can be toxic to all vertebrates, including fish. Usually, ammonia toxicity is expressed as Total Ammonia Nitrogen (TAN, mgN/L). Tambra fish (Tor tambroides) is freshwater fish with important economic value in some areas in Indonesia. According to overfishing and forest degradation, the fish has become threatened. This research aimed to calculate the LC50 value of ammonia to Tambra fish (Tor tambroides) and estimate NOEC, LOEC, and MATC values of ammonia to Tambra fish (Tor tambroides). This study was conducted using the static test method with two steps. The first stage is a preliminary test, where the preliminary test is observed for 24 hours With five concentrations excluding control. Whereas in the second stage that is carried out, observation for 96 hours with four concentrations excluding control. The Probit test is Performed to obtain LC50 value results, then proceed with ammonia analysis using the Salicylate Test Kit method. The results showed that ammonia had acute toxicity with LC50-96 hour value of NH4Cl against Tambra fish fry (Tor tambroides) in the amount of 354.615 mg/L. Ammonia caused acute toxicity to Tambra fish fry (Tor tambroides).The LC50-96 hour value was 354.615 mg/L in the form of Total Ammonia Nitrogen (TAN) or it was equivalent to un-ionized Ammonia (NH3) of 9.8937 mg/L, while values of the Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (LOEC) and No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) of ammonia on Tambra fish (Tor tambroides) were 578.24 mg/L and 280.18 mg/L, respectively.

The lack of variety of training models in basketball extracurricular activities at Senior High School 1 Gondang especially the basic techniques of passing and causing a lack of understanding and mastery of students about basketball passing. So it is necessary to develop this game to improve the understanding and mastery of extracurricular basketball students about the basic techniques of passing. This study aims to develop a product in the form of a basketball passing game through a right pass game for basketball extracurricular students at Senior High School 1 Gondang. This research method is development research which refers to the development model of R&D using the ADDIE method, namely: (1) Analyze, (2) Development, (3) Design, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. The data analysis technique used is analysis using qualitative analysis, while descriptive statistics or descriptive analysis is a type of statistical analysis which intends to describe the characteristics of a sample or population. From the trial results obtained expert evaluation data, namely, game experts 86% (good), basketball experts 88% (good), small group trials 84.7% (very good), and large group trials 87.7% (good). Both trials received good category scores and could be used. With these results, it can be concluded that the right pass game can be used as a support for extracurricular basketball student passing exercises at Senior High School 1 Gondang.

Ranggeh River is one of the inlets of Lake Maninjau (West Sumatra, Indonesia), which has a vital role in supporting the life of native fish. Increasing anthropogenic activities (agriculture and human settlements) around the river can harm benthic macroinvertebrates as natural food for fish. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze and observe water quality changes and their impact on the benthic macroinvertebrate communities in the Ranggeh River. Sampling was conducted from February to August 2019 using the Hess Sampler tool. The results indicate that the anthropogenic impacts around the Ranggeh River on water quality has changed the macroinvertebrate benthic community structures (composition, abundance, and biological index). Furthermore, the Ephemeroptera Plecoptera and Trichoptera (EPT) number of taxa index were superior in reflecting disturbances in the Ranggeh River compared to the Family Biotic Index (FBI) and the Percent Model Affinity (PMA). In conclusion, the anthropogenic effect on the macroinvertebrate community in the Ranggeh River prominently was caused by habitat changes rather than enrichment by nutrients (TN and TP).

Rinuak (Gobiopterus brachypterus) has an important economic value for local communities in Lake Maninjau - West Sumatra. The catch of G. brachypterus is decreasing along with the decline of the water quality. Ammonia is considered one of the most toxic pollutants in the aquatic ecosystem. It can be produced from the natural decomposition of organic matter or excreted by aquatic organisms as a nitrogenous waste product. Therefore, the information about toxicity ammonia in G. brachypterus is important as a management tool for fish conservation in Lake Maninjau. This research was aimed to find the LC50 value of ammonia in G. brachypterus. A static acute toxicity test was conducted for 96 hours. The fish were exposed to different test chemical concentration level for 96 hours, under static conditions. Mortality was recorded and concentration killed 50% of the fish was determined as LC50-96h, No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC), and Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (LOEC). Values of LC50-96h, No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) and Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (LOEC) were 11.62 mg/L TAN or 0.27 mg/L NH3, 5 mg/L TAN or 0.12 mg/L NH3 and 16 mg/L TAN or 0,37 mg/L NH3, respectively. Ammonia’s Maximum Acceptable Tolerant Concentration (MATC) for G. brachypterus was 8.9 mg/L TAN or 0.21 mg/L NH3. The acute toxicity result showed that Rinuak (G. brachypterus) was sensitive to ammonia. The information about ammonia toxicity data is important for the determination of water quality guidelines in Lake Maninjau.

The implementation of e-learning is getting more vigorous as the revolution of industry 4.0 has also affected the education domain. The E-learning system must be planned comprehensively and educational institutions cannot run the system suddenly. Education in Indonesia should be run at home, including higher education. The purpose of this research was to determine and to compare the implementation of e-learning in the Physical Education (PE) Department in public and private college. Data were collected using a questionnaire adapted from e-learning readiness factors and national rules of e-learning implementation. Based on score, the PE department in Sports Faculty did better e-learning than STKIP PGRI Trenggalek, but both institutions had many aspects that had to be leveled up and improved to keep the learning meaningful and of high quality.

This research was conducted to analyze gross motor skills and fine motor skills with the learning outcomes of PJOK (Physical Education Sports Health) in Public Elementary School 1 Sumbergedong students. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study were students at Public Elementary School 1 Sumbergedong Trenggalek. The sample in the study was taken by total sampling. The instrument used was a motor ability test (Motor Ability Test). The results showed that the male low class gross and fine motor skills were 48% and 40%, girls 79% and 52%, while the low class men’s learning outcomes were 39% and girls 51%. The male high-class gross motor skills were 38%, girls 49%, men’s fine motor skills 39%, girls 36%, while the high-class learning outcomes for boys were 77% and girls were 33%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that students who have good motor skills tend to have good learning outcomes.

Value chain analysis is a strategic analytical tool for understanding activities that represent the value of a product (or service), meanwhile providing opportunities for identifying competitive advantage. In this value chain analysis, the research aims to 1) map the actors of silk commodity business ventures, 2) determine the activities of these business actors, and 3) calculate and analyze financial ratios. This study was conducted in the Wajo District as a site historically well known for silk production, and which is undergoing efforts at revival. The method used in this study is observation, interview, and modeling. Data analysis was conducted as a classical value chain analysis, emphasizing the calculations of financial ratios. The results show that the main actors and activities in commodities trading are farmers, local traders, weavers, and silk clothing stores. The largest marketing margin is approximately IDR. 300,000, which is found in silk clothing stores. On the other hand, the smallest marketing margins amounted to about IDR. 100,000, which were identified among local traders. Finally, the largest profit margins were identified among farmers valued at IDR. 196,000, while the smallest profit margins were among local traders amounting to IDR. 68,000. Overall, this case study highlights that forest enterprises, in this case of the silk industry in Wajo, can improve household incomes for forest farmers, while maintaining their overall bargaining position against the market.

The era of globalization was currently existing cultural shifts, in terms of communication, transportation and technology which have an impact on the lack of physical activity and sports activities of youth participants.. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of X (ten) grade high school students in the district of Trenggalek. Research uses a qualitative approach through a series of tests and measurements based on TKJI. The population of this study were all students of class X (ten) who had just entered the high school level. The study was conducted in 9 schools that had received recommendations and permits from the school with a total sample of 1,264 research students from public and private high schools. The results of research that have been done that the physical fitness level of students in the District of Trenggalek at the high school level of class X, 61% are in the category of Less inversely proportional to the level of fitness of students who are in the Medium category of 13% and good 1% based on TKJI. Whereas for the body mass index results 54% in the Normal level and 12-16% included in the category of Light and light skinny. The conclusion of this study is that there is a need for physical education learning that can maximize physical activity activities and sports activities of students in daily life.

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of chess playing skills on mathematics learning outcomes for junior athletes of the Raja Kombi Trenggalek chess club. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Participants in this study were 8 junior athletes of Raja Kombi Trenggalek chess club. Data collection techniques using interviews, skills results and documentation. The data analysis in this study used the mean and percentage formula. After analyzing the data, the results of this study concluded that in this study, the average score of playing chess skills was 85.00, then the average score of mathematics learning outcomes was 86.25. This is of course the higher the level of achievement of skills or intellectual intelligence, the higher the level of problem solving such as in learning mathematics. This is also influenced by motor and psychological aspects as a support for intelligence skills that affect the thinking of athletes. Then from the data analysis it can be said that the higher the level of achievement of chess playing skills, the higher the level of problem solving as in learning mathematics

Pollution of the freshwater ecosystem can cause adverse effects on aquatic organisms, especially fish. Fish skin is a multi-purpose tissue that serves as the first barrier to protect the fish from aquatic pollution and defense system against pathogens. Pangasiidae is an economically important riverine catfishes that generally exist in freshwater from the Indian subcontinent to the Indonesian Archipelago. Among genera in Pangasiidae, the genus Pangasius has numerous species. Indonesia has 14 strains of this fish and 3 of them, Patin siam (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus), Patin Jambal (Pangasius djambal), and Patin Pasupati (Pangasius sp.), are commonly cultured. This study aimed to characterize the skin of three Pangasius strains commonly found in Indonesia. The study was conducted at the Aquaculture facilities of the Research Center of Limnology. Three strains of Pangasius catfish were obtained from aquaculture farms. The fish were measured for the total length and body weight. The proportion of head, skin, bone, and meat was calculated. Collagen was extracted from the skin and was analyzed for type I, by ELISA methods. The thickness of the skin collagen was measured under a microscope after stained by the Masson Trichrome technique. ANOVA was conducted to evaluate the skin collagen content and skin collagen thickness. The result showed that there was no significant difference in collagen content among the fish strain, however, the collagen thickness was different.

Concerns over the impacts of floating cage aquaculture (FCA) systems on ecosystem health have led to the exploration of alternative green technologies as a way of improving water quality and preventing eutrophication problems in Lake Maninjau, Indonesia. This lake has been suffering from frequent harmful algal blooms (HABs) and hypoxic conditions due to excess nutrient and organic inputs from FCA. These have caused mass fish kills and decreased the local fish population. The main goal of this study was to assess the effectiveness of using integrated floating treatment wetlands (FTWs) and a lake fountain aeration system (LFAS) to improve lake water quality and enhance ecological conservation. The FTWs, which resembled artificial islands (AFIs) and covered an area of 23.75 m2, were planted with Echinodorus palaefolius. An LFAS was installed at the front of the FTWs. The impacts of the FTWs were evaluated from July to December 2018, while those of the LFAS was evaluated from October to November 2018. Lower nutrient and chlorophyll-a concentrations were observed within and around the FTWs and LFAS. Also, the LFAS increased the dissolved oxygen concentrations in the water to more than 100% at night. The results suggested that FTWs and LFAS could be used to prevent eutrophication and lake hypoxia. The plants in the FTWs grew much faster in the parts that were facing the waves, with their higher plant biomass suggesting that more nutrients had been removed from the lake. Also, the FTWs and LFAS, which resembled floating gardens, help to make the lake landscape more attractive and increase its amenity value. The improved water quality and habitat provision provided by these systems has attracted more local fish and other wildlife to the FTWs. The overall improvement in lake water quality and ecosystem health has the potential to ensure better provision of essential lake ecosystem services.

Unionized ammonia (NH3) is highly toxic to freshwater organisms. Yet, most of the available toxicity data on NH3 were predominantly generated from temperate regions, while toxicity data on NH3 derived from tropical species were limited. Bada (Rasbora maninjau) as an endemic fish in Lake Maninjau-West Sumatra, has an important economic value for local communities. They live in clearwater with sand to gravel lake/river beds. The catch of R. maninjau is decreasing along with the decline of the water quality. Nowadays, the water quality of Lake Maninjau is declining as the effect of organic wastes from domestic sources and floating cage aquaculture. Therefore, the information about toxicity of ammonia in fish is important as a management tool for fish conservation. This research was aimed to find the LC50 value of ammonia in R. maninjau. A static acute toxicity test was conducted for 96 hours. Mortality was recorded for calculating LC50-96h, No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) and Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (LOEC). Values of LC50-96h, NOEC and LOEC were 29.92 mg/L TAN or 0.7 mg/L NH3, 27 mg/L TAN or 0.63 mg/L NH3, and 38 mg/L TAN or 0.89 mg/L NH3, respectively. Maximum Acceptable Toxicant Concentration (MATC) of ammonia to Bada was 32 mg/l TAN or 0.59 mg/l NH3. The acute toxicity result showed that ammonia concentration affects the mortality of R manijau for 96 hours. The information about ammonia toxicity data will be used as a water quality guideline in Lake Maninjau.

Biofloc is one of the water bioremediation agents in aquaculture. A consortium of microorganisms in biofloc, which include heterotrophic bacteria, phytoplankton and zooplankton, can also function as natural food sources for aquatic biota. This study aims to investigate the potential of biofloc microorganisms consortium as natural food for commercial fish feed-less aquaculture. The study was conducted using Lake Maninjau water taken from two locations at Lake Maninjau, namely Nagari Sungai Batang and Nagari Maninjau, as test samples. Maninjau Lake was chosen because it had a high content of organic compounds and various microorganisms which could be used as an indigenous biofloc starter.Daphniasp. and Bada (Rasborasp.) were used as an experimental biota without periodical additional feed during the trial. The results showed that biofloc could grow well using Maninjau Lake water media. Bada and Daphnia could live in the biofloc system for 20 days without supplementary feeding and afterwards entering the death phase. The decline in the population of Bada and Daphnia was thought to be caused by the decrease of biofloc role as natural feed and its ability in maintaining the water quality.

Keberadaan logam merkuri pada ekosistem akuatik telah diketahui banyak menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi biota perairan. Salah satu biota akuatik (organisme makrozoobentos) yang terkena dampak kontaminan logam merkuri adalah larva insekta Trichoptera Cheumatopsyche sp. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan adanya korelasi antara meningkatnya kontaminan logam merkuri di perairan dengan persentase terjadinya nekrosis insang larva Cheumatopsyche sp. di Sungai Ciliwung dan Cikaniki. Larva Trichoptera dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan alat jala surber dan dilakukan penggabungan menjadi satu sampel (komposit). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara kontaminan logam merkuri di sungai dengan persentase nekrosis larva Cheumatopsyche sp. (r = 0,8 untuk sungai Cikaniki dan r = 0,9 untuk Sungai Ciliwung). Disamping itu ada kecenderungan bioakumulasi logam merkuri di tubuh larva Cheumatopsyche sp. diikuti dengan meningkatnya kejadian nekrosis pada insang (r = 0,8 untuk sungai Cikaniki dan r = 0,88 untuk sungai Ciliwung). Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi yang besar dari penggunaan insang larva Cheumatopsche sp. sebagai indikator terhadap stress oleh kontaminan toksik lainnya di ekosistem akuatik

Tropical lake is one of the unique ecosystems which are functioning in both ecological and economic services. Telaga Menjer as a volcanic lake, has strategic values as a hydropower plant, tourism, agriculture, capture fisheries and floating net cages farming. It influenced a degradation of water quality and quantity, nutrient enrichment and exceed the carrying capacity. Telaga Menjer has a catchment area of around 2.27 km2 with a lake surface area of 0.61 km2.The purpose of this research is to investigate the characteristic of lake to know the carryng capacity and utilization zone with a multidisciplinary approach. For measuring its depth, the Hondex PS-7 portable depth sensor is used with a maximum depth of 80 m. The water quality parameters stratification were measured by logger version CTD profiler with a depth interval of 1 m on July 2019. The results showed that DO values were observed until the bottom of lake (45 m). Moreover, Total Nitrogen (TN) was very high concentration, indicating more fertilizer from agriculture. Meanwhile, lower concentration of pesticides were obtained. Next, the land use management, economic values and social carrying capacity of Talaga Menjer should be elucidated in order to maintain the sustainability of the lake.

Aktivitas ekstraksi bijih emas dengan gelundungan yang menggunakan merkuri oleh Pertambangan Emas Tanpa Ijin (PETI) Pongkor di Sungai Cikaniki, Kab. Bogor telah menimbulkan dampak yang negatif terhadap ekosistem air tawar, akibat pembuangan limbah tailling merkuri secara langsung tanpa pengolahan terlebih dahulu ke lingkungan perairan sehingga mengakibatkan pencemaran air dan sedimen. Kandungan Merkuri total yang terlarut dalam sampel air sungai dan sedimen dianalisa dengan Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), karakteristik sedimen dasar dilakukan dengan ayakan bertingkat, sedangkan hubungan kadar merkuri dengan karakteristik fraksi penyusun sedimen ditentukan dengan analisis korelasi. Hasil pengukuran kandungan merkuri dalam air sungai keempat lokasi sampling rata-rata berkisar ttd-0,265 ppm; dalam sedimen berkisar

Latihan kondisi fisik khususnya pada keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot perut sangat dibutuhkan pada setiap cabang olahraga untuk memperoleh kemampuan atau kinerja yang optimal. Keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot perut perlu dilatih dengan terukur dengan latihan circuit training core stability dynamic. Latihan core stability telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari latihan untuk semua atlet berprestasi dengan tujuan meningkatkan penampilan gerak dan kestabilan tubuh untuk factor resiko terjadinya cidera. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melihat seberapa besar pengaruh circuit training core stability dynamic terhadap keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot perut. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah SSB PSBK Junior. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan eksperimen semu. Instrumen pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes keseimbangan ( stork stand ) dan Kekuatan otot perut ( Sit-Up ) pada saat pretest dan posttest . Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada circuit training core stability dynamic terhadap keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot perut di SSB PSBK Junior Kota Blitar dengan peningkatan sebesar 49,12% untuk keseimbangan dan 30,16% untuk peningkatan kekuatan otot perut.

Dewasa ini fenotip warna kulit secara alami maupun dengan perlakuan banyak menjadi perhatian terutama dalam aspek sosial dan kosmetik. Seiring dengan itu, berbagai penelitian dan pengembangan biomolekuler yang bertujuan mengendalikan melanogenesis telah berkembang pesat. Pada tingkat molekul, proses kompleks biosintesis polimer melanin di dalam melanosit ditentukan oleh reseptor melanokortin 1 (MC1R). Struktur proteinnya yang dikode oleh faktor genetik seseorang dapat mempengaruhi afinitas reseptor terhadap agonis atau ligan. Selanjutnya jalur lintas sinyal transduksi bergantung siklik adenosin mono-fosfat (cAMP) intrasel yang dicetuskannya akan menentukan tipe dan warna kulit. Faktor-faktor transkripsi pada lintasan sinyal cAMP berupa molekul-molekul protein akan menen-tukan sintesis enzim yang memainkan peran kunci pada arah pembentukan biopolimer mela-nin di dalam retikulum endoplasma, aparatus Golgi dan melanosom. Feomelanogenesis dengan hasil akhir polimer melanin yang berwarna kuning kemerahan adalah jalur pasti hilangnya sinyal reseptor melanokortin 1. Pemahaman pada lintasan sinyal reseptor melano-kortin 1 setidaknya dapat memberi informasi pada kelainan pigmentasi dalam terapan ilmu kedokteran klinik medik. In fact, advanced biomolecular sciences have revealed a better understanding about controlling melanogenesis. In this molecular level, the complexity of melanin biopolymers produced in melanocytes is driven by melanocortin 1 receptors (MC1R). Coded by its genetic structure, this protein may affect receptors’ affinity to their agonists or ligands. Then the intracellular cAMP dependent signal transduction will determine consequently the hair and skin colors. Transcription factors in the cAMP signal line in protein molecule forms are involved in determining enzyme synthesis which plays the main role in directing the biopolymer melanin’s end products in endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, and melanosome. Pheomelanogenesis is the consequense of melanocortin 1 receptors signal loss; its end product appears in yellow-red color melanin polymers. Understanding MC1R’s signal transduction gives additional information about pigmentation abnormality in medical practice. Key words: MC1R, cAMP, transduction signal.
